本发明为一种桑叶固体饮料及其制备方法。一种桑叶固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将桑叶洗净、杀菌、沥干水分后,粉碎,得桑叶粉体;(2)向所述的桑叶粉体中加纤维素、蜂蜜、纯净水,搅拌均匀后,得湿颗粒状的物料;(3)将物料炒制杀菌至干燥,粉碎成细颗粒;(4)将细颗粒炒制至出香味后,过筛、摊凉;(5)将所述的摊凉后的细颗粒进行压片,得所述的桑叶固体饮料。本发明所述的一种桑叶固体饮料及其制备方法,制备方法简单、无污染、无添加剂、成本低,且使得桑叶的营养成分最大限度地保留,并制成片状,便于携带;同时,由于桑叶的特性,使其具备平衡血糖、调理三高、抗氧化等作用;并适于三高人群、亚健康人群使用。

本发明属于桑叶的技术领域,具体涉及一种桑叶固体饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
据《神农百草经》记载,桑叶是一种很好的药品,被称为“神仙叶”,具有滋阴补血、疏风散热、清肺润燥、益肝通气、降压利尿之功效;现代医学也证明桑叶有解痉、抗菌、消炎、降血脂、降血糖、降血压的功效。特别是桑叶中含有的特殊成分1—脱氧野尻霉素[DNJ],能在人体内阻碍糖分的摄取、淀粉的分解,是抑制饭后血糖值上升特有的主要成分,同时还可以抑制癌症发生、消除疲劳、延缓衰老。
现有技术中,桑叶的处理方法主要为:一般是将桑叶进行炒制,然后袋装,将其泡入饮水内食用。但此方法存在以下缺点:(1)携带过程中桑叶易碎;(2)由于为炒制,在储存过程中易潮湿,且营养易流失,不能很好利用桑叶原有的生物特性。
有鉴于此,本发明提出一种新的桑叶的处理方法,将其制备成桑叶固体饮料,可有效延长桑叶的储存。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种桑叶固体饮料的制备方法,制备方法简单,可最大限度的保留桑叶的营养成分,便于携带。
为了实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案为:
一种桑叶固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将桑叶洗净、杀菌、沥干水分后,粉碎,得不小于200目的桑叶粉体;
(2)向所述的桑叶粉体中加纤维素、蜂蜜、纯净水,搅拌均匀后,得湿颗粒状的物料;
(3)将所述的物料炒制杀菌至干燥,粉碎成细颗粒;
(4)将所述的细颗粒炒制至出香味后,过筛、摊凉;
(5)将所述的摊凉后的细颗粒进行压片,得所述的桑叶固体饮料。
进一步的,所述的步骤(1)中,将桑叶放入超微粉碎机,粉粹18~25min。
进一步的,所述的步骤(1)中,杀菌是将洗净后的桑叶放入杀菌柜内杀菌8~15min。
进一步的,所述的步骤(1)中,将杀菌后的桑叶置入通风阴凉处自然晾干,以沥干桑叶表面水分。
进一步的,所述的步骤(2)中,桑叶粉体与水、蜂蜜的质量比为1:0.9:0.01-0.015。
进一步的,所述的步骤(2)中,搅拌10~20min。
进一步的,所述的步骤(4)中,在95~105℃下炒制45~55min。

1、本发明的技术方案,采用本方法制备桑叶固体饮料,方法简单、无污染、无添加剂、成本低,且使得桑叶的营养成分最大限度地保留,并制成片状,便于携带。同时,由于桑叶的特性,使其具备平衡血糖、调理三高、抗氧化等作用。并适于三高人群、亚健康人群使用;
2、本发明的技术方案,使用纤维素、蜂蜜作为制粒过程中的黏合剂,使得制备的桑叶固体饮料无任何添加剂成分,且蜂蜜能改进血液,推进心脑血管、灭菌等功效,进一步,提高人体体抗力,调节人体生理平衡性。

桑叶的生理药理学作用主要为:抗凝血作用:降血压、降血脂、降胆固醇、抗血栓形成和抗动脉粥样硬化作用;降血糖、抑菌、抗炎作用,抗病毒、抗肿瘤作用;抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗丝虫病作用;解痉、抗溃疡、改善肠功能、润肠通便及减肥作用。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种桑叶固体饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤
(1)粉碎:将采摘的新鲜桑叶洗净、杀菌、沥干桑叶表面水分,再将桑叶放入超微粉碎机粉粹18~25min,以获得大于等于200目的桑叶粉体;
(2)向所述的桑叶粉体中加纤维素、蜂蜜、纯净水,搅拌均匀后,得湿颗粒状的物料;
(3)将所述的物料炒制杀菌至干燥,粉碎成细颗粒;
(4)将所述的细颗粒炒制至出香味后,过筛、摊凉;
(5)将所述的摊凉后的细颗粒进行压片,得所述的桑叶固体饮料。
优选的,所述的步骤(1)中,将桑叶放入超微粉碎机,粉粹18~25min。
优选的,所述的步骤(1)中,杀菌是将洗净后的桑叶放入杀菌柜内杀菌8~15min。
优选的,所述的步骤(1)中,将杀菌后的桑叶置入通风阴凉处自然晾干,以沥干桑叶表面水分。
优选的,所述的步骤(2)中,桑叶粉体与水、蜂蜜的质量比为1:0.9:0.01-0.015。
优选的,所述的步骤(2)中,搅拌10~20min。
优选的,所述的步骤(4)中,在95~105℃下炒制45~55min。
优选的,所述的步骤(3)中,粉碎成直径为1~2mm的细颗粒。
实施例1.
S1粉碎:将采摘的新鲜桑叶用清水洗净,再将洗净后的桑叶立马放入杀菌柜内杀菌11min,并将杀菌后的桑叶置入通风阴凉处自然晾干,以沥干桑叶表面水分;再将桑叶放入超微粉碎机粉粹20min,以获得300目的桑叶粉体。
S2拌料:向桑叶粉体中加纤维素、蜂蜜、纯净水,搅拌10-20min后,得湿颗粒状的物料。其中,桑叶粉体与水、蜂蜜的质量比为1:0.9:0.015。纤维素作为粘合剂,用量为本领域的常规用量。
杀菌提炼:将湿颗粒状的物料炒制杀菌至干燥,粉碎成2mm的细颗粒。
S3炒制:将细颗粒放入锅中,于100℃条件下,炒制50min出香味后出锅,倒入颗粒机过遍筛子取出后摊凉。
S4成型:将所述的摊凉后的细颗粒进行压片,得所述的桑叶固体饮料。
对实施例1制备的桑叶固体饮料进行营养成分检测,结果见表1。

杀菌提炼:将湿颗粒状的物料炒制杀菌至干燥,粉碎成1mm的细颗粒。
S3炒制:将细颗粒放入锅中,于95℃条件下,炒制45min出香味后出锅,倒入颗粒机过遍筛子取出后摊凉。
S4成型:将所述的摊凉后的细颗粒进行压片,得所述的桑叶固体饮料。
实施例3.
S1、粉碎:将采摘的新鲜桑叶用清水洗净,再将洗净后的桑叶立马放入杀菌柜内杀菌15min,并将杀菌后的桑叶置入通风阴凉处自然晾干,以沥干桑叶表面水分;再将桑叶放入超微粉碎机粉粹25min,以获得400目的桑叶粉体。
S2拌料:向桑叶粉体中加纤维素、蜂蜜、纯净水,搅拌均匀后,得湿颗粒状的物料。其中,桑叶粉体与水、蜂蜜的质量比为1:0.9:0.012。
杀菌提炼:将湿颗粒状的物料炒制杀菌至干燥,粉碎成1mm的细颗粒。
S3炒制:将细颗粒放入锅中,于105℃条件下,炒制55min出香味后出锅,倒入颗粒机过遍筛子取出后摊凉。
S4成型:将所述的摊凉后的细颗粒进行压片,得所述的桑叶固体饮料。
根据本发明方法制备的桑叶固体饮料,可装于塑料瓶、铝制瓶或其它材质的瓶中,或者采用纸、蜡纸、或糯米纸包裹。
由实施例1-3所制备的桑叶固体饮料表面光洁、细腻,且将一片桑叶固体饮料投入沸水冲泡5分钟即可饮用。

Claims (9)
1.一种桑叶固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将桑叶洗净、杀菌、沥干水分后,粉碎,得不小于200目的桑叶粉体;
(2)向所述的桑叶粉体中加纤维素、蜂蜜、纯净水,搅拌均匀后,得湿颗粒状的物料;
(3)将所述的物料炒制杀菌至干燥,粉碎成细颗粒;
(4)将所述的细颗粒炒制至出香味后,过筛、摊凉;
(5)将所述的摊凉后的细颗粒进行压片,得所述的桑叶固体饮料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述的步骤(1)中,将桑叶放入超微粉碎机,粉粹18~25min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述的步骤(1)中,杀菌是将洗净后的桑叶放入杀菌柜内杀菌8~15min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述的步骤(1)中,将杀菌后的桑叶置入通风阴凉处自然晾干,以沥干桑叶表面水分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述的步骤(2)中,桑叶粉体与水、蜂蜜的质量比为1:0.9:0.01-0.015。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述的步骤(2)中,搅拌10~20min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述的步骤(4)中,在95~105℃下炒制45~55min。

所述的步骤(3)中,粉碎成直径为1~2mm的细颗粒。
9.一种桑叶固体饮料,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-8任一项所述的制备方法制备而成。
