A water-based zinc-rich primer comprises modified water-based resin and zinc powder, wherein the modified water-based resin comprises water-based glue, epoxy resin and acrylic resin; the modified water-based resin accounts for 3-10% of the water-based zinc-rich primer by mass, and the zinc powder accounts for 90-97% of the water-based zinc-rich primer by mass.
