背景技术
胶带广泛应用于电子产品领域中屏幕、电池以及其他元器件的粘结固定,但是很多电子元器件在被胶带固定后存在难以拆卸的问题,当产品在组装过程中由于质量问题需要重工、产品加工过程中需要临时固定、产品售后维修或回收再利用需要再拆卸时,会带来极大的不便造成一定的经济损失。目前电芯组装过程中主要用的是结构胶,结构胶的缺点是一旦组装成型,不管是过程失误还是后续检测中单个电池有问题,都无法返工,只能一组报废。
中国专利CN208604053U公开了一种电池包覆用阻燃单面胶带,依次包括特殊涂层、基材层、胶黏剂层、离型材层,通过哑光油墨作为特殊涂层稳定可移除拉伸减粘胶带的性能,实现对电池的包覆,但是导致产品的粘着力相对较低,且胶带厚度的可调节空间较小。中国专利CN114196328A公开了一种可移除胶黏剂、可移除胶带及其制备方法和应用,具体采用聚异戊二烯胶、丁苯胶、甲基丙烯酸和聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶的组合制备得到兼顾了优异的耐化学品强附着力和剥落过程中的低附着力的可移除胶黏剂,可应用于CNC加工过程中,但是无法满足电池组装的实际应用需求。
因此,本发明基于电芯组装领域结构胶存在的上述缺陷,提供一种阻燃可移除双面胶带,兼顾优异的阻燃性能、粘结性能和可移除性能,可全面替代结构胶应用于电芯组装,且制备工艺简单,易于实现大规模工业化生产,具有很高的实际应用价值。
发明内容
本发明一方面提供了一种阻燃可移除双面胶,按照重量份计,其制备原料至少包括:热塑性弹性体80-120份、增粘剂50-150份、辅助助剂1-5份、补强助剂10-30份、阻燃助剂50-150份、溶剂200-400份。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述热塑性弹性体选自苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体、烯烃类热塑性弹性体、氨酯类热塑性弹性体、酯类热塑性弹性体、酰胺类热塑性弹性体;
优选的,所述热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体中的一种或几种的组合;优选的,所述热塑性弹性体为苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS);优选的,所述苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中苯乙烯含量为25-31wt%;

作为一种优选的技术方案,所述增粘剂为石油树脂、松香树脂、酚醛树脂、萜烯树脂中的一种或几种的组合。优选的,所述增粘剂为松香树脂和/或萜烯树脂;优选的,所述增粘剂为松香树脂,所述松香树脂的软化点(环球法)为128-155℃;所述松香树脂的型号为K803L或KP150,来源于广东科茂林产化工股份有限公司。
基于本发明体系,引入软化点为128-155℃的特定松香树脂作为增粘剂,与体系中的热塑性弹性体和其他原料具有良好的相容性,有效提高超的耐热性能和粘结强度。

1、本发明提供了一种阻燃可移除双面胶带,兼顾优异的阻燃性能、粘结性能和可移除性能,可全面替代结构胶应用于电芯组装,且制备工艺简单,易于实现大规模工业化生产,具有很高的实际应用价值。
2、基于本发明体系,通过引入热塑性弹性体苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物作为聚合物基体材料,与体系中的增粘剂、助剂实现良好的相容,使提供的阻燃可移除双面胶具有较高的耐热性能和适中的拉伸强度。

所述阻燃助剂为红磷氮磷混合物和氢氧化铝的组合;所述红磷氮磷混合物和氢氧化铝的质量比为2:3;所述红磷氮磷混合物包括红磷、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐;所述红磷、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐的质量比为4:3;
所述溶剂为甲苯;
所述阻燃可移除双面胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的各原料进行干燥处理;
(2)将各原料分散溶解,分散均匀后出料,密闭保存;
(3)将胶水涂布于双面淋膜涂硅纸离型力较高的一面,收卷;
(4)根据不同的厚度进行匹配贴合,达到目标厚度;
所述步骤(1)中干燥处理具体为:将配方量的各原料置于55℃的烘箱中干燥处理4h;
所述步骤(2)中分散溶解具体为:将增粘剂、辅助助剂、补强助剂依次投料,然后加入溶剂,以500r/min转速分散2h,之后加入热塑性弹性体,继续以同样转速高速分散6h,然后加入阻燃助剂分散2.5h,然后出料得到半成品,密闭保存;
所述步骤(3)中涂布具体为:将步骤(2)得到的半成品进行涂布,烘箱温度为80℃,涂布车速为3m/min,单层厚度为0.1mm或0.2mm;
所述步骤(4)中目标厚度为0.1mm或1.0mm或2.0mm。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的阻燃可移除双面胶的应用,其特征在于,应用于电芯组装。
