the fixed plate is provided with a shaft hole, the shaft hole is arranged above the arc-shaped guide groove, the driving shaft penetrates through the shaft hole and is sleeved in the first shaft sleeve 4, the second shaft sleeve is sleeved outside the first shaft, and the second shaft sleeve is in running fit with the first shaft; the third shaft sleeve is sleeved outside the pin shaft, and the third shaft sleeve is in running fit with the pin shaft.
