and 3, step 3: adding the fermented material into an intelligent stirrer to be mixed with the mixture A, heating, adding an organic solvent, a synergist and a long-acting agent, uniformly stirring, cooling and drying to obtain a water-soluble fertilizer soft material;
and 4, step 4: and (3) feeding the soft water-soluble fertilizer into a granulator for granulation to obtain the granular organic element water-soluble fertilizer, and bagging for storage to obtain the finished product.
In one embodiment, the stirring temperature in the intelligent stirrer is 55 ℃ in step 2, the temperature is raised to 75 ℃ in step 3, and the stirring speed is 220r/min.
In one embodiment, the granular organic element water-soluble fertilizer has a particle size of 5-7mm, and is applied by drip irrigation with water.

The invention provides an organic element water-soluble fertilizer formula which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30 parts of composite organic material, 8 parts of potassium fulvate, 4 parts of magnesium sulfate monohydrate, 4.5 parts of manganese sulfate, 3 parts of active boron, 1.8 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 2.8 parts of synergist, 7.7 parts of organic solvent, 1.5 parts of long-acting agent, 6 parts of organic high polymer and 4 parts of organic material decomposition agent.
In one embodiment, the composite organic material is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of rock powder, 10 parts of seaweed master batch powder and 10 parts of zeolite powder, wherein the rock powder is marble powder.
In one embodiment, the synergist is citric acid.
In one embodiment, the long-acting agent consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.3 portion of thiourea, 0.3 portion of chitin, 0.4 portion of hydroquinone and 0.5 portion of calcium cyanamide.
In one embodiment, the organic high molecular polymer is polyvinyl alcohol.
In one embodiment, the organic material decomposing inoculant consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5 parts of wine yeast fermentation liquor, 1.5 parts of lactobacillus fermentation liquor, 0.5 part of bacillus fermentation liquor and 0.5 part of trichoderma fermentation liquor.
In one embodiment, the organic solvent is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3.2 parts of nano carbon sol and 4.5 parts of organopolysiloxane emulsion.

step 1: putting the composite organic material into a fermentation tank, adding an organic material decomposing agent, uniformly mixing and fermenting to prepare a fermentation material;
step 2: placing potassium fulvate, magnesium sulfate monohydrate, manganese sulfate, active boron and ammonium polyphosphate into an intelligent stirrer, heating and stirring to prepare a mixture A;
and 3, step 3: adding the fermented material into an intelligent stirrer to be mixed with the mixture A, heating, adding an organic solvent, a synergist and a long-acting agent, uniformly stirring, cooling and drying to obtain a water-soluble fertilizer soft material;
and 4, step 4: and (3) feeding the soft water-soluble fertilizer into a granulator for granulation to obtain the granular organic element water-soluble fertilizer, and bagging for storage to obtain the finished product.
In one embodiment, the stirring temperature in the intelligent stirrer is 65 ℃ in step 2, and the temperature is raised to 85 ℃ in step 3, and the stirring speed is 240r/min.
In one embodiment, the granular organic element water-soluble fertilizer has a particle size of 5-7mm, and is applied by drip irrigation with water.
The production process of the organic element water-soluble fertilizer provided by the invention is simpler, the compound organic material is used as a main organic raw material, and the added organic high molecular polymer, potassium fulvate, magnesium sulfate monohydrate, manganese sulfate, active boron, ammonium polyphosphate and synergist are matched, so that the purity and the fertilizer efficiency of the water-soluble fertilizer can be greatly improved, the added long-acting agent can effectively prolong the fertilizer efficiency of the water-soluble fertilizer, the fertilizer can be remained and prolonged in soil, the fertilization times are reduced, the cost is reduced, and the utilization rate of the water-soluble fertilizer can be improved.

Claims (10)
1. The formula of the organic element water-soluble fertilizer is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of composite organic material, 3-8 parts of potassium fulvate, 2.5-4.5 parts of magnesium sulfate monohydrate, 2.5-4.5 parts of manganese sulfate, 1-3 parts of active boron, 0.8-1.8 parts of ammonium polyphosphate, 2.2-2.8 parts of synergist, 4.5-9.2 parts of organic solvent, 0.7-1.5 parts of long-acting agent, 3-6 parts of organic high polymer and 2-4 parts of organic material decomposing agent.

The formula of the organic element water-soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composite organic material is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of rock powder, 5-15 parts of seaweed master batch powder and 5-15 parts of zeolite powder, wherein the rock powder is one or more of granite powder, conglomerate powder, marble powder, magma powder and sandstone powder.
3. The formulation of claim 1, wherein the synergist is one or more of polyglutamic acid, carboxymethyl chitosan, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, and citric acid.
4. The formula of the organic element water-soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the long-acting agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1-0.5 part of thiourea, 0.1-0.5 part of chitin, 0.1-0.5 part of hydroquinone and 0.1-0.5 part of calcium cyanamide.
5. The formula of the organic element water-soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic high molecular polymer is one or more of polyacrylamide, chitosan, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium carboxymethyl starch.

The formula of the organic element water-soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic material decomposing agent is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-1.5 parts of wine yeast fermentation liquor, 0.5-1.5 parts of lactobacillus fermentation liquor, 0.5-1.5 parts of bacillus fermentation liquor and 0.5-1.5 parts of trichoderma fermentation liquor.
7. The formula of the organic element water-soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic solvent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.8-3.2 parts of nano carbon sol and 2.4-4.5 parts of organopolysiloxane emulsion.
8. A production process of an organic element water-soluble fertilizer, which is applied to the preparation of the organic element water-soluble fertilizer formula of any one of claims 1 to 7, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: putting the composite organic material into a fermentation tank, adding an organic material decomposing agent, uniformly mixing and fermenting to prepare a fermentation material;
step 2: placing the potassium fulvate, the magnesium sulfate monohydrate, the manganese sulfate, the active boron and the ammonium polyphosphate into an intelligent stirrer, heating and stirring to prepare a mixture A;
and step 3: adding the fermented material into an intelligent stirrer to be mixed with the mixture A, heating, adding an organic solvent, a synergist and a long-acting agent, uniformly stirring, cooling and drying to obtain a water-soluble fertilizer soft material;
and 4, step 4: and (3) feeding the soft water-soluble fertilizer into a granulator for granulation to obtain granular organic element water-soluble fertilizer, and bagging for storage to obtain a finished product.
9. The production process of the organic element water-soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step 2, the stirring temperature in the intelligent stirrer is 45-65 ℃, the temperature is raised to 65-85 ℃ in the step 3, and the stirring speed is 200-240r/min.
10. The process for producing the water-soluble fertilizer for organic elements as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the granular water-soluble fertilizer for organic elements is 5-7mm, and the application mode of the water-soluble fertilizer for organic elements comprises drip irrigation or flushing application along with water.
