Description

Parking lot management method, storage medium and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent parking, in particular to a parking lot management method, a storage medium and a system.
Background
At present, large shopping malls are usually provided with parking lots, the parking lots are mostly paid for use, and a driver needs to pay corresponding parking fees according to parking duration. In order to improve the vehicle leaving efficiency of a parking lot, most of the existing parking lots support a mode of paying parking fees in advance, a plurality of two-dimensional payment codes are respectively arranged at different corners of the parking lot, a driver can scan the two-dimensional payment codes before a vehicle to be left arrives at an exit of the parking lot, then a license plate number is input to pay parking fees in advance, when the driver drives the vehicle to arrive at the exit of the parking lot, a parking lot management system identifies that the vehicle has paid parking fees by using a license plate identification device at the exit of the parking lot, the exit of the parking lot is automatically opened to allow the vehicle to pass through the leaving lot, so that the vehicle leaving efficiency can be improved without queuing at the exit of the parking lot.
The parking lot adopts a mode of paying the parking fee in advance, so that the situation that a driver pays the parking fee in advance when the driver does not prepare to leave the parking lot for reducing the parking fee and then continues to stop the vehicle in the parking lot easily occurs, and the paid parking fee is far smaller than the actual parking fee. In view of the above, the conventional parking lot management system is usually provided with a fee compensation function, a fee payment time is recorded after a driver pays a parking fee in advance, if the driver recognizes that a vehicle to be left is paid at a parking lot exit, it is determined whether a time difference between the current time and the fee payment time is greater than a permitted stay time (for example, ten minutes), if so, it means that the vehicle does not timely leave the parking lot after paying the parking fee, so that fee compensation information is generated, the vehicle is allowed to pass through the parking lot after the driver pays the parking fee, and if not, it means that the vehicle is timely driven away from the parking lot after paying the parking fee, so that the vehicle passing through the parking lot is generated and the vehicle passing through the parking lot is allowed by opening a parking lot exit. However, in the peak time of the vehicle such as holidays, the vehicle leaving time is prolonged due to the fact that the parking lot is easy to jam, and therefore, after the driver pays the parking fee in advance, the vehicle may not be driven out of the parking lot in time due to the jam in the parking lot, and the time that the vehicle stays in the parking lot after paying the fee exceeds the allowable staying time, and therefore unreasonable paying parking fee information can be generated when the vehicle leaves the parking lot.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of how to avoid unreasonable additional payment of parking fee information caused by congestion in a parking lot when a parking lot management system leaves the parking lot after a vehicle pays the parking fee in advance.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a parking lot management method, which comprises the following steps:

f4. calculating a second time difference between the current time node and the off-site time node, determining whether the second time difference is not greater than the expected off-site time consumption, if not, performing step F5, and if so, performing step F1;
f5. generating additional payment parking fee information according to the second time difference;
G. and generating parking payment information according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed.
Preferably, in the step D, the license plate numbers of the paid vehicles are respectively compared with the license plate numbers of the vehicles in parking, if there is no vehicle in parking that is the same as the license plate number of the paid vehicle, it is determined that the paid vehicle leaves the parking space, and if there is a vehicle in parking that is the same as the license plate number of the paid vehicle, it is determined that the paid vehicle does not leave the parking space.

The invention also provides a parking lot management system, which comprises a main control module, a first license plate recognition device and a second license plate recognition device, wherein the first license plate recognition device is provided with a plurality of license plate recognition devices which are respectively arranged on each parking space in a parking lot, the second license plate recognition device is arranged at an exit of the parking lot, the main control module is respectively in communication connection with each first license plate recognition device and each second license plate recognition device, the main control module comprises a computer readable storage medium and a processor which are mutually connected, and the computer readable storage medium is as described above.
Preferably, the vehicle license plate recognition system comprises a third vehicle license plate recognition device arranged at an entrance of a parking lot, and the master control module is in communication connection with the third vehicle license plate recognition device.
Preferably, the parking fee monitoring system comprises a server in communication connection with the main control module, and in the step a, the prepaid parking fee information with the license plate number is received from the server.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: after judging that the vehicle to leave the parking lot is paid with the parking fee in advance, the parking lot management system further judges whether the vehicle to leave the parking lot is left with the parking lot before the parking fee is paid in advance: if the vehicle to leave the parking space before the parking fee is paid in advance, the vehicle to leave the parking space does not occupy the parking space no matter how long the vehicle stays in the parking lot, so that the vehicle to leave the parking space does not need to be paid in advance even if the time of staying in the parking lot after the vehicle to leave the parking fee is paid in advance exceeds the allowable staying time due to congestion in the parking lot, the information of allowing the vehicle to pass the parking space is directly generated, and unreasonable information of paying in advance for the parking fee is not generated. If the vehicle to be departed does not leave the parking space before the parking fee is paid in advance, whether a first time difference between the current time node and the payment time node of the vehicle to be departed is larger than a preset allowable stay time or not is judged: if the first time difference is not greater than the allowable stay time, the vehicle to be departed is driven away from the parking lot in time, and the parking fee does not need to be paid, so that the allowable passing departure information is directly generated, and unreasonable parking fee paying information cannot be generated; if the first time difference is greater than the allowable stay time, the vehicle to be departed does not timely drive away from the parking lot, and therefore whether the second time difference between the current time node and the departure time node of the vehicle to be departed is not greater than the expected departure time or not needs to be judged, and the reason that the vehicle to be departed does not timely drive away from the parking lot is analyzed. If the second time difference is not larger than the expected departure time, the distance from the vehicle to the exit of the parking lot is smooth, namely the reason that the vehicle to leave the parking lot does not drive away from the parking lot in time is not the congestion in the parking lot, so the parking lot management system generates the additional payment parking fee information according to the second time difference, and the vehicle to leave the parking lot is allowed to pass away from the parking lot after the driver pays the additional payment parking fee; if the second time difference is larger than the expected departure time, the fact that the distance from the vehicle to the exit of the parking lot is congested is meant, namely the reason that the vehicle to leave the parking lot does not timely drive away from the parking lot is that the vehicle is congested in the parking lot, and the parking fee does not need to be paid in a supplementing manner, so that the parking lot management system directly generates the information of allowing the vehicle to leave the parking lot, and the unreasonable information of paying in the parking fee can not be generated.
Therefore, on the premise that the vehicle to be departed is paid the parking fee in advance, the parking lot management system can generate the information of paying the parking fee only when the vehicle to be departed does not leave the parking space before the parking fee is paid in advance, the vehicle to be departed does not drive out of the parking lot in time, and the parking lot is not jammed, and the unreasonable information of paying the parking fee can not be generated under other conditions.

The parking lot management system is shown in fig. 1 and comprises a master control module 1, a server 2, a first license plate recognition device 3, a second license plate recognition device 4 and a third license plate recognition device 5, wherein the first license plate recognition device 3 is provided with a plurality of parking spaces, the parking lot applying the parking lot management system is provided with a plurality of parking spaces, the first license plate recognition devices 3 are respectively arranged on the parking spaces in the parking lot, the second license plate recognition device 4 is arranged at an exit of the parking lot, the third license plate recognition device 5 is arranged at an entrance of the parking lot, the master control module 1 is respectively in communication connection with the server 2, the first license plate recognition devices 3, the second license plate recognition device 4 and the third license plate recognition device 5, and railings controlled by the master control module 1 are respectively arranged at the entrance and the exit of the parking lot. It should be noted that the main control module 1 includes a PLC controller (Programmable Logic controller), which is a digital electronic device with a microprocessor, and is a digital Logic controller for automation control, and can load control instructions into a memory at any time for storage and execution. The first license plate recognition device 3, the second license plate recognition device 4 and the third license plate recognition device 5 are provided with cameras, the license plates of the vehicles in motion are extracted and recognized from the complex background by adopting a video image recognition technology, and the information such as license plate numbers, colors and the like is recognized through the technologies such as license plate extraction, image preprocessing, feature extraction, license plate character recognition and the like.
When a vehicle enters a parking lot, the main control module 1 identifies the license plate number of the vehicle by using a third license plate identification device 5 at an entrance of the parking lot, records the entry time node of the vehicle, and binds the license plate number of the vehicle and the entry time node with each other and stores the bound license plate number and the entry time node in the server 2, so that after a plurality of vehicles enter the parking lot, a plurality of groups of bound license plate numbers and entry time nodes are stored in the server 2.
In this embodiment, a plurality of payment two-dimensional codes are arranged at different corners of the parking lot, when a driver prepares to drive and leave the parking lot, the payment two-dimensional codes can be scanned by using a mobile phone and then the license plate number of the driver can be input, the server 2 finds out the license plate number which is the same as the license plate number input by the driver from a plurality of stored license plate numbers, then obtains an entrance time node bound with the license plate number, subtracts the entrance time node from the code scanning time node to obtain parking duration, calculates parking fee according to the parking duration and returns the parking fee to the mobile phone of the driver, and the driver pays the parking fee in advance. After the driver pays the parking fee in advance, since it takes a certain time for the vehicle to travel to the exit of the parking lot, the paid vehicle is allowed to stay in the parking lot for a certain period of time, for example, 15 minutes.
In this embodiment, the PLC controller of the main control module 1 includes a computer-readable storage medium and a processor that are connected to each other, the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, after the driver uses the mobile phone to pay the parking fee in advance, the server 2 generates information of the parking fee paid in advance with the license plate number and sends the information to the main control module 1, and the processor of the main control module 1 executes the computer program stored in the computer-readable storage medium accordingly, so as to implement the parking lot management method shown in fig. 2, where the method includes the following steps A, B, C, D, E, F, G.
A. And receiving the information of the pre-paid parking fee with the license plate number to obtain the license plate number of the paid vehicle.
After the server 2 generates the prepaid parking fee information with the license plate number and sends the information to the main control module 1, the main control module 1 receives the prepaid parking fee information with the license plate number from the server 2, and the license plate number is the license plate number of the vehicle input by the driver during payment, so the main control module 1 obtains the license plate number of the paid vehicle.
B. And recording the payment time node of the received prepayment parking fee information.
After receiving the parking fee prepayment information from the server 2, the main control module 1 records the time when the parking fee prepayment information is received, and the time is used as a payment time node of the paid vehicle.
C. And identifying the license plate number of each parked vehicle by using the first license plate identification device 3 on each parking space.
After the main control module 1 receives the prepaid parking fee information from the server 2, since the plurality of first license plate recognition devices 3 are respectively arranged on each parking space in the parking lot, the license plate number of each parked vehicle can be recognized by the first license plate recognition devices 3 on each parking space.
D. And judging whether the paid vehicle leaves the parking space or not according to the license plate number of the paid vehicle and the license plate number of each parked vehicle.
After the license plate number of the paid vehicle is obtained in the step A and the license plate number of each parked vehicle is identified in the step C, the main control module 1 respectively compares the license plate number of the paid vehicle with the license plate numbers of the parked vehicles to see whether there is a parked vehicle which is the same as the license plate number of the paid vehicle, if there is no parked vehicle which is the same as the license plate number of the paid vehicle, it is determined that the paid vehicle leaves the parking space, so the following step D1 is executed, if there is a parked vehicle which is the same as the license plate number of the paid vehicle, it is determined that the paid vehicle does not leave the parking space, so the following steps D2, D3 and D4 are executed.
D1, generating advance leaving information, and binding the information with the license plate number of the paid vehicle.
Under the condition that the paid vehicle leaves the parking space, the master control module 1 generates advance leaving information and binds the advance leaving information and the license plate number of the paid vehicle, so that if the advance leaving information is obtained subsequently, the fact that the paid vehicle corresponding to the license plate number bound with the advance leaving information leaves the parking space before paying parking fee is implied.
D2. is used for obtaining the time consumed for leaving the parking lot from the parking space where the paid vehicle is located to the exit of the parking lot.
It should be noted that, because of the distance between each parking space in the parking lot and the exit of the parking lot is different, the time consumption required for driving the vehicle to the exit of the parking lot from different parking spaces in the parking lot is different, for this, this embodiment is based on the distribution situation of each parking space in the parking lot, it is estimated that the departure time consumption for driving the vehicle to the exit of the parking lot is preset for each parking space in the main control module 1, the departure time consumption is estimated, which means that the vehicle drives the time consumption required for driving the vehicle to the exit of the parking lot from the parking space at the slowest speed under the unobstructed condition of the parking lot, that is, the vehicle normally drives the maximum time consumption to the exit of the parking lot from the parking space, so that the departure time consumption corresponding to each parking space is estimated to be different, the parking space where the vehicle is located is far from the exit of the parking lot, the shortest time consumption is estimated that the vehicle drives the vehicle to the exit of the parking lot from the parking space where the vehicle is long, the shortest time is 30 seconds, and the longest time is 10 minutes. Under the condition that the paid vehicle does not leave the parking space, the main control module 1 obtains the estimated departure time of the paid vehicle driving to the exit of the parking lot from the parking space where the paid vehicle is located.
And D3, acquiring the departure time node of the paid vehicle from the parking space.
Under the condition that the paid vehicle does not leave the parking space, the main control module 1 utilizes the first license plate recognition device 3 on the parking space where the paid vehicle is located to recognize the license plate number of the paid vehicle in real time until the paid vehicle leaves the parking space, so that the first license plate recognition device 3 on the parking space cannot recognize the license plate number, and the main control module 1 learns that the paid vehicle leaves the parking space according to the license plate number recognition result, so that the moment when the first license plate recognition device 3 on the parking space cannot recognize the license plate number is obtained and is used as the off-position time node of the paid vehicle.
D4. binds the license plate number, the payment time node, the leaving time node and the expected time consumption of leaving the field of the paid vehicle.
The license plate number of the paid vehicle is obtained in the step A, the paying time node of the paid vehicle is obtained in the step B, the departure expected time consumed when the paid vehicle is driven to an exit of a parking lot from a parking space where the paid vehicle is located is obtained in the step D2, and the departure time node of the paid vehicle is obtained in the step D3, then the license plate number, the paying time node, the departure time node and the departure expected time consumed are bound with one another by the main control module 1, so that the paying time node, the departure time node and the departure expected time consumed of the paid vehicle can be obtained according to the license plate number of the paid vehicle in the follow-up process.
E. And identifying the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed to drive from the parking lot by using a second license plate identification device 4 at the exit of the parking lot, and judging whether the vehicle to be departed is prepaid for the parking fee according to the license plate number.
In this embodiment, the second license plate recognition device 4 installed at the exit of the parking lot operates constantly to recognize the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed from the parking lot, and the main control module 1 determines whether the vehicle to be departed has paid the parking fee or not according to the license plate number recognized by the second license plate recognition device 4, specifically, the main control module 1 compares the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed with the license plate number of the paid vehicle to see whether the paid vehicle identical to the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed exists or not, and determines that the vehicle to be departed has paid the parking fee if the paid vehicle identical to the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed exists, so that the following step F is performed, and determines that the vehicle to be departed has not paid the parking fee if the paid vehicle identical to the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed does not exist, so that the following step G is performed.
F. And judging whether the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed is bound with the advance departure information.
Under the condition that the vehicle to be departed is judged to be the paid vehicle, the main control module 1 acquires information bound with the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed, judges whether the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed is bound with advance departure information or not, if the advance departure information is bound, the vehicle to be departed leaves the parking space before the parking fee is paid, so the following step F1 is executed, and if the advance departure information is not bound, the vehicle to be departed does not leave the parking space before the parking fee is paid, so the following steps F2 and F3 are executed.
-f 1. Generating the allowed traffic departure information;
under the condition that the vehicle to be departed is paid for the parking fee in advance and leaves the parking space before the vehicle to be departed is paid for the parking fee in advance, the vehicle to be departed does not occupy the parking space no matter how long the vehicle to be departed stays in the parking lot, so that the vehicle to be departed does not need to be paid for the parking fee even if the time of staying in the parking lot after the vehicle to be departed stays in the parking lot after the parking fee is paid in advance exceeds the allowable staying time, the main control module 1 directly generates the allowable passing leaving information, controls a railing at an exit of the parking lot to lift up and open the exit for the vehicle to pass and leave the parking lot, and does not generate unreasonable parking fee information.
F2. acquiring a payment time node, a departure time node and departure predicted time consumption bound with the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed according to the license plate number;
under the condition that the vehicle to be departed is paid with the parking fee in advance but does not leave the parking space before the vehicle to be departed is paid with the parking fee in advance, the step D4 can know that the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed is bound with the payment time node, the departure time node and the departure predicted time consumption, so the master control module 1 obtains the payment time node, the departure time node and the departure predicted time consumption which are bound with the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed.
F3. calculating a first time difference between the current time node and the payment time node, determining whether the first time difference is greater than a preset allowable stay duration, if so, executing the following step F4, and if not, executing the step F1.
After obtaining the payment time node, the departure time node and the expected departure time bound with the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed, the main control module 1 calculates a first time difference between the current time node and the payment time node, and judges whether the first time difference is greater than a preset allowable stay duration. If the first time difference is greater than the allowable stay time (15 minutes), it means that the vehicle to be departed does not drive out of the parking lot in time, so the main control module 1 executes the following step F4 to analyze the reason why the vehicle to be departed does not drive out of the parking lot in time, and then judges whether to make a payment for parking fee; if the first time difference is not greater than the allowable stay time, the vehicle to be left is meant to drive away from the parking lot in time without paying the parking fee, so the main control module 1 executes the step F1 to directly generate the allowable passing leaving information, controls the handrail at the exit of the parking lot to lift up and open the exit for the vehicle to pass and leave, and cannot generate unreasonable paying parking fee information.
F4. calculating a second time difference between the current time node and the off-site time node, determining whether the second time difference is not greater than the expected off-site time consumption, if not, performing step F5, and if so, performing step F1;
f5. generates the additional payment parking fee information according to the second time difference.
Under the conditions that the vehicles to be departed are not driven from the parking lot in time before the parking fee is paid in advance, and the vehicles to be departed are not driven from the parking lot in time, the master control module 1 calculates a second time difference between the current time node and the departure time node, and judges whether the second time difference is not greater than expected departure time. If the second time difference is not greater than the expected departure time, the fact that the distance from the vehicle to the exit of the parking lot is smooth is meant, namely the reason that the vehicle to leave the parking lot does not drive away in time is not the congestion in the parking lot, the fact that the vehicle to leave the parking lot does not drive away in time is caused by the driver, so that the parking fee needs to be paid, the main control module 1 executes the step F5, additional parking fee information is generated according to the second time difference, and the vehicle to leave the parking lot is allowed to pass through the departure place only after the driver pays the parking fee; if the second time difference is larger than the expected departure time, the fact that the distance from the vehicle to the exit of the parking lot is congested is meant, namely the reason that the vehicle to leave the parking lot does not timely drive away from the parking lot is that the vehicle is congested in the parking lot, and the parking fee does not need to be paid in a supplementing manner, so that the main control module 1 executes the step F1, the information of allowing the vehicle to pass away from the parking lot is directly generated, the handrail at the exit of the parking lot is controlled to lift up the exit for the vehicle to pass away from the parking lot, and unreasonable information of paying in the parking fee is not generated.
G. And generating parking payment information according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed.
Under the condition that the vehicle to be departed is judged not to pay parking fee in advance, the main control module 1 obtains an entrance time node bound with the vehicle to be departed according to the license plate number of the vehicle to be departed, then calculates a third time difference between the current time node and the entrance time node, then calculates the parking fee by taking the third time difference as parking duration, generates parking fee payment information, and after a driver pays the parking fee according to the parking duration, the main control module 1 generates the information allowing the vehicle to pass and leave the parking lot, and controls a handrail at an exit of the parking lot to lift up and open the exit for the vehicle to pass and leave the parking lot.
