Abstract
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物及其制备方法、应用,包括除虫成分和辅助成分,所述除虫成分包括氟噁唑酰胺、苦楝根皮提取物、博落回茎叶提取物,所述辅助成分包括第一辅助成分和第二辅助成分,所述第一辅助成分包括润湿剂、分散剂、粘结剂和载体,所述第二辅助成分包括二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐、芳樟醇。本发明的有益效果是:与氟噁唑酰胺单剂相比,该组合物对棉铃虫、蚜虫明显增效,提高了防治效果,显著降低了用药成本,可减缓害虫对药剂的抗药性,延长药剂的使用寿命,可大幅度减少田间用药量,有效减少环境污染和农药残留。

技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物及其制备方法、应用。
背景技术
近些年来,随着耕作和栽培制度的改变,害虫发生程度逐年加重,作物产量和品质受到严重影响。化学杀虫是害虫防治中最为经济、有效的手段,应用杀虫剂防治害虫在挽回作物产量损失,提高农产品商品性和质量上具有极其重要的意义。
植物源农药是指有效成分主要来源于植物体的农药,自然界对其有着自有的降解途径,不易对环境造成危害,其安全间隔期短,对作物不易产生药害。植物源农药对有害生物的作用机理与常规化学类杀虫剂差别较大,多数植物源农药能够作用于有害生物的多个器官系统,有利于避免有害生物形成抗药性。
目前,尚未见到有将氟噁唑酰胺和植物源苦楝根皮提取物、博落回茎叶提取物复配使用并用于棉花田害虫防治的相关报道。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物及其制备方法和应用。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物,包括除虫成分和辅助成分,所述除虫成分包括氟噁唑酰胺、苦楝根皮提取物、博落回茎叶提取物,所述辅助成分包括第一辅助成分和第二辅助成分,所述第一辅助成分包括润湿剂、分散剂、粘结剂和载体,所述第二辅助成分包括二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐、芳樟醇。
优选的,每100质量份组合物中,氟噁唑酰胺为20-40份,苦楝根皮提取物10-20份、博落回茎叶提取物10-20份,二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐3-7份、芳樟醇3-7份,余量为第一辅助成分。
优选的,每100质量份组合物中,氟噁唑酰胺为30份,苦楝根皮提取物20份、博落回茎叶提取物10份,二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐5份、芳樟醇5份,第一辅助成分30份。
优选的,所述苦楝根皮提取物制备方法为:将苦楝根皮干粉与质量分数为70%的乙醇水溶液按照质量比1:(10-20)均匀混合,在超声功率800-1000W,温度为40-60℃下,超声3-5h,提取3-5次,合并滤液,抽滤后减压蒸馏,得到膏状物为臭椿根提取物。
优选的,所述博落回茎叶提取物制备方法为:将博落回茎叶干粉与质量分数为70%的乙醇水溶液按照质量比1:(10-20)均匀混合,在超声功率800-1000W,温度为40-60℃下,超声3-5h,提取3-5次,合并滤液,抽滤后减压蒸馏,得到膏状物为臭椿根提取物。
优选的,所述润湿剂选自月桂醇硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸盐中的任意一种或多种。
优选的,所述分散剂选自木质素磺酸盐、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种或多种。
优选的,所述的粘结剂为聚乙二醇、β环糊精、阿拉伯树胶、明胶、聚醋酸乙烯酯中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述载体选自于膨润土、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、高岭土中的任意一种或多种。
本发明还提供一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物的制备方法,将氟噁唑酰胺、苦楝根皮提取物、博落回茎叶提取物、二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐、芳樟醇、润湿剂、分散剂、粘结剂和载体混合后,搅拌分散均匀后得到。
本发明还提供了一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物在玉米田中的应用。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、与氟噁唑酰胺单剂相比,该组合物对棉铃虫、蚜虫明显增效,提高了防治效果,显著降低了用药成本,可减缓害虫对药剂的抗药性,延长药剂的使用寿命,可大幅度减少田间用药量,有效减少环境污染和农药残留。
2、苦楝根皮提取物、博落回茎叶提取物来源于植物组织,对环境和人类健康均不会造成影响,具有绿色安全优势。
3、博落回茎叶提取物包含血根碱,白屈菜红碱,原阿片碱,α-别隐品碱及β-别隐品碱等,苦楝根皮提取物中含有川楝素,苦楝酮,苦楝萜酮内酯,苦楝萜醇内酯等,这些组分与氟噁唑酰胺相互协同作用,共同提升了防治效果。
4、本发明使用的第二辅助成分包括二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐、芳樟醇,两者共同作用,能够明显促进除虫剂的渗透性,使除虫剂见效迅速,从而起到显著的增效作用。
5、本发明二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐除了能够与芳樟醇相互作用提高除虫剂的渗透性之外,其本身也具有抗菌和防腐作用,能够提高除虫剂的稳定性及综合效果,另外由于其属于钠盐,水溶性较好,能够形成弱碱环境,具有降低除虫剂动态表面张力的效果,更利于提高除虫剂有效成分的穿透。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做具体说明。
实施例1
每100质量份除虫剂组合物中,按质量份包括氟噁唑酰胺为20份,苦楝根皮提取物10份、博落回茎叶提取物10份,二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐5份、芳樟醇5份,月桂醇硫酸钠2份、木质素磺酸盐为2份、聚乙二醇2份、余量为膨润土,按照常规方法制备成水分散剂。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“苦楝根皮提取物15份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“苦楝根皮提取物20份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“博落回茎叶提取物15份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“博落回茎叶提取物20份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“氟噁唑酰胺为30份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例7
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“氟噁唑酰胺为40份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例8
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“氟噁唑酰胺为30份,苦楝根皮提取物15份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例9
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“氟噁唑酰胺为30份,苦楝根皮提取物20份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例10
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“氟噁唑酰胺为40份,苦楝根皮提取物15份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例11
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“氟噁唑酰胺为40份,苦楝根皮提取物20份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例12
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“氟噁唑酰胺为30份,博落回茎叶提取物15份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例13
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“氟噁唑酰胺为30份,博落回茎叶提取物20份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例14
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“氟噁唑酰胺为40份,博落回茎叶提取物15份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
实施例15
本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于“氟噁唑酰胺为40份,博落回茎叶提取物20份”,其余和实施例1完全一样。
对比例1
每100质量份除虫剂组合物中,按质量份包括氟噁唑酰胺为30份,月桂醇硫酸钠2份、木质素磺酸盐为2份、聚乙二醇2份、余量为膨润土,按照常规方法制备成水分散剂。
对比例2
每100质量份除虫剂组合物中,按质量份包括氟噁唑酰胺为30份,苦楝根皮提取物20份、博落回茎叶提取物10份,月桂醇硫酸钠2份、木质素磺酸盐为2份、聚乙二醇2份、余量为膨润土,按照常规方法制备成水分散剂。
结果与检测
试验标靶:棉铃虫、蚜虫
将实施例1-15、对比例1、2制备得到的除虫组合物分别取20g,兑水5kg制备得到17种除虫剂稀释液待用。
将上述实施例1-15、对比例1、2对棉铃虫进行防治效果测试,在试验盆中加入等量的棉花叶和等量的棉铃虫,将实施例1-15、对比例1、2配置的17种除虫剂稀释液均匀喷洒在试验盆中,喷洒时翻动叶片,使其全面着药,用纱布将试验盆盖住封好,然后统计喷药后24h、72h以及120h以后防效率,结果见表1。
将上述实施例1-15、对比例1、2对蚜虫进行防治效果测试,在试验盆中加入等量的棉花叶和等量的蚜虫,将实施例1-15、对比例1、2配置的17种除虫剂稀释液均匀喷洒在试验盆中,喷洒时翻动叶片,使其全面着药,用纱布将试验盆盖住封好,然后统计喷药后24h、72h以及120h以后防效率,结果见表2。

表2为实施例1-15、对比例1、2对蚜虫的防治效果
从表1、2可知,本发明制备的除虫组合物相对于氟噁唑酰胺,其防效率明显提高,从对比例1、2可知,二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐、芳樟醇的加入,能够明显提高防效率,从实施例9、对比例1、2可知,苦楝根皮提取物、博落回茎叶提取物的加入,产生了协同作用,明显提高了防效率。

Claims (10)
1.一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物,其特征在于,包括除虫成分和辅助成分,所述除虫成分包括氟噁唑酰胺、苦楝根皮提取物、博落回茎叶提取物,所述辅助成分包括第一辅助成分和第二辅助成分,所述第一辅助成分包括润湿剂、分散剂、粘结剂和载体,所述第二辅助成分包括二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐、芳樟醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物,其特征在于,每100质量份组合物中,氟噁唑酰胺为20-40份,苦楝根皮提取物10-20份、博落回茎叶提取物10-20份,二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐3-7份、芳樟醇3-7份,余量为第一辅助成分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物,其特征在于,每100质量份组合物中,氟噁唑酰胺为30份,苦楝根皮提取物20份、博落回茎叶提取物10份,二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐5份、芳樟醇5份,第一辅助成分30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物,其特征在于,所述苦楝根皮提取物制备方法为:将苦楝根皮干粉与质量分数为70%的乙醇水溶液按照质量比1:(10-20)均匀混合,在超声功率800-1000W,温度为40-60℃下,超声3-5h,提取3-5次,合并滤液,抽滤后减压蒸馏,得到膏状物为臭椿根提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物,其特征在于,
所述博落回茎叶提取物制备方法为:将博落回茎叶干粉与质量分数为70%的乙醇水溶液按照质量比1:(10-20)均匀混合,在超声功率800-1000W,温度为40-60℃下,超声3-5h,提取3-5次,合并滤液,抽滤后减压蒸馏,得到膏状物为臭椿根提取物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物,其特征在于,所述润湿剂选自月桂醇硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇硫酸盐中的任意一种或多种;
所述分散剂选自木质素磺酸盐、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚中的任意一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物,其特征在于,所述的粘结剂为聚乙二醇、β环糊精、阿拉伯树胶、明胶、聚醋酸乙烯酯中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种含有氟噁唑酰胺的组合物,其特征在于,所述载体选自于膨润土、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、高岭土中的任意一种或多种。
9.一种如权利要求1-8所述组合物制备方法,其特征在于,将氟噁唑酰胺、苦楝根皮提取物、博落回茎叶提取物、二(磺基琥珀酰亚胺基)草酸酯钠盐、芳樟醇、润湿剂、分散剂、粘结剂和载体混合后,搅拌分散均匀后得到。
10.一种如权利要求1-8所述组合物在棉花田中的应用。
