An embodiment of the present invention provides an air humidity control method, and referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the air humidity control method according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the air humidity control method includes the steps of:
step S10: and when the air conditioner runs, acquiring the current evaporator temperature acquired by the first temperature sensor.
It should be noted that the execution main body of the embodiment may be an air humidity control device, the air humidity control device may be an electronic device such as a personal computer or a server, and may also be other controllers and devices that can achieve the same or similar functions.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, when the humidity of the indoor environment is adjusted, the humidity of the indoor environment needs to be detected first, and then the set temperature of the air conditioner needs to be adjusted according to the detected humidity of the indoor environment, for example, when the humidity of the indoor environment is high, the set temperature of the air conditioner is usually increased, the indoor environment is dehumidified by using the high outlet air temperature, and a humidity sensor needs to be added to the air conditioner to detect the humidity of the indoor environment, so that the cost of the air conditioner is increased, and the failure rate of the air conditioner is increased. In the embodiment, a humidity sensor is not required to be additionally arranged in the air conditioner, and when the air conditioner dehumidifies, the water vapor in the indoor air is liquefied and condensed water is discharged to the outside, so that the purpose of reducing the humidity of the indoor environment is achieved. When the refrigerant in the evaporator of the air conditioner evaporates, a large amount of heat is absorbed to reduce the surface temperature of the evaporator greatly, so that when the air conditioner dehumidifies the indoor environment, the temperature of the evaporator of the air conditioner has a relationship with the humidity of the indoor environment.
In specific implementation, in this embodiment, when it is detected that the air conditioner is operating, the current evaporator temperature of the evaporator at this moment is obtained, the air conditioner structure of this embodiment includes the compressor and the evaporator, and the evaporator is provided with the first temperature sensor, that is, the evaporator temperature sensor, and can be used to collect the temperature of the evaporator in the air conditioner in real time. Furthermore, the air conditioner also comprises an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, the evaporator is arranged in the indoor unit, an indoor fan and an indoor temperature sensor are further arranged in the indoor unit, the indoor fan is used for conveying hot air or cold air to the indoor environment after the air conditioner is started in a heating or cooling mode, and the indoor temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the indoor environment. The outdoor unit is provided with an outdoor fan, an outdoor compressor and a condenser, the outdoor fan can adjust the temperature of the condenser, and the outdoor compressor can change the humidity of the indoor environment through frequency adjustment.
In this embodiment, the evaporator temperature collected by the first temperature sensor may be obtained according to a detection instruction input by a user, and the user may input the detection instruction to the air conditioner through the mobile terminal or a remote controller matched with the air conditioner, or may input the detection instruction to the air conditioner through a physical key on the air conditioner. Further, in this embodiment, a preset time may also be set, and when the preset time is reached, the evaporator temperature acquired by the first temperature sensor is automatically acquired.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the temperature of the evaporator is obtained when the air conditioner is in operation, and the air conditioner needs to satisfy a certain condition from the start to the operation, in order to improve the adjustment effect of the indoor humidity in this embodiment, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature of the condenser meets the preset condition, and the operation of the air conditioner is controlled only after the preset condition of the temperature of the condenser.
In specific implementation, the temperature of the condenser when the air conditioner is started, that is, the current condenser temperature, may be collected by a second temperature sensor, where the second temperature sensor is a condenser temperature sensor and is disposed on the condenser, and similarly, in this example, the condenser temperature collected by the second temperature sensor may also be obtained according to a detection instruction input by a user, and the user may input the detection instruction to the air conditioner through a mobile terminal or a remote controller matched with the air conditioner, or may input the detection instruction to the air conditioner through a physical key on the air conditioner. Further, a preset time may be set in this embodiment, and when the preset time is reached, the condenser temperature acquired by the second temperature sensor is automatically acquired. In this embodiment, the preset condition is a preset condenser temperature range, and when the current condenser temperature is within the preset condenser temperature range, it is determined that the current condenser temperature meets the preset condition, and the preset condenser temperature range may be set accordingly according to actual requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further, when the air conditioner is started, if the current condenser does not meet the preset condition, the current condenser temperature can be adjusted by increasing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan in the embodiment, specifically, if the current condenser temperature is greater than the upper limit value of the preset condenser temperature range, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be increased to reduce the current condenser temperature, and if the current condenser temperature is less than the lower limit value of the preset condenser temperature range, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be reduced to increase the condenser temperature. In addition, when the air conditioner is started, the current indoor temperature needs to be detected by the outdoor temperature sensor, and the frequency of the outdoor compressor needs to be adjusted to the preset frequency, which can be set correspondingly according to the actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S20: and controlling the frequency of the outdoor compressor according to the current evaporator temperature so as to realize the adjustment of the indoor humidity.
In a specific implementation, in this embodiment, the indoor air humidity may be determined according to the current evaporator temperature, and then the indoor air humidity is adjusted by adjusting the frequency of the outdoor compressor, for example, when the evaporator temperature is higher, it is determined that the indoor air humidity is higher, and at this time, the frequency of the outdoor compressor may be increased to reduce the indoor air humidity.
In the embodiment, when the air conditioner runs, the current evaporator temperature acquired by the first temperature sensor is acquired; according to current evaporimeter temperature control the frequency of outdoor compressor to realize the regulation of indoor humidity, control the frequency of outdoor compressor based on current evaporimeter temperature, realize the regulation to indoor humidity through the regulation of outdoor compressor frequency, need not to increase humidity transducer and detect indoor humidity, alright realize the regulation to indoor air humidity, reduced the cost of air conditioner, reduced the fault rate of air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of a method for controlling air humidity according to the present invention.
Based on the first embodiment, the method for controlling air humidity in this embodiment specifically includes, in the step S20:
step S201: and when the current evaporator temperature is greater than a first preset temperature threshold value, increasing the frequency of the outdoor compressor to a first preset frequency.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the indoor air humidity may be determined according to the current temperature of the evaporator, for example, when the current temperature of the evaporator is high, the indoor air humidity may be determined to be high, and if the current temperature of the evaporator is low, the indoor air humidity may be determined to be low, and then the frequency of the outdoor compressor may be controlled according to the current temperature of the evaporator.
In a specific implementation, the current evaporator temperature is compared with a preset temperature threshold, so as to determine the magnitude of the current evaporator temperature, where the preset temperature threshold in this embodiment includes a first preset temperature threshold, where the first preset temperature threshold may be set correspondingly according to an actual situation, and this is not limited in this embodiment. If the current evaporator temperature is greater than the first preset temperature threshold, it indicates that the current evaporator temperature is greater, and at this time, it may be determined that the indoor air humidity is greater. Specifically, the frequency of the outdoor compressor is increased from a preset frequency to a first preset frequency, and the outdoor compressor operates according to the first preset frequency, so as to achieve rapid dehumidification of indoor air, where the first preset frequency may be set correspondingly according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment. For example when the evaporator temperature T Z =27 ℃, the preset temperature threshold is [8 ℃,12 ℃ ]]I.e. the first predetermined temperature threshold is 12 deg.C, when T Z When the temperature is higher than 12 ℃, the indoor air humidity is judged to be too high, and the outdoor compressor needs to be operated at a higher frequency so as to reduce the air humidity.
Further, the preset temperature threshold further includes a second preset temperature threshold, where the second preset temperature threshold may be set correspondingly according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment. If the current evaporator temperature is lower than the second preset temperature threshold, it means that the current evaporator temperature is lower, and at this time, it may be determined that the indoor air humidity is lower. Particularly, the room is outdoorsThe frequency of the compressor is decreased from the preset frequency to a second preset frequency, and the outdoor compressor operates according to the second preset frequency to maintain and increase the indoor humidity, wherein the second preset frequency may be set according to the actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment. It should be emphasized that in the present embodiment, the first temperature difference threshold is greater than the second temperature difference threshold, and the first preset frequency is greater than the second preset frequency. For example when the evaporator temperature T Z When the temperature is lower than 8 ℃, the indoor air humidity is judged to be lower than 40%, the air is dried at the moment, the frequency of the compressor is reduced, and the air conditioner does not dehumidify and only reduces the indoor temperature, so that the indoor air humidity is improved.
The present embodiment increases the frequency of the outdoor compressor to a first preset frequency by increasing the frequency of the outdoor compressor to the first preset frequency when the current evaporator temperature is greater than a first preset temperature threshold; when the current evaporator temperature is lower than the second preset temperature threshold value, the frequency of the outdoor compressor is reduced to the second preset frequency, the indoor air humidity is judged according to the current evaporator temperature, then the frequency of the outdoor compressor is increased or reduced so as to reduce or improve the indoor air humidity, the indoor humidity can be detected without increasing a humidity sensor, the indoor air humidity can be adjusted, the cost of the air conditioner is reduced, and the failure rate of the air conditioner is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a method for controlling air humidity according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the second embodiment, the step S20 in this example further includes:
step S201': and when the current evaporator temperature is less than or equal to the first preset temperature threshold and greater than or equal to the second preset temperature threshold, acquiring the current indoor temperature and the set temperature.
It should be noted that when the current evaporator temperature is greater than the first preset temperature threshold, it indicates that the indoor air humidity is relatively high, and when the current evaporator temperature is less than the second preset temperature threshold, it indicates that the indoor air humidity is relatively low, and when the current evaporator temperature is less than or equal to the first preset temperature threshold, and at the same time, it indicates that the indoor air humidity is within the human body comfort range.
In a specific implementation, when the indoor air is within a comfortable range of a human body, in order to further enhance the comfort of a user, the frequency of the outdoor compressor is further adjusted in this embodiment, and specifically, the further adjustment of the frequency of the outdoor compressor is based on the current indoor temperature and the set temperature. The current indoor temperature is collected by an indoor temperature sensor provided on the air conditioner, and the set temperature is set by a user. Further, in this embodiment, an acquisition instruction input by a user may be received, and the current indoor temperature acquired by the indoor temperature sensor is read according to the acquisition instruction, or a preset time may be set, and when the preset time is reached, the current indoor temperature acquired by the indoor temperature sensor is automatically read. In this embodiment, a setting instruction input by a user may also be received, and a setting temperature is extracted from the setting instruction, and in this embodiment, the current indoor temperature and the setting temperature may also be obtained in other manners, which are not limited to these. In addition, it should be noted that, a user may input an acquisition instruction or a setting instruction to the air conditioner through the mobile terminal or a remote controller matched with the air conditioner, or may input the acquisition instruction or the setting instruction to the air conditioner through a physical key on the air conditioner, and a specific input mode may also be set accordingly according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Step S202': and adjusting the frequency of the outdoor compressor according to the current indoor temperature and the set temperature.
In a specific implementation, after determining the current indoor temperature and the set temperature, the frequency of the outdoor compressor may be adjusted according to the current indoor temperature and the set temperature, for example, the frequency of the outdoor compressor may be adjusted based on a mapping relationship between the temperature magnitude relationship and the frequency of the outdoor compressor, first, the temperature magnitude relationship between the current indoor temperature and the set temperature.
Further, in the present embodiment, in order to perform more accurate and reasonable control on the frequency of the outdoor compressor, the following manner may be implemented.
In a specific implementation, a difference value between the current indoor temperature and the set temperature is calculated to obtain a temperature difference value between the current indoor temperature and the set temperature, in this embodiment, the temperature difference value is compared with a preset temperature difference threshold value, so as to further adjust the frequency of the outdoor compressor, in this embodiment, the preset temperature difference threshold value includes a first temperature difference threshold value and a second temperature difference threshold value, the first temperature threshold value is smaller than the second temperature difference threshold value, wherein specific values of the first temperature difference threshold value and the second temperature difference threshold value may be set correspondingly according to an actual situation, which is not limited in this embodiment. If the temperature difference is greater than the second temperature difference threshold, it indicates that the current indoor temperature is greater than the set temperature input by the user, in this case, the frequency of the outdoor compressor needs to be maintained at the aforementioned first preset frequency, so that the outdoor compressor is kept running at the greater frequency. Further, if the temperature difference is smaller than the first temperature difference threshold, it indicates that the current indoor temperature is much smaller than the set temperature input by the user, in this case, the outdoor compressor needs to be turned off, and the dehumidification amount of the air conditioner is reduced by controlling the outdoor compressor to stop running, so that the indoor air humidity is within the comfortable range of the human body. Further, if the temperature difference is greater than or equal to the first temperature difference threshold and is less than or equal to the second temperature difference threshold, it indicates that the current indoor temperature is close to the set temperature input by the user, in this case, the frequency of the outdoor compressor needs to be adjusted to the target frequency.
In a specific implementation, in this embodiment, the target frequency may be calculated according to the first preset frequency, the second preset frequency, the current evaporator temperature and the preset temperature threshold mentioned above, it should be noted that the preset temperature threshold includes the first preset temperature threshold and the second preset temperature threshold, and an average value of the first preset temperature threshold and the second preset temperature threshold is taken to perform calculation, where the specific calculation formula is (h) as shown in the specification 1 -h 2 )*[(T z -Th s )/Th s +0.5]+h 2 Wherein h is 1 For a first predetermined frequency h 2 For a second predetermined frequency, T Z To the current evaporation temperature, th s For a first preset temperature threshold and a second preset temperatureThe average value of the threshold value can calculate the target frequency according to the formula, and the outdoor compressor is controlled to operate according to the target frequency, so that the comfort of a user is further improved.
In this embodiment, when the current evaporator temperature is less than or equal to the first preset temperature threshold and greater than or equal to the second preset temperature threshold, the current indoor temperature and the set temperature are obtained; and adjusting the frequency of the outdoor compressor according to the current indoor temperature and the set temperature, and continuously adjusting the outdoor compressor according to the current indoor temperature and the set temperature when the air humidity is in a human body comfort range so as to further improve the comfort of a user.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, where an air humidity control program is stored, and the air humidity control program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the air humidity control method as described above.
Since the storage medium adopts all technical solutions of all the embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a first embodiment of an air humidity control apparatus according to the present invention.

and the obtaining module 10 is configured to obtain the current evaporator temperature collected by the first temperature sensor when the air conditioner is running.
It should be noted that the execution subject of the embodiment is an air humidity control device, and the air humidity control device may be an electronic device such as a personal computer or a server, or may be other controllers and devices that can achieve the same or similar functions.

In the embodiment, a humidity sensor is not required to be additionally arranged in the air conditioner, and when the air conditioner dehumidifies, water vapor in indoor air is liquefied into condensed water, and then the condensed water is discharged to the outside, so that the purpose of reducing the humidity of the indoor environment is achieved. When the refrigerant in the air conditioner evaporator evaporates, a large amount of heat is absorbed to reduce the surface temperature of the evaporator greatly, so that when the air conditioner dehumidifies the indoor environment, the temperature of the evaporator of the air conditioner has a relationship with the humidity of the indoor environment.

And the control module 20 is configured to control the frequency of the outdoor compressor according to the current evaporator temperature, so as to adjust the indoor humidity.
In a specific implementation, the indoor air humidity may be determined according to the current evaporator temperature in this embodiment, and then the frequency of the outdoor compressor is adjusted to adjust the indoor air humidity, for example, when the evaporator temperature is higher, it is determined that the indoor air humidity is higher, and at this time, the frequency of the outdoor compressor may be increased to reduce the indoor air humidity.
In the embodiment, when the air conditioner is in operation, the current evaporator temperature acquired by the first temperature sensor is acquired; according to current evaporimeter temperature control the frequency of outdoor compressor to realize the regulation of indoor humidity, control the frequency of outdoor compressor based on current evaporimeter temperature, realize the regulation to indoor humidity through the regulation of outdoor compressor frequency, need not to increase humidity transducer and detect indoor humidity, alright realize the regulation to indoor air humidity, reduced the cost of air conditioner, reduced the fault rate of air conditioner.
