The sterilizing device for the sterilized granular food production plant as defined in claim 2, wherein the secondary sterilizing device (2) comprises a mounting base plate (21), a sterilizing box body (22), a material conveying port (23), a second supporting column (24), a second driving roller (25), a second driven roller (26), a second conveying belt (27), a hot air drying mechanism (28), a plurality of ultraviolet lamps (29), an activated carbon filter screen (212), an air box (213), a drying drum (216), a driving wheel (217), a first motor (218), a driven wheel (219), an air blower (221), a mounting plate (222), a second motor (223), a flange (224), a belt (226) and a cooling drum (227); the sterilizing box body (22) is fixed on the mounting base plate (21), the material conveying port (23) is located at the lower part of one side wall of the sterilizing box body (22), the second conveying belt (27) is arranged at the material conveying port (23) and is driven by the second driving roller (25) and the second driven roller (26), the ultraviolet lamp (29) is arranged above the second conveying belt (27), the second driving roller (25) and the second driven roller (26) are supported by the second supporting column (24), the mounting plate (222) is horizontally fixed on the side surface of the second supporting column (24), the second motor (223) is fixed on the mounting plate (222), and the output shaft of the second motor (223) is connected with the second driving roller (25) through a flange (224);
the hot air drying mechanism (28) is positioned on the outer side of the top of the sterilization box body (22), the air box (213) is positioned on the inner side of the top of the sterilization box body (22), an air outlet pipe (282) of the hot air drying mechanism (28) extends into the top of the air box (213), the activated carbon filter screen (212) is horizontally arranged in the middle of the air box (213), and a plurality of air outlet holes are formed in the bottom of the air box (213); the drying drum (216) is arranged below the air box (213), an auger is arranged in the drying drum (216), the cooling drum (227) is arranged below the drying drum (216), the auger is arranged in the cooling drum (227), a feed port (214) of the drying drum (216) extends out of the side edge of the sterilization box body (22) and is positioned below the tail end of the first material conveying belt (18), a feed port of the cooling drum (227) is positioned below a discharge port (220) of the drying drum (216), and a discharge port of the cooling drum (227) is positioned at a discharge port (23); a first motor (218) is fixed on the side wall of the sterilization box body (22), an output shaft of the first motor (218) is connected with an auger rotating shaft of a drying drum (216), a driving wheel (217) is fixed on the output shaft of the first motor (218), a driven wheel (219) is fixed on the auger rotating shaft of a cooling drum (227), and the driving wheel (217) and the driven wheel (219) are connected through a belt (226); an air outlet hole at the bottom of the air box (213) is connected to the top of the drying drum (216) through an air pipe; the blower (221) is arranged on the side wall of the sterilizing box body (22) and is used for guiding the outside normal temperature air to the top of the cooling roller (227) through the air pipe.

The sterilization device for the sterile granular food production workshop as claimed in claim 3, wherein an opening size adjusting baffle (17) is connected to the bottom opening of the blanking hopper (13) through a pin shaft, and one end of the pin shaft extends out of the shell (11) and is connected with an adjusting knob.

The sterilization apparatus for sterilized granular food production plant as defined in claim 3, wherein said hot air drying means (28) comprises a heater chamber (281), an air outlet pipe (282), an air inlet pipe (283), and an electric heating wire (284); the heater cavity (281) is fixed at the top of the sterilization box body (22), the heating wires (284) are arranged inside the heater cavity (281), the air inlet pipe (283) is arranged at the top of the heater cavity (281), and the air outlet pipes (282) are respectively fixed at two ends of the heater (281).

The sterilization apparatus for the sterilized granular food production plant as defined in claim 3, wherein the top of the housing of the drying drum (216) and the top of the housing of the cooling drum (227) are each provided with a plurality of gas nozzles, the gas nozzles at the top of the drying drum (216) are connected with the air outlet at the bottom of the air box (213) through air pipes, and the gas nozzles at the top of the cooling drum (227) are connected with the blower (221) through air pipes.

The sterilization device for the sterile granular food production workshop as claimed in claim 3, wherein a vent (210) is formed in the upper portion of the side wall of the sterilization box body (22), an exhaust fan is arranged on the inner wall of the vent (210), an activated carbon adsorption box (211) is fixed on the outer side of the vent (210), and the vent (210) is communicated with the activated carbon adsorption box (211).
8. The sterilization apparatus for sterile granular food production plant according to claim 3, wherein the end of the housing (11) of the primary sterilization apparatus (1) is hermetically connected to the side wall of the sterilization tank (22).
