Abstract

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for improving hair without using a silicon component, and more particularly, to a cosmetic composition for improving hair, which contains straight-chain or branched-chain type hydrocarbon, polyol derivative lubricant and carboxylic acid derivative lubricant as effective ingredients, thereby providing an excellent hair care effect of conventional silicone oils and is environmentally friendly.

Description

Cosmetic composition for improving hair containing no siloxane
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for improving hair without using silicone oil.
Background
With the popularization of modern life patterns, external stimuli such as excessive combing, blow drying, frequent washing, or the penetration of chemicals are aggravating damage to the hair surface. Therefore, care products (for example, shampoo, conditioner, hair cream, hair treatment gel, etc.) which can prevent damage to hair and are excellent in hair quality, glossiness, and combability tend to increase.
Silicone oils are high molecular weight, have little viscosity change due to temperature change, are light and smooth, and can continuously impart gloss and luster when applied to hair or the like, and therefore, have been used as a raw material for cleansing agents and cosmetics.
However, as the results of continuous research indicate that silicone oil is an environmental pollutant harmful to biodiversity, europe prohibits the use of silicone oil for cleaning products, and the world shows a tendency to restrict the use of silicone oil. Further, when the silicon component is used in a hair cosmetic, the silicon component blocks pores, and when the silicon oil is used for a long time, the pores with active sebum secretion are blocked, so that sebum cannot be normally discharged, which causes the onset of head dermatitis, such as folliculitis.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described in detail. It is to be understood, however, that this invention is not to be limited thereto, but only by the scope of the following claims.
In describing the present invention, if it is considered that detailed descriptions of related well-known configurations or functions may obscure the gist of the present invention, detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
The terms or words used in the specification and claims should not be construed as limited to general or dictionary meanings, but interpreted as meanings and concepts conforming to the technical idea of the present invention based on the principle that the concepts of the terms are properly defined to describe the invention in the most preferable way.
Further, the constitution shown by the embodiment and the preparation example described in the present invention is only the most preferable embodiment of the present invention, which does not represent the technical idea of the present invention, and therefore, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications may be substituted therefor at the time of filing this application.
In the present specification, "" indicates the same or different atoms or moieties related to chemical formulas.
The cosmetic composition for improving hair of the present invention comprises a lubricant and hydrocarbon, but does not contain silicone oil.
The cosmetic composition can be applied to the hair, so that the hair becomes sticky and heavy if the solvent is not volatile after the cosmetic composition is applied. Therefore, the cosmetic composition of the present invention contains hydrocarbon as a solvent, has good volatility, and has strong solubility of a lubricant.
After the lubricant is uniformly applied to the hair, the hydrocarbon should be volatilized. Thus, the hydrocarbon is preferably a linear or branched hydrocarbon having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, more preferably a linear or branched hydrocarbon having 8 to 20 carbon atoms. When the carbon number of the hydrocarbon is less than 6, the volatility of the hydrocarbon is too high to uniformly apply the lubricant to the hair, and when the carbon number is 30 or more, the hydrocarbon solvent is not sufficiently volatilized after being applied to the hair and remains on the hair, which makes the hair greasy and sticky. In this case, when the carbon number of the hydrocarbon is 8 or more, the lubricant is more preferably dissolved, and when the carbon number of the hydrocarbon is 20 or less, the volatility is more excellent, and the feeling of use of the cosmetic composition can be further improved.
For example, the hydrocarbon may comprise one or more selected from the group consisting of: <xnotran> (Isododecane), (Undecane), (Isohexadecane), (Tridecane), (Isooctane), C10-11 (C10-11 Isoparaffin), C10-12 (C10-12 Isoparaffin), C10-13 (C10-13 Isoparaffin), C11-12 (C11-12 Isoparaffin), C11-13 (C11-13 Isoparaffin), C11-14 (C11-14 Isoparaffin), C12-14 (C12-14 Isoparaffin), C12-20 (C12-20 Isoparaffin), C13-14 (C13-14 Isoparaffin), C13-16 (C13-16 Isoparaffin), (Hydrogenated Polyisobutene), (Hydrogenated Polydecene) (C6-14 ) (Hydrogenated Poly ((C6-14 Olefin)), , : (Isododecane), (Undecane), (Tridecane) C13-16 (C13-16 Isoparaffin), , (Isododecane) , (silky) . </xnotran>

It was confirmed that hair care was more effective than when oils composed of hydrocarbon were used (comparative examples 4 to 6, examples 1 to 12) as compared with silicone oils (comparative example 1), mineral oils (comparative example 2) or ethanol mainly used for cosmetics (comparative example 3) which were generally used for softening (softening) hair. In addition, ethanol or hydrocarbon has a problem of high volatility due to its low Boiling Point (BP), and therefore, has been remedied with a lubricant. When the hydrocarbon and the lubricant are mixed at an appropriate ratio, the hair care effect is remarkably excellent.
After confirmation by comparative example 4 and example 2, it was found that the lubricant was effective when the amount was maintained at a certain amount or more. It was confirmed by examples 2 to 4 that the inclusion of alkyl benzoate was found to result in a lower coefficient of friction and more effective care effect. It was confirmed from examples 5 to 7 that the hair care effect was more excellent when the carboxylic acid group derivative lubricant was contained than when the polyol derivative lubricant was contained.
[ Experimental example 2: evaluation of Hair growth Effect
To evaluate the hair growth effect, comparative examples 1 to 6 and examples 1 to 12 were applied to test hair samples, respectively, and allowed to dry.
After a certain light is irradiated to the hair sample and a gloss band (gloss band) appearing on the surface of the hair due to scattered light is photographed, the photographed image is analyzed and evaluated.
The gloss band (gloss band) is extracted from the captured image by the analysis program, and the pixel value of the area occupied by the gloss band (gloss band) in the total area is obtained and is shown in table 4 below.
An increase in the area of the gloss band (gloss band) indicates an increase in lightness.

It was confirmed that comparative example 1 using silicone oil was more effective than the compositions of the other comparative examples, and the effect was close to that of the composition of example 2. However, the example compositions are more excellent in lightness than the comparative examples, and this procedure shows that the examples of the present invention are more excellent in hair growth effect than silicone oil even without using silicone oil.
[ Experimental example 3: comparison and evaluation of the greasy feel of the Hair
To evaluate the greasy feel, comparative examples 1 to 6 and examples 1 to 12 were each applied to a test hair sample and allowed to dry.
After 24 hours of standing, 10 groups were observed by visual evaluation and evaluated according to the following evaluation criteria, and the results thereof are shown in table 5 below.
Evaluation criteria
-very viscous; 1. slightly viscous; 2. generally; 3is appropriate; 4. is very suitable; 5. lower scores indicate a more greasy and viscous hair.
Figure BDA0003717579840000161
As shown in table 5 above, the hair of comparative example 2 using only mineral oil was the most greasy, and conventionally, silicone oil was generally used, showing good results. The compositions of the examples of the present invention, although no silicone oil was used, had a feeling of use similar to that of silicone oil or felt suitable.
[ Experimental example 4: evaluation of dyeing Retention
In order to evaluate the retention of comparative examples 1 to 6 and examples 1 to 12, hair dyes were uniformly applied to the hair samples for experiments, respectively, left for 40 minutes, applied with shampoo, rinsed with clear water, and dried by opening a blower.
After uniformly applying the compositions of examples 1 to 6 and examples 1 to 12 to the dried hair, ultraviolet rays were irradiated for 24 hours, and the color was measured by a color difference meter (hromameter CM 700).
The brightness values detected by the color difference meter (Chromameter CM 700) are shown in table 6 below, and the L value is compared as an index, where L + indicates bright, L-indicates dark, and the larger the L value, the brighter it. The larger Δ L (untreated value — treated value) indicates more serious discoloration, and the smaller Δ L indicates no color difference before and after the experiment, indicating that the color retention state is good.

(Unit: L)
Comparative examples 4 to 6, examples 1 to 12 consisting of hydrocarbon and lubricant show more superior results in terms of color retention after dyeing than the silicone oil (comparative example 1) which is generally used. Also, the compositions of examples showed better results than the comparative examples in terms of color retention.
[ Experimental example 5: evaluation of the suppleness of frizzy hair (combing test)
To evaluate the softening effect of frizzy hair, comparative examples 1 to 6 and examples 1 to 12 were each applied evenly to each test hair sample (back combing) 5 times) and then allowed to dry.
The hair samples were combed until fully combed and the number of combing was measured and reported in table 7 below.
Less combing indicates less frizziness of the hair.

For combing of frizzy hair, the use of the composition of the comparative example or example is more effective than without treatment. The silicone oil used in general (comparative example 1) produced an effect superior to that of the other comparative example compositions. Also, the example composition of the present invention shows an effect similar to that of a silicone oil, although it does not employ a silicone oil.
[ Experimental example: anti-scatter (Anti-Fizz) evaluation)
In order to evaluate the scattering prevention (Anti-Fizz) of comparative examples 1 to 7 and examples 1 to 11, after the hair for experiment was treated with permanent wave, the hair was naturally dried and completely straightened by using a straightening splint, and the hair for experiment was prepared.
The experimental hair samples were evenly coated with the example and comparative compositions and allowed to dry.
After being placed in an incubation tank at a temperature of 40 ℃ to 45 ℃ and a humidity of 50% to 60% for 36 hours, the state of the hair was visually evaluated. Fig. 1 shows a photograph of individual hairs.
The less curly hair, the more excellent the Anti-scatter (Anti-Fizz) effect.
As shown in FIG. 1, the Anti-scatter (Anti-Fizz) effect of the example composition is better than that of the comparative example composition.
It was visually observed that comparative example 1 or comparative example 2 (not shown) seemed to be excellent in the Anti-scattering (Anti-Fizz) effect, but it was confirmed that the hair was oily and sticky.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention, and it is to be understood that the present invention may be implemented in various forms by those skilled in the art without departing from the essential characteristics of the invention. Therefore, the disclosed examples and experimental examples should not be considered in a limiting sense, but rather in an illustrative sense. The scope of the invention should be determined not by the above description but by the appended claims, and all features that are equivalent to them should be considered as falling within the scope of the invention.
