Abstract

本发明公开一种耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,所述无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘料由以下重量份的组分组成:VA含量为40%的乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA、茂金属催化聚乙烯LLDPE、聚乙烯EPPE、乙烯‑辛烯共聚物POE、马来酸酐接枝茂金属聚乙烯、粉末状氢氧化镁、层状氢氧化铝、聚硅氮烷树脂、二氧化硅气凝胶、硬脂酸镁、硅油、抗氧剂、笼状磷酸酯三聚氰胺盐、聚苯醚、偶联剂、润滑剂、流变体0.3~0.5份;所述流变体由聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺和白油组成。本发明耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料减少氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝添加量,加入可以极大地提高氢氧化物的阻燃效率,降低阻燃剂的添加对力学性能的影响,良好拉伸强度15MPa和优良的断裂伸长率。

Description

耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚烯烃绝缘料,尤其涉及一种耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料。
背景技术
根据相关文献统计数据显示,在火灾中大多数人并非烧死,是由大量的烟尘、有毒气体导致窒息而失去逃生的机会,最终失去生命。由于其燃烧时产生的烟雾少,且不产生有毒气体,无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃电缆料正在逐步取代传统PVC电缆料。目前,越来越多的高层建筑、大型商场、医院、车站、体育场等公共场合已经大量使用无卤低烟阻燃电缆。无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃电缆料最常用的阻燃剂为氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝和其他含结晶水的矿物粉体,通常需要填充量达到150%才能达到较好的阻燃效果。若是电缆,尤其是布电线,阻燃性能要通过单根燃烧,所使用的无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃电缆料中的阻燃剂填充量需达到180%~200%,此时,此时电缆料的性能将大大降低;另一方面,现有配方体系,造粒过程中双楼杆出口口模处存在流延现象,滞留一段时间后会出现发黄变焦的现象,若混入到成品中,会存在质量风险;产量为1200kg/h,转速为360r/min时,主机电流为515A,能耗较大;熔融指数为0.4~0.55g/10min,客户端应用时表现为材料易拉断,延伸性较差。如何克服上述技术问题成为本领域普通技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明提供一种耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,此耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料减少氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝添加量,提高氢氧化物的阻燃效率,拉线不再出现拉断现象,良好拉伸强度15MPa和优良的断裂伸长率。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,所述无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘料由以下重量份的组分组成:
VA含量为40%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA 40~60份,
茂金属催化聚乙烯 15~25份,
聚乙烯EPPE 10~20份,
乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE 4~8份,
马来酸酐接枝茂金属聚乙烯 10~15份,
粉末状氢氧化镁 15~30份,
层状氢氧化铝 5~10份,
聚硅氮烷树脂 2~5份,
二氧化硅气凝胶 2~5份,
硅油 0.5~1份,
抗氧剂 0.4~1.5份,
聚苯醚 2~3份,
偶联剂 1.5~3份,
润滑剂 0.5~1份,
流变体 0.3~0.5份;
所述流变体由聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺和白油组成。
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
1、上述方案中,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1098、抗氧剂168、抗氧剂245和抗氧剂1076中的至少一种。
2、上述方案中,所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
3、上述方案中,所述氢氧化镁目数大于3000。
4、上述方案中,所述流变体中聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺和白油按照10:3~5重量份比例混合。
5、上述方案中,所述聚乙烯EPPE密度为0.91g/cm3,熔融指数约为1.5g/10min。
6、上述方案中,所述乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE密度为0.880 g/cm3,熔融指数为5g/10min。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、本发明耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,其基于VA含量为40%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA 40~60份、茂金属催化聚乙烯LLDPE15~25份、聚乙烯EPPE10~20份、乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE4~8份、马来酸酐接枝茂金属聚乙烯10~15份中添加粉末状氢氧化镁15~30份、层状氢氧化铝5~10份,采用粉末状和层状2种形态的氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝(LDH)组合使用,且搭配聚苯醚2~3份,减少氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝添加量,加入可以极大地提高氢氧化物的阻燃效率,降低阻燃剂的添加对力学性能的影响,良好拉伸强度15MPa和优良的断裂伸长率650%;其次,其进一步添加聚硅氮烷树脂和二氧化硅气凝胶,聚硅氮烷树脂可以在高温下热解制备氮化硅和氮化碳硅等陶瓷,而二氧化硅气凝胶具备低导热、高阻燃、高孔隙率等优良品质,可以使达到很好自熄性,提高产品的阻燃性能,故阻燃剂的填充比例可以大幅度降低,从而得到一种具有高阻燃性且挤出加工性能优良的电缆料。
2、本发明耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,基于VA含量为40%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA 40~60份、茂金属催化聚乙烯LLDPE15~25份、聚乙烯EPPE10~20份、乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE4~8份、马来酸酐接枝茂金属聚乙烯10~15份体系中添加流变体,此流变体由聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺和白油组成,生产过程中双螺杆口模不再有流延现象,消除了该项质量隐患;产量为1200kg/h、双螺杆转速为360r/min时,双螺杆主机的电流为485A,硅烷交联A料的熔融指数提升至0.85~1.0g/10min之间,拉线不再出现拉断现象。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1~4:一种耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,所述无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘料由以下重量份的组分组成,如表1所示:

实施例1中抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,实施例2中抗氧剂为抗氧剂1098,实施例3中抗氧剂为抗氧剂168和抗氧剂245按照1:1形成的混合物,实施例4中抗氧剂为抗氧剂245和抗氧剂1076按照1:1形成的混合物;
实施例1的流变体中聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺和白油按照10:4重量份比例混合;实施例2的流变体中聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺和白油按照10:3.5重量份比例混合;实施例3的流变体中聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺和白油按照10:4重量份比例混合;实施例4的流变体中聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺和白油按照10:4.2重量份比例混合。
上述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
上述氢氧化镁目数大于3000。
上述聚乙烯EPPE密度为0.91g/cm3,熔融指数约为1.5g/10min。
上述乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE密度为0.880 g/cm3,熔融指数为5g/10min。
一种耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA 40~60份、茂金属催化聚乙烯LLDPE15~25份、聚乙烯EPPE10~20份、乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE4~8份、马来酸酐接枝茂金属聚乙烯10~15份加入高速混合机中,在95-105℃下以500-800rpm的速度搅拌混合,然后将粉末状氢氧化镁15~30份、层状氢氧化铝5~10份投入螺杆双挤出机中,再加入偶联剂1.5~3份、润滑剂0.5~1份,挤出机熔融段温度控制在140-180℃,在400-600r/min 的转速下熔融共混10-20min,然后挤出造粒,即得颗粒;
步骤二、将硅油0.5~1份、聚硅氮烷树脂2~5份、流变体0.3~0.5份、二氧化硅气凝胶2~5份与上述制得的颗粒加入到混炼机上混炼10~30min,温度为100~120℃,得到混炼胶;
步骤三、将上述制得的混炼胶与抗氧剂0.4~1.5份、聚苯醚2~3份投入密炼机中,混炼2~3min后,密炼机螺杆转速为50-300r/min,温度控制在140~190℃;
步骤四、将密炼后得到的混和料剪切后输送入螺杆挤出机挤出加工,挤出时的机身温度为140±10℃,机头温度为110±10℃,挤出后进行硫化,在160-180℃下热压8-10min,常温冷压4-6min,硫化压力6~10MPa,出线速度为12~15m/min,从而获得电缆料。
采用上述耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料时,其采用粉末状和层状2种形态的氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝(LDH)组合使用,且搭配聚苯醚2~3份,可减少氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝添加量,加入可以极大地提高氢氧化物的阻燃效率,降低阻燃剂的添加对力学性能的影响,良好拉伸强度15MPa和优良的断裂伸长率650%;其次,其可以使达到很好自熄性,提高产品的阻燃性能,故阻燃剂的填充比例可以大幅度降低,从而得到一种具有高阻燃性且挤出加工性能优良的电缆料;再次,其生产过程中双螺杆口模不再有流延现象,消除了该项质量隐患;产量为1200kg/h、双螺杆转速为360r/min时,双螺杆主机的电流为485A,硅烷交联A料的熔融指数提升至0.85~1.0g/10min之间,拉线不再出现拉断现象。

1. 一种耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于: 所述无卤低烟聚烯烃绝缘料由以下重量份的组分组成:
VA含量为40%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物EVA 40~60份,
茂金属催化聚乙烯 15~25份,
聚乙烯EPPE 10~20份,
乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE 4~8份,
马来酸酐接枝茂金属聚乙烯 10~15份,
粉末状氢氧化镁 15~30份,
层状氢氧化铝 5~10份,
聚硅氮烷树脂 2~5份,
二氧化硅气凝胶 2~5份,
硅油 0.5~1份,
抗氧剂 0.4~1.5份,
聚苯醚 2~3份,
偶联剂 1.5~3份,
润滑剂 0.5~1份,
流变体 0.3~0.5份;
所述流变体由聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺和白油组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅烷交联聚乙烯电缆料,其特征在于:所述流变体中聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺和白油按照10:3~5重量份比例混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1098、抗氧剂168、抗氧剂245和抗氧剂1076中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于:所述氢氧化镁目数大于3000。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯EPPE密度为0.91g/cm3,熔融指数约为1.5g/10min。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的耐油型硅烷交联聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于:所述乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE密度为0.880 g/cm3,熔融指数为5g/10min。
