Abstract
本发明公开一种适用于潮湿环境的高强度耐水EPI拼板胶及其制备方法,涉及粘合剂领域。该拼板胶包括主剂和固化剂,其中主剂由以下质量份的原料组成:水45%‑55%、改性聚乙烯醇5%‑9%、碳酸钙25%‑35%、苯丙乳液5%‑7%、丙烯酸树脂乳液5%‑7%、分散剂0.05%‑0.1%、润湿剂0.1%‑0.15%、消泡剂0.05%‑0.1%、防腐剂0.05%‑0.1%;固化剂为MDI共聚物。该适用于潮湿环境的高强度耐水EPI拼板胶及其制备方法,本发明的水性胶粘剂加入了改性聚乙烯醇,配合水性丙烯酸树脂乳液和苯丙乳液的添加,剪切力量强度增加为原来的1.3倍,耐水比传统的同类产品好,且耐水性符合日本标准《集成材日本农林规格》中造作用集成材耐水规格。

技术领域
本发明涉及粘合剂技术领域,具体为一种适用于潮湿环境的高强度耐水EPI拼板胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有森林资源短缺,大直径及高品质级材尤为短缺,主要依赖进口。集成材就是充分利用各种大小木料或废旧木料通过胶合制成一定宽度和厚度的新型成型材料。这项技术的推广应用正是充分利用了有限的木材资源,对节能减排起到积极推进作用,市场前景广阔。这就要求胶粘剂行业为其提供性能优良、环保安全、使用方便的拼木粘合剂。
拼板胶在干燥的环境下粘接达到良好的粘接效果,但在潮湿的环境下的耐水性下降,粘接后易出现胶缝开裂,在潮湿环境下有良好的粘接效果但又含有溶剂类物质,对环保和人体健康产生影响。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种适用于潮湿环境的高强度耐水EPI拼板胶及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种适适用于潮湿环境的高强度耐水EPI拼板胶,包括耐沸水双组份水性拼板胶,其特征在于:该拼板胶包括主剂和固化剂,其中主剂由以下质量份的原料组成:水45%-55%、改性聚乙烯醇5%-9%、碳酸钙25%-35%、苯丙乳液5%-7%、丙烯酸树脂乳液5%-7%、分散剂0.05%-0.1%、润湿剂0.1%-0.15%、消泡剂0.05%-0.1%、防腐剂0.05%-0.1%;固化剂为MDI共聚物。
优选的,包括如下操作步骤:
a :按照上述配比称取原料备用;
b :用45%-55%水及5%-9%改性聚乙烯醇加入溶解釜,将溶解釜内的温度提升至80℃-90℃后搅拌使其全溶;保温1h;
c: 将溶解好的改性聚乙烯醇水溶液转至混合釜;
d:加入0.05%-0.1%分散剂、25%-35%碳酸钙搅拌1h;
e:加入5%-7%苯丙乳液、5%-7%丙烯酸树脂乳液混合搅拌0.5h;
f:过滤、放料、包装;
g:由于产品为中性,对人体及木材均不会造成污染,且有机挥发物的量极低,满足国家标准及日本环保认证标准。
优选的,所述主剂与固化剂的比例为100:13-100:18。
优选的,所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度为1700-1800,醇解度为86-90。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例:
适用于潮湿环境的高强度耐水EPI拼板胶,包括耐沸水双组份水性拼板胶,其特征在于:该拼板胶包括主剂和固化剂,其中主剂由以下质量份的原料组成:水45%-55%、改性聚乙烯醇5%-9%、碳酸钙25%-35%、苯丙乳液5%-7%、丙烯酸树脂乳液5%-7%、分散剂0.05%-0.1%、润湿剂0.1%-0.15%、消泡剂0.05%-0.1%、防腐剂0.05%-0.1%;固化剂为MDI共聚物。
高强度耐水EPI拼板胶的制备方法,包括如下操作步骤:
a :按照上述配比称取原料备用;
b :用45%-55%水及5%-9%改性聚乙烯醇加入溶解釜,将溶解釜内的温度提升至80℃-90℃后搅拌使其全溶;保温1h;
c: 将溶解好的改性聚乙烯醇水溶液转至混合釜;
d:加入0.05%-0.1%分散剂、25%-35%碳酸钙搅拌1h;
e:加入5%-7%苯丙乳液、5%-7%丙烯酸树脂乳液混合搅拌0.5h;
f:过滤、放料、包装;
g:由于产品为中性,对人体及木材均不会造成污染,且有机挥发物的量极低,满足国家标准及日本环保认证标准。
其特征在于:所述主剂与固化剂的比例为100:13-100:18。
所述聚乙烯醇的聚合度为1700-1800,醇解度为86-90。
试件浸渍在10℃-25℃室温水6h后,置于40℃±3℃的恒温干燥箱中,在排出湿气状态下,将试件干燥到实验前质量的100℃-110℃,然后 测量时间两断面的胶层的剥离强度,计算剥离率;
同一试件的两断面剥离率为10%以下,且同一胶层剥离长度之和不得超过该胶层长度的1/3,为合格。
符合中华人民共和国林业行业标准LY/T 1787-2008 《集成材非结构用》浸渍剥离性能要求:试件浸渍在10℃-30℃室温水6h后,置于30℃±3℃的恒温干燥箱中,在排出湿气状态下,将试件干燥到实验前质量的100℃-110℃,然后 测量时间两断面的胶层的剥离强度,计算剥离率。同一试件的两断面剥离率为10%一下,且同一胶层剥离长度之和不得超过该胶层长度的1/3,为合格。
粘接强度高,耐水效果好,可以改善市面上在潮湿恶劣的环境下,木材粘接不良,胶层开裂的缺点,降低了使用成本和价格,且符合环保要求,不含醛类等有害物质。

1.一种适用于潮湿环境的高强度耐水EPI拼板胶,包括耐沸水双组份水性拼板胶,其特征在于:该拼板胶包括主剂和固化剂,其中主剂由以下质量份的原料组成:水45%-55%、改性聚乙烯醇5%-9%、碳酸钙25%-35%、苯丙乳液5%-7%、丙烯酸树脂乳液5%-7%、分散剂0.05%-0.1%、润湿剂0.1%-0.15%、消泡剂0.05%-0.1%、防腐剂0.05%-0.1%;固化剂为MDI共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于潮湿环境的高强度耐水EPI拼板胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下操作步骤:
a :按照上述配比称取原料备用;
b :用45%-55%水及5%-9%改性聚乙烯醇加入溶解釜,将溶解釜内的温度提升至80℃-90℃后搅拌使其全溶;保温1h;
c: 将溶解好的改性聚乙烯醇水溶液转至混合釜;
d:加入0.05%-0.1%分散剂、25%-35%碳酸钙搅拌1h;
e:加入5%-7%苯丙乳液、5%-7%丙烯酸树脂乳液混合搅拌0.5h;
f:过滤、放料、包装;
g:由于产品为中性,对人体及木材均不会造成污染,且有机挥发物的量极低,满足国家标准及日本环保认证标准。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于潮湿环境的高强度耐水EPI拼板胶及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述主剂与固化剂的比例为100:13-100:18。
