The device can share the information of the vehicle with lost information in a plurality of parking lots, the probability of recovering the vehicle fee owed by the vehicle with lost information is improved, the economic loss brought by a parking lot operator is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the bad operation wind of the vehicle owner is corrected, and the comprehensive quality of the vehicle owner is improved.

the prohibiting unit 408 is configured to prohibit the target vehicle from entering the parking lot if the feedback information that the owner of the target vehicle refuses to make a payment is received.

the updating unit 411 is configured to update the credit loss record of the target vehicle in the block link credit loss vehicle book if the feedback information that the paid fee is successfully paid is received;
and a control unit 412 for controlling the gate to open to allow the target vehicle to pass.
In the embodiment of the present application, the functions of each unit module correspond to the steps in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 5, another embodiment of the device for additional payment of the vehicle with loss of confidence in the embodiment of the present application includes:
a processor 501, a memory 502, an input-output unit 503, and a bus 504;
the processor 501 is connected with the memory 502, the input/output unit 503 and the bus 504;
the processor 501 performs the following operations:
when a target vehicle enters a parking lot, acquiring a license plate number of the target vehicle;
inquiring a block chain credit losing vehicle account book according to the license plate number to obtain a credit losing record of the target vehicle, wherein the block chain credit losing vehicle account book records vehicle credit losing records containing a plurality of parking lots;
judging whether the target vehicle is a vehicle with lost message according to the record of lost message, if so, sending a message losing prompt to a vehicle owner of the target vehicle;
sending a notice prompt whether to make up payment to the owner of the target vehicle;
and if the feedback information that the paid fee is successfully paid is received, updating the credit loss record of the target vehicle in the block chain credit loss vehicle account book.
In this embodiment, the functions of the processor 501 correspond to the steps in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. Claims (10)

1. A method for paying for a vehicle losing credit, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a target vehicle enters a parking lot, acquiring a license plate number of the target vehicle;
inquiring a block chain credit losing vehicle account book according to the license plate number to obtain a credit losing record of the target vehicle, wherein the block chain credit losing vehicle account book records vehicle credit losing records containing a plurality of parking lots;
judging whether the target vehicle is a vehicle with lost message according to the record of lost message, if so, sending a message losing prompt to a vehicle owner of the target vehicle;
sending a notice prompt whether to make up payment to the owner of the target vehicle;
and if the feedback information that the paid fee is successfully paid is received, updating the credit loss record of the target vehicle in the block chain credit loss vehicle account book.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the notification reminder whether or not to make a toll payment to the owner of the target vehicle, the method further comprises:
if the owner of the target vehicle agrees to make up the payment, inquiring a historical non-payment order of the target vehicle;
and sending the historical unpaid fee order to the owner of the target vehicle so that the owner of the target vehicle can make a payment according to the historical unpaid fee order.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the notification reminder whether or not to make a toll payment to the owner of the target vehicle, the method further comprises:
and if the feedback information that the owner of the target vehicle refuses to make up payment is received, forbidding the target vehicle to enter the parking lot.

The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said querying a blockchain loss-of-credit vehicle ledger from said license plate number to obtain a loss-of-credit record for said target vehicle, said blockchain loss-of-credit vehicle ledger having a vehicle loss-of-credit record containing a plurality of parking lots, the method further comprises:
creating a block chain message losing vehicle account book;
when the vehicle fee evasion behavior is detected in each parking lot, the vehicle information and the credit loss behavior of the vehicle are automatically recorded in the block chain credit loss vehicle account book.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein after the updating the loss of credit record for the target vehicle in the blockchain loss of credit vehicle ledger, the method further comprises:
and controlling the gate to be opened to release the target vehicle.
6. A device for surcharging a vehicle with lost credit, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a display unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the license plate number of a target vehicle when the target vehicle enters a parking lot;
the first inquiry unit is used for inquiring a block chain credit losing vehicle account book according to the license plate number to obtain a credit losing record of the target vehicle, wherein the block chain credit losing vehicle account book record comprises vehicle credit losing records of a plurality of parking lots;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the target vehicle is a vehicle losing credit or not according to the information losing record;
the first sending unit is used for sending a message loss prompt to an owner of the target vehicle when the target vehicle is a message loss vehicle;
the second sending unit is used for sending a notice prompt of whether to make up payment to the owner of the target vehicle;
and the updating unit is used for updating the credit loss record of the target vehicle in the block chain credit loss vehicle account book if the feedback information that the paid fee is successfully paid is received.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein after the second sending unit, the apparatus further comprises:
the second query unit is used for querying a historical unpaid payment order of the target vehicle if the owner of the target vehicle agrees to make up payment;
and the third sending unit is used for sending the historical unpaid fee order to the owner of the target vehicle so that the owner of the target vehicle can make a payment according to the historical unpaid fee order.

and the recording unit is used for automatically recording the vehicle information and the credit losing behavior of the vehicle in the block chain credit losing vehicle account book when the vehicle fee evasion behavior is detected in each parking lot.
10. The apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein after the updating unit, the apparatus further comprises:
