Abstract
本发明属于农药复配技术领域,具体涉及一种含三氟甲吡醚的杀虫组合物及其应用,包含活性成分A和活性成分B,其中活性成分A为三氟甲吡醚,活性成分B为式(Ⅰ)化合物,所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:20~30:1。本发明组合物及其制剂能够有效防治多种植食性害虫,延缓害虫抗药性产生,降低化学农药使用量。

技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含三氟甲吡醚的杀虫组合物。
背景技术
小菜蛾属鳞翅目菜蛾科,是世界性迁飞害虫,主要为害甘蓝、青花菜、薹菜、花椰菜、白菜、油菜、萝卜等十字花科植物。初龄幼虫仅取食叶肉,留下表皮,在菜叶上形成透明的斑,3~4龄幼虫可将菜叶咬成缺刻或孔洞,在苗期常集中心叶为害,影响包心,使蔬菜失去商品性;还可危害留种株的嫩茎、幼荚和籽粒,结实率较低,给生产造成较大的损失。目前生产上防治小菜蛾主要采用氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂,如异丙威;或者采用拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,如溴氰菊酯;有机磷类杀虫剂由于毒性较高,已经被禁止在蔬菜上使用;还有使用烟碱类和苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂;或者采用生物制剂,如BT;以上几类杀虫剂有的效果慢,有的易产生抗药性。
三氟甲吡醚(Pyridalyl)又称啶虫丙醚,化学名为2-{3-[2.3-二氯-4-(3,3-二氯-2-丙烯基氧基)苯氧基]丙氧基}-5-(三氟甲基)嘧啶,是一类新的嘧啶类低毒杀虫剂。其化学结构独特,与常用农药的作用机理不用,主要用于防治为害作物的鳞翅目幼虫。
式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物的化学名为N-(1-甲基环丙基)-2-(3-吡啶基)-2H-吲唑-4-甲酰胺,英文化学名称为N-(1-methylcyclopropyl)-2-(3-pyridinyl)-2H-indazole-4-carboxamide,其化学结构式为:
在农业生产的实际过程中,长期使用单一杀虫剂进行化学防治,往往会加速害虫抗药性的产生。然而,现在开发全新的杀虫剂难度越来越大,周期越来越长,杀虫剂的不合理使用使得害虫产生抗药性的速度越来越快,新型杀虫剂的开发速度远远赶不上害虫抗药性的发展。通过农药混配,能够保护现有杀虫药剂品种,延长其使用寿命。将三氟甲吡醚与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配,不仅能够延长三氟甲吡醚的使用寿命,式(Ⅰ)化合物为一种新型的杀虫药剂,现在与三氟甲吡醚混用,其抗性基因在种群中的频率非常低,引起不同抗性机制的基因只存在于不同个体中。另外,经过发明人的复配研究,将三氟甲吡醚与(Ⅰ)所示的化合物复配后均能产生很好的增效作用,并且关于三氟甲吡醚与(Ⅰ)所示的化合物复配的相关报道尚未公开。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有协同增效作用、使用成本低、防效好的含三氟甲吡醚的杀虫组合物。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种含三氟甲吡醚的杀虫组合物,包含活性成分A和活性成分B,活性成分A为三氟甲吡醚,活性成分B为式(Ⅰ)所示的化合物;结构式如下:

本发明的杀虫组合物配制可由通常的本领域技术人员所公知的加工方法制备,即将活性物质与液体溶剂或固体载体混合后,再加入表面活性剂如润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、稳定剂、渗透剂和载体等中的一种或几种;
进一步地,所述润湿剂选自十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、拉开粉BX、润湿渗透剂F、皂角粉、蚕沙或无患子粉中的一种或多种组成的混合物;

本发明的杀虫组合物可加工成农业上可接受的任一剂型,所述的杀虫组合物的剂型包括悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂。

(2)减少了农药用药量,降低了农药在作物上的残留量,减轻了环境污染;
(3)延缓鳞翅目幼虫的抗药性发展;
(4)对人畜安全,环境友好。
具体实施案例
制备例1:
35%三氟甲吡醚·式(Ⅰ)悬浮剂(3:2)
配方:三氟甲吡醚21%,式(Ⅰ)化合物14%,聚醚3.5%、苯乙基酚聚醚磷酸酯盐3.5%,格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,硅酸镁铝1.2%,黄原胶0.1%,丙二醇4%,甘油1%,苯并异噻唑啉酮0.03%,二甲基硅油0.4%,去离子水补足余量;
制备方法:按配方比例,将活性成分、表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂依次置于反应釜中,加水混合均匀,经高速剪切,湿法砂磨,最后匀质过滤即得悬浮剂。
制备例2:
30%三氟甲吡醚·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(1:1)
配方:三氟甲吡醚15%,式(Ⅰ)化合物15%,聚醚2%、聚羧酸盐1.5%、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚2.5%,十八烷基磷酸酯2%,硅酸镁铝1%,聚乙烯醇0.2%,丙二醇3%,甘油1%,苯甲酸0.1%,二甲基硅油0.4%,去离子水补足余量;

40%三氟甲吡醚·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(3:2)
配方:三氟甲吡醚24%,式(Ⅰ)化合物16%,木质素磺酸钠12%,聚羧酸钠盐6%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠4.5%,十二烷基硫酸钠3%,白炭黑4.5%,淀粉17%,高岭土补足余量;
制备方法:按实施例配方比例,将活性成分加入载体中,并在其中加入表面活性剂和其他功能性助剂,混合,经气流粉碎后加水,然后经捏合、造粒、干燥、筛分制得水分散粒剂产品。
制备例5:
48%三氟甲吡醚·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(5:1)
配方:三氟甲吡醚40%,式(Ⅰ)化合物8%,木质素磺酸钠10%,萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物5%,开拉粉BX 5%,十二烷基硫酸钠3.5%,白炭黑0.5%,12%淀粉,高岭土补足余量;
制备方法,同制备例4。
制备例6:
36%三氟甲吡醚·式(Ⅰ)化合物水分散粒剂(3:1)
配方:三氟甲吡醚27%,式(Ⅰ)化合物9%,木质素磺酸钠13%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐3.5%,膨润土1%,淀粉14%,硅藻土补足余量;
制备方法,同制备例4。
91%三氟甲吡醚原药(山东海利尔化工有限公司)、90%式(I)所示化合物原药,以上原药均由海利尔药业集团研发中心提供。
室内活性实施例1
试验方法:浸叶和浸虫相结合的方法
供试虫:室内敏感种群:小菜蛾敏感品系由海利尔药业集团股份有限公司研发中心提供,室内筛选繁殖形成;田间种群:采集于青岛市平度南村镇十字花科蔬菜上的小菜蛾蛹在室内繁殖获得F1代;
试验方法:分别测定三氟甲吡醚、式(Ⅰ)化合物单剂对室内敏感种群、田间采集种群的LC50,并计算田间采集种群小菜蛾对药剂的抗性倍数;并将三氟甲吡醚与式(Ⅰ)化合物不同比例混配测定其对田间采集种群小菜蛾的LC50。
具体试验操作方法:选取健康一致的小菜蛾二龄初幼虫,用镊子将新鲜甘蓝叶片置于药液中浸渍10s后取出,待药液自然晾干后将甘蓝叶片置于垫有保湿滤纸的培养皿中,将20头小菜蛾二龄初幼虫置于药液中5s后,用滤纸吸取多余药液,将试虫放入相应浓度浸叶的培养皿中;每个处理4次重复,以空白处理作为对照。
处理后的试虫置于26±1℃,光照时间L:D=16h:8h,相对湿度为60%的人工智能培养室进行饲养。
药剂处理后分别于48h调查试虫死亡情况,判断试虫死亡标准为虫体明显收缩或针刺不能正常爬动,记录死虫数。
数据统计与分析:空白对照死亡率小于5%无需校正;空白对照死亡率5%~10%,需进行校正死亡率;空白对照死亡率10%以上,则需重新进行试验。
计算公式如下:
以LC50值相对小的药剂为标准药剂,其毒力指数TI为100。
混剂的理论毒力指数TTI=TIA×PA+TIB×PB
式中:PA、PB分别为活性成分A、B在组合物中所占的重量比。
用Spss20软件进行数据统计分析,采用LSD进行单因素方差比较(两两比较)分析,并采用邓肯式氏新复极差法(DMRT)进行差异显著性分析。

试验毒力测定结果:

由表2可知,小菜蛾对三氟甲吡醚产生了明显的抗性,其抗性倍数为18.541,呈现中等水平抗性。毒力测定结果显示式(Ⅰ)化合物对小菜蛾室内敏感种群其LC50为25.270mg/L,对小菜蛾田间采集种群其LC50为49.360mg/L。

由表3可知,三氟甲吡醚与式(Ⅰ)化合物防治小菜蛾在1:20~30:1时,共毒系数均大于120,说明两者混配在1:20~30:1范围内混配均表现出增效作用。当三氟甲吡醚与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配重量比在1:8~6:1时,共毒系数均大于130,说明两者混配在该重量比范围内表现为增效作用;当三氟甲吡醚与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配重量比为1:6~6:1时,共毒系数均大于140,说明两者在该混配重量比范围内表现为明显增效。
田间实施例1
田间试验防治甘蓝小菜蛾
供试作物:甘蓝;
试验对象:小菜蛾;
试验设在山东省潍坊市诸城甘蓝种植田,所有试验小区的栽培条件(耕作、施肥、株行距等)均匀一致,且符合当地的种植习惯。甘蓝于8月2日进行移栽,株行距为30cm×45cm,密度4500株/667m2。
试验方法:小区面积20m2,每处理重复4次。采用卫士WS-18D型背负式电动喷雾器进行常量喷雾。2021年8月27日(甘蓝莲座期)小菜蛾处于低龄幼虫发生初期时施药一次。
调查方法:施药前调查虫口基数,在药后3d、14d调查活虫数,共调查3次。每小区5点取样,每点固定3株有虫株,调查整株上的幼虫。

从实验结果表4分析可以看出,三氟甲吡醚与式(Ⅰ)化合物混配对甘蓝小菜蛾具有较好的防治效果,表现出较好的速效性和持效性。药后3d,25%三氟甲吡醚·式(Ⅰ)化合物悬浮剂(2:3)用药量为30mg/L、45mg/L、60mg/L防效分别为84.83%、88.11%、92.13%;药后14d,防效分别为89.43%、90.65%、92.78%,防治效果呈现逐渐增大趋势。
药剂安全性:试验过程中,甘蓝生长正常,各处理药剂在供试浓度下均未对甘蓝植株造成药害。
虽然,上文中己经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的,因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

2.根据权利1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:8~6:1。
3.根据权利1所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述的活性成分A和活性成分B的质量比为1:6~6:1。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,以所述杀虫组合物的总重量为100wt%计,所述活性成分A与活性成分B在杀虫组合物中的含量之和为1~80wt%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述杀虫组合物还包括辅助剂,所述辅助剂选自润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、稳定剂、渗透剂和载体中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述杀虫组合物可加工成农业上可接受的任一剂型,所述的杀虫组合物的剂型包括悬浮剂、水分散粒剂。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的杀虫组合物在防治农业、林业、园艺植食性害虫中的应用。
8.如权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述植食性害虫为鳞翅目害虫。
9.如权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述鳞翅目害虫包括小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、草地贪夜蛾、二化螟、棉铃虫、菜青虫。
10.如权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述杀虫组合物以有效剂量施于需要控制的害虫或其生长的介质上。
