in the invention, when sewage passes through the secondary filter plate 125, the upper end surface of the embedded plate 251 is in an arc shape, the installation position of the flow groove 254 is positioned at the connection middle end of the top filter block 253, water flows along with the arc surface when passing through the embedded plate 251, iron filings are adsorbed when passing through the magnetism of the top filter block 253, then the sewage is discharged through the flow groove 254 and is contacted with the inner side surface of the fixed plate 521 after entering through the flow groove 254, the inner side surface of the fixed plate 521 is in an arc shape, the magnetic conduction plate 523 is vertically attached to the inner side surface of the fixed plate 521, and the sewage is contacted with the side suction block 524 and the magnetic conduction plate 523 along with the sliding of the sewage on the inner side surface of the fixed plate 521 when entering through the flow groove 254, therefore, scrap iron contained in passing sewage is adsorbed and is discharged through the lower end of the fixing plate 521, when the sewage passes through the inner side of the lower end of the fixing plate 521, the left side surface of the mounting lug 223 is in a slope shape, the whole body of the mounting lug 223 is annularly mounted on the outer side surface of the mounting block 221, the sewage can be in contact with the mounting lug 223 when passing through the outer side of the mounting block 221, the sewage pushes the mounting block 221 to rotate through the slope angle of the mounting lug 223, the rotating force of the mounting block 221 is increased through the bearing 225 mounted on the inner side, the movable magnetic block 224 slides frequently on the inner side of the fixed sliding groove 222 along with the rotation of the mounting block 221, the passing scrap iron is adsorbed, the residual scrap iron in the sewage can be effectively and quickly adsorbed, and the condition that the scrap iron is contained in the sewage is prevented.

An intelligent adjustable sewage treatment device for a heavy industry enterprise structurally comprises a treatment tank (1), a support seat (2), an air floatation machine (3), a support frame (4) and an operation panel (5), wherein the lower end of the treatment tank (1) is connected with the upper end of the support frame (4) in a welding manner, the lower end of the air floatation machine (3) is fixedly embedded at the upper end of the support seat (2), the lower end of the support frame (4) is installed at the upper end of the support seat (2) in a welding manner, the inner side of the operation panel (5) is connected with the outer side of the treatment tank (1) in a clamping manner, and the right side of the air floatation machine (3) is fixedly embedded at the left side of the lower end of the treatment tank (1); the method is characterized in that:
the treatment tank (1) comprises a water inlet pipe (11), a water outlet pipe (12), an air guide pipe (13), an air flotation pipe (14) and a sealing wall (15), the outer side of the lower end of the water inlet pipe (11) is connected with the inner side of the upper end of the sealing wall (15) in a welding manner, the outer side of the lower end of the water outlet pipe (12) is connected with the inner side of the lower end of the sealing wall (15) in a welding manner, the left side of the air guide pipe (13) is fixedly installed on the right side of the air flotation machine (3), the lower end of the air flotation pipe (14) is connected with the upper end of the right side of the air guide pipe (13) in a welding manner, the lower side of the right end of the air flotation pipe (14) is fixedly connected with the inner side of the sealing wall (15), and the lower end of the sealing wall (15) is welded upon the support frame (4).
