Abstract
本发明公开了一种固发防脱洗发水及其制备方法,属于日用品领域。所述洗发水的成分主要包括表面活性剂,保湿剂,增稠剂,皮肤调理剂,去屑剂,调理剂,珠光剂和芳香剂;所述皮肤调理剂包括抗表活刺激因子和固发液,所述调理剂包括烟酰胺和欧洲菘蓝。制备得到的洗发水用料健康,对头发的滋养效果好,且调理剂组分间存在协同效果,可促进头发再生,能够有效地防止脱发。

技术领域
本发明属于日用品领域,涉及一种固发防脱洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对洗护产品的要求也越来越高。而当代人们生活节奏的加快,工作压力的增大,生活环境的劣化等,出现断发、掉发、脱发的人群越来越多,并且在更多人群中出现细软稀发的情况。现有的防脱发产品主要添加具有去油刺激毛囊作用的化学药品,短期内可清理头皮,刺激毛囊生发,但是长期使用会起到反作用。一些纯中药植物制剂的洗发水,止脱生发作用并不明显。
中国专利申请CN 113576988 A公开了一种防脱发固发洗发水及其制作方法,包括以下组分:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵,月桂醇硫酸酯铵,月桂酰两性基乙酸钠,侧柏叶提取物,何首乌根提取物,姜根提取物,聚二甲基硅氧烷,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,椰油酰胺MEA,月桂酰肌氨酸钠,PCA钠,香精,DMDM乙内酰脲,瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,吡哆素HCl,氯化钠,尿囊素,羟丙基甲基纤维素,柠檬酸,EDTA二钠,余量为去离子水。该专利通过添加何首乌提取物、姜根提取物和侧柏叶提取物,能够有效的清洁头皮、促使头发黑色素的生成、防治脱发、营养发根毛囊。但该专利的配方繁杂、表面活性剂刺激性大、无法满足温和养发护发的使用需求,容易对头皮造成伤害。因此,方案有待进一步改进。
中国专利申请CN 106606458 A公开了一种防脱固发营养洗发水,所述洗发水包括以下重量份:十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠40-60份,椰子油酸二乙醇酰胺20-40份,小粒径乳化硅油30-50份,乌斯玛草1-35份,黑种草子5-20份,何首乌5-60份,生姜5-60份,恰玛古尔1-20份,去离子水2000-3000份。该专利提供了一种防脱固发营养洗发水,采用纯天然植物提取物,可有效生发固发,防止头发脱落,刺激头部血液循环,激活毛囊,营养头皮;本发明洗发水,化学添加剂少,可长期使用。但该专利中表面活性剂刺激性大、油脂可能将毛孔堵塞,从而给头皮带来负担,无法满足温和调理头发的使用需求,产品使用感有待进一步提升。
因此,有必要探索一种低刺激、成分科学、用料健康、组分间协同增效、功效显著,对头发及头皮有显著养护效果的洗发水。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供了一种固发防脱洗发水及其制备方法,本发明洗发水的绝大多数成分为植物提取物,用料健康,对头发的滋养效果好;添加植物提取物作为皮肤调理剂,对头皮的刺激性小;调理剂组分间存在协同效果,可促进头发再生,能够有效地防止脱发。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明提供了一种洗发水,所述洗发水包括表面活性剂,保湿剂,增稠剂,皮肤调理剂,去屑剂,调理剂,珠光剂和芳香剂;所述皮肤调理剂包括抗表活刺激因子和固发液,所述调理剂包括烟酰胺和欧洲菘蓝。
进一步地,所述洗发水包括以下重量份的组分:表面活性剂50-65份,保湿剂1.5-3.5份,增稠剂1-3份,皮肤调理剂0.05-1.3份,去屑剂0.01-0.45份,调理剂1.5-4.5,珠光剂8-10,芳香剂0.1-1.3份。
优选地,所述洗发水包括以下重量份的组分:表面活性剂52-62份,保湿剂1.75-2.25份,增稠剂1.5-2份,皮肤调理剂0.1-1.2份,去屑剂0.05-0.4份,调理剂1.65-4.2,珠光剂8-10,芳香剂0.2-1.2份。
进一步地,所述调理剂中烟酰胺和欧洲菘蓝的重量比为0.5-3:0.05-0.1。
进一步地,所述调理剂还包括聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-52、月桂醇聚醚-16和月桂醇聚醚-4。
进一步地,所述抗表活刺激因子包括桃树脂提取物、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物,所述固发液包括光果甘草根提取物、川芎根提取物、侧柏叶提取物、当归根提取物、人参根提取物、姜根提取物、辣椒果提取物、丹参根提取物、何首乌根提取物、红花提取物和花椒果提取物。
进一步地,所述抗表活刺激因子和固发液的重量比为0.9-1:0.09-0.12。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂包括月桂基羟基磺基甜菜碱、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺甲基MEA的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述保湿剂包括甘油、泛醇、1,3-丙二醇的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述增稠剂包括PEG-120(甲基葡糖二油酸酯)、氯化钠、DOE120;所述去屑剂为吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐;所述珠光剂为乙二醇二硬脂酸酯,所述芳香剂为香精。
进一步地,所述洗发水的成分还包括水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、柠檬酸、防腐剂。
进一步地,所述防腐剂包括苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油。
其次,提供了一种所述洗发水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱混合,加热至70-75℃,搅拌均匀后,加入水、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、DOE120、柠檬酸搅拌均匀,加入抗表活刺激因子,加热至80-85℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)冷却至55-65℃,加入去屑剂、烟酰胺,搅拌均匀;
(3)冷却至25-35℃,加入聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-52、珠光浆、D-泛醇、固发液、欧洲菘蓝提取物、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、香精、水,搅拌均匀得到洗发水。
在一些具体的实施方式中,上述洗发水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(固含量:35%)、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠(固含量:30%)、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(固含量:30%)精确称量加入烧杯,加热至70-75℃,搅拌速度100-200rpm,混合均匀后,加入水、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2NA)、DOE120、柠檬酸混匀,加入抗表活刺激因子,加热至80-85℃,混匀;
(2)冷却至60℃,加入OCT去屑剂、烟酰胺,搅拌速度100-200rpm;
(3)冷却至30℃,加入聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-52、珠光浆、D-泛醇、固发液、欧洲菘蓝提取物、苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油、香精、水,搅拌速度100-200rpm。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明洗发水的绝大多数成分为植物提取物,用料健康,对头发的滋养效果好;
(2)添加植物提取物作为皮肤调理剂,对头皮的刺激性小;
(3)调理剂组分间存在协同效果,可促进头发再生,能够有效地防止脱发。

何首乌(POLYGONUM MULTIFLORUM)根提取物,0.885%;

实施例1
(1)将椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(35%)25份、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠(30%)30份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%)7份准确称量加入烧杯,加热至70-75℃,搅拌速度100-200rpm,完全混合均匀、加入水18.5份、甘油1.5份、EDTA-2NA(乙二胺四乙酸二钠)0.05份、DOE120(甲基葡萄糖苷二油酸酯聚氧乙烯(120)醚)1.5份、柠檬酸0.25份混匀,加入抗表活刺激因子1份,加热至80-85℃,混匀。
(2)冷却至60℃,加入OCT去屑剂0.3份、烟酰胺3份。
(3)冷却至30℃加入聚季铵盐-7 0.6份、聚季铵盐-52 0.5份、珠光浆9份、D-泛醇0.2份、复方固发防脱液0.1份、欧洲菘蓝0.1份、苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油(防腐剂)0.8份、香精0.6份、补足余量水(指的是补充水直至总量达到100份,实施例2-5同样),搅拌均匀即得洗发水。
实施例2
(1)将椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(35%)20份、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠(30%)25份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%)7份准确称量加入烧杯,加热至70-75℃,搅拌速度100-200rpm,完全混合均匀、加入水27.5份、甘油2份、EDTA-2NA 0.05份、DOE120 2份、柠檬酸0.25份混匀,加入抗表活刺激因子1份,加热至80-85℃,混匀。
(2)冷却至60℃,加入OCT去屑剂0.3份、烟酰胺3份。
(3)冷却至30℃加入聚季铵盐-7 0.6份、聚季铵盐-52 0.5份、珠光浆9份、D-泛醇0.2份、复方固发防脱液0.1份、欧洲菘蓝0.1份、苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油0.8份、香精0.6份、补足余量水,搅拌均匀即得洗发水。
实施例3
(1)将椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(35%)25份、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠(30%)30份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%)7份准确称量加入烧杯,加热至70-75℃,搅拌速度100-200rpm,完全混合均匀、加入水21.05份、甘油1.5份、EDTA-2NA 0.05份、DOE120 1.5份、柠檬酸0.25份混匀,加入抗表活刺激因子1份,加热至80-85℃,混匀。
(2)冷却至60℃,加入OCT去屑剂0.3份、烟酰胺0.5份。
(3)冷却至30℃加入聚季铵盐-7 0.6份、聚季铵盐-52 0.5份、珠光浆9份、D-泛醇0.2份、复方固发防脱液0.1份、欧洲菘蓝0.05份、苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油0.8份、香精0.6份、补足余量水,搅拌均匀即得洗发水。
实施例4
(1)将椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(35%)25份、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠(30%)30份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%)7份准确称量加入烧杯,加热至70-75℃,搅拌速度100-200rpm,完全混合均匀、加入水18.5份、甘油1.5份、EDTA-2NA0.05份、DOE1201.5份、柠檬酸0.25份混匀,加入抗表活刺激因子1份,加热至80-85℃,混匀。
(2)冷却至60℃,加入OCT去屑剂0.3份、烟酰胺3.07份。
(3)冷却至30℃加入聚季铵盐-7 0.6份、聚季铵盐-52 0.5份、珠光浆9份、D-泛醇0.2份、复方固发防脱液0.1份、欧洲菘蓝0.03份、苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油0.8份、香精0.6份、补足余量水,搅拌均匀即得洗发水。
实施例5
(1)将椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(35%)25份、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠(30%)30份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(30%)7份准确称量加入烧杯,加热至70-75℃,搅拌速度100-200rpm,完全混合均匀、加入水18.5份、甘油1.5份、EDTA-2NA0.05份、DOE1201.5份、柠檬酸0.25份混匀,加入抗表活刺激因子0.8份,加热至80-85℃,混匀。
(2)冷却至60℃,加入OCT去屑剂0.3份、烟酰胺3份。
(3)冷却至30℃加入聚季铵盐-7 0.6份、聚季铵盐-52 0.5份、珠光浆9份、D-泛醇0.2份、复方固发防脱液0.3份、欧洲菘蓝0.1份、苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油0.8份、香精0.6份、补足余量水,搅拌均匀即得洗发水。
对比例1
与实施例1的不同在于不加入欧洲菘蓝,将烟酰胺的加入量改为3.1份。
对比例2
与实施例1的不同在于不加入烟酰胺,将欧洲菘蓝的加入量改为3.1份。

与实施例1的不同在于不加入复方固发防脱液,将抗表活刺激因子的加入量改为1.1份。

与实施例1的不同在于不加入抗表活刺激因子,将复方固发防脱液的加入量改为1.1份。
性能试验
1、皮肤刺激及过敏性试验
试验动物:体重200g左右的幼小豚鼠90只。
试验方法:将豚鼠分随机为9组,每组10只,将豚鼠背部均进行剃毛后(剃毛面积为3×3cm),24h后在豚鼠脱毛区涂抹实施例1-5或对比例1-4的洗发水,30min后用温水清洗洗发水,观察洗去洗发水后1h、24h后豚鼠皮肤有无红斑或水肿等情况,按照评分标准记分及强度标准判断刺激强度,相关评判标准见表1。同时观察有无皮肤过敏现象,24h后再次观察有无过敏现象(即出现不安、抓鼻、喷嚏、呼吸困难、竖毛、大小便失禁、痉挛性跳跃或死亡等症状),将观察结果统计至表2。

2、防脱效果测试(用TrichoScan计算头发生长期/头发休止期的比率)
选择45名年龄在30~35岁、皮肤健康、无化妆品过敏史的男性志愿者,每组5人,随机分为9组,分别测定实施例1-5、对比例1-4制得的洗发水产品。测试方法:选定一块头皮区(约1.8cm2)剃掉头发,保证0.5mm长的头发在测试区域内保留下来,2~3天后在剃发区进行染色、用30倍皮肤镜拍照、保存图像(见图1);测试完成后,志愿者分别使用9种洗发水产品进行洗发,每两天洗一次,持续30d,在此期间,志愿者不使用其他的洗发、护发产品,30d后,再按上述方法进行测试。TrichoScan软件根据“休止期的头发不生长和生长期的头发每天生长大约0.3mm”的原则能够找出休止期的头发,而且两天后生长期的头发应该长得比休止期的头发要长。由于剃发不均匀,长度标准设置的不合适,长度标尺可以用来设置软件认为应该是休止期的头发的长度。通过软件进行分析,计算头发生长/头发休止期的比率,结果见表3(结果为5名志愿者的平均值)。

所述洗发水包括以下重量份的组分:表面活性剂50-65份,保湿剂1.5-3.5份,增稠剂1-3份,皮肤调理剂0.05-1.3份,去屑剂0.01-0.45份,调理剂1.5-4.5份,珠光剂8-10份,芳香剂0.1-1.3份;
所述调理剂中烟酰胺和欧洲菘蓝的重量比为0.5-3:0.05-0.1;
所述抗表活刺激因子包括桃树脂提取物、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物,所述固发液包括光果甘草根提取物、川芎根提取物、侧柏叶提取物、当归根提取物、人参根提取物、姜根提取物、辣椒果提取物、丹参根提取物、何首乌根提取物、红花提取物和花椒果提取物;

4.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括甘油、泛醇、1,3-丙二醇的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的洗发水,其特征在于,所述洗发水的成分还包括水、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、柠檬酸、防腐剂。
6.一种洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述洗发水的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将椰油酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱混合,加热至70-75℃,搅拌均匀后,加入水、甘油、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、DOE120、柠檬酸搅拌均匀,加入抗表活刺激因子,加热至80-85℃,搅拌均匀;
(2)冷却至55-65℃,加入去屑剂、烟酰胺,搅拌均匀;
(3)冷却至25-35℃,加入聚季铵盐-7、聚季铵盐-52、珠光剂、D-泛醇、固发液、欧洲菘蓝、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、香精、水,搅拌均匀得到洗发水;
所述烟酰胺和欧洲菘蓝的重量比为0.5-3:0.05-0.1;
所述抗表活刺激因子和固发液的重量比为0.9-1:0.09-0.12;
所述抗表活刺激因子包括桃树脂提取物、仙桃仙人掌茎提取物,所述固发液包括光果甘草根提取物、川芎根提取物、侧柏叶提取物、当归根提取物、人参根提取物、姜根提取物、辣椒果提取物、丹参根提取物、何首乌根提取物、红花提取物和花椒果提取物。
