The embodiment of the invention also provides a temperature and humidity control method which is applied to the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of a temperature and humidity control method according to the present application is provided. In this embodiment, the temperature and humidity control method includes:
step S10, controlling a heating module to heat air in an air outlet duct of the air conditioner, and controlling the dehumidification operation of the air conditioner according to set dehumidification parameters, wherein the reduction range of the indoor environment temperature is smaller than or equal to a set threshold when the air conditioner operates according to the set dehumidification parameters;
specifically, step S10 is performed in the settable dehumidification mode. The setting of the dehumidification mode specifically refers to an operation mode of the air conditioner that reduces the humidity of the indoor environment while not reducing the temperature of the indoor environment. The indoor heat exchanger is in an evaporation state under the set dehumidification mode, and the air passing through the indoor heat exchanger is reduced in humidity compared with the air passing through the indoor heat exchanger, so that dehumidification is realized. Specifically, the set dehumidification mode can be entered when a control instruction input by a user is received; in addition, the temperature and humidity of the current indoor environment can be monitored by the air conditioner, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a set dehumidification mode when the monitored data meet preset conditions, and for example, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the set dehumidification mode when the indoor environment temperature is lower than the set environment temperature and the indoor environment humidity is higher than or equal to the set humidity.
In the embodiment of the invention, the heating module is specifically an electric auxiliary thermal module, which can be an electric auxiliary thermal module with adjustable heating power or an electric auxiliary thermal module with nonadjustable heating power. When the heating module heats the air in the air outlet duct, the heating module can operate at variable heating power and also can operate at fixed heating power.
The dehumidification parameters are set in advance, so that the reduction range of the indoor environment temperature is smaller than or equal to a set threshold value. Specifically, the air of the indoor environment enters the air conditioner and exchanges heat with the indoor heat exchanger for dehumidification, the temperature before the air exchanges heat with the indoor heat exchanger is defined as a first temperature, the temperature after the air exchanges heat with the indoor heat exchanger is defined as a second temperature, and the falling amplitude of the air of the indoor environment refers to the temperature deviation between the first temperature and the second temperature.
The set dehumidification parameters can comprise one or more than one operation parameters of components related to the output cold quantity in the dehumidification process of the air conditioner, and can be specifically selected according to actual conditions, and the output cold quantity of the air conditioner can be less than or equal to a set threshold value only by ensuring that the air conditioner operates according to the set dehumidification parameters. The size of the set threshold may be determined according to actual conditions.
When the air conditioner operates according to the set dehumidification parameters, the heat emitted when the heating module is opened can compensate the heat absorbed when the air conditioner performs refrigeration and dehumidification, so that the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is not too low.
And step S20, adjusting the dehumidification operation parameters of the air conditioner to ensure that the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is greater than or equal to the air inlet temperature of the air conditioner.
The inlet air temperature is characterized by the temperature of air which enters the air conditioner in the indoor environment and is not subjected to temperature and humidity regulation; the outlet air temperature is characterized in that the temperature of the air entering the air conditioner is regulated and controlled by the temperature and the humidity and then is sent to the indoor environment.
The air outlet temperature can be obtained by acquiring data detected by a temperature sensor arranged at an air outlet of the air conditioner. The inlet air temperature can be obtained by acquiring data detected by a temperature sensor arranged at an air return inlet of the air conditioner.
Here, the dehumidification operation parameter specifically refers to an operation parameter of a component related to the outlet air temperature during the current dehumidification operation of the air conditioner.
Different air outlet temperatures and air inlet temperatures correspond to different adjustment parameters corresponding to the dehumidification operation parameters. The adjustment parameters may specifically include an adjustment direction (such as increasing, decreasing, or maintaining unchanged), an adjustment amplitude, an adjustment proportion, an adjustment rate, and the like of the dehumidification operation parameters. The corresponding relation between the air outlet temperature, the air inlet temperature and the adjustment parameters of the dehumidification operation parameters can be preset, and can be a quantity relation, a mapping relation and the like. Based on the corresponding relation, the adjustment parameters of the dehumidification operation parameters corresponding to the current air outlet temperature and the current air inlet temperature can be determined, and the dehumidification operation parameters of the air conditioner can be adjusted based on the determined adjustment parameters. Under the same air outlet temperature and air inlet temperature, the corresponding adjustment parameters are different when the types of the dehumidification operation parameters are different, and the air outlet temperature after the dehumidification operation parameters are adjusted is only required to be closer to a target interval compared with the current air outlet temperature, and the target interval is a temperature set larger than or equal to the air inlet temperature.
Specifically, the corresponding adjustment parameters may be determined to adjust the dehumidification operation parameters of the air conditioner based on a quantitative relationship (e.g., temperature deviation, temperature ratio, etc.) between the outlet air temperature and the inlet air temperature, a magnitude relationship (e.g., outlet air temperature greater than or equal to inlet air temperature and outlet air temperature less than inlet air temperature) between the outlet air temperature and the inlet air temperature, and the like. Different temperature deviations correspond to different adjustment ranges or adjustment proportions, and different size relationships correspond to different adjustment directions. For example, when the outlet air temperature is greater than or equal to the inlet air temperature, the dehumidification operation parameters can be kept unchanged; when the air outlet temperature is lower than the air inlet temperature, the dehumidifying operation parameters can be reduced.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the dehumidification operation parameters include a dehumidification frequency, a dehumidification rotation speed, and/or a dehumidification opening degree. That is, at least one of the dehumidification frequency, the dehumidification rotation speed, and the dehumidification opening degree may be adjusted based on the outlet air temperature and the inlet air temperature. The dehumidification frequency specifically refers to the operation frequency of the compressor in the current dehumidification process, the dehumidification rotating speed specifically refers to the operation rotating speed of the fan in the current dehumidification process, and the dehumidification opening specifically refers to the opening of the electronic expansion valve in the current dehumidification process. Based on this, step S30 may specifically include obtaining the air outlet temperature and the air inlet temperature of the air conditioner, and when the air outlet temperature is less than the air inlet temperature, at least one or a combination of more than one of the following ways is adopted:
in the first mode, when the air outlet temperature is lower than the air inlet temperature, a compressor of the air conditioner is controlled to reduce dehumidification frequency;
in a second mode, when the air outlet temperature is lower than the air inlet temperature, controlling a fan of the air conditioner to reduce the dehumidification rotating speed; the fan may comprise an indoor fan and/or an outdoor fan;
and in a third mode, when the air outlet temperature is lower than the air inlet temperature, controlling an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner to increase the dehumidification opening degree.
And in a fourth mode, when the outlet air temperature is greater than or equal to the inlet air temperature, controlling a compressor, an electronic expansion valve and/or a fan of the air conditioner to maintain the operation of the current operation parameters.
The cooling capacity output by the air conditioner can be further reduced by any one of the modes of reducing the dehumidification frequency of the compressor, reducing the dehumidification rotating speed of the fan and increasing the dehumidification opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, so that the reduction range of the indoor environment temperature is reduced. Under the condition that the operation state of the heating module is not changed, the further reduction of the output cold quantity of the air conditioner can further increase the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner on the current basis.
The method controls the heating module to heat air in the air outlet duct, controls the air conditioner to operate according to the set dehumidification parameters to limit the cooling effect of the output cooling capacity of the air conditioner on the indoor environment, so that the air outlet temperature is not too low while the air conditioner dehumidifies.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the setting of the dehumidification parameter includes setting of a dehumidification frequency, setting of a dehumidification rotation speed, and/or setting of a dehumidification opening degree. The set dehumidification frequency refers to the preset compressor operation frequency which limits the cold quantity output by the air conditioner to be less than or equal to a set threshold value; the set dehumidification rotating speed refers to a preset fan operation rotating speed for limiting the cold output by the air conditioner to be less than or equal to a set threshold value, and can refer to the rotating speed of an indoor fan and/or an outdoor fan; the set dehumidification opening degree refers to the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve which is preset and used for limiting the cold output by the air conditioner to be smaller than or equal to a set threshold value. When the set dehumidification parameters comprise more than one of set dehumidification frequency, set dehumidification rotating speed and set dehumidification opening degree, the set dehumidification frequency is matched with the set dehumidification opening degree to limit the cold output by the air conditioner to be smaller than or equal to the set threshold value.
Based on the above, when the set dehumidification parameter comprises the set dehumidification frequency, the compressor of the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the set dehumidification frequency; when the set dehumidification parameters comprise the set dehumidification rotating speed, controlling the fan of the air conditioner to operate according to the set dehumidification rotating speed; and when the set dehumidification parameters comprise the set dehumidification opening degree, controlling the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner to operate according to the set dehumidification opening degree. The fan may specifically include an indoor fan and/or an outdoor fan of an air conditioner. The set dehumidification frequency is smaller than or equal to a set frequency threshold value, the set dehumidification rotating speed is smaller than or equal to a set rotating speed threshold value, and the set dehumidification opening degree is larger than or equal to a set opening degree threshold value. The compressor can be operated at a dehumidification frequency which is less than or equal to a set frequency threshold value in a fixed frequency or variable frequency mode; the fan can be operated in a fixed rotating speed or variable rotating speed mode at the dehumidifying rotating speed which is less than or equal to the set rotating speed threshold value; the electronic expansion valve may be operated at a fixed opening degree or a variable opening degree with a dehumidification opening degree less than or equal to a set opening degree threshold value.
Specifically, if the set dehumidification frequency is less than or equal to the set frequency threshold, the compressor operates at a low frequency, so that the output capacity of the compressor is reduced, and the heat exchange capacity of a refrigerant system is reduced, thereby reducing the cold output by the air conditioner and realizing the limitation on the reduction range of the indoor environment temperature; when the set dehumidification rotating speed is less than or equal to the set rotating speed threshold value, the fan operates at a low rotating speed, wherein when the indoor fan operates at the low rotating speed, the cold energy carried after refrigeration and dehumidification can be sent into indoor air to be reduced, and when the outdoor fan operates at the low rotating speed, the condensation temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger can be increased, so that the evaporation temperature of the indoor heat exchanger can be increased, the cold energy carried by the air sent into the indoor air after refrigeration and dehumidification can be reduced, the reduction of the output cold energy of the air conditioner is realized, and the limitation on the reduction range of the indoor environment temperature is realized; the set dehumidification opening degree is larger than or equal to the set opening degree threshold value, so that the temperature of the refrigerant of the whole refrigerant system, particularly the evaporation temperature of the indoor heat exchanger can be increased, the cold quantity carried by the air sent into the room after refrigeration and dehumidification can be reduced, the reduction of the output cold quantity of the air conditioner is realized, and the limitation on the reduction range of the indoor environment temperature is realized.
The set dehumidification frequency can be selected from a frequency set which is less than or equal to a set frequency threshold, can be a preset fixed parameter, and can also be a parameter selected from the frequency set based on the actual operation condition of the air conditioner. The set dehumidification rotating speed can be selected from a rotating speed set which is less than or equal to a set rotating speed threshold value, can be a preset fixed parameter, and can also be a parameter selected from the rotating speed set based on the actual operation condition of the air conditioner. The set dehumidification opening may be selected from an opening set greater than or equal to a set opening threshold, and may be a preset fixed parameter or a parameter selected from the opening set based on an actual operation condition of the air conditioner.
Specific numerical values of the set frequency threshold, the set rotation speed threshold and the set opening degree threshold may be preset or may be determined according to actual conditions. In this embodiment, before the step of controlling the dehumidifying operation of the air conditioner according to the set dehumidifying parameter, the method further includes: acquiring the operating power of the heating module; acquiring the set dehumidification parameters according to the running power; the set dehumidification parameters comprise set dehumidification frequency, and the set dehumidification frequency is in a decreasing trend along with the decrease of the operation power; the set dehumidification parameters comprise set dehumidification rotating speed, and the set dehumidification rotating speed is in a reduction trend along with the reduction of the operation power; and/or the set dehumidification parameter comprises the dehumidification opening degree, and the set dehumidification opening degree is increased along with the reduction of the operation power. Based on this, different operating power corresponds different settlement dehumidification parameters, thereby make the operating power who heats the module higher, when heating efficiency is higher, the output cold volume of setting for the air conditioner that the dehumidification parameter corresponds can suitably increase, the increase of cold volume is favorable to improving the dehumidification effect of air conditioner, thereby guarantee that the heat that heats the module and give off can offset the cold volume of air conditioner output in order to guarantee that air-out temperature can not be too low the time, thereby realize that indoor humiture all can satisfy user's travelling comfort demand.
When the air conditioner is in the set dehumidification mode, the method can be executed according to the mode, and the target position of a human body in the indoor environment can be acquired before the step of controlling the dehumidification operation of the air conditioner according to the set dehumidification parameters; and controlling the air conditioner to supply air by avoiding the target position. The target position can be input by the user, and can be automatically detected based on a human body positioning module (such as an infrared detection module, a radar, an image acquisition module and the like) arranged in the air conditioner. After the target position is obtained, the direction except the direction of the target position can be determined as the air outlet direction of the air conditioner, and the air guide component of the air outlet of the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the determined air outlet direction, so that the air outlet direction of the air conditioner avoids the position of a user, low-temperature air is prevented from blowing to the user in the dehumidification process, and the comfort of the user in the dehumidification process can be further improved.
Specifically, the air conditioner can be controlled to avoid the target position to supply air, then the heating module is further controlled to be started, and the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the set dehumidification parameter, the operation power of the heating module and/or the set dehumidification parameter can be determined based on the deviation angle of the air outlet direction of the air conditioner relative to the direction of the target position, the operation power can be relatively smaller when the deviation angle is larger, and vice versa; or, the larger the deviation angle is, the larger the set dehumidification frequency and the set dehumidification rotating speed can be, the larger the deviation angle is, the smaller the set dehumidification opening degree can be, and vice versa, and on the basis of the above, the temperature of the position of the user is not reduced while the indoor environment humidity is reduced due to the mutual cooperation of a plurality of components of the air conditioner, so that the comfort of the user is ensured.
Further, based on the above embodiment, another embodiment of the temperature and humidity control method of the present application is provided. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the step S20 includes:
step S20a, acquiring the air outlet temperature and the air inlet temperature of the air conditioner;
step S21, when the air outlet temperature is lower than the air inlet temperature, controlling a compressor of the air conditioner to reduce the dehumidification frequency;
the adjustment of the compressor frequency may be performed according to a preset adjustment parameter or may be performed based on an actually determined adjustment parameter. The adjusting parameters may specifically include an adjusting amplitude, an adjusting ratio, an adjusting rate and/or an adjusted target frequency value of the compressor.
Specifically, the step of controlling the compressor of the air conditioner to reduce the dehumidification frequency comprises the following steps: acquiring a target frequency adjustment parameter; controlling the compressor to reduce the dehumidification frequency according to the target frequency adjustment parameter; the method for obtaining the target frequency adjustment parameter includes one of the following methods:
in the mode 1, a preset frequency adjustment parameter is obtained as a target frequency adjustment parameter; specifically, a frequency adjustment rate or a frequency adjustment amplitude based on a preset setting may be used as the target frequency adjustment parameter. For example, 5Hz is reduced over the existing frequency.
In the mode 2, a target frequency adjustment parameter is determined according to the temperature deviation between the air outlet temperature and the air inlet temperature; specifically, the target frequency adjustment parameter tends to increase with an increase in the temperature deviation, for example, the larger the temperature deviation, the larger the magnitude of the frequency decrease.
And 3, determining a target frequency adjusting parameter according to the preset frequency coefficient and the current running frequency of the compressor. The preset frequency coefficient here specifically refers to a preset adjustment ratio. For example, if the current operating frequency is f and the preset frequency coefficient is a, the target frequency adjustment parameter Δ f ═ f × a.
And step S22, setting time interval, controlling a fan of the air conditioner to reduce the dehumidifying rotating speed, and/or controlling an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner to increase the dehumidifying opening degree.
The set time period is specifically a fixed parameter set in advance, and may also be a parameter determined based on the actual operation condition of the air conditioner (for example, an adjustment parameter of the dehumidification frequency of the compressor, the current operation power of the heating module, and the like).
Specifically, the starting point of timing may be a time point at which the frequency of the compressor starts to be reduced or a time point at which the frequency reduction operation of the compressor is completed, and when the timing duration reaches a set duration, the blower of the air conditioner is controlled to reduce the dehumidification rotation speed, and/or the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner is controlled to increase the dehumidification opening. And resetting the timing when the rotating speed starts to be reduced or the dehumidifying opening degree starts to be increased until the timing is restarted when the compressor is subjected to frequency reduction next time.
The adjustment of the fan rotation speed or the opening of the electronic expansion valve can be performed according to preset adjustment parameters, or can be performed based on actually determined adjustment parameters. The adjusting parameters may specifically include adjusting amplitude, adjusting ratio, adjusting rate, and/or adjusted target value of the fan or the like.
In this embodiment, through the above steps S21 and S22, when the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner is increased, the compressor is controlled to reduce the frequency, and then the fan is controlled to reduce the speed or the electronic expansion valve is controlled to increase the opening degree, so as to reduce the output cooling capacity of the air conditioner.
Specifically, the step of defining the target component to include the fan and/or the electronic expansion valve, defining the adjustment parameter of the dehumidification operation corresponding to the target component as a first target adjustment parameter, and controlling the fan of the air conditioner to reduce the dehumidification rotation speed, and/or controlling the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner to increase the dehumidification opening degree includes:
step S221, acquiring the operating power of the heating module and a frequency change parameter corresponding to the frequency reduction operation of the compressor;
the operating power can be obtained through an electrical parameter detection module corresponding to the heating module.
The frequency variation parameter specifically refers to a parameter indicative of a frequency variation characteristic of the compressor starting to down-convert to a time point at which the down-converting operation is completed or starting to down-convert to a current time point. The frequency variation parameter herein may include a frequency variation amplitude, a frequency variation rate, and the like.
For example, when the compressor starts to down, T1, the current time is T2, and the frequency change amplitude from T1 to T2 is Δ f, the frequency change parameter can be Δ f or Δ f/| T1-T2 |.
Step S222, determining the first target adjustment parameter according to the frequency variation parameter and the running power;
different frequency variation parameters and operating powers correspond to different first target adjustment parameters. The first target adjustment parameter comprises a target opening adjustment parameter corresponding to the electronic expansion valve and/or a target rotating speed opening adjustment parameter corresponding to the fan.
And when the dehumidifying operation parameters comprise the rotating speed of the fan, different frequency change parameters and target rotating speed adjusting parameters of the fan, corresponding to different operating powers, are adopted. And calculating or looking up a table and the like to obtain the target rotating speed adjusting parameter of the fan corresponding to the current frequency change parameter and the operating power through the calculation relationship or the mapping relationship among the frequency change parameter, the operating power and the rotating speed adjusting parameter.
The dehumidifying operation parameters comprise different frequency variation parameters and different target opening adjustment parameters of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the operation power when the electronic expansion valve is opened. And calculating or looking up a table and the like to obtain the target opening degree adjustment parameter of the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the current frequency change parameter and the running power through the calculation relationship or the mapping relationship among the frequency change parameter, the running power and the opening degree adjustment parameter.
When the dehumidification operation parameters comprise the rotating speed of the fan and the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, the adjustment parameters corresponding to the fan and the electronic expansion valve can be respectively determined according to the above mode. In addition, different frequency change parameters and running powers correspond to different first weights of the electronic expansion valve and different second weights of the fan, a target opening degree adjusting parameter of the electronic expansion valve is determined according to the first weights and the set opening degree adjusting parameter, and a target rotating speed adjusting parameter of the fan is determined according to the second weights and the set opening degree adjusting parameter.
And step S223, controlling the target component to adjust the operation parameter according to the first target adjustment parameter.

and when the first target adjustment parameter comprises a target opening degree adjustment parameter, controlling the electronic expansion valve to increase the opening degree according to the target opening degree adjustment parameter.
In this embodiment, when the fan and/or the electronic expansion valve are adjusted, the adjustment parameters of the fan and/or the electronic expansion valve are comprehensively determined based on the frequency change condition of the compressor adjusted first and the heat dissipation condition of the heating module, so that the fan and the electronic expansion valve can be coordinated and matched with the compressor to rapidly reduce the output cold quantity of the air conditioner, and the heat dissipation quantity of the heating module can effectively offset the adjusted output cold quantity of the air conditioner, thereby improving the accuracy of air outlet temperature regulation and control, enabling the air outlet temperature to rapidly meet the requirement that the air inlet temperature is greater than or equal to the air outlet temperature, and ensuring the user comfort in the dehumidification process.
Further, in another embodiment, the first target adjustment parameter includes an adjustment rate and an adjustment amplitude of an operation parameter corresponding to the target component, that is, when the dehumidification operation parameter includes a dehumidification rotation speed, the first target adjustment parameter includes a rotation speed adjustment rate and a rotation speed adjustment amplitude, and when the dehumidification operation parameter includes a dehumidification opening, the first target adjustment parameter includes an opening adjustment rate and an opening adjustment amplitude. Based on this, the step S222 includes: determining the adjusting amplitude according to the frequency variation parameter, and determining the adjusting rate according to the running power; wherein the adjusting amplitude is in an increasing trend along with the increase of the frequency variation parameter, and the adjusting speed is in a decreasing trend along with the increase of the running power. Based on this, can realize that the frequency variation is big then the adjustment range of corresponding fan and/or electronic expansion valve is big more, thereby guarantee that refrigerating system's accurate coordination realizes the quick reduction of cold volume, on this basis, operating power is big more, it is big to show the heat dissipation capacity, then can adopt relatively little speed to adjust fan and electronic expansion valve, be favorable to guaranteeing that the air-out temperature can satisfy the comfortable demand of user, make indoor heat exchanger can stop enough long time to realize the improvement of dehumidification effect under the state that the temperature is relatively low simultaneously, it all can satisfy user's travelling comfort demand to realize the humiture.

step S02, judging whether the current dehumidification frequency of the compressor is larger than the set minimum frequency;
if the current dehumidification frequency of the compressor is greater than the set minimum operation frequency, executing the step S21 a; if the current dehumidification frequency of the compressor is less than or equal to the set minimum operation frequency, step S03 is executed.
The set minimum frequency refers to a minimum frequency of the compressor operation allowed by a noise standard corresponding to the air conditioner and/or a reliability operation requirement of the compressor.

And in the mode 3, determining a target rotating speed adjusting parameter according to the preset rotating speed coefficient and the current operating rotating speed of the fan. The preset rotation speed coefficient refers to a preset adjustment proportion. For example, if the current operating rotational speed is N and the preset rotational speed coefficient is b, the target rotational speed adjustment parameter Δ N is N × b.
