8. The disinfectant liquid as set forth in claim 7, wherein said quaternary ammonium salt compound is a combination of didecyldimethyl ammonium chloride and benzalkonium chloride.
9. The high efficiency disinfectant as set forth in claim 8, wherein the mass ratio of said didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride to benzalkonium chloride is (0.8-1.2): 1.
10. The method for preparing the high-efficiency disinfectant according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the disinfectant is prepared by dissolving a biguanide compound and a quaternary ammonium salt compound in water.
