Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of external medicines, in particular to an external ointment for treating whelk and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The acne generally refers to acne, is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis of a pilosebaceous unit, is mainly better to be developed in teenagers, is closely related to factors such as excessive sebum secretion, blockage of pilosebaceous vessels, bacterial infection, inflammatory reaction and the like, and has the problems of poor absorption effect and poor acne treatment effect when the existing external ointment for treating the acne is used.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides an external ointment for treating whelk and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an external ointment for treating whelk comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800-900 parts of vaseline, 35-45 parts of lanolin, 45-55 parts of honey, 6-8 parts of pseudo-ginseng powder, 0.5-0.7 part of snake gall powder, 0.3-0.5 part of artificial bezoar powder, 0.3-0.5 part of artificial musk powder, 30-40 parts of calamine powder, 0.12-0.18 part of amber powder, 0.3-0.5 part of pearl powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of borax powder, 0.04-0.06 part of sal ammoniac powder and 12-18 parts of borneol.
Preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 850 parts of vaseline, 40 parts of lanolin, 50 parts of honey, 7 parts of pseudo-ginseng powder, 0.6 part of snake gall powder, 0.4 part of artificial bezoar powder, 0.4 part of artificial musk powder, 35 parts of calamine powder, 0.15 part of amber powder, 0.4 part of pearl powder, 1 part of borax powder, 0.05 part of sal ammoniac powder and 15 parts of borneol.
Preferably, the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 845-855 parts of vaseline, 38-42 parts of lanolin, 48-52 parts of honey, 6.5-7.5 parts of pseudo-ginseng powder, 0.55-0.65 part of snake gall powder, 0.35-0.45 part of artificial bezoar powder, 0.35-0.45 part of artificial musk powder, 34-36 parts of calamine powder, 0.14-0.16 part of amber powder, 0.38-0.42 part of pearl powder, 0.9-1.1 part of borax powder, 0.05 part of sal ammoniac powder and 14-17 parts of borneol.
The preparation method of the external ointment for treating the whelk comprises the following steps:
step 1: according to the weight parts of the raw materials, grinding and sieving pseudo-ginseng powder, snake gall powder, artificial bezoar powder, artificial musk powder, calamine powder, amber powder, pearl powder, borax powder, sal ammoniac powder and borneol, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed powder;
step 2: further crushing the mixed powder to obtain raw material powder;
and 3, step 3: sterilizing Mel, lanoline and vaseline;
and 4, step 4: and (3) fully stirring the sterilized honey, lanolin and vaseline and the raw material powder obtained in the step (2) for 60-120 minutes until the ointment is uniform, thus obtaining the external ointment for treating the whelk.
Preferably, in the step 1, the pseudo-ginseng powder, the snake gall powder, the artificial bezoar powder, the artificial musk powder, the calamine powder, the amber powder, the pearl powder, the borax powder, the sal ammoniac powder and the borneol are crushed and sieved by a 200-mesh sieve; and in the step 2, further crushing the mixed powder by using a jet mill.
Preferably, the honey sterilization method in the step 3 comprises the following steps: placing Mel in 130-180 deg.C environment, and sterilizing for 60-90 min.
Preferably, the sterilization method of the lanolin in the step 3 comprises the following steps: placing lanolin in 130-180 deg.C environment, and sterilizing for 60-90 min.
Preferably, the sterilization method of the vaseline in the step 3 comprises the following steps: placing vaseline in an environment with the temperature controlled at 130-180 ℃, and sterilizing for 60-90 minutes; stirring until vaseline is cooled to 60-80 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention adopts a micronization process with the medicine, solves the problem of difficult absorption of the mineral medicine, and the medicine easily enters tissues through skin, so that the absorption rate is greatly improved, and the curative effect of the medicine is improved.
The invention has simple process and low cost, has good curative effect on various skin inflammatory diseases such as heat-toxin and blood stasis type acne and the like, and is suitable for industrial production.
