Based on the hardware structure of the parking lot management server, the invention provides various embodiments of the parking lot parking space management method.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for managing parking spaces in a parking lot according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the method for managing parking spaces in a parking lot includes the following steps:
step S10, the receiving terminal collects and uploads parking space occupation information based on a preset confirmation rule, wherein the parking space occupation information at least comprises a license plate number and a parking space number of a parked vehicle;
in this embodiment, the terminal is preferably a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like, and may be a management terminal of a parking lot administrator, a client of each vehicle owner, or a client of another non-vehicle owner according to a user. The server establishes communication connection with the terminal through connection modes such as a wireless network and the like, so that parking space occupation information collected and uploaded by a user through the terminal in a parking site is received. The parking space occupation information is information that a vehicle is parked on a parking space as the name implies, and comprises a vehicle license plate number, a parking space number where the vehicle is parked, a parking position, namely the parking space, and also can comprise information of a vehicle type, color and the like. The parking space number corresponds to the serial number of the parking space in the parking lot and is also the serial number of the parking position of the vehicle.
Step S20, calling parking data stored in the database, and comparing and analyzing the parking data with parking space occupation information to obtain an analysis result;
in this embodiment, a large amount of data are stored in the database, including the parking space in the parking lot, the number of parkings, the number of free parking spaces, the license plate number of binding on the parking space, and the like. And calling the stored data, and comparing and analyzing the received data information to obtain an analysis result so as to confirm whether the data has deviation. Furthermore, there are various analysis results, such as alarm events, correction events, etc., which can be set according to actual needs, so that the processor can execute corresponding result processing according to different analysis results.
And step S30, when the analysis result is an alarm event, reporting the alarm event to an alarm receiving source.
In this embodiment, the stored parking data and the received parking space occupation information are compared and analyzed, when an alarm event is obtained, it is described that a parking lot has a phenomenon of being randomly parked and randomly placed, and then the alarm event is reported to an alarm receiving source, that is, a manager is informed to manage and control, and/or an owner parked on the parking space is informed to reasonably park, and/or a user sending parking space occupation information to confirm the parking space is fed back, so that the alarm receiving source can be set according to actual needs.
In the embodiment, the parking space occupation information is collected and uploaded on the parking site through the receiving terminal based on the preset confirmation rule, then, the parking data stored in the database is called and is compared and analyzed with the received parking space occupation information, so that the situation of parking space occupation of the parking lot is confirmed, and finally, when the analysis result is an alarm event, the alarm event is reported to the alarm receiving source, so that the beneficial effect of standard parking is achieved, and disputes between vehicle owners and/or between parking lots are reduced.
Further optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the user may collect information on the parking spot through a terminal based on a preset confirmation rule, and upload the collected information to the server for confirming whether the parking is illegal, specifically, the terminal is a mobile device such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like. The terminal is provided with hardware such as a display screen and a camera, and is provided with corresponding software for running. Wherein, the preset confirmation rule comprises:
1. displaying a preview confirmation interface on a terminal screen, and opening a terminal camera so that a user can shoot a vehicle image parked in a parking lot through the terminal;
2. and acquiring the license plate number of the vehicle based on the shot image, and receiving the parking space number input by the user and used for parking the vehicle to obtain the parking space occupation information.
In this embodiment, the preview confirmation interface is a human-computer interaction interface through which the user can view the interface contents, so that the user can conveniently and efficiently operate the hardware to achieve bidirectional interaction. The user captures the same picture as the picture seen by human eyes by using the camera of the terminal equipment, and the picture is displayed through a preview confirmation interface displayed by the display screen, so that the user can perform related photographing operation on the displayed picture. Specifically, the picture content displayed by the preview confirmation interface as seen by human eyes is a framing image, and framing depends on the user selecting the shot picture content, such as a vehicle parked on a parking space. And acquiring the license plate number of the vehicle through the shot image. Parking locations, i.e., parking spaces, each corresponding to a parking space number, require manual input by a user to determine the location information where the photographed vehicle is parked. And obtaining the parking space occupation information according to the acquired license plate information and the input parking space number information, so as to upload the parking space occupation information to a server for comparison and analysis.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a detailed flowchart of the first embodiment of step S20 in fig. 2.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, in step S20, the parking data stored in the database is called, and is compared and analyzed with the parking space occupation information, so as to obtain an analysis result, where the analysis result includes:
step S21, based on the parking space number of the vehicle parking in the parking space occupation information, calling the parking data associated with the parking space number stored in the database, wherein the parking data at least comprises the parking space type, the parking space using state and the license plate number authorized to be used;
in this embodiment, the parking area possesses a plurality of parking stalls, and every parking stall can be divided into visitor's parking stall, exclusive parking stall, interim parking stall etc. according to the parking area management. The parking space can be idle or used according to the use condition, namely, the vehicle is parked on the parking space, the parking space is in a use state, otherwise, no vehicle is parked on the parking space, and the parking space is in an idle state. The license plate number authorized to be used is bound with the license plate number capable of using the parking space as the name implies, and one license plate number is required to be known to correspond to one vehicle. The authorization may be a temporary authorization or a lifetime authorization, and is specifically set according to actual needs.
It should be understood that the parking spaces in the field correspond to the parking spaces in the database one by one, each parking space corresponds to a parking space number, and meanwhile, the received parking space occupation information inevitably has a parking space use state, and the parking data in the database may not be consistent with the field use condition due to factors such as non-update and the like.
Step S22, when the parking space is in use, judging whether the license plate number of the parking space occupation information is consistent with the license plate number authorized to be used;
step S23, when the license plate number of the parking space occupation information is consistent with the license plate number authorized to be used, determining that the parking data is a correct event;
step S24, when the license plate number of the parking space occupation information is not consistent with the license plate number authorized to be used, judging whether the type of the parking space is a special parking space or a visitor parking space;
in this embodiment, when the called data shows that the parking space is in a use state as a parking space that needs to be confirmed on site, it is necessary to further confirm whether the parked vehicle is in a reasonable specification, that is, whether the vehicle is an illegal randomly parked vehicle. Specifically, the license plate number is compared and analyzed, and when the license plate number needing to be confirmed is consistent with the license plate number authorized to be used, the vehicle is correctly parked, and further the parking data can be determined to be a correct event. When the license plate number to be confirmed is inconsistent with the license plate number authorized to be used, two situations exist, one is that the parking data in the database is wrong, the data is not updated timely, so that the deviation is caused between the parking data and the parking situation on site, and the other is that the vehicle owner parks the vehicle in a parking space authorized to be used by other people, so that the illegal parking is realized. Therefore, when the license plate number to be confirmed is not consistent with the license plate number authorized to be used, whether the type of the parking space is a special parking space or a visitor parking space is judged.
Step S25, when the parking space type is a special parking space, determining the parking data as an alarm event;
and step S26, when the parking space type is the visitor parking space, determining that the parking data is a correction event, and correcting the license plate number authorized to be used as the license plate number of the parking space occupation information.
In this embodiment, when the parking space type is a special parking space, that is, the parking space authorizes the vehicle of the specific license plate number to park, it may be determined that the vehicle parked on site is an illegal parking, that is, it is determined that the parking data is an alarm event, and the alarm event needs to be reported to the alarm receiving source for related processing. When the parking space type is the visitor parking space, the parking space can be flexibly changed and used by a vehicle owner, so that the management efficiency is further improved, the parking data in the database can be corrected, namely the parking data is determined as a correction event, and the license plate number authorized to be used is corrected as the license plate number of the parking space occupation information, so that the parking data is consistent with the field parking condition.
Furthermore, the server corrects the parking data in the database according to the received information, so that the accuracy of monitoring the parking spaces is improved, and the phenomenon of disordered parking and disordered placement is found in time, so that the management and control efficiency of the parking spaces of the parking lot is improved, and further disputes are avoided.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a detailed flowchart of the second embodiment of step S20 in fig. 2.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, in step S20, the parking data stored in the database is called, and is compared and analyzed with the parking space occupation information, so as to obtain an analysis result, where the analysis result includes:
step S21, based on the parking position of the parking space occupation information, calling the parking data which is stored in the database and is associated with the parking position, wherein the parking data at least comprises the type of the parking space, the using state of the parking space and the license plate number authorized to be used;
and step S22, when the parking space is free, the corresponding parking space using state in the database is corrected to be used, and the license plate number authorized to be used is corrected to be the license plate number of the parking space occupation information.
In this embodiment, because the on-site parking spaces correspond to the parking spaces in the database one to one, the parking space usage information inevitably has a parking space usage state, and when the called parking data indicates that the parking usage state is idle, the description is inconsistent with the on-site usage condition. At this time, the parking data is corrected to match the parking situation on site, that is, the corrected event is determined. Specifically, the parking space using state of the parking data in the database is corrected to be used, and license plates authorized to be used are corrected to be consistent with license plates of the parking space occupation information.
Further optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, in step S30, when the analysis result is an alarm event, reporting the alarm event to an alarm receiving source includes:
1. when the analysis result is an alarm event, generating illegal occupation information;
2. determining a management end corresponding to the parking space number and a client bound with the license plate number based on the license plate number of the parking space occupation information and the parking space number of the vehicle;
3. and sending the illegal occupation information to a management end and/or a client end for relevant processing of an administrator and/or a vehicle owner.
In this embodiment, the alarm event is reported to the alarm receiving source to inform a manager to perform management and control, and/or inform a vehicle owner parked in the parking space to perform reasonable parking. Specifically, the illegal occupancy information is generated, such as notification information of parking of an illegal vehicle in a parking space. The alarm receiving source is determined through the license plate number of the site parking space occupation information and the parking space number of the parking position, namely, the vehicle owner is determined according to the license plate number, the parking lot management position is determined according to the parking space number, and then the notification information of illegally occupied parking spaces is sent to the management end and/or the client end, so that the operation of informing a manager and/or the vehicle owner of relevant processing is realized. Further, illegal occupation information can be fed back to the client side which sends the parking space occupation information to confirm the parking space.
Optionally, in another embodiment of the present invention, the parking data and the parking space occupancy information are analyzed by comparing, and there are multiple analysis results, such as alarm events, correction events, correct events, and the like, and corresponding result processing is executed according to different analysis results, so as to improve accuracy of monitoring the parking space, and discover a parking lot and a parking lot in disorder in time, thereby improving management and control efficiency of the parking space of the parking lot, and further avoiding formation of disputes. In order to further facilitate the management and control of the parking spaces by managers and reduce the operation burden of the processor, the parking data is subjected to identification processing, such as correct identification, correction identification, alarm identification and the like, according to different analysis results.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a functional block diagram of a parking system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the parking system includes a parking lot management server 10 and a plurality of terminals 20. The parking lot management server 10 may be a local server or a cloud server, and the terminal 20 is a computer terminal in a network system, and may be a mobile device such as a mobile phone, a notebook, a tablet computer, and the like. The two devices establish communication connection through connection modes such as Bluetooth and wireless network, and information interaction is realized.

Specifically, the preset validation rules include: displaying a preview confirmation interface on a terminal screen, and opening a terminal camera so that a user can shoot a vehicle image parked in a parking lot through the terminal; and acquiring the license plate number of the vehicle based on the shot image, and receiving the parking space number input by the user and used for parking the vehicle to obtain the parking space occupation information. The uploading module 202 is configured to upload the acquired parking space occupation information to a parking lot management server.
