Further, the hopper 20 is provided in a tile type structure. Like a spoon, the material at the bottom is scooped to the top.
Further, a mixing frame 16 which is staggered with the position of the rotating shaft 17 is arranged on the mixing rod 15 to fully mix the raw materials.
Furthermore, the filtering net cover 9 is of a horn-shaped structure, and the opening is large at the top and small at the bottom.
Further, an air suction pump 12 is arranged on the pipeline 11; a dry filter 13 is provided on the air outlet end of the suction pump 12.
Through the cooperation of aspiration pump 12 and drier-filter 13 in this embodiment, retrieve preheating of processing jar 1 bottom, send into processing jar 1 upper end after drying, filtration, can be used to preheating of raw materials, improved the energy-concerving and environment-protective nature of equipment.

Claims (10)

1. A drying, sterilizing and classifying device for food processing comprises a processing tank (1); the top end of the processing tank (1) is provided with a feeding hole (2), and the bottom end is provided with a discharging hole (3); the device is characterized in that a microwave generator (6) is arranged at the upper end in the processing tank (1), a screening part (4) is arranged at the middle end, and a filtering mesh enclosure (9) is arranged at the bottom end;
the upper end of the screening piece (4) is provided with a mixing component (5), and the lower end is provided with an electric material conveying belt (7); a heating element (8) is arranged between the electric material conveying belt (7) and the material sieving element (4);
the filter screen (9) is arranged below the electric material conveying belt (7), the bottom of the filter screen is sleeved on the material outlet (3), and the periphery of the filter screen is provided with an air exhaust pipe (10); the air extraction pipe (10) is connected with the upper end of the processing tank (1) through a pipeline (11).

The drying, sterilizing and sorting device for food processing according to claim 1, wherein the sifting member (4) comprises an upper sifting plate (21) and a lower sifting plate (22); a screening material port (23) is formed in one side of the upper screening plate (21), and a first motor (25) is arranged at the bottom of the upper screening plate; the lower sieve plate (22) is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the upper sieve plate (21) through the transmission of a main shaft of a motor I (25), and a sieve mesh (24) matched with the shape and the size of the sieve opening (23) is arranged on the lower sieve plate (22).
3. The drying, sterilizing and classifying device for food processing as claimed in claim 2, wherein the screen mesh (24) is provided in a plurality of sets, each set of screen mesh has different aperture and same overall shape.
4. The drying, sterilizing and classifying device for food processing as claimed in claim 2, wherein the upper sieve plate (21) is provided with a vibrator.

The drying, sterilizing and classifying device for food processing according to claim 2, wherein a material guide table (26) is arranged below the lower sieve plate (22) and opposite to the position of the sieve port (23); the material guide platform (26) is positioned above the feeding end of the electric material conveying belt (7).

The drying, sterilizing and sorting device for food processing according to claim 2, characterized in that the mixing assembly (5) comprises a second motor (14); the second motor (14) is arranged on the upper sieve plate (21), the main shaft of the second motor faces upwards, and the second motor is connected with the mixing rod (15); a driving piece is arranged in the mixing rod (15), and rotating shafts (17) which realize rotation through the transmission of the driving piece are arranged on two sides of the mixing rod; the end part of the rotating shaft (17) is provided with a mounting seat (18); a motor III (19) and a material turning hopper (20) driven by the motor III (19) are arranged on the mounting seat (18); the tipping bucket (20) is rotatably arranged on the mounting seat (18).
7. The drying, sterilizing and sorting device for food processing according to claim 6, wherein the turnover hopper (20) is provided in a tile-type structure.
8. The drying, sterilizing and sorting device for food processing according to claim 6, wherein the mixing rod (15) is further provided with a mixing rack (16) staggered with the rotating shaft (17).
9. The drying, sterilizing and classifying device for food processing according to claim 1, wherein the filter screen (9) is of a horn-shaped structure with a large upper opening and a small lower opening.
10. The drying, sterilizing and classifying device for food processing according to claim 1, wherein the air pump (12) is arranged on the pipeline (11); a drying filter (13) is arranged on the air outlet end of the air pump (12).
