The extension portion 12 is a holder main body support portion that supports a holder main body JH mainly composed of the substrate main body 11 and the cover piece 2.
A pair of first binding leg insertion holes 13, through which the first binding legs G are inserted, are provided in an upper portion of the extension portion 12. A pair of upper and lower second binding leg insertion holes 14 through which the second binding legs H are inserted are provided in a lower portion of the extension portion 12. The second binding leg insertion hole 14 has an elongated hole shape extending in the vertical direction, and is configured to facilitate the vertical movement of the lower half portion of the holder J relative to the back cover a2 when the cover a is folded in two.
The cover sheet 2 is set to be substantially the same size as the substrate body 11. The cover sheet 2 can cover the substrate body 11 from the front side. The cover sheet 2 is integrally or fusion-bonded to the substrate body 11 at its right and lower ends.
The cover sheet 2 includes: an upper half portion 21 having a horizontally long rectangular shape, a lower half portion 22 having a horizontally long rectangular shape, a second bent portion R disposed between the upper half portion 21 and the lower half portion 22, and a notch portion 23 for avoiding continuity between a right end edge of the second bent portion R and the substrate main body 11.
The second bent portion R is provided at the center in the vertical direction of the cover sheet 2 in the deployed posture (T). The second bent portion R includes a plurality of fold lines, that is, a central straight fold line R1 extending in the left-right direction and upper and lower straight fold lines R2 arranged above and below the central fold line R1 and extending in the left-right direction.
As shown in fig. 9, the second bent portion R is configured to be bent in a direction away from the first bent portion N in the folded posture (F). More specifically, the second bent portion R is configured in a mountain-fold shape in which the central folding line R1 is located inward of the left and right folding lines R2 in the folded posture (F).
In the present embodiment, the second bent portion R does not have a flat shape in the unfolded posture (T), but has a gentle mountain fold shape compared to the folded posture (F). That is, the second bent portion R maintains the folded shape in which the central folding line R1 is positioned inward of the left and right folding lines R2 in the deployed posture (T).
The holder J is configured such that the base sheet 1 and the cover sheet 2 can take a folded posture (F) and an unfolded posture (T) with the first and second bent portions N and R as rotation centers. That is, the holder J can change its posture following the change of the posture of the cover a. In other words, the holder J is configured to be folded in two by following the cover a at the first and second folding portions N and R provided at the center in the vertical direction when the cover a is folded in two.
When the holder J assumes the folded posture (F) in association with the change in the posture of the cover a, the central folding line N1 of the first folded portion N and the central folding line R1 of the second folded portion R are largely separated from each other as shown in fig. 9. At this time, the upper and lower folding lines R2 of the second bent portion R can move in the direction approaching each other.
Therefore, in the folded posture (F), a relatively large bent portion space sk can be secured between the first bent portion N and the second bent portion R in the holder J, in which the bent portion pe of the sandwiched document P is disposed. That is, the holder J can form a folded portion space sk having a margin in which the folded portion pe of the document P can be accommodated between the first and second folded portions N and R even in the folded posture (F), and therefore a relatively large number of documents P can be appropriately accommodated.
As described above, the file folder of the present embodiment includes the cover a and the transparent pocket E as the storage member bound to the cover a by the first and second binding legs G and H as the binding members.
The cover a is integrally provided at its end edge with first and second binding pieces C and D as foldable binding pieces, and the transparent pocket E is bound by first and second binding legs G and H supported by the first and second binding pieces C and D.
Therefore, if the file of the present embodiment is used, the welded ends that are part of the first and second binding legs G and H are not easily exposed from the outer surface side of the cover a.
The first and second binding pieces C and D are continuously provided with respect to the cover a via a first folded part C2 and a second folded part D2 as folded parts, and the parts other than the first and second folded parts C2 and D2 are not bound with respect to the cover a.
Therefore, the first and second binding sheets C and D are supported by the cover a via the first and second folding portions C2 and D2 in a cantilever manner, and can flexibly move following the movement of the transparent pocket E and the holder J.
The cover A and the transparent pocket E are configured to be folded in half integrally.
Therefore, the document P can be smoothly accommodated in the transparent pocket E, and the entire folder can be brought into a compact posture suitable for transportation or the like by folding in two.
The cover a has a front cover a1 and a back cover a2 connected via a spine a3 as a hinge. The cover a is configured to be able to take an open posture (T) in which the front cover a1 and the back cover a2 can be opened to be substantially coplanar, and a closed posture in which the respective inner surfaces of the front cover a1 and the back cover a2 can face each other through the transparent pocket E. In the open posture (T), when the holder J is opened so as to be positioned on the outer surface side of the cover a, the first and second binding sheets C and D assume a posture inclined with respect to the cover a.
Therefore, the first and second binding pieces C and D are inclined to easily approach (access) the opening E11 of the transparent pocket E.
The cover A has a front cover a1 and a back cover a2 connected via a back cover a3, the first binding sheet C is provided on the front cover a1, and the second binding sheet D is provided on the back cover a2.
Therefore, the first binding sheet C and the second binding sheet D are separated from each other, and the cover a, the base sheet 1, and the holder J can be appropriately folded in two at the middle portion in the vertical direction.
That is, since the first binding piece C and the second binding piece D are provided separately from each other, the first binding piece C and the second binding piece D are less likely to interfere with each other with a change in posture between the expanded posture (T) and the folded posture (F).
The binding sheet C and the binding sheet D are provided with binding leg insertion holes C11 and D22 through which the first binding leg G and the second binding leg H are inserted. Therefore, the plurality of transparent pockets E and the holder J can be appropriately supported by the cover a.
Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments.
The binding member is not limited to the binding leg as in the above-described embodiment, and may have any configuration as long as it can bind the storage member and the storage body.
The storage member and the storage body are not limited to the transparent pocket and the holder described in the above embodiments, as long as they can store documents.
The binding sheet is not limited to being provided with a plurality of binding sheets with respect to the cover, and for example, a single binding sheet may be provided with respect to the cover.
The binding leg is not limited to a belt shape, and may be a string shape, for example.
The specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
