It will be understood that the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising," when used in this specification and the appended claims, specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.
First, the present invention provides a parking management method.
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a flowchart illustrating a parking management method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the parking management method at least includes the following steps:
step S10: and capturing an image of the vehicle at the entrance of the parking lot, and identifying the license plate of the vehicle.
Generally, a parking lot includes at least one entrance and one exit, and each of the entrance and the exit is provided with a gate, a terminal device, and the like, for performing management and services such as registration, charging, release, and the like on vehicles entering and exiting the parking lot. Generally, the gate and the terminal device can be in communication connection with a server of the parking lot through a network, and are used for realizing data transmission and control among the gate, the terminal device and the server. In this embodiment, the terminal device is equipped with a camera that can be used to capture images at an exit or an entrance of a parking lot, such as images of vehicles entering or exiting the parking lot. It can be understood that the license plates correspond to the vehicles one by one, and are generally used as unique identifiers of the corresponding vehicles, and the parking lot can provide parking services for the corresponding vehicles according to the license plates of the vehicles, such as registration of vehicle information, recording of parking duration, calculation of parking fees, and the like.
Step S20: and if the vehicle is a unlicensed vehicle, detecting whether a first ground sensing signal is received.
As described above, when the camera of the terminal device cannot detect the license plate of the entering/exiting vehicle, it can be preliminarily determined that there is no vehicle entering/exiting or the entering/exiting vehicle is a unlicensed vehicle. In order to further determine whether a unlicensed vehicle enters or exits, in this embodiment, a ground sensing device may be respectively disposed at preset positions of an entrance and an exit of the parking lot, where the ground sensing device is disposed below the ground of the entrance and the exit, and is mainly used for determining whether a vehicle appears by detecting a pressure change of the ground at the position. When the ground sensing device detects that a vehicle appears, a corresponding ground sensing signal, namely the first ground sensing signal, is generated.
Step S30: and if the first ground sensation signal is received, displaying a first dynamic two-dimensional code and sending a prompt of code scanning entering the field.
It can be understood that because the unlicensed vehicle lacks a license plate corresponding to the vehicle one-to-one, the unique identification of the vehicle cannot be obtained by directly depending on the way of capturing the image of the vehicle license plate by the camera, and the parking lot cannot provide parking services such as registration of vehicle information, recording of parking time, calculation of parking fee and the like for the vehicle according to the vehicle license plate. Therefore, for providing parking service for the unlicensed vehicle, when it is detected that the vehicle entering and exiting is the unlicensed vehicle, the embodiment provides a way of actively uploading the relevant identification of the vehicle by scanning the two-dimensional code to solve the above problem.
Specifically, when detecting that the business turn over vehicle is the unlicensed vehicle, this embodiment generates a dynamic two-dimensional code also is first dynamic two-dimensional code through the terminal equipment who sets up in the parking area entrance, first dynamic two-dimensional code includes a predetermined parking area server address at least, the server address can be used to receive the identity that the unlicensed vehicle owner uploaded through its owner terminal. The terminal equipment can display the generated first dynamic two-dimensional code on a display screen of the terminal equipment, and meanwhile, sends out a prompt to an owner of the unlicensed vehicle. For example, a voice prompt is output through an audio output device of the terminal equipment: "you are good, please scan the two-dimensional code and then enter the parking lot, thanks! "and the like.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the first dynamic two-dimensional code may be replaced by a static two-dimensional code generated by using a two-dimensional code generation technology, and the static two-dimensional code may be attached to a certain position at an entrance of a parking lot, so that a vehicle owner of a unlicensed vehicle may conveniently scan the code and enter the parking lot.
Step S40: and receiving a first identifier uploaded by the owner terminal based on the first dynamic two-dimensional code.
It can be understood that after the owner of the unlicensed vehicle receives the code scanning entry prompt, the owner terminal, such as a mobile phone, of the unlicensed vehicle can scan the first dynamic two-dimensional code displayed on the display screen of the terminal device, so as to obtain a corresponding server address, and upload an identity identifier corresponding to the unlicensed vehicle, namely the first identifier. It should be noted that the first identifier may be a unique identification code of a vehicle, for example, a frame number, a vehicle number, and the like of the vehicle; or the unique identification code of the owner terminal, such as the owner terminal ID, the owner terminal MAC address, the OpenID, etc.; but also the identity information of the owner, such as the owner's identity card number. In this embodiment, the first identifier may function similar to a license plate.
It should be noted that, in a preferred embodiment, the first identifier is preferably an OpenID bound to a vehicle owner wechat account. That is, the owner of the unlicensed vehicle can scan the first dynamic two-dimensional code through a WeChat application installed on the owner terminal of the unlicensed vehicle, identify the address of the parking lot server recorded in the first dynamic two-dimensional code, and send the OpenID bound with the vehicle owner WeChat account to the parking lot server.
Step S50: and generating a temporary license plate according to the first identification, and recording the generation time of the temporary license plate as the parking starting time of the vehicle.
It can be understood that after the server receives the first identifier, a corresponding temporary license plate is generated according to the first identifier, and the temporary license plate and the first identifier are bound and stored. The temporary license plate can be used as a temporary identity of the unlicensed vehicle and is provided to a parking lot management system for parking registration so as to provide parking service for the unlicensed vehicle and the like. For example, the server may generate a first temporary license plate XXX1 according to the WeChat account OpenID uploaded by the owner of the vehicle; the XXX1 and OpenID associations are then stored in the server.
It should be noted that the generation mode of the temporary license plate can be selected according to actual needs, and the license plate number of the generated temporary license plate needs to be unique and not repeated. After the temporary license plate is generated, the unlicensed vehicle can be the same as a normal licensed vehicle, and legally enters a parking lot to receive parking service. Therefore, the generation time of the temporary license plate can also be determined as the starting time of the unlicensed vehicle entering the parking lot, namely the parking starting time of the unlicensed vehicle. Further, after the step of generating the temporary license plate according to the first identifier, the temporary license plate can be sent to a vehicle owner terminal of the vehicle, such as a vehicle owner mobile phone, to be displayed, so that a vehicle owner can conveniently memorize the temporary license plate.
Step S60: and after the recording is finished, generating a switching-off instruction to control the opening of the channel gate.
As described above, after the unlicensed vehicle passes through the above steps, the unlicensed vehicle has a unique temporary license plate, that is, has a unique id identical to that of a normal vehicle, so that the parking lot server can generate an opening command to control the gate at the entrance of the parking lot to open, so as to allow the unlicensed vehicle to enter the parking lot.
Through the steps S10-S60, the parking management method provided by the invention has the advantages that the two-dimensional code scanning mode is provided, so that the owner of the unlicensed vehicle can upload the vehicle identification information through the code scanning, the management and registration of the parking lot are completed, the parking service of the parking lot is further obtained, and the efficiency of the parking lot management work is improved.
Based on the above-described first embodiment of the parking management method of the present invention, a second embodiment of the present invention is proposed.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating a parking management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the parking management method further includes the following steps:
step S110: and capturing an image of the vehicle at the exit of the parking lot, and identifying the license plate of the vehicle.
It is understood that the exits of the parking lot are also provided with gates, terminal devices, also equipped with cameras, for the management and services of registration, charging, clearance, etc. of the vehicles coming in and going out of the parking lot, when they come out of the parking lot.
Step S120: and if the vehicle is a unlicensed vehicle, detecting whether a second ground sensation signal is received.
Similarly, the present embodiment also provides a ground sensing device on the passageway at the exit of the parking lot, wherein the ground sensing device is disposed below the passageway ground at the exit and used for detecting the pressure change on the ground at the position to determine whether a vehicle is present. When the ground sensing device detects that a vehicle appears, a corresponding ground sensing signal, namely the second ground sensing signal, is generated.
Step S130: and if the second ground sensation signal is received, displaying a second dynamic two-dimensional code and sending a prompt of scanning the code and leaving the field.
Similarly, because the unlicensed vehicle lacks a license plate, in order to calculate the parking time and the parking cost of the unlicensed vehicle normally, identity information registered when the unlicensed vehicle enters a parking lot, that is, temporary license plate information generated when the unlicensed vehicle enters the parking lot, needs to be obtained again. Specifically, when detecting that the unlicensed vehicle intends to leave the parking lot, the embodiment may generate a dynamic two-dimensional code, that is, a second dynamic two-dimensional code, through the terminal device disposed at the exit of the parking lot, where the second dynamic two-dimensional code also includes at least a preset parking server address, so as to receive the identification uploaded by the owner of the unlicensed vehicle through the owner terminal of the unlicensed vehicle.
Step S140: and receiving a second identifier uploaded by the vehicle owner terminal based on the second dynamic two-dimensional code.
Similar to the first identification, the second identification may be a unique identification code of the vehicle, such as a frame number, a vehicle number, etc. of the vehicle; or the unique identification code of the owner terminal, such as the owner terminal ID, the owner terminal MAC address, the OpenID, etc.; but also the identity information of the owner, such as the owner's identity card number. In this embodiment, the second identifier may play the same role as the first identifier. In a preferred embodiment, the second identifier is preferably an OpenID bound to a vehicle owner's WeChat account. That is, the owner of the unlicensed vehicle can scan the second dynamic two-dimensional code through the WeChat application installed on the owner terminal of the unlicensed vehicle, identify the address of the parking lot server recorded in the second dynamic two-dimensional code, and send the OpenID bound with the vehicle owner WeChat account to the parking lot server.
Step S150: and inquiring the temporary license plate corresponding to the second identifier, and recording the time of inquiring the temporary license plate as the parking ending time of the vehicle.
It can be understood that, after the second identifier is obtained, the server may query, according to the second identifier, whether a first identifier matching the second identifier exists in the prestored first identifiers; if the unlicensed vehicle is the registered vehicle, inquiring and acquiring a temporary license plate corresponding to the unlicensed vehicle according to the first identifier of the unlicensed vehicle, and further acquiring the parking start time recorded when the unlicensed vehicle enters the parking lot. When the temporary license plate corresponding to the second identifier is inquired, the inquiry time is the time when the unlicensed vehicle is ready to leave the parking lot, so that the inquiry time can be recorded as the parking end time of the unlicensed vehicle.
Step S160: and calculating the parking fee of the vehicle and sending out a payment reminder according to the parking starting time and the parking ending time of the vehicle.
Step S170: and after the parking fee is paid, generating a brake opening instruction to control the opening of the channel gate.
It can be understood that the unlicensed vehicles are mostly used temporarily, and are listed in the morning and evening, which does not need to store data such as temporary license plates for a long time. Therefore, in order to save server hardware resources, the embodiment may further delete the data related to the temporary license plate after the unlicensed vehicle leaves the parking lot, so as to save storage space.
Through the steps S110-S170, the parking management method provided by the invention can be used for calculating the parking time and the parking cost of the unlicensed vehicle by providing a code scanning departure mode when the unlicensed vehicle leaves the parking lot, so that the parking management of the parking lot on the unlicensed vehicle is facilitated.
A third embodiment of the present invention is proposed based on the above-described first and second embodiments of the parking management method of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a parking management method according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the parking management method of the present embodiment may further include the steps of:
step S210: and capturing an image of the vehicle at the exit of the parking lot, and identifying the license plate of the vehicle.
Step S220: and if the vehicle is a unlicensed vehicle, detecting whether a second ground sensation signal is received.
Step S230: and if the second ground sensation signal is received, displaying a second dynamic two-dimensional code and sending a prompt of scanning the code and leaving the field.
Step S240: and receiving the temporary license plate input by the owner terminal based on the second dynamic two-dimensional code.
It can be understood that the second dynamic two-dimensional code can further provide an input interface of a temporary license plate besides providing a parking lot server address, and the input interface can be used for receiving a temporary license plate number input by a vehicle owner of the unlicensed vehicle. Namely, the owner of the unlicensed vehicle can obtain a temporary license plate input interface by scanning the second dynamic two-dimensional code, and manually input the temporary license plate corresponding to the unlicensed vehicle in the temporary license plate input interface. The input temporary license plate can be transmitted to the parking lot server through communication connection between the vehicle owner terminal and the parking lot server.
Step S250: recording the receiving time of the temporary license plate as the parking ending time of the vehicle, and inquiring the pre-recorded parking starting time corresponding to the temporary license plate.
Step S260: and calculating the parking fee of the vehicle and sending out a payment reminder according to the parking starting time and the parking ending time of the vehicle.
Step S270: and after the parking fee is paid, generating a brake opening instruction to control the opening of the channel gate.
Through the steps S210-S270, the parking management method provided by the invention provides a temporary license plate input interface when the unlicensed vehicle leaves the parking lot, so that the owner of the unlicensed vehicle can manually input the temporary license plate, further the parking time and the parking cost are calculated, and the management of the use of the owner and the parking lot on the parking of the unlicensed vehicle is further facilitated.
