Abstract
The invention provides a bright water for polishing zippers, a metal natural-color bright zipper and a preparation method thereof; the bright water for zipper polishing comprises the following components: 6-12 wt% of chromium oxide green; 22-26 wt% of alumina; 15-25 wt% of quartz powder; 11-21 wt% of mineral oil; 5-15 wt% of fatty acid; the balance of water; the mineral oil is phenyl methyl carbamate. Compared with the prior art, the polishing solution for polishing the zipper adopts the polishing water for polishing the zipper with specific components, can realize better integral interaction, is matched with the wool wheel for polishing, and can enable the surface of the zipper teeth to meet the requirement of smoothness on the basis of a specific preparation process to obtain the metallic natural-color bright zipper. Experimental results show that the surface roughness of the metal natural-color bright zipper provided by the invention is not more than 0.34 mu m, the surface brightness level reaches 4 levels, and the metal natural-color bright zipper achieves the metal bright effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of zippers, in particular to a bright water and metal natural-color bright zipper for zipper polishing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The zipper is an important part commonly used in daily life, such as clothes, bags and the like, and the technical level and functional requirements of the zipper are continuously improved and innovated along with the development of the clothes. With the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of living standard and quality of people, people pay more attention to the product per se.
At present, the surface polishing of the metal zipper in the market is carried out on a steel wire wheel and a flap wheel. After the surface of the metal zipper is polished by the hard objects, although the burrs on the surface are not removed, the abrasion traces of the hard objects appear on the surface, and the special bright effect of the metal is lost, which is shown in figure 1. The preparation process comprises the following steps:
putting a plurality of raw materials in the proportion into a dispersion machine in no sequence, uniformly stirring by high-speed dispersion (the rotating speed is 1100 r/min), and preparing bright water for polishing zippers; loading into a barrel special for a spray gun, and pressurizing to 5 kg-6 kg for use.
Example 3
The formula is as follows:
26wt% of water;
9wt% of chromium oxide green;
24wt% of alumina;
18wt% of quartz powder;
18wt% of mineral oil;
5wt% of fatty acid.
The preparation process comprises the following steps:
proportionally and sequentially adding the raw materials into a dispersion machine, uniformly stirring by high-speed dispersion (the rotating speed is 1100 r/min), and preparing bright water for polishing the zipper; loading into a barrel special for a spray gun, and pressurizing to 5 kg-6 kg for use.
Application examples
(1) Teeth are made of brass materials, and tooth arrangement is carried out.
(2) Polishing:
the polishing wheel is made of the following materials: the specification of the wool wheel is 200mm multiplied by 25mm;
the glossy water for zipper polishing obtained in the above examples and comparative examples was used in the polishing process, respectively;
the rotating speed of the polishing wheel is 25Hz, the polishing water is sprayed for 4min once, each time is 0.2s, the air pressure is 5 kg-6 kg, and the tooth surface is polished to present the polishing effect.
(3) Cleaning:
groove 1: 1000mL of deoiling liquid, 250g of washing powder and 0.4t of water → tank 2: clear water 0.4t → tank 3: clear water 0.4t → tank 4: clear water 0.4t (ultrasonic treatment);
equipment parameters: the oil removing temperature is 70-75 ℃, the cleaning temperature is 70-75 ℃, and the rotating speed is 47Hz;
removing surface impurities and bright water residues.
(4) An over-lacquer rack:
the surface of the zipper teeth is subjected to over-lacquering oil to block the surfaces of the zipper teeth, so that copper teeth are prevented from being oxidized by oxygen in a contact manner, and a finished product zipper is obtained; wherein, the practical picture of the finished product zipper obtained by the application example of the bright water for zipper polishing obtained in the embodiment 1 is shown in figure 2, and the metallic natural bright zipper is obtained.
Testing the surface roughness and the surface brightness of the finished product zipper obtained in the application embodiment; wherein, the surface roughness is tested by a surface roughness tester;
the surface roughness (Ra) values are given in table 1.

The detection method of the surface brightness adopts an optical microscope for observation;
the brightness level was referenced to the following criteria:
level 1: the surface is provided with an oxide film and has no brightness;
and 2, stage: slightly bright and unclear in sight;
and 3, level: the brightness is good, and induction can be seen;
4, level: the surface is bright, and the induction is clearly seen;
and 5, stage: bright like a mirror.
The test results are shown in table 2.

Comparative example 4
The method for preparing the bright water for zipper polishing obtained in example 1 was used in the polishing process of the application examples, except that:
the polishing wheel comprises the following materials: a steel wire wheel (the diameter of the copper wire is 15 wires) with the specification of 200mm multiplied by 25mm;
the rotating speed of the polishing wheel is 25Hz, the polishing water is sprayed for 4min once, each time lasts for 0.2s, the air pressure is 5 kg-6 kg, and the tooth surface is polished.
Comparative example 5
The method for preparing the bright water for zipper polishing obtained in example 1 was used in the polishing process in the application examples, except that:
the polishing wheel comprises the following materials: thousand impellers, the specification is 200mm multiplied by 25mm;
the rotating speed of the polishing wheel is 25Hz, the polishing water is sprayed for 4min once, each time lasts for 0.2s, the air pressure is 5 kg-6 kg, and the tooth surface is polished.
Comparative example 6
The method for preparing the bright water for zipper polishing obtained in example 1 was used in the polishing process of the application examples, except that:
the polishing wheel comprises the following materials: the titanium fiber wheel has the specification of 200mm multiplied by 25mm;
the rotating speed of the polishing wheel is 25Hz, the polishing water is sprayed for 4min once, each time lasts for 0.2s, the air pressure is 5 kg-6 kg, and the tooth surface is polished.
The surface roughness and surface brightness of the finished zippers of comparative examples 4 to 6 were measured, and the results are shown in Table 3.

Claims (10)
1. A brightening water for polishing zippers comprises the following components:
6-12 wt% of chromium oxide green;
22-26 wt% of alumina;
15-25 wt% of quartz powder;
11-21 wt% of mineral oil;
5-15 wt% of fatty acid;
the balance of water;
the mineral oil is phenyl methyl carbamate.
2. The lustering water for zipper polishing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the lustering water for zipper polishing is specifically:
mixing chromium oxide green, aluminum oxide, quartz powder, mineral oil, fatty acid and water, and dispersing at high speed to obtain the bright water for polishing the zipper.
3. The polishing solution for the zipper polishing as set forth in claim 1, wherein the high speed dispersion is rotated at 1000 to 1200r/min.
4. A preparation method of a metal natural-color bright zipper comprises the following steps:
a) After tooth arrangement, polishing by using the bright water for polishing the zippers as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, and cleaning and over-lacquering to obtain the metal natural-color bright zipper;
the polishing wheel used for polishing is a wool wheel.
5. The method for producing according to claim 4, wherein the teeth in step a) are metal teeth; the metal teeth are made of one or more of brass, red copper and red copper.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the polishing step a) is carried out by:
polishing the surface of the tooth by a polishing wheel with the rotating speed of 23Hz to 28Hz, and spraying the bright water once every 3min to 4min in the polishing process, wherein the air pressure of the sprayed bright water is 5kg to 6kg every 0.2s to 0.3s, until the surface of the tooth presents a bright effect.
7. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein the cleaning process in step a) is specifically:
and cleaning by adopting four-tank equipment, namely an oil removing tank, a first cleaning tank, a second cleaning tank and an ultrasonic cleaning tank in sequence to remove surface impurities and bright water residues.
8. The preparation method of claim 7, wherein the oil removing tank removes oil by using deoiling liquid, washing powder and water, and the temperature for removing oil is 70-75 ℃; the first cleaning tank, the second cleaning tank and the ultrasonic cleaning tank are cleaned by adopting clean water, and the cleaning temperature is 70-75 ℃.
9. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein the process of the lacquering in step a) is specifically as follows:
the lacquer coating oil on the surface of the zipper teeth blocks the surfaces of the teeth, so that the copper teeth are prevented from being oxidized by oxygen in a contact manner, and the metal natural-color bright zipper is obtained.
10. A metallic natural-color luminous zipper produced by the production method according to any one of claims 4 to 9.
