The heating mechanism 3 is used for heating the excrement, after the conveying mechanism 2 conveys the excrement into the shell 1, the holding piece 7 is pushed through the cooperation of the third spring 10 and the electromagnetic piece 11, and one end of the holding piece 7 rotates around the movable part 12, so that the excrement in the holding grid 9 can be projected onto the heating mechanism 3. And because the heating mechanism 3 has a higher temperature, the faeces projected onto the first drying element 13 and the second drying element 14 can be dried.
When the feces is in the air in the projection process, the air blowing device 15 is adopted in the air blowing mechanism 4 to rotate, so that cold air passes through the second heating device 16 to form hot air, and finally the hot air is blown to the feces when the feces is projected to the heating mechanism 3. The feces are air-dried by hot air in the first step. And because the excrement in the containing lattices 9 is dispersed in each non-contact containing lattice 9, the dispersed state is favorable for drying the excrement by hot air during projection.
In addition, the traditional feces formed by air drying, drying or compression can lead to transitional loss of moisture in the feces, and the feces need to be treated in the later period when being utilized, so that the use efficiency can be greatly reduced. The excrement is air-dried and heated, but the air speed and the temperature and the time for attaching the excrement to the first drying piece 13 and the second drying piece 14 can be adjusted, so that the dryness and the humidity of the excrement are controlled, and the excrement can be applied to different environments.

The containing piece 7 is provided with a plurality of containing lattices 9, and the middle parts of the containing lattices 9 are not contacted with each other, so that the feces in the containing lattices 9 cannot be dipped and stuck together when being put in, and the feces are convenient to dry. One end of the holding piece 7 is provided with a limit post 25, the limit post 25 is close to the movable part 12, the conveyor belt 6 is provided with a limit arc groove 26 matched with the limit post 25, and the limit arc groove 26 is used for limiting the rotation angle of the holding piece 7.
The holding member 7 is also provided with a ball head part 27, the ball head part 27 is far away from the movable part 12, the conveyor belt 6 is provided with a ball head groove 28 matched with the ball head part 27, and the ball head groove 28 and the ball head part 27 are mutually matched to fix the holding member 7 between the conveyor belt 6. When the holding member 7 is pushed by the pushing member 29, the ball portion 27 can be separated from the ball groove 28, so that the holding member 7 rotates around the movable portion 12, and the limit post 25 moves in the limit arc groove 26.
The heating mechanism 3 is installed in the drying area 17, and the heating mechanism 3 has a mounting plate 30, a first heating member 31, a first drying member 13, and a second drying member 14 therein. The casing 1 is provided with a through hole 32, one end of the mounting plate 30 is hinged on the inner wall of the casing 1, the other end of the mounting plate 30 is arranged in the through hole 32 through a first spring 33, the first drying member 13 and the second drying member 14 are connected with the mounting plate 30 through a second spring 34, and the first heating member 31 is arranged between the mounting plate 30 and the first drying member 13 and the second drying member 14. The second spring 34 is used for vibrating the first drying member 13 and the second drying member 14, the first spring 33 is used for vibrating the mounting plate 30, when the cam 35 pushes the roller 36, the mounting plate 30 vibrates back and forth on the first spring 33, and the first drying member 13 and the second drying member 14 vibrate through the second spring 34, so that the feces on the first drying member 13 and the second drying member 14 shake off.
Of course, in order to prevent the odor from volatilizing rapidly due to heating, an exhaust pipe may be added to the housing 1 for exhausting the odor.
The cross sections of the first drying part 13 and the second drying part are arc-shaped. The first drying piece 13 and the second drying piece 14 are arranged at intervals, and the first drying piece 13 and the second drying piece 14 are arranged opposite to each other. A gap exists between the first drying member 13 and the first drying member 13, and the second drying member 14 is disposed at the gap and at the rear end of the first drying member 13.
After a small amount of faeces is placed on the second drying element 14 through the gap, it may also be heated by the first heating element 31, heating the faeces on the surface.
After heating for a certain time, the faeces adhering to the first and second drying members 13, 14 need to be separated so as to drop into the collecting box 5 at the lower end. The casing 1 is provided with a third motor 22, the third motor 22 is arranged on the casing 1 through a mounting seat 54, the third motor 22 is provided with a cam 35, two sides of the mounting plate 30 are provided with mounting parts 55, the mounting parts 55 penetrate through the through holes 32 to extend to the outside of the casing 1, a fixing rod 56 is arranged between the mounting parts 55, and the fixing rod 56 is provided with a roller 36 matched with the cam 35.
When the third motor 22 drives the cam 35 to rotate clockwise, the whole heating mechanism 3 can be in a vibration state, and the feces attached to the first drying member 13 and the second drying member 14 can be shaken off.
And the blowing mechanism 4 is arranged at the upper end of the conveyor belt 6, the blowing mechanism 4 is arranged in the shell 1, and the front end of the blowing mechanism 4 is provided with a second heating element 16. The blower mechanism 4 has a first motor 37, a rotating member 38, and a blower 15, the first motor 37 is disposed outside the housing 1, the blower 15 is mounted on the rotating member 38, the first motor 37 is connected to the rotating member 38, and the rotating member 38 and the blower 15 are located inside the housing 1.
The blower mechanism 4 is also provided with a fixed disc 39, the fixed disc 39 is contacted with the inner wall of the shell 1 through a positioning column 40, the fixed disc 39 is provided with an annular groove 41, the annular groove 41 is provided with a sliding block 42, the rotating member 38 is connected with the sliding block 42 through a hinge member 43, one end of the hinge member 43 is hinged with the rotating member 38, and the other end is hinged with the sliding block 42.
The rotating piece 38 is provided with a plurality of extension arms 44, the air blowing pieces 15 are hinged on the extension arms 44, the middle of each air blowing piece 15 is hinged on the extension arm 44, and the air blowing pieces 15 are hinged by adopting the hinge arms 45, so that the air blowing pieces 15 can rotate in a mutually parallel state when rotating, the area of wind blown out by rotation is larger than that blown out by a common circular fan blade, the area blown out by hot air is increased, the flow velocity of surrounding air is driven, and the air drying efficiency is improved.
And a windward groove 46 which is concave towards the middle is arranged on one surface of the air blowing piece 15, and the windward groove 46 always faces the second heating piece 16, so that air can be effectively driven to blow to the second heating piece 16, and the flow of hot air is improved.
And a collecting box 5 arranged inside the shell 1, wherein the collecting box 5 is positioned at the lower end of the heating mechanism 3 and is used for collecting the excrement after air drying and heating.
The second motor 47 is arranged outside the shell 1, the second motor 47 is connected with the rotating member 20, the fixed cylinder 19 is provided with a through groove 24, and the rotating member 20 is provided with a mounting groove 23 corresponding to the through groove 24. The mounting groove 23 is provided with a mounting cylinder 48, a pushing piece 29 and an electromagnetic piece 11 are arranged in the middle of the mounting cylinder 48, a third spring 10 is arranged between the pushing piece 29 and the electromagnetic piece 11, and the pushing piece 29 is made of magnetic materials.
When the second motor 47 drives the rotating member 20 to rotate, the electromagnetic member 11 can be matched with the third spring 10 to push the pushing member 29 out of the mounting cylinder 48 after the through groove 24 corresponds to the mounting groove 23.
The middle of the mounting cylinder 48 is a through placement area 49, a blocking part 50 is arranged at the upper end opening, and a protruding part 51 is arranged at the lower end of the pushing member 29, wherein the protruding part 51 is used for matching with the blocking part 50, so that the pushing member 29 is prevented from being completely pushed out of the placement area 49. When the electromagnet 11 is energized, the pusher 29 is attracted so that the third spring 10 is in a compressed state, the pusher 29 now being in the placement area 49. When one holding member 7 reaches the through groove 24, the electromagnetic member 11 is electrified reversely, so that the electromagnetic member 11 pushes the pushing member 29 out of the placing area 49 in cooperation with the elastic force of the third spring 10, thereby pushing one end of the holding member 7, and the faeces in the holding lattice 9 are projected onto the first drying member 13 and the second drying member 14 in the heating mechanism 3.
