Claims (8)

1. A production process of an all-cotton water-soluble yarn jacquard fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparing raw materials, namely preparing all-cotton yarns and water-soluble yarns, wherein the all-cotton yarns account for 80-90% of the total amount, and the water-soluble yarns account for 10-20% of the total amount;
s2, weaving, drawing a pattern in a computer according to a required pattern, and arranging needles by using all cotton yarns and water-soluble yarns according to the pattern of the computer pattern, wherein the using amounts of the all cotton yarns and the water-soluble yarns are determined according to the pattern;
s3, dyeing, namely boiling and washing the raw materials for 30 minutes by using hot water at the temperature of 90-95 ℃ to fully dissolve the water-soluble yarns; pre-treating, adding anti-wrinkle agent 3G/L, refining agent 1G/L, caustic soda 1G/L and H2O25G/L, boiling and washing with hot water of 95-100 deg.C for 1 hr, heating to 105-110 deg.C, and boiling and washing for 30 min; washing with water; adding 1G of pickling solution into each liter of water to carry out pickling and impurity removal on the raw materials; adding 0.1G/L of deoxylase, 1G/L of chelating dispersant and 1G/L of leveling agent respectively, and washing for 8-12 minutes at 40-45 ℃; adding dye, and dyeing at 58-63 deg.C for 40-50 min; after-finishing, hot washing for 10-12 minutes at 58-63 ℃; washing with water; pickling for 0.5-1G/L; soaping for 2-3 times according to different colors at 90-95 ℃; hot washing with water for 3-4 times; softening; discharging the cloth;
s4, finishing and shaping, wherein the specification of an upper shaping machine is 20 yards/min at 150 ℃, the upper overfeeding is 25, the lower overfeeding is-3, the frame ratio is required to be 10cm larger, the lower machine ratio is required to be 5cm larger, and a finished product is obtained after shaping;
and S5, cleaning and drying, namely cleaning the produced finished product, circulating the fabric through a drying box for uniform drying, and removing wool.
2. A production device of all-cotton water-soluble yarn jacquard fabric comprises a drying box (1), and is characterized in that a heating mechanism, a hair removing mechanism, a drainage mechanism, a partition plate (2), a material guide opening (10) and a material guide roller (11) are arranged inside the drying box (1);
the heating mechanism comprises a driving shaft (3) which is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the bottom of the drying box (1) along the vertical direction and a wind-heat assembly which is arranged outside the driving shaft (3) and used for blowing hot air to the fabric;
the hair removing mechanism comprises a first fan blade (4) arranged in the partition plate (2) and a linkage assembly for driving the first fan blade (4) to rotate, and the linkage assembly is driven by the driving shaft (3);
drainage mechanism, including respectively two cotton piece (5) of absorbing water of rigid coupling on stoving case (1) both sides inner wall and be used for absorbing water cotton piece (5) and carry out the cotton subassembly of pressure of cyclic extrusion, and press cotton subassembly to be driven by drive shaft (3).
