When the first support and the second support reach a flattened state through rotation of the first hinge 7-1, or the second support and the third support reach a flattened state through rotation of the second hinge 7-2, the end portion of the first sleeve 7011 abuts against the end portion of the second sleeve 7021 to form limiting, so that the first support and the second support are kept in a flattened working state, or the second support and the third support are kept in a flattened working state. The structure is simple, convenient and practical, and a limit structure is not required to be additionally arranged.
In the plant light supplement lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a connection hose 8 is connected between the first sleeve 7011 and the second sleeve 7021, so that an electric wire for connecting the two lamp holders passes through the first sleeve 7011 and then penetrates through the second sleeve 7021 via the connection hose 8. The wiring hose 8 is provided to facilitate the connection of the conductive line without affecting the rotation function of the first hinge 7-1 and the second hinge 7-2.
In the plant light supplement lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 7, a hanging ring 9 is arranged on the outer surface of the first sleeve 7011 or the second sleeve 7021. The hanging ring 9 is arranged to facilitate hanging and using the plant light supplement lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention.
In the plant light supplement lamp provided by the above embodiment of the present invention, the second light source assembly 3 is disposed on a side of the transverse support bar 5 away from the longitudinal support bar 4, and extends along the second direction, that is, the second light source assembly 3 is disposed parallel to the transverse support bar 5 and located outside the bracket, the transverse support bar 5 needs to have a certain structural strength in order to achieve a function of supporting the carrier, and is generally a profile bar structure, and has a larger radial dimension, and in order to achieve better folding storage and reduce the product appearance volume, the second light source assembly 3 generally does not exceed the upper edge and the lower edge of the transverse support bar 5 in a storage state, and is as close to the transverse support bar 5 as possible in the first direction, under such a structural requirement, when the light emitting direction of the second light source assembly 3 outside the transverse support bar 5 is inclined to the side of the transverse support bar 5, if the adjustment angle of the second light source assembly 3 is too large, a situation that part of the light is blocked by the transverse support bar 5 may exist, and the irradiation range of the second light source assembly 3 is limited.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention is continuously improved on the basis of the structure of the plant light supplement lamp.

As described above, the first lamp holder 100 and the second lamp holder 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention are hinged to each other by the first hinge 7-1, and the second lamp holder 200 and the third lamp holder 300 are hinged to each other by the second hinge 7-2. The first sleeve 7011 and the second sleeve 7021 of the first hinge 7-1 and the second hinge 7-2 can be used for arranging the fixing plate 6. The end of the transverse supporting rod 5 of the first lamp holder 100 away from the second lamp holder 200 and the end of the transverse supporting rod 5 of the third lamp holder 300 away from the second lamp holder 200 are both sleeved with an end cap 14 as shown in fig. 4 and 5 for closing the end of the transverse supporting rod 5, and the fixing plate 6 can also be arranged on the end cap 14.
The specific structural arrangement of the guide channel 10 and the connecting-rod assembly 11 will be described in detail below. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the guide groove 10 on the fixing plate 6 includes a straight guide groove 1001 extending in the third direction, i.e., the vertical direction, and an arc-shaped guide groove 1002 communicating with the straight guide groove 1001, the arc-shaped guide groove 1002 is located at one side of the straight guide groove 1001, i.e., the arc-shaped guide groove 1002 is located at one side facing away from the lateral support bar 5, and one end of the arc-shaped guide groove 1002 communicates with the middle portion of the straight guide groove 1001, and the arc-shaped guide groove 1002 gradually moves away from the straight guide groove 1001 by the middle portion of the straight guide groove 1001 and extends arcuately downward. The connecting rod assembly 11 comprises a first connecting rod 1101, a second connecting rod 1102 and a third connecting rod 1103 which are connected in sequence, wherein one end of the first connecting rod 1101 is fixedly connected with a first shaft sleeve 1104, the other end of the first connecting rod 1101 is fixedly connected with a second shaft sleeve 1105, one end of the second connecting rod 1102 is fixedly connected with a first shaft 1106, the other end of the second connecting rod 1102 is fixedly connected with a third shaft sleeve 1107, one end of the third connecting rod 1103 is fixedly connected with a pin shaft 303, the other end of the third connecting rod 1103 is fixedly connected with a second shaft 1108, and the driving shaft 13 is fixedly connected to one side of the knob 12 and coaxial with the knob 12, wherein the axes of the driving shaft 13, the pivot, the first shaft 1106, the second shaft 1108, the first shaft sleeve 1104, the second shaft sleeve 1105 and the third shaft sleeve 1107 are all parallel to the second direction. It will be appreciated that the midline of the arcuate channel 1002 is also arcuate, and that the radius of the arcuate midline of the arcuate channel 1002 is equal to the distance between the axis of the first shaft 1106 and the axis of the second shaft 1108, or the radius of the arcuate midline of the arcuate channel 1002 is slightly greater than the distance between the axis of the first shaft 1106 and the axis of the second shaft 1108.
The fixing plate 6 is provided with a shaft hole 15, the shaft hole 15 is arranged above the arc-shaped guide groove 1002, the driving shaft 13 penetrates through the shaft hole 15, and the driving shaft 13 is sleeved in the first shaft sleeve 1104 so as to realize the fixed connection of the driving shaft 13 and the first shaft sleeve 1104, the specific connection mode of the driving shaft 13 and the first shaft sleeve 1104 can be interference fit, welding, screwing or key connection, so that the purpose that the driving shaft 13 and the first shaft sleeve 1104 can synchronously rotate is realized; the second shaft sleeve 1105 is sleeved outside the first shaft 1106, and the second shaft sleeve 1105 is in running fit with the first shaft 1106; the third shaft sleeve 1107 is sleeved outside the pin shaft 303, and the third shaft sleeve 1107 is rotatably matched with the pin shaft 303.
The pin shaft 303 and the second shaft 1108 are slidably disposed in the guide groove 10, and during operation, the second shaft 1108 can slide back and forth along the linear guide groove 1001, and the pin shaft 303 can slide back and forth along the arc-shaped guide groove 1002. During operation, an operator rotates the knob 12 to rotate the driving shaft 13, so as to drive the connecting rod assembly 11 to move, and referring to fig. 10-13, the specific movement process of the connecting rod assembly 11 is as follows: the pin 303 has a first position as shown in fig. 10 and 11, at this time, the pin 303 and the second shaft 1108 are both located in the linear guide slot 1001, the pin 303 is located at the top end of the linear guide slot 1001, the second position is located below the joint of the linear guide slot 1001 and the arc-shaped guide slot 1002, an included angle is formed between the first link 1101 and the second link 1102, the driving shaft 13 rotates counterclockwise as shown in the figure, the first link 1101 and the second link 1102 drive the pin 303, the third link 1103 and the second shaft 1108 to move downward along the linear guide slot, and the included angle between the first link 1101 and the second link 1102 gradually increases, so that the pin 303 can slide to a second position as shown in fig. 12; in the second position, the pin 303 is located in the linear guide groove 1001 and at the connection position of the linear guide groove 1001 and the arc-shaped guide groove 1002, the pin 303 is over against the inlet of the arc-shaped guide groove 1002, at this time, the second shaft 1108 is just propped against the bottom end of the linear guide groove 1001, and the first connecting rod 1101 and the second connecting rod 1102 are collinear to form a straight angle; continuing to rotate the driving shaft 13 counterclockwise in the figure, the third position shown in fig. 13 can be obtained in which the pin 303 is located in the arc-shaped guide slot 1002, because the radius of the arc-shaped center line of the arc-shaped guide slot 1002 is equal to the distance between the axes of the first shaft 1106 and the second shaft 1108, or the radius of the arc-shaped center line of the arc-shaped guide slot 1002 is slightly larger than the distance between the axes of the first shaft 1106 and the second shaft 1108, so that the pin 303 slides into the arc-shaped guide slot 1002 under the driving of the first link 1101 and the second link 1102, and the pin 303 makes a circular motion along the arc-shaped guide slot 1002 with the axis of the second shaft 1108 as the rotation axis, so that the pin 303 gradually moves outwards in the horizontal direction and gradually moves downwards in the vertical direction. Of course, the above-mentioned movement pattern of the link assembly 11 is reversible, and the pin 303 in the third position can be adjusted to the second position and the first position in turn by rotating the drive shaft 13 in the reverse direction.
When the pin shaft 303 is located between the first position and the second position, the second light source assembly 3 is located in the middle of the support in the vertical direction, does not protrude out of the upper edge and the lower edge of the support, is closer to the support in the horizontal direction, and does not protrude out of the outer side of the fixing plate 6, and the overall profile is small at the moment, so that the plant light supplement lamp is suitable for being folded and stored; when the pin shaft 303 is located at the first position, the pin shaft 303 is located at the highest position within the movable range of the pin shaft 303, at this moment, if the second light source assembly 3 obliquely irradiates a plant under the support downwards, the transverse supporting rod 5 can block light most seriously, but the second light source assembly 3 can be selected to rotate to enable the light emitting direction to irradiate obliquely upwards at this moment, as shown in fig. 11, the transverse supporting rod 5 has a very low light emitting blocking degree to the second light source assembly 3 at this moment, the use scene is suitable for the condition that the plant light supplementing lamp is arranged in multiple layers in the vertical direction, the plant light supplementing lamp is arranged at the middle position in the height direction of the plant and is used for supplementing light to the lower region of the plant, the plant light supplementing lamp located at the top is used for supplementing light to the upper region of the plant, the second light source assembly 3 of the plant light supplementing lamp arranged at the middle position can irradiate obliquely upwards, and the position which the plant light supplementing lamp arranged at the top cannot irradiate. When the pin shaft 303 moves from the first position to the second position, the pin shaft 303 drives the second light source assembly 3 to approach the lower side, so that when the second light source assembly 3 irradiates downwards in an inclined manner, the light-emitting blocking range of the second light source assembly 3 by the transverse support rod 5 is reduced; if the blocking range of the transverse support bar 5 for the light emission needs to be further reduced, the second light source assembly 3 can be continuously driven to move downwards and move towards the direction away from the transverse support bar 5, that is, the pin shaft 303 enters the arc-shaped guide groove 1002 and moves along the arc-shaped guide groove 1002.
It should be noted that the knob 12 and the connecting rod assembly 11 may be disposed on the same side of the fixing plate 6, or alternatively disposed on two sides of the fixing plate 6, and the knob 12 and the connecting rod assembly 11 are preferably disposed on two sides of the fixing plate 6, so that the space on two sides of the fixing plate 6 can be reasonably utilized to avoid interference between them, and the edge of the knob 12 is preferably exposed out of the edge of the fixing plate 6, so as to facilitate the user to rotate the knob 12. In addition, preferably, each second light source assembly 3 is provided with two sets of knobs 12, a driving shaft 13 and a connecting rod assembly 11, and is symmetrically arranged on the fixing plates 6 at the two ends of the second light source assembly 3 respectively, the guide grooves 10 are formed in the fixing plates 6 at the two sides, and the knobs 12 at the two sides can be synchronously adjusted by two hands when the device is used, so that the position adjustment is more convenient and faster. Of course, the rotation of the driving shaft 13 may not be driven by the knob 12, and may be directly driven by a micro motor or indirectly driven by a gear structure using a micro motor, and by setting a driving program, precise automatic control may be achieved.
In addition, under the condition that the driving shaft 13 is manually driven to rotate by using the knob 12, after the pin shaft 303 reaches a proper position, in order to realize limiting, the shaft hole 15 on the fixing plate 6 can be designed to be a threaded hole, and the driving shaft 13 is designed with a threaded section matched with the threaded hole, so that after the pin shaft 303 reaches the proper position, the threaded hole and the driving shaft 13 can be limited and locked to a certain extent through screwing. Of course, other limiting modes can be selected, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that the structures of the connecting rod assembly 11, the second light source assembly 3, and the like in fig. 10 to 13 are schematically shown by dashed lines, so as to integrally show the specific structure and illustrate the operation principle thereof, and do not specifically distinguish the hiding and displaying relationship between the structures and the fixing plate 6. The arc-shaped guide groove 1002 in each drawing is illustrated as a quarter of a circular arc, but the movement track of the pin 303 in the embodiment of the present invention generally cannot complete the whole quarter of the circular arc, which is only illustrated schematically, and the arc length of the arc-shaped guide groove 1002 can be reasonably adjusted by a person skilled in the art.
