The invention aims to provide a submerged plant root planting soil wrapping device and a using method of the submerged plant root planting soil wrapping device aiming at the existing problems.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
a soil wrapping device for planting submerged plant roots comprises an operation table and a wrapping device arranged on the operation table, wherein the wrapping device comprises a filler, a forming plate and a push plate, the bottom of the operation table is connected with a support, a filler groove is formed in the operation table, a groove bottom opening is formed in the bottom of the filler groove, the filler is fixed in the corresponding filler groove, the top of the filler is open, the interior of the filler is hollow, a filler bottom hole is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the filler, the groove bottom opening corresponds to the position of the filler bottom hole, and a placing groove is formed in the side wall of the filler; the push plate is placed on the bottom surface in the filler, and the push rod sequentially penetrates through the opening at the bottom of the groove and the bottom hole of the filler from bottom to top and is detachably connected with the lower surface of the push plate through threads; the forming plate is positioned above the push plate, and the forming plate and the stamping rod are detachably connected through threads; sealing rings are arranged in the groove bottom opening and the filler bottom hole, and the push rod penetrates through the sealing rings in the groove bottom opening and the filler bottom hole from bottom to top in a sealing mode.
The top of the standing groove extends to the top surface of the side wall of the filler, and the bottom extends to 1/2-2/3 of the height of the filler.
The forming plate comprises a plurality of stamping springs, an upper stamping plate and a lower stamping plate, the stamping springs are uniformly distributed between the upper stamping plate and the lower stamping plate, the upper ends of the stamping springs are connected with the upper stamping plate, and the lower ends of the stamping springs are connected with the lower stamping plate.
The operating table is equipped with a conveyor belt as described above.
The punching rod is connected with the punching driver, the push rod is connected with the pushing driver, and the conveyor belt is driven by the electric transmission device.
The soil wrapping device for planting the roots of the submerged plants further comprises a placing groove stopper and sliding grooves, the two sliding grooves are formed in the outer side wall of the filling device and located on two sides of the placing groove, the placing groove stopper comprises an embedding groove and a sealing tongue, the embedding groove is connected with the top end of the sealing tongue, two sides of the sealing tongue are respectively inserted into the two sliding grooves, and the embedding groove is clamped at the upper edge of the filling device.
A use method of a submerged plant root planting soil wrapping device is provided, and the submerged plant root planting soil wrapping device is utilized and comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: adding water into the planting soil, stirring, adding loess, an oxidant and a rooting agent into the planting soil, controlling the water content of the planting soil to be 40% -50%, and forming the required stirred wrapped planting soil;
the second step is that: placing the stirred wrapped planting soil into a filler to a half depth of the placing groove;
the third step: putting submerged plants or seeds, adding the stirred wrapping planting soil:
when the roots of the submerged plants need to be wrapped, putting the root and stem parts of the submerged plants into a filling device, clamping the leaf and stem parts of the submerged plants in a placing groove and outside the filling device, then enabling one surface, provided with an embedding groove, of a placing groove stopper to face into the filling device, inserting a sealing tongue into a sliding groove, clamping the leaf and stem parts of the submerged plants between the bottom end of the sealing tongue and the bottom of the placing groove, clamping the embedding groove at the upper edge of the filling device from top to bottom, and then continuously adding the stirred wrapping planting soil to the required height or filling the wrapping planting soil;
when seeds need to be wrapped, selecting the placing groove stoppers with the tongue seals of different lengths, enabling one surface, with the embedding grooves, of each placing groove stopper to face the inside of the filling device, inserting the tongue seals the whole placing groove, placing the seeds, and then continuously adding the stirred wrapping planting soil to the required height or filling the whole placing groove;
the fourth step: controlling a punching driver to press the molding plate into the filling device from top to bottom to a set depth, extruding and wrapping the planting soil, and wrapping the roots or seeds of the submerged plants;
the fifth step: the control punching press driver rises the profiled sheeting, and control promotion driver upwards promotes the push pedal, pushes out the submerged plant or the seed of wrapping up the parcel planting soil, puts to the conveyer belt on.
According to the using method of the submerged plant root planting soil wrapper, before the wrapping planting soil is put into the filler, the net bag is put into the filler, the wrapping planting soil wraps the roots of the submerged plants and is extruded and formed, and then the roots of the submerged plants formed by wrapping the planting soil are wrapped by the net bag.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. effectively improves the speed of wrapping the planting soil by the submerged plant rootstocks and saves manpower and material resources.
2. The method provides another feasible mode for wrapping the planting soil of roots, seeds and the like of the submerged plants, and has the advantages of integration, difficult scattering of the wrapped planting soil and the like.
3. This device simple structure, convenient to use, operation process is simple and easy, and mechanization or manual operation all can, can carry out on-the-spot preparation, further promote the submerged plant survival rate, easily promote.
4. The adjustability of the filling device is greatly increased, so that the wrapping planting soil with different shapes is more convenient to manufacture.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples for the purpose of facilitating understanding and practice of the invention by those of ordinary skill in the art, and it is to be understood that the present invention has been described in the illustrative embodiments and is not to be construed as limited thereto.
Example 1:
a submerged plant root planting soil wrapping device comprises an operation table 9 and a wrapping device arranged on the operation table 9, wherein the wrapping device comprises a filling device 4, a forming plate 3 and a push plate 6, one or more wrapping devices are arranged, the bottom of the operation table 9 is connected with a support 11, the operation table 9 is supported on the ground by the support 11, a filling device groove 10 used for fixedly placing the wrapping device is arranged on the operation table 9, a groove bottom opening is formed in the bottom of the filling device groove 10, the filling device 4 is fixed in the corresponding filling device groove 10, the top of the filling device 4 is open, the interior of the filling device 4 is hollow, a filling device bottom hole is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the filling device 4, the groove bottom opening corresponds to the position of the filling device bottom hole, and a placing groove 5 is formed in the side wall of the filling device 4; the push plate 6 is placed on the bottom surface inside the filler 4, the shape of the push plate 6 is matched with the shape inside the filler 4, and the size of the push plate 6 is slightly smaller than that of the filler 4, so that the push plate 6 can be conveniently placed in the filler 4 and can move up and down in the filler 4; the forming plate 3 is separated from the filler 4, the forming plate 3 is pressed downwards from the top surface of the filler 4 during the use process, the shape of the forming plate 3 is matched with the inner shape of the filler 4, and the size of the forming plate 3 is slightly smaller than that of the filler 4 so as to press the forming plate 3 into the filler 4.
The filling device 4 is used as a container for wrapping and extruding the planting soil 15 of the roots of the submerged plants 13, the filling device 4 can be arranged into various shapes according to the shape of the required planting soil 15, such as a smooth cone, a cuboid and a cylinder with an irregular cross section, and the filling device 4 is generally arranged into a round smooth inverted cone or a cuboid with the volume of 10cm 3 Left and right.
The top of the placing groove 5 extends to the top surface of the side wall of the filler 4, the bottom of the placing groove extends to 1/2-2/3 of the height of the filler 4, and the width of the placing groove 5 is about 2cm generally.
For the convenience from upwards promoting push pedal 6 down, push pedal 6 lower surface is provided with push rod 7, push rod 7 is connected with push pedal 6 lower surface from supreme tank bottom trompil and the filler bottom hole of running through down in proper order, and is preferred, all is provided with the sealing washer in tank bottom trompil and the filler bottom hole, and push rod 7 is connected with push pedal 6 lower surface from supreme sealing washer and the sealing washer that runs through the setting of tank bottom trompil and the filler bottom hole of running through down in proper order, and push pedal 6 and push rod 7 can dismantle the connection through the screw thread.
In order to reduce the damage to the submerged plant 13 in the wrapping process, the forming plate 3 is of a three-layer structure and comprises a plurality of stamping springs 3-3, an upper stamping plate 3-1 and a lower stamping plate 3-2, so that stamping buffering is increased, each stamping spring 3-3 is uniformly distributed between the upper stamping plate 3-1 and the lower stamping plate 3-2, the upper end of each stamping spring 3-3 is connected with the upper stamping plate 3-1, and the lower end of each stamping spring 3-3 is connected with the lower stamping plate 3-2.
For facilitating the use profiled sheeting 3, set up stamping rod 2 on profiled sheeting 3, can dismantle the connection through the screw thread between profiled sheeting 3 and the stamping rod 2.
A conveyor belt 12 is installed at a middle position on the operation table 9 as shown in fig. 3, so that the task of taking and placing the submerged plant 13 is simplified, and the labor is saved.
Preferably, the stamping rod 2 is connected with the stamping driver 1, the push rod 7 is connected with the pushing driver 8, and the conveyor belt 12 is driven by an electric transmission device; automatic punching, pushing and transmission are realized through the punching driver 1, the pushing driver 8 and the electric transmission device, so that manpower can be further saved by replacing manpower to perform punching, pushing and conveying processes. When the device is operated simply on site, electric conveying equipment is not needed, and as shown in figure 4, the punching and pushing processes are all completed by manpower.
In order to enhance the versatility of the device and enable the device to wrap seeds, a pair of sliding grooves with the same height as the placing groove 5 are arranged on the two sides of the placing groove 5 on the outer side wall of the filling device 4, meanwhile, a placing groove stopper 16 which can be inserted into and pulled out of the sliding grooves is arranged, the placing groove stopper 16 comprises a tabling groove 16-1 and a sealing tongue 16-2, as shown in fig. 6, the width of the sealing tongue 16-2 is matched with the distance between the two sliding grooves, the length of the sealing tongue 16-2 is not less than the height of the placing groove 5, the two sides of the sealing tongue 16-2 are respectively inserted into the two sliding grooves, the groove side in the middle of the tabling groove 16-1 is connected with the top end of the sealing tongue 16-2, the tabling groove 16-1 is clamped at the top edge of the filling device 4, the distance from the bottom of the sealing tongue 16-2 to the tabling groove 16-1 is set according to the diameter of the stem of the submerged plant 13, and the width of the tabling groove 16-1 is greater than the width of the placing groove 5;
when the roots of the submerged plants 13 need to be wrapped, the root and stem parts of the submerged plants 13 are placed in the filling device 4, the leaf and stem parts of the submerged plants 13 are clamped in the placing groove 5 and are positioned outside the filling device 4, then one surface of the placing groove stopper 16 with the embedding groove 16-1 faces the filling device 4, the sealing tongue 16-2 is inserted into the sliding groove, the embedding groove 16-1 is clamped at the upper edge of the filling device 4, so that the space for the bottoms of the sealing tongue 16-2 and the leaves and stems of the submerged plants 13 at the bottom of the placing groove 5 to pass through is reduced, and meanwhile, the wrapping planting soil 14 is prevented from overflowing from the placing groove 5;
when seeds need to be wrapped, the placing groove stopper 16 with the sealing tongues 16-2 of different lengths is selected, one surface of the placing groove stopper 16 with the embedding grooves 16-1 faces the inside of the filler 4, and the sealing tongues 16-2 are inserted into the sliding grooves, so that the sealing tongues 16-2 completely seal the placing groove 5.
As another embodiment, the top of the placing groove 5 extends to the top surface of the side wall of the filler 4, the outside of the placing groove 5 is covered with a baffle, the two sides of the baffle are detachably connected with the two side edges outside the placing groove 5 through buckles respectively, the top of the baffle is flush with the top of the placing groove 5, and the bottom of the baffle is flush with the bottom of the placing groove 5 or higher than the bottom of the placing groove 5. The mounting and dismounting of the baffle plates can realize the closing (or semi-closing) and opening of the placing groove 5, and when the roots of the submerged plants 13 need to be wrapped, the baffle plates with the bottoms higher than the bottoms of the placing groove 5 are selected; when needs parcel seed, choose for use the baffle of baffle bottom and 5 bottoms parallel and level of standing groove.
Example 2:
a use method of a submerged plant root planting soil wrapper comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: firstly, the planting soil is added with water and stirred, loess, an oxidant (such as potassium hydrogen persulfate) and a rooting agent can be additionally added to ensure the toughness and other functions of the planting soil, the water content of the planting soil is controlled to be about 45%, and the wrapped planting soil 14 which needs to be stirred is formed.
The second step is that: the stirred covering planting soil 14 is placed in the filler 4 to about half the depth of the placement tank 5.
The third step: putting submerged plants 13 or seeds, adding stirred wrapping planting soil 14:
when the root of the submerged plant 13 needs to be wrapped, the rhizome part of the submerged plant 13 is put into the filler 4, the leaf and stem part of the submerged plant 13 is clamped in the placing groove 5 and positioned outside the filler 4,
as shown in fig. 2, the side of the placing groove stopper 16 with the fitting groove 16-1 is then directed into the filler 4 and the sealing tongue 16-2 is inserted into the sliding groove, and the leaf and stem part of the submerged plant 13 is caught between the bottom end of the sealing tongue 16-2 and the bottom of the placing groove 5, so that the fitting groove 16-1 is caught on the upper edge of the filler 4 from top to bottom, or the placing groove 5 is blocked by a baffle plate part, and the bottom of the baffle plate is kept a set distance from the bottom of the placing groove 5 for catching the leaf and stem part of the submerged plant 13.
Then continuously adding the stirred wrapped planting soil 14 to the required height or filling;
when seeds need to be wrapped, the side, provided with the embedding groove 16-1, of the placing groove stopper 16 faces the interior of the filling device 4, the sealing tongue 16-2 is inserted into the sliding groove, the sealing tongue 16-2 seals the whole placing groove 5, or the baffle plate is used for completely sealing and blocking the placing groove 5, the seeds are placed, and then the stirred wrapping planting soil 14 is continuously added to the required height or is filled;
the fourth step: and controlling the stamping driver 1 to press the forming plate 3 into the filling device 4 from top to bottom to a set depth, extruding and wrapping the planting soil 14, and wrapping the roots or seeds of the submerged plants 13.
The fifth step: the punching driver 1 is controlled to lift the forming plate 3, the pushing driver 8 is controlled to push the pushing plate 6 upwards, the submerged plants 13 or seeds wrapped with the wrapped planting soil 14 are pushed out, the seeds are placed on the conveying belt 12, and the seeds are conveyed to downstream to be stored, so that wrapping is completed.
In the above operation, in order to further enhance the toughness of the wrapped planting soil 14, before the wrapped planting soil 14 is put into the filling device 4, the net bag 15 made of the degradable material is put into the filling device 4, the net bag 15 needs to be larger than the surface area of the wrapped planting soil 14 after extrusion molding, the root of the submerged plant 13 is wrapped by the stirred wrapped planting soil 14 and is extruded, and then the root of the submerged plant 13 formed by wrapping the planting soil 14 is wrapped by the net bag 15.
