Abstract
The track structure sequentially comprises steel rails, fasteners, prefabricated I-shaped track plates and filling adjustment layers from top to bottom, wherein the steel rails are fixed on the upper surfaces of the prefabricated I-shaped track plates through the fasteners on two sides, the filling adjustment layers are arranged below the prefabricated I-shaped track plates, the prefabricated I-shaped track plates comprise a track bearing table and prefabricated plates, the track bearing table and the prefabricated plates are integrally formed, the plane of the prefabricated I-shaped track plates is of an I-shaped structure, and the middle of the prefabricated I-shaped track plates is connected by a cross beam; therefore, the invention is used in the field of rail transit, replaces the traditional cast-in-situ built-in pump house track bed, has the characteristics of simple construction process, high construction speed, high construction precision, low labor intensity, good aesthetic property, good durability and the like, accords with the current direction of environmental protection, high efficiency and disease reduction of rail transit, and has huge social benefit.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a prefabricated track structure for a track traffic built-in pump house segment of the present invention is shown.
The prefabricated track structure for the track traffic built-in pump house section sequentially comprises a steel rail 1, a fastener 2, a prefabricated I-shaped track plate 3 and a filling adjustment layer 7 from top to bottom, wherein the steel rail 1 is fixed on the upper surface of the prefabricated I-shaped track plate 3 through the fasteners 2 on two sides, the filling adjustment layer 7 is arranged below the prefabricated I-shaped track plate 3, the prefabricated I-shaped track plate 3 comprises a track bearing table and a prefabricated plate, the track bearing table and the prefabricated plate are integrally formed, the plane of the prefabricated I-shaped track plate 3 is of an I-shaped structure (as shown in a top view of fig. 2), the prefabricated I-shaped track plate is connected with the middle through a cross beam, two ends of the middle cross beam are provided with U-shaped openings, so that a U-shaped water collecting pit 8 in the middle is formed, the cross section of the prefabricated I-shaped track plate 3 is polygonal, and inclined slope structures are arranged on the lower surfaces on two sides, so that the adaptability to the tunnel cross section is enhanced.
The prefabricated I-shaped track boards 3 are connected through the cross beams, the appearance is similar to an I shape, the filling adjusting layer 7 is only poured at the lower part of the I-shaped structure, and the filling adjusting layer is not poured in the U-shaped opening range of the two ends of the cross beams, so that equipment such as a water pump and the like can be arranged in the U-shaped structure range.
