其中,所述氮化铝粉与所述氮化硅均为纳米级,其颗粒大小均为1nm~9nm之间。
其中,所述聚烯烃采用乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯和4-甲基-1-戊烯中的一种或多种的组合。
其中,所述阻燃剂采用含溴阻燃剂和含氮阻燃剂中的一种或多种的组合。
其中,所述含溴阻燃剂采用四溴二苯醚、五溴二苯醚、六溴二苯醚和八溴二苯醚中的任意一种或多种组合。
其中,所述含氮阻燃剂采用三聚氰胺和三聚氰胺磷酸盐中的任意一种或多种组合。
其中,所述增塑剂采用邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯、领苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯中的任意一种或多种组合。
本发明还提供一种高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的制备方法,制备上述所述的高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,包括如下步骤:
按比例对原料进行预处理,将所述氮化铝粉和所述氮化硅进行过筛;
按比例将原料全部放入至搅拌釜之中混合搅拌至捏合状态;
将上述混合的原料加入至密炼机之中进行密炼;
将密炼后的原料加热至双滚开炼机之中进行挤压,制得料片;
将所述料片进行水冷降温;
将冷却后的所述料片通过切粒机进行切割,以此所述高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的料粒制备完成。
本发明的一种高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料及其制备方法的有益效果为:以上原料及制备方法所制备的所述高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料不仅具有有益的阻燃性和不延燃性,并且在燃烧时发烟量少,可以忽略不计,并且不会产生有毒气体和腐蚀性气体,达到对环境进行保护的作用,同时还具有良好的耐低温性和抗紫外线性。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
本发明提供一种高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,包括以下质量份数组成,聚烯烃41%-43%、氢氧化镁35%-40%、氮化铝粉0.5%-1.5%、氮化硅0.2%-1.2%、水滑石4%-6%、硬脂酸钙0.5%-1.5%、紫外线吸收剂UV-5310.2%-0.4%、磷酸三甲苯酯0.1%-1%、阻燃剂2%-8.5%、抗氧剂2.4%-5%和增塑剂1%-5%。
所述氮化铝粉与所述氮化硅均为纳米级,其颗粒大小均为1nm~9nm之间。
所述聚烯烃采用乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯和4-甲基-1-戊烯中的一种或多种的组合。
所述阻燃剂采用含溴阻燃剂和含氮阻燃剂中的一种或多种的组合。
所述含溴阻燃剂采用四溴二苯醚、五溴二苯醚、六溴二苯醚和八溴二苯醚中的任意一种或多种组合。
所述含氮阻燃剂采用三聚氰胺和三聚氰胺磷酸盐中的任意一种或多种组合。
所述增塑剂采用邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯、领苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯中的任意一种或多种组合。
本发明还提供一种高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的制备方法,制备上述所述的高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,包括如下步骤:
S1:按比例对原料进行预处理,将所述氮化铝粉和所述氮化硅进行过筛;
S2:按比例将原料全部放入至搅拌釜之中混合搅拌至捏合状态;
S3:将上述混合的原料加入至密炼机之中进行密炼;
S4:将密炼后的原料加热至双滚开炼机之中进行挤压,制得料片;
S5:将所述料片进行水冷降温;
S6:将冷却后的所述料片通过切粒机进行切割,以此所述高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的料粒制备完成。
实施例1,请参阅图1,本发明还提供一种高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:按比例对原料进行预处理,将所述氮化铝粉和所述氮化硅进行过筛;
S2:按比例将所述聚烯烃41%、所述氢氧化镁35%、所述氮化铝粉0.5%、所述氮化硅0.2%、所述水滑石4%、所述硬脂酸钙0.5%、所述紫外线吸收剂UV-5310.2%、所述磷酸三甲苯酯0.1%、所述阻燃剂8.5%、所述抗氧剂5%和所述增塑剂5%放入至搅拌釜之中混合搅拌至捏合状态;
S3:将上述混合的原料加入至密炼机之中进行密炼;
S4:将密炼后的原料加热至双滚开炼机之中进行挤压,制得料片;
S5:将所述料片进行水冷降温;
S6:将冷却后的所述料片通过切粒机进行切割,以此所述高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的料粒制备完成。
通过在所述密炼机中进行密炼,将原料密炼成团状,无粉料时卸料,得混合团块,在进行所述双辊开炼机进行压料时,汽压力0.4至0.5MPa,辊温150至185℃,混合时,通过集料机构物料首先向中心聚集,此时驱动集料板电机对辊筒集料板进行转动,让辊筒集料板靠近辊筒中间位置一端向两个辊筒之间倾斜,驱动集料板丝杠让辊筒集料板的另一端延伸至辊筒外部,通过电动伸缩杆进行伸展,让辊筒集料板与辊筒相贴合,此时由于辊筒的转动让物料随着辊筒集料板的方向向中心聚集,聚集混合2至3分钟后,向上收缩电动伸缩杆,驱动集料板电机对辊筒集料板进行反向转动,让辊筒集料板靠近辊筒中间位置一端向辊筒前端倾斜,驱动集料板丝杠让辊筒集料板的另一端行相合并,此时由于辊筒的转动让物料随着辊筒集料板的方向向两侧聚集,聚集混合2至3分钟后,至料完全塑化均匀后,制得料片,最终使用水冷进行降温后对其进行剪切成颗粒状,至此所述所述高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的料粒制备完成。
实施例2,请参阅图2,本发明还提供一种高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:按比例对原料进行预处理,将所述氮化铝粉和所述氮化硅进行过筛;
S2:按比例将所述聚烯烃43%、所述氢氧化镁40%、所述氮化铝粉1.5%、所述氮化硅1.2%、所述水滑石6%、所述硬脂酸钙1.5%、所述紫外线吸收剂UV-5310.4%、所述磷酸三甲苯酯1%、所述阻燃剂2%、所述抗氧剂2.4%和所述增塑剂1%放入至搅拌釜之中混合搅拌至捏合状态;
S3:将上述混合的原料加入至密炼机之中进行密炼;
S4:将密炼后的原料加热至双滚开炼机之中进行挤压,制得料片;
S5:将所述料片进行水冷降温;
S6:将冷却后的所述料片通过切粒机进行切割,以此所述高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的料粒制备完成。

实施例3,请参阅图3,本发明还提供一种高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:按比例对原料进行预处理,将所述氮化铝粉和所述氮化硅进行过筛;
S2:按比例将所述聚烯烃42%、所述氢氧化镁37%、所述氮化铝粉1%、所述氮化硅0.7%、所述水滑石5%、所述硬脂酸钙1%、所述紫外线吸收剂UV-5310.3%、所述磷酸三甲苯酯0.55%、所述阻燃剂5%、所述抗氧剂3.7%和所述增塑剂3.75%放入至搅拌釜之中混合搅拌至捏合状态;
S3:将上述混合的原料加入至密炼机之中进行密炼;
S4:将密炼后的原料加热至双滚开炼机之中进行挤压,制得料片;
S5:将所述料片进行水冷降温;
S6:将冷却后的所述料片通过切粒机进行切割,以此所述高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的料粒制备完成。

1.一种高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,包括以下质量份数组成,其特征在于,
聚烯烃41%-43%、氢氧化镁35%-40%、氮化铝粉0.5%-1.5%、氮化硅0.2%-1.2%、水滑石4%-6%、硬脂酸钙0.5%-1.5%、紫外线吸收剂UV-5310.2%-0.4%、磷酸三甲苯酯0.1%-1%、阻燃剂2%-8.5%、抗氧剂2.4%-5%和增塑剂1%-5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,其特征在于,
所述氮化铝粉与所述氮化硅均为纳米级,其颗粒大小均为1nm~9nm之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,其特征在于,
所述聚烯烃采用乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯和4-甲基-1-戊烯中的一种或多种的组合。
4.如权利要求3所述的高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,其特征在于,
所述阻燃剂采用含溴阻燃剂和含氮阻燃剂中的一种或多种的组合。
5.如权利要求4所述的高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,其特征在于,
所述含溴阻燃剂采用四溴二苯醚、五溴二苯醚、六溴二苯醚和八溴二苯醚中的任意一种或多种组合。
6.如权利要求5所述的高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,其特征在于,
所述含氮阻燃剂采用三聚氰胺和三聚氰胺磷酸盐中的任意一种或多种组合。
7.如权利要求6所述的高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,其特征在于,
所述增塑剂采用邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯、领苯二甲酸二辛酯和邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯中的任意一种或多种组合。
8.一种高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的制备方法,制备如权利要求7所述的高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按比例对原料进行预处理,将所述氮化铝粉和所述氮化硅进行过筛;
按比例将原料全部放入至搅拌釜之中混合搅拌至捏合状态;
将上述混合的原料加入至密炼机之中进行密炼;
将密炼后的原料加热至双滚开炼机之中进行挤压,制得料片;
将所述料片进行水冷降温;
将冷却后的所述料片通过切粒机进行切割,以此所述高效的紫外光交联耐老化低烟无卤电缆料的料粒制备完成。
