Similarly, in the plant light supplement lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention, the specific structure of the second hinge 7-2 is the same as that of the first hinge 7-1, and specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the second hinge 7-2 includes a first connection part 701 and a second connection part. The first connecting portion 701 includes a first sleeve 7011, a first fixing portion 7012, and a central shaft 7013, wherein the first fixing portion 7012 is disposed on an outer surface of the first sleeve 7011, the central shaft 7013 is disposed on the first fixing portion 7012, a first insertion hole 7014 is formed in the first sleeve 7011, and the first insertion hole 7014 is used for inserting and fixing one end of the transverse support rod 5 of the third lamp holder 300; the second connecting portion includes a second sleeve 7021, a second fixing portion 7022, and a central hole 7023, the second fixing portion 7022 is disposed on an outer surface of the second sleeve 7021, the central hole 7023 is disposed on the second fixing portion 7022, a second insertion hole 7024 is disposed on the second sleeve 7021, and the second insertion hole 7024 is used for inserting and fixing one end of the transverse support rod 5 of the second lamp holder 200, which is connected to the third support; the central shaft 7013 of the first connecting portion 701 is rotatably inserted into the central hole 7023 of the second connecting portion, so as to realize the hinging function of the second hinge 7-2. When the first bracket and the second bracket reach a flattened state through the rotation of the first hinge 7-1 or the second bracket and the third bracket reach a flattened state through the rotation of the second hinge 7-2, the end part of the first sleeve 7011 is abutted against the end part of the second sleeve 7021 to form a limit, so that the first bracket and the second bracket are kept in the flattened working state or the second bracket and the third bracket are kept in the flattened working state. The structure is simple, convenient and practical, and a limiting structure is not required to be additionally arranged.
In the plant light supplement lamp provided in the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a connection hose 8 is connected between the first sleeve 7011 and the second sleeve 7021, so that wires for connecting two lamp holders penetrate into the second sleeve 7021 through the connection hose 8 after penetrating out from the first sleeve 7011. The arrangement of the connection hose 8 facilitates the connection of the conductive tracks and does not affect the rotation function of the first hinge 7-1 and the second hinge 7-2.
In the plant light supplement lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 7, a hanging ring 9 is provided on the outer surface of the first sleeve 7011 or the second sleeve 7021. The hanging ring 9 is arranged so as to be convenient for hanging the plant light supplementing lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention.
In the plant light supplementing lamp provided in the above embodiment of the present invention, the second light source assembly 3 is disposed on a side of the lateral support rod 5 facing away from the longitudinal support rod 4 and extends along the second direction, that is, the second light source assembly 3 is disposed parallel to the lateral support rod 5 and is located at an outer side of the support, in order to achieve the function of supporting the carrier, the lateral support rod 5 needs to have a certain structural strength, typically a profile rod structure, and has a larger radial dimension, and in order to achieve better folding and storage, the product appearance volume is reduced, the second light source assembly 3 does not exceed an upper edge and a lower edge of the lateral support rod 5 in a storage state, and is as close to the lateral support rod 5 as possible in the first direction.
Based on the above, the embodiment of the invention is improved on the basis of the structure of the plant light supplementing lamp.
The plant light filling lamp includes lighting fixture, power supply unit 1, first light source subassembly 2 and second light source subassembly 3, take this lighting fixture to include first lighting fixture 100, second lighting fixture 200 and third lighting fixture 300 as the example, wherein: the first lamp holder 100, the second lamp holder 200 and the third lamp holder 300 each comprise a longitudinal support rod 4 extending along a first direction and a transverse support rod 5 extending along a second direction, wherein the first direction is orthogonal to the second direction, the transverse support rods 5 are arranged in parallel at two ends of the lamp holders, and the longitudinal support rods 4 are arranged between the two transverse support rods 5; the power supply assembly 1 is fixed on the second lamp bracket 200; the first light source component 2 is arranged on the longitudinal support rod 4 and extends along the first direction, and the light emergent direction of the first light source component 2 is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction at the same time; the second light source assembly 3 is arranged on the side of the transverse support bar 5 facing away from the longitudinal support bar 4 and extends in the second direction, the second light source assembly 3 being rotatable about an axis of rotation parallel to the second direction. The first lamp holder 100, the second lamp holder 200 and the third lamp holder 300 are all provided with fixing plates 6, the second light source assembly 3 is installed between the two fixing plates 6, the second light source assembly 3 comprises a fixing portion 301 extending along the second direction, a lamp panel 302 installed on the fixing portion 301 and pin shafts 303 positioned at two ends of the fixing portion 301, the second light source assembly 3 is installed on the fixing plates 6 through the pin shafts 303, and the fixing portion 301 and the lamp panel 302 can rotate around the pin shafts 303. The axial direction of the pin 303 is parallel to the second direction, and a certain friction damping exists between the pin 303 and the fixing portion 301. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the fixing plate 6 is provided with a guide groove 10 in a penetrating manner, the pin 303 is located in the guide groove 10 and can slide along the guide groove 10, the plant light supplementing lamp further comprises a connecting rod assembly 11, a knob 12 and a driving shaft 13, the knob 12 is used for providing a rotary driving force to drive the driving shaft 13 to rotate, the driving shaft 13 drives the connecting rod assembly 11 to act, the connecting rod assembly 11 is used for driving, and the pin 303 is driven to slide in the guide groove 10, so that the pin 303 drives the second light source assembly 3 to move to adjust the position.
As described above, the first lamp holder 100 and the second lamp holder 200 according to the embodiment of the invention are hinged by the first hinge 7-1, and the second lamp holder 200 and the third lamp holder 300 are hinged by the second hinge 7-2. The first and second housings 7011 and 7021 of the first and second hinges 7-1 and 7-2 may be used to provide the fixing plate 6. The end of the lateral support bar 5 of the first lamp holder 100, which is far from the second lamp holder 200, and the end of the lateral support bar 5 of the third lamp holder 300, which is far from the second lamp holder 200, are respectively sleeved with an end cover 14 as shown in fig. 4 and 5, for closing the end of the lateral support bar 5, and a fixing plate 6 may be provided on the end cover 14 as well.
The specific structural arrangement of the guide groove 10 and the link assembly 11 will be described in detail. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the guide groove 10 on the fixing plate 6 includes a straight guide groove 1001 extending in a third direction, i.e., a vertical direction, and an arc guide groove 1002 communicating with the straight guide groove 1001, the arc guide groove 1002 being located on a side of the straight guide groove 1001, i.e., the arc guide groove 1002 being located on a side facing away from the lateral support bar 5, and one end of the arc guide groove 1002 communicating with a middle portion of the straight guide groove 1001, the arc guide groove 1002 gradually extending away from the straight guide groove 1001 from the middle portion of the straight guide groove 1001 and being curved downward. The connecting rod assembly 11 comprises a first connecting rod 1101, a second connecting rod 1102 and a third connecting rod 1103 which are sequentially connected, one end of the first connecting rod 1101 is fixedly connected with a first shaft sleeve 1104, the other end of the first connecting rod 1101 is fixedly connected with a second shaft sleeve 1105, one end of the second connecting rod 1102 is fixedly connected with a first shaft 1106, the other end of the second connecting rod 1102 is fixedly connected with a third shaft sleeve 1107, one end of the third connecting rod 1103 is fixedly connected with a pin shaft 303, the other end of the third connecting rod 1103 is fixedly connected with a second shaft 1108, a driving shaft 13 is fixedly connected to one side of a knob 12 and coaxial with the knob 12, and the axes of the driving shaft 13, the pivot, the first shaft 1106, the second shaft 1108, the first shaft sleeve 1104, the second shaft sleeve 1105 and the third shaft sleeve 1107 are all parallel to a second direction. It will be appreciated that the centerline of the arcuate channel 1002 is also arcuate, and that the radius of the arcuate centerline of the arcuate channel 1002 is equal to the distance between the axis of the first shaft 1106 and the axis of the second shaft 1108, or that the radius of the arcuate centerline of the arcuate channel 1002 is slightly greater than the distance between the axis of the first shaft 1106 and the axis of the second shaft 1108.
The fixed plate 6 is provided with a shaft hole 15, the shaft hole 15 is arranged above the arc-shaped guide groove 1002, the driving shaft 13 penetrates through the shaft hole 15, and the driving shaft 13 is sleeved in the first shaft sleeve 1104, so that the driving shaft 13 is fixedly connected with the first shaft sleeve 1104, the specific connection mode of the driving shaft 13 and the first shaft sleeve 1104 can be interference fit, welding, screwing or key connection, and the purpose that the driving shaft 13 and the first shaft sleeve 1104 can synchronously rotate is achieved; the second sleeve 1105 is sleeved outside the first shaft 1106, and the second sleeve 1105 is in rotating fit with the first shaft 1106; a third sleeve 1107 is sleeved outside the pin shaft 303, and the third sleeve 1107 is in rotating fit with the pin shaft 303.
Both the pin 303 and the second shaft 1108 are slidably disposed within the channel 10, and during operation, the second shaft 1108 may slide reciprocally along the linear channel 1001, the pin 303 may slide reciprocally along the linear channel 1001, and may slide reciprocally along the arcuate channel 1002. In the working process, an operator drives the driving shaft 13 to rotate by rotating the knob 12, so as to drive the connecting rod assembly 11 to act, and the specific action process of the connecting rod assembly 11 is as follows with reference to fig. 10-13: the pin 303 has a first position as shown in fig. 10 and 11, where the pin 303 and the second shaft 1108 are both located in the linear guide groove 1001, the pin 303 is located at the top end of the linear guide groove 1001, the second is located below the joint of the linear guide groove 1001 and the arc-shaped guide groove 1002, an included angle is formed between the first link 1101 and the second link 1102, the driving shaft 13 rotates counterclockwise as shown in the drawing, the first link 1101 and the second link 1102 drive the pin 303, the third link 1103 and the second shaft 1108 to move downward along the linear guide groove 1001, and the included angle between the first link 1101 and the second link 1102 gradually increases, so that the pin 303 slides to the second position as shown in fig. 12; in the second position, the pin 303 is located in the linear guide groove 1001 and is located at the connection position between the linear guide groove 1001 and the arc-shaped guide groove 1002, the pin 303 is opposite to the inlet of the arc-shaped guide groove 1002, at this time, the second shaft 1108 is just abutted against the bottom end of the linear guide groove 1001, and the first connecting rod 1101 and the second connecting rod 1102 are collinear to form a flat angle; continuing to rotate the drive shaft 13 in the counterclockwise direction in the drawing, a third position of the pin 303 in the arcuate guide groove 1002 as shown in fig. 13 can be obtained, because the radius of the arcuate center line of the arcuate guide groove 1002 is equal to the distance between the axis of the first shaft 1106 and the axis of the second shaft 1108, or the radius of the arcuate center line of the arcuate guide groove 1002 is slightly larger than the distance between the axis of the first shaft 1106 and the axis of the second shaft 1108, the pin 303 slides into the arcuate guide groove 1002 under the driving of the first link 1101 and the second link 1102, and the pin 303 moves circumferentially along the arcuate guide groove 1002 with the axis of the second shaft 1108 as the rotation axis, so that the pin 303 moves gradually outward in the horizontal direction and moves gradually downward in the vertical direction on the one hand. Of course, the above-described movement pattern of the link assembly 11 is reversible, and the pin 303 in the third position can be sequentially adjusted to the second position and the first position by reversely rotating the driving shaft 13.
When the pin shaft 303 is positioned between the first position and the second position, the second light source component 3 is positioned at the middle position in the vertical direction, and is not protruded out of the upper edge and the lower edge of the bracket, is closer to the bracket in the horizontal direction, is not protruded out of the fixing plate 6, and at the moment, the overall outline is smaller, so that the device is suitable for folding and storing the plant light supplementing lamp; when the pin 303 is at the first position, the pin 303 is at the highest position in the moving range, at this time, if the second light source component 3 irradiates the plant under the bracket obliquely downwards, the blocking of the light by the transverse support rod 5 is the most serious, but at this time, the second light source component 3 can be selectively rotated to enable the light emitting direction to irradiate obliquely upwards, as shown in fig. 11, at this time, the blocking degree of the light emitting by the transverse support rod 5 to the second light source component 3 is very low, the use scene is suitable for the situation that the plant light supplement lamp is arranged in multiple layers in the vertical direction, the plant light supplement lamp is arranged at the middle position in the plant height direction and is used for supplementing light to the lower region of the plant, the plant light supplement lamp positioned at the top is used for supplementing light to the upper region of the plant, the second light source component 3 of the plant light supplement lamp arranged at the middle position can irradiate obliquely upwards, and the position where the plant light supplement lamp arranged at the top cannot irradiate is subjected to targeted irradiation light supplement. When the pin shaft 303 moves from the first position to the second position, the pin shaft 303 drives the second light source assembly 3 to be close to the lower side, so that when the second light source assembly 3 irradiates obliquely downwards, the light-emitting blocking range of the transverse support rod 5 on the second light source assembly 3 is reduced; if it is necessary to further reduce the blocking range of the light emitted by the lateral support bar 5, the second light source assembly 3 may be continuously driven to move downwards and away from the lateral support bar 5, i.e. the pin 303 enters the arc-shaped guide groove 1002 and moves along the arc-shaped guide groove 1002.
It should be noted that, the knob 12 and the link assembly 11 may be disposed on the same side of the fixed plate 6, or may be disposed on two sides of the fixed plate 6, preferably, the knob 12 and the link assembly 11 are disposed on two sides of the fixed plate 6, so that space on two sides of the fixed plate 6 can be reasonably utilized to avoid interference between the two, and the edge of the knob 12 is preferably exposed from the edge of the fixed plate 6, so as to facilitate the user to rotate the knob 12. In addition, preferably, each second light source assembly 3 is provided with two sets of knobs 12, a driving shaft 13 and a connecting rod assembly 11, and the two sets of knobs 12, the driving shaft 13 and the connecting rod assembly 11 are symmetrically arranged on the fixing plates 6 at two ends of the second light source assembly 3 respectively, the fixing plates 6 at two sides are provided with guide grooves 10, and when in use, the two side knobs 12 can be synchronously adjusted by two hands, so that the position adjustment is more convenient and quick. Of course, the rotation of the driving shaft 13 may be directly driven by a micro motor instead of the knob 12 or indirectly driven by a gear structure using a micro motor, and precise automatic control may be realized by providing a driving program.
In addition, under the condition that the knob 12 is used for manually driving the driving shaft 13 to rotate, after the pin shaft 303 reaches a proper position, in order to realize limiting, the shaft hole 15 on the fixing plate 6 can be designed into a threaded hole, and the driving shaft 13 is designed with a threaded section matched with the threaded hole, so that when the pin shaft 303 reaches the proper position, the threaded hole and the driving shaft 13 can be limited and locked to a certain extent through threaded connection. Of course, other limiting modes may be selected, and will not be described herein.
It should be further noted that, the structures of the link assembly 11, the second light source assembly 3, etc. in fig. 10-13 are schematically shown by dotted lines, so as to generally represent the specific structures and illustrate the working principle, and not to specifically distinguish the hidden and displayed relationship between the structures and the fixing plate 6, which are blocked from each other. The arc-shaped guide groove 1002 in each drawing is shown as a quarter arc, but the motion track of the pin 303 in the embodiment of the present invention cannot generally complete the entire quarter arc, which is only shown schematically, and the arc length of the arc-shaped guide groove 1002 can be reasonably adjusted by a person skilled in the art.

the plant light supplementing lamp comprises three lamp holders, namely a first lamp holder, a second lamp holder and a third lamp holder which are sequentially connected, wherein the first lamp holder is hinged with the second lamp holder through a first hinge, and the second lamp holder is hinged with the third lamp holder through a second hinge;
the first lamp holder, the second lamp holder and the third lamp holder are respectively provided with a fixed plate, the second light source component is arranged between the two fixed plates, the second light source component comprises a fixed part extending along the second direction, a lamp panel arranged on the fixed part and pin shafts positioned at two ends of the fixed part, the second light source component is arranged on the fixed plate through the pin shafts, and the fixed part and the lamp panel can rotate around the pin shafts; the axis direction of the pin shaft is parallel to the second direction, and friction damping is arranged between the pin shaft and the fixed part; the fixed plate is provided with a guide groove in a penetrating way, and the pin shaft is positioned in the guide groove and can slide along the guide groove;
the plant light supplementing lamp further comprises a connecting rod assembly, a knob and a driving shaft, wherein the knob is used for providing rotary driving force to drive the driving shaft to rotate, the driving shaft drives the connecting rod assembly to act, and the connecting rod assembly is used for transmission to drive the pin shaft to slide in the guide groove;
the guide groove comprises a straight guide groove extending along the vertical direction and an arc guide groove communicated with the straight guide groove, wherein the arc guide groove is positioned at one side of the straight guide groove, one end of the arc guide groove is communicated with the middle part of the straight guide groove, and the arc guide groove gradually leaves the straight guide groove from the middle part of the straight guide groove 1 and is downwards and arcuately bent and extended;
