The blanking device of claim 6, wherein the first positioning guide rail is an upper and lower positioning guide rail, the first positioning cam is adapted to the first positioning guide rail, the second positioning guide rail is a left and right positioning guide rail, and the second positioning cam is adapted to the second positioning guide rail.
