Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of a temperature and humidity control method of the present application is provided. In this embodiment, the temperature and humidity regulation method includes:
s10, acquiring humidity characteristic parameters and temperature characteristic parameters of an indoor environment;
the humidity characteristic parameter specifically refers to a parameter representing the current humidity condition of the indoor environment, and may be data directly detected by a humidity sensor arranged in the indoor environment, or may be data obtained by further processing the data detected by the humidity sensor. The humidity characteristic parameter may specifically include an indoor environment humidity and/or a humidity variation parameter (e.g., a humidity variation amplitude, a humidity variation rate, a humidity variation trend, a humidity variation curve, etc.).
The temperature characteristic parameter specifically refers to a parameter representing the indoor environment temperature condition, and may be data directly detected by a temperature sensor arranged in the indoor environment, or may be data obtained by further processing the data detected by the temperature sensor. The ambient temperature parameter may specifically include an indoor ambient temperature and/or a temperature variation parameter (e.g., a temperature variation amplitude, a temperature variation rate, a temperature variation trend, a temperature variation curve, etc.).
In the running process of the air conditioner, the humidity characteristic parameter and the temperature characteristic parameter can be detected at intervals, and the air conditioner is controlled according to the following procedure based on the detected humidity data and the detected humidity data.
Step S20, when the humidity characteristic parameter is greater than or equal to a first set humidity threshold value, determining the dehumidification frequency of the compressor according to the humidity characteristic parameter and the temperature characteristic parameter; the dehumidification frequency is smaller than or equal to a set frequency threshold value;
the first set humidity threshold is in particular a parameter determined based on the set comfort humidity. The set comfort humidity specifically refers to a humidity parameter that can meet the comfort needs of the user. The set comfort humidity can be a default parameter of the system or a parameter set by a user. The first set humidity threshold is specifically a value greater than or equal to the set comfort humidity. In this embodiment, when the comfort humidity is set to d%, the first set humidity threshold is d% + a%. The humidity characteristic parameter is greater than or equal to a first set humidity threshold, which indicates that the humidity of the indoor environment is too high, and the comfort of a user is affected.
Different humidity characteristic parameters and different temperature characteristic parameters correspond to different compressor dehumidification frequencies. Wherein the determined dehumidification frequency is limited to a range not greater than a set frequency threshold. Specifically, the dehumidification frequency of the compressor has an increasing trend along with the increase of the absolute indoor humidity represented by the humidity characteristic parameter, and specifically, the dehumidification frequency of the compressor has a decreasing trend along with the increase of the absolute indoor temperature represented by the temperature characteristic parameter. The corresponding relation between the humidity characteristic parameter and the temperature characteristic parameter and the dehumidification frequency can be preset, and can be in the forms of calculation relation, mapping relation and the like. And determining the dehumidification frequency corresponding to the current humidity characteristic parameter and the temperature characteristic parameter based on the preset corresponding relation.
The corresponding relation among the humidity characteristic parameter, the temperature characteristic parameter and the dehumidification frequency can be one or more, and when the preset corresponding relation is more than one, the corresponding relation can be acquired based on the current running condition of the air conditioner. For example, the dehumidification frequency may be determined based on one of the correspondence relationships obtained by the heating power during subsequent heating of the heating module, where different heating powers correspond to different correspondence relationships; the dehumidification frequency can also be determined by acquiring one of the corresponding relations based on the fan rotation speed and/or the opening of the electronic expansion valve, wherein different fan rotation speeds and/or the opening of the electronic expansion valve correspond to different corresponding relations.
Specifically, a set of frequency values less than or equal to the set frequency threshold is defined as the set frequency interval. One or more than one frequency may be selected as the dehumidification frequency in the set frequency interval based on the humidity characteristic parameter and the temperature characteristic parameter. The correspondence between the humidity characteristic parameter and the operating frequency for decreasing the indoor change environment temperature by an amount less than or equal to the predetermined value may be preset, the operating frequency of the compressor may be determined based on the correspondence, the set frequency threshold may be set as the dehumidification frequency if the determined operating frequency is outside the set frequency range, and the determined operating frequency may be set as the dehumidification frequency if the determined operating frequency is within the set frequency range. Whatever the manner, it is only necessary to ensure that the determined dehumidification frequency is less than or equal to the set frequency threshold.
And step S30, controlling the air conditioner to dehumidify according to the dehumidification frequency, and controlling the heating module to heat the air in the air conditioner so that the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is greater than or equal to the target temperature.
The refrigerating operation of the air conditioner is controlled, and the humidity of the air entering the air conditioner can be reduced after the air exchanges heat with the indoor evaporator. In the cooling state, the compressor is controlled to operate at a dehumidifying frequency. Specifically, when the dehumidification frequency is one, the compressor can be controlled to be fixed to run at the dehumidification frequency; when the dehumidification frequency is more than one, the compressor can be controlled to operate in variable frequency in different dehumidification frequencies. Here, because the dehumidification frequency is less than or equal to the set frequency threshold, when the air conditioner is operated at the dehumidification frequency, the compressor is in a low-frequency operation state, and the air conditioner can be limited to output with smaller cold energy in the low-frequency operation state.
In the embodiment of the invention, the heating module is specifically an electric auxiliary heating module, and can be an electric auxiliary heating module with adjustable heating power or an electric auxiliary heating module with non-adjustable heating power. When the heating module heats the air in the air outlet duct, the heating module can operate with variable heating power and also can operate with fixed heating power.
The operation power of the heating module may be a preset parameter, and the operation power of the heating module may also be determined based on an indoor operation condition of the air conditioner (for example, a temperature characteristic parameter, a humidity characteristic parameter, a compressor operation frequency, a fan rotation speed, and/or an electronic expansion valve opening degree, etc.).
When the air conditioner operates according to the dehumidification frequency, the heat emitted by the heating module when the heating module is started can compensate the heat absorbed by the air conditioner during refrigeration and dehumidification, so that the air outlet temperature is greater than or equal to the target temperature. The target temperature may be a preset temperature or a temperature representing the indoor environment temperature. For example, the intake air temperature of the air conditioner (i.e., the indoor ambient temperature) may be regarded as the target temperature herein.
According to the temperature and humidity regulation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the humidity characteristic parameter is greater than or equal to the first set humidity threshold value, the humidity is too high, the dehumidification frequency of the compressor is determined based on the humidity characteristic parameter and the temperature characteristic parameter, the determined dehumidification frequency is smaller than or equal to the set frequency threshold value, the air conditioner dehumidifies and operates at the dehumidification frequency and controls the heating module to heat air in the air conditioner, wherein the low-frequency operation of the air conditioner can reduce the cold output by the air conditioner, the dehumidification frequency is determined by combining the temperature and humidity conditions of the indoor environment, so that the determined dehumidification frequency can meet the dehumidification requirement of the indoor environment, and meanwhile, the low cold output by the air conditioner can be matched with the heating module to achieve that the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner can be greater than or equal to the target temperature, so that the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner fed into the indoor space can be effectively prevented from being too low, and the effective improvement of the indoor user comfort in the dehumidification process can be achieved.
After step S30, step S10 may be executed in a return manner, so as to continuously monitor the temperature and humidity conditions of the indoor environment and regulate the dehumidification process of the air conditioner based on the monitoring result, so as to ensure the comfort of users in the indoor environment.
Further, after step S10, the method further includes: when the humidity characteristic parameter is smaller than or equal to a second set humidity threshold value, the heating module is controlled to be closed, and the air conditioner is controlled to stop dehumidifying operation; wherein the second set humidity threshold is less than or equal to the first set humidity threshold. The specific size of the second set humidity threshold may be set according to the actual situation. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second set humidity threshold is a parameter determined based on the set comfort humidity. The second set humidity threshold is specifically a value less than or equal to the set comfort humidity. In this embodiment, the comfort humidity is set to d%, and the first set humidity threshold is d% -a%. The humidity characteristic parameter is smaller than or equal to a second set humidity threshold value, which indicates that the continued decrease of the humidity of the indoor environment can affect the comfort of the user, so that the dehumidification is stopped and the heating module is turned off, so that the comfort of the user of the indoor environment is ensured.
Further, in the above embodiment, the temperature characteristic parameter includes a temperature variation parameter, and the humidity characteristic parameter includes an indoor environment humidity, where the indoor environment humidity is specifically obtained by acquiring data detected by a humidity sensor disposed in the indoor environment. The temperature change parameter is a parameter for representing the change condition of the indoor environment temperature, and can specifically comprise a change trend, a change rate, a change amplitude and the like. Defining a frequency set smaller than or equal to the set frequency threshold as a set frequency interval, wherein the step of determining the dehumidification frequency of the compressor according to the humidity characteristic parameter and the temperature characteristic parameter comprises the following steps:
step S21, determining the deviation amount of the indoor environment humidity and the set comfort humidity;
and S22, determining the dehumidification frequency in the set frequency interval according to the deviation amount and the temperature change parameter.
Different deviation amounts and different temperature change parameters correspond to different dehumidification frequencies in the set frequency interval. Specifically, the corresponding relationship between the deviation amount, the temperature variation parameter and the frequency in the set frequency interval may be one or more of mapping relationship, calculation relationship, and the like. Wherein the dehumidification frequency is in an increasing trend along with the increase of the deviation amount, and the dehumidification frequency is in an increasing trend along with the increase of the temperature change parameter.
For example, the correspondence between the deviation amount, the temperature variation parameter, and the frequency in the set frequency interval may be a preset calculation formula, based on which the dehumidification frequency may be calculated from the current deviation amount and the temperature variation parameter. For example, the frequency coefficient corresponding to the deviation amount and the temperature variation parameter can be determined, and the dehumidification frequency can be calculated based on the set frequency threshold (i.e. the maximum value of the set frequency interval) and the frequency coefficient, such as dehumidification frequency f=f 0 * a, wherein a is a frequency coefficient determined based on the deviation amount and the temperature variation parameter, F 0 To set a frequency threshold.
For another example, the deviation amount, the temperature variation parameter and the frequency in the corresponding set frequency interval can establish a mapping table, and the corresponding frequency in the mapping table can be queried as the dehumidification frequency based on the current deviation amount and the temperature variation parameter.
In this embodiment, the deviation between the indoor environment humidity and the set comfort humidity may represent the magnitude of the indoor environment dehumidification requirement, and the temperature variation parameter may represent the magnitude of the influence of the air conditioner dehumidification process on the indoor environment temperature, so the dehumidification frequency is determined by combining the deviation and the temperature variation parameter, thereby ensuring that the determined dehumidification frequency can ensure that the indoor environment temperature does not drop, and the humidity of the indoor environment can be quickly adjusted to the comfort humidity, so as to further improve the comfort of the user.
Specifically, the deviation amount may be divided into a plurality of deviation intervals in advance, and different deviation intervals correspond to at least two set frequencies, for example, one deviation interval corresponds to 2, 3 or more frequencies in the set frequency interval. The number of the deviation intervals can be determined according to actual conditions. Specifically, in two deviation intervals with adjacent values, a deviation interval with a smaller value is defined as a first deviation interval, a deviation interval with a larger value is defined as a second deviation interval, the maximum frequency of at least two set frequencies corresponding to the first deviation interval is a first frequency, the minimum frequency of at least two set frequencies corresponding to the second deviation interval is a second frequency, and the first frequency is smaller than or equal to the second frequency. Based on this, the step of determining the dehumidification frequency in the set frequency interval according to the deviation amount and the temperature variation parameter includes:
step S221, determining a deviation interval in which the deviation amount is located;
step S222, determining at least two set frequencies corresponding to the deviation interval in the set frequency interval;
step S223, determining the dehumidification frequency according to the temperature change parameter in at least two set frequencies; wherein the set frequency is in an increasing trend along with the increase of the numerical value in the deviation interval, and the dehumidification frequency is in an increasing trend along with the increase of the temperature change parameter.
Among at least two set frequencies corresponding to each deviation interval, different temperature change parameters correspond to different set frequencies among the at least two set frequencies. Specifically, the numerical intervals corresponding to different temperature change parameters correspond to different set frequencies of at least two set frequencies, and based on the different set frequencies, the numerical interval in which the currently acquired temperature change parameters are located is determined, so that the corresponding set frequency can be used as the dehumidification frequency. In addition, a plurality of temperature change parameters can be preset, each preset temperature change parameter corresponds to one set frequency of at least two set frequencies, and based on the preset temperature change parameters, the preset temperature change parameters matched with the currently acquired temperature change parameters are determined, so that the corresponding set frequency can be used as the dehumidification frequency.
Here, different deviation intervals represent different dehumidification demands, the dehumidification demands of the indoor environment can be determined by determining the deviation interval in which the current deviation amount is located, and the set frequency corresponding to each deviation interval is the frequency required by the current dehumidification demands and capable of guaranteeing the dehumidification effect, so that the dehumidification frequency is determined from at least two set frequencies corresponding to the deviation interval in which the current deviation amount is located based on the temperature change parameter, the determined dehumidification frequency can ensure that the indoor environment is not cooled, and the air conditioner can have the dehumidification efficiency as high as possible, so that the indoor environment temperature and humidity can meet the comfort demands of users.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the at least two set frequencies include a first set frequency and a second set frequency, where the first set frequency is smaller than the second set frequency, and when the temperature variation parameter is greater than a set threshold, the dehumidification frequency is determined to be the second set frequency; and when the temperature change parameter is smaller than or equal to the set threshold value, determining the dehumidification frequency as the first set frequency. The set threshold may be set according to actual conditions. In this embodiment, the temperature change parameter is a temperature change rate, the threshold is set to 0, and the temperature change rate is greater than 0, which indicates that the indoor environment temperature is rising, and the indoor environment temperature can be operated at a relatively high dehumidification frequency at this time, so as to ensure the dehumidification effect of the indoor environment; the temperature change rate is less than 0, which indicates that the indoor environment temperature is rising, and the dehumidification frequency can be smaller at the moment, so that the indoor environment temperature is not reduced in the dehumidification process. In addition, in other embodiments, the set threshold may be set to other values as desired.
Further, before step S221, the method further includes:
step S201, determining the magnitude relation between the deviation amount and a set deviation threshold;
Step S202, if the magnitude relation is that the deviation amount is smaller than the set deviation threshold, determining the dehumidification frequency as the third set frequency;
step S203, if the magnitude relation is that the deviation amount is greater than or equal to the set deviation threshold, step S221 is performed.
The third set frequency is smaller than or equal to a fourth set frequency, and the fourth set frequency is the minimum frequency of at least two set frequencies. Here, the fourth set frequency means the smallest value among all set frequencies corresponding to all deviation intervals. The third set frequency may particularly refer to a minimum frequency at which the compressor is allowed to operate normally.
The magnitude of the set deviation threshold can be set according to actual requirements and can be 10%, 5%, 15% and the like. The deviation amount is smaller than the set deviation threshold value, which indicates that the current indoor environment humidity is very close to the comfortable humidity of the user, and the dehumidification requirement is very small, so that the indoor environment can be dehumidified without considering the indoor temperature condition and directly running at the third set frequency with the minimum frequency, and the indoor environment can be dehumidified without cooling; the deviation amount is larger than or equal to the set deviation threshold value, which indicates that the current indoor dehumidification demand is relatively larger, and the dehumidification frequency can be determined by combining the deviation amount and the temperature change parameter, so that the indoor environment temperature and the indoor humidity comfort are effectively considered.
Further, based on the above embodiment, another embodiment of the temperature and humidity control method of the present application is provided. In this embodiment, when the humidity characteristic parameter is greater than or equal to the first set humidity threshold, besides adjusting the compressor frequency, the indoor fan and/or the electronic expansion valve may be synchronously adjusted to ensure dehumidification while the indoor environment is not cooled, and specifically, referring to fig. 3, after step S10, the method further includes:
step S200, when the humidity characteristic parameter is greater than or equal to a first set humidity threshold value, controlling the fan of the air conditioner to operate according to a set dehumidification rotating speed, and/or controlling the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner to operate according to a set dehumidification opening degree;
wherein the set dehumidification rotation speed is smaller than or equal to a set rotation speed threshold value, and the set dehumidification opening is larger than or equal to a set opening threshold value.
The fan can run at a fixed rotation speed or a variable rotation speed at a dehumidification rotation speed less than or equal to a set rotation speed threshold value; the electronic expansion valve may be operated with a fixed opening or a varying opening at a dehumidification opening less than or equal to a set opening threshold.
The method comprises the steps that when the dehumidification rotating speed is set to be smaller than or equal to a set rotating speed threshold value, the fan runs at a low rotating speed, wherein when the indoor fan runs at a low rotating speed, cold carried by the cooled and dehumidified air is reduced to the indoor air, and when the outdoor fan runs at a low rotating speed, the condensing temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger can be increased, so that the evaporating temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is increased, the cold carried by the cooled and dehumidified air is reduced, the reduction of the output cold of the air conditioner is realized, and the limitation of the reduction range of the indoor environment temperature is realized; the set dehumidification opening is larger than or equal to the set opening threshold, so that the temperature of the refrigerant system as a whole, particularly the evaporation temperature of the indoor heat exchanger, can be increased, the cold carried by indoor air after refrigeration and dehumidification can be reduced, the output cold of the air conditioner is reduced, and the limitation of the reduction range of the indoor environment temperature is realized.
Specifically, the set dehumidification speed and/or the set dehumidification opening may be obtained based on the dehumidification frequency in the above embodiment, and different dehumidification frequencies correspondingly obtain different set dehumidification speeds and/or set dehumidification openings.
The specific values of the set frequency threshold value, the set rotation speed threshold value and the set opening degree threshold value may be preset or may be determined according to actual situations. In this embodiment, the operation power of the heating module is obtained; and determining a set dehumidification parameter threshold according to the running power, wherein the set dehumidification parameter threshold comprises the set frequency threshold, the set rotating speed threshold and/or the set opening threshold.
The set dehumidification parameter threshold comprises the set frequency threshold, and the set frequency threshold is reduced along with the reduction of the running power; the set dehumidification parameter threshold comprises the set rotating speed threshold, and the set rotating speed threshold is reduced along with the reduction of the running power; and/or the set dehumidification parameter threshold value comprises the set opening threshold value, and the set opening threshold value is in an increasing trend along with the reduction of the running power. Based on the above, different running powers correspond to different set dehumidification parameter thresholds, so that when the running power of the heating module is higher and the heating efficiency is higher, the output cold quantity of the air conditioner corresponding to the dehumidification frequency, the dehumidification rotating speed and/or the dehumidification opening limited by the set dehumidification parameter thresholds can be properly increased, the increase of the cold quantity is beneficial to improving the dehumidification effect of the air conditioner, and the heat emitted by the heating module can be guaranteed to offset the cold quantity output by the air conditioner so as to ensure that the air outlet temperature is not too low, and meanwhile, the indoor temperature and humidity can meet the user comfort requirement.
In this embodiment, the limitation of the compressor frequency and the limitation of the operation parameters of the electronic expansion valve or the fan are combined to reduce the cold output by the air conditioner, so that the cold of the air conditioner is further quickly adjusted to a state where the temperature of the indoor environment is reduced by a smaller extent, the heat dissipation capacity of the heating module can effectively counteract the cold output by the air conditioner even if the power of the heating module is lower, the air outlet temperature is further ensured not to be too low, and the comfort of indoor users is ensured.
It should be noted that, the step S200 may be performed synchronously or sequentially with the step S20 according to actual requirements.
Further, based on any one of the above embodiments, another embodiment of the temperature and humidity control method of the present application is provided. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4, after step S10, the method further includes:
step S40, when the humidity characteristic parameter is greater than or equal to a first set humidity threshold value, acquiring a target position of a human body in the indoor environment;
and S50, controlling the air conditioner to avoid the target position for air supply.
The target position can be input by a user, and can also be automatically detected based on a human body positioning module (such as an infrared detection module, a radar, an image acquisition module and the like) arranged in the air conditioner. After the target position is obtained, the direction except the direction of the target position can be determined as the air outlet direction of the air conditioner, and the operation of the air guide component at the air outlet of the air conditioner is controlled according to the determined air outlet direction, so that the air outlet direction of the air conditioner avoids the position of a user, low-temperature air is prevented from being blown to the user in the dehumidification process, and the user comfort in the dehumidification process can be further improved.
Specifically, the air conditioner can be controlled to avoid the target position for air supply, and then the heating module is further controlled to be started and the operation of the air conditioner is controlled according to the set dehumidification parameters: acquiring a deviation angle of the air outlet direction of the air conditioner relative to the direction of the target position when the air conditioner is in a state of avoiding the air supply of the target position; determining the target power of the heating module according to the deviation angle; the step of controlling the heating module to heat the air in the air conditioner comprises the following steps: and controlling the heating module to heat the air in the air conditioner according to the target power.
The operating power of the heating module and/or the set dehumidification parameters may be determined based on a deviation angle of the air outlet direction of the air conditioner with respect to a direction in which the target location is located. Different departure angles correspond to different target frequencies of operation of the heating module, the larger the departure angle is, the smaller the target power can be relatively, and vice versa; or the greater the deviation angle is, the greater the dehumidification frequency and the dehumidification rotating speed can be set, the greater the deviation angle is, the lesser the dehumidification opening can be set, and vice versa, based on the fact, the air conditioner can achieve that the components are mutually matched to enable the indoor environment humidity to be reduced, meanwhile, the temperature of the position where the user is located is not reduced, and therefore comfort of the user is guaranteed.
Specifically, a maximum frequency threshold of the operating frequency of the heating module may be determined according to the deviation angle, and the target power of the operation of the heating module may be determined according to the temperature characteristic parameter and the humidity characteristic parameter in a frequency set less than or equal to the maximum frequency threshold. Wherein, different temperature characteristic parameters and humidity characteristic parameters correspond to different target frequencies. Specifically, the temperature characteristic parameter comprises an indoor environment temperature, a first deviation between the indoor environment temperature and a set comfort temperature can be determined, and a second deviation between the humidity characteristic parameter and the set comfort humidity can be determined; acquiring a corresponding relation between the first deviation and the target power according to the second deviation; and determining the target power corresponding to the first deviation based on the corresponding relation, so as to ensure that the determined target power can realize effective consideration of indoor dehumidification requirements while the indoor environment temperature is not reduced.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, and the computer readable storage medium stores a temperature and humidity regulation program, and the temperature and humidity regulation program realizes the relevant steps of any embodiment of the temperature and humidity regulation method when being executed by a processor.
