Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 to 8 show folders of the present embodiment. The folder of the present embodiment can be used as a means for storing and holding one or more documents and other paper sheets and carrying and transporting the documents. As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the reading stand can also be used as a simple reading stand for reading a sheet in a standing state.
The folder of the embodiment includes: a cover member 1, wherein the cover member 1 is formed by connecting a front cover 11, a back cover 12 and a back cover 13; a base (base sheet, base plate) 2, the base 2 being attached to an inner surface of the back cover 13 of the cover member 1; and holding portions 3, 41, 42, the holding portions 3, 41, 42 being provided in the base portion 2 and holding the paper sheets. The cover member 1 also functions as a support body for supporting the base 2 in an upright posture.
The cover member 1 is, for example, the following: the outer surface exposed in a folded state of the cover member 1 is a cloth cover 15, the inner surface hidden inside is a thin sheet 16 made of an elastically deformable resin (a thermoplastic resin such as PP (polypropylene)), and the two are joined by sewing, welding, or bonding, and a cardboard (a hard thick paper, in particular, a cardboard (japanese: チップボール) made of a yellow cardboard or waste paper is inserted between the two as the core material 19 for reinforcement. In the present embodiment, the cloth 15 and the resin sheet 16 are sewn together. Fig. 6 shows its stitch (stitch) 17.
The base 2 is, for example, a plate material made of elastically deformable resin (PP or the like). The thickness and rigidity of the base 2 are greater than those of the resin sheet 16 on the inner surface side of the cover member 1, the pocket member 3, and the partition member 4, which will be described later. In order to protect the holding portion and the paper sheets held by the holding portion, a protecting portion 21 protruding downward is formed at a corner below the side end portion of the base portion 2. The base 2 is attached to the cover member 1 by sewing, welding, bonding, or the like so that the back surface thereof faces the inner surface of the back cover 13. In the present embodiment, the base 2 and the cover member 1 are sewn together. As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the sewn portion 18 corresponds to the hinge member 14 at the center of the back cover 13.
The holding portions 3, 41, and 42 are constituted by the pocket member 3 attached to the base portion 2 and the partition member 4, and are pockets capable of holding the paper sheets between the base portion 2 and the pocket member 3. The pocket member 3 is made of a thin sheet made of resin (PP, etc.), for example. The pocket member 3 is disposed on the front surface side of the base 2, facing the front surface of the base 2. As shown in fig. 2, 3, 7 and 8, one of the outer sides of the pocket 3, i.e., the right and lower sides, is closed, and the other of the outer sides, i.e., the left and upper sides, is open. As shown in fig. 4, the pocket member 3 has an engaging piece 32 protruding rightward from its right end edge and an engaging piece 33 protruding downward from its lower end edge. These joining pieces 32 and 33 are wound around the back surface side of the base 2 and joined to the back surface of the base 2 by sewing, welding, adhesion, or the like. In the present embodiment, the joining pieces 32, 33 of the pocket member 3 are welded to the base 2.
The upper end edge 34 of the pocket 3 is inclined so as to gradually descend from the closed right side toward the open left side. The left end edge 35 of the pocket 3 is retreated inward, i.e., rightward, from the left end edge of the base 2.
A rib 31 is formed on the right side of the closed pocket 3. When a certain number of sheets or more are inserted into the pocket 3 and held, the rib 31 is expanded, the gap between the base 2 and the pocket member 3 is expanded, and the internal volume of the pocket 3 is expanded. A portion below the upper 31 is notched so as to be recessed upward. The lower end edge of the upper 31 is retreated upward from the lower end edge of the pocket 3 itself, which is a fold between the pocket member 3 and the joining piece 33, and the lower end edge of the joining piece 32 by the notch 36. The notch 36 serves to release the force in such a way that the stress is not concentrated on a part of the pocket 3.
The two partitioning members 41 and 42 are formed with projecting pieces 411 and 421 projecting upward at their respective upper end edges.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the file folder of the present embodiment can be folded and closed so that the front cover 11 and the back cover 13 face each other, that is, so that the front cover 1 is folded to the front surface side of the base 2. In this state, the base 2, the pockets 3 serving as the holding portions, the separators 41, 42, and the paper sheets held by the holding portions 3, 41, 42 are covered with the cover member 1. In addition, the cover member 1 can be maintained in a closed state by using a flap (10) provided to the cover member 1. A magnet (or a metal plate attached to the magnet) 101 is embedded in advance in the wing piece 10, a metal plate (or a magnet) 113 is embedded in advance in a portion of the front cover 11 facing the wing piece 10, and the wing piece 10 is magnetically attached to the front cover 11 via these portions.
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the document holder according to the present embodiment can also be used as a simple reading stand for reading in a state in which the base portion 2 including the holding portions 3, 41, and 42 is set to an upright posture and the sheets held by the holding portions 3, 41, and 42 are upright. In order to use the file of the present embodiment as a reading stand, the cover member 1 of the file is unfolded, and the back cover 13 is folded via the hinge 14 so that the part 131 is separated from the back surface of the base 2. The other parts 132 of the back cover 13 are not separated from the base 2 because they are adhered by stitching 17, 18.
Then, the spine 12 and the front cover 11 are folded by the hinge 14, and a part 111 of the front cover 11 is inserted between the back cover 13 and the base 2 and is brought into contact with the back surface of the base 2. The other part 112 of the front cover 11 that is not in contact with the back surface of the base 2 serves as a base, i.e., a ground plane.
When the base 2 is supported in the standing posture, the sewn portion 18 of the back cover 13 attached to the back surface side of the base 2 is positioned above the middle 6 in the vertical direction of the standing base 2. The tip of the part 111 of the front cover 11 that abuts the back surface of the base 2 is inserted above the middle 6 in the vertical direction of the base 2 in the standing posture. In this state, the cover member 1 (particularly the resin sheet 16 on the inner surface) exerts an elastic force and a restoring force to restore from a bent state to a flat state, and the restoring force 5 to press the base 2 toward the front surface side acts on the part 111 of the front cover 11 that is in contact with the back surface of the base 2.
Incidentally, a metal plate (or magnet) 133 is embedded in advance in a portion of the front cover 13 facing the wing pieces 10, and the wing pieces 10 are magnetically attracted to the rear cover 13 via them.
In the present embodiment, a folder is configured, the folder including: a base 2, the base 2 having holding portions 3, 41, 42 for holding sheets; and a cover member 1 attached to the back surface side of the base 2 and folded so as to be folded to the front surface side of the base 2, wherein the cover member 1 is folded at a portion 111, 112, 12, 131 not attached to the back surface side of the base 2, and a part 111 thereof is inserted between the cover member 1 and the base 2 and brought into contact with the back surface of the base 2, whereby the base 2 can be supported in a standing posture. According to the present embodiment, the base 2 can be supported without using the entire width of the front cover 11 and only a part 112 as a ground surface, and thus the base does not occupy a large space in the depth direction on a desk or the like.
The cover member 1 has a back cover 13 attached to the back surface side of the base 2 and a front cover 11 overlapping the front surface side of the base 2, and can support the base 2 in an upright posture by separating at least a part 131 of the back cover 13 from the back surface of the base 2 and bringing at least a part 111 of the front cover 11 into contact with the back surface of the base 2.
The front cover 11 is provided with a hinge 14 which is a fold line when the cover member 1 is folded, and when the base 2 is supported in an upright posture, a part 111 of the front cover 11 folded via the hinge 14 is brought into contact with the back surface of the base 2, and the remaining part 112 is used as a ground contact surface.
When the base 2 is supported in the standing posture, the restoring force 5 that elastically presses the base 2 toward the front surface side acts on the portion 111 of the cover member 1 that is in contact with the back surface of the base 2, and therefore the portion 111 is in close contact with the back surface of the base 2, and does not easily come out and fall down, and the base 2 can be stably and continuously supported.
Since the base 2 is a thin plate body that can be elastically deformed, the operation of inserting or removing the part 111 of the front cover 11 into or from between the back cover 13 and the base 2 when the base 2 is set to the standing posture is simplified. Further, due to the characteristics of the PP plate, a repulsive force is generated against the elastic deformation, and the PP plate is in close contact with the inserted part 111 of the front cover 11, so that the front cover is more difficult to be pulled out, and the base 2 in the standing posture is less likely to fall down.
When the base 2 is supported in the standing posture, the portion 18 of the cover member 1 attached to the back surface side of the base 2 is positioned above the middle 6 in the vertical direction of the base 2 in the standing posture, and the tip of the portion 111 of the cover member 1 abutting against the back surface of the base 2 is inserted above the middle 6 in the vertical direction of the base 2 in the standing posture, so that the base 2 is less likely to turn so as to fall down in the supine position due to the elastic restoring force of the cover member 1 (particularly, the front cover 11), and the structure for supporting the standing base 2 is more stable.
In the present embodiment, a folder capable of presenting paper sheets in a standing posture is configured such that a pocket 3 that closes one of the outer sides (right side) and the lower side and opens the other of the outer sides (left side) and the upper side is provided in the lower portion in the standing posture.
More specifically, the present invention provides: a base 2, the base 2 having holding portions 3, 41, 42 for holding paper sheets; and a support body (cover member) 1 capable of supporting the base 2 in an upright posture, wherein pockets 3 that close one (right) and lower sides of both outer sides of the base 2 in the upright posture and open the other (left) and upper sides of both outer sides are provided as the holding portions 3, 41, and 42 on a surface side of the base 2 exposed when the base 2 is in the upright posture.
According to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a highly convenient folder that can be used as a simple reading stand for reading paper sheets in a standing state, and in this case, can easily pick and place paper sheets. Further, by opening the other side (left side) of the pocket 3, even a sheet of a size that protrudes from the pocket 3 can be held in the pocket 3 and reported.
A rib 31 is formed at one end of both outer sides of the pocket 3 when the base 2 is set in the standing posture, and the pocket 3 can hold a certain number of sheets or more.
The upper edge 34 of the pocket when the base 2 is in the standing posture is inclined so as to gradually descend from one of the outer sides to the other (left side), and therefore, it is easier to take and place paper sheets in the pocket 3. Further, by forming the pocket member 3 in such a shape, the corner portion where the upper end edge 34 of the pocket member 3 and the other side end edge 35 meet does not sag due to its own weight in the standing posture.
When the base 2 is set in the standing posture, the other end edge (left end edge) 35 on both outer sides of the pocket 3 is retreated inward (rightward) from the end edge on the same side (left side) of (the base 2 of) the folder, and therefore the other end edge 35 of the pocket 3 as the open end is protected by (the base 2 of) the folder and is not easily damaged.
Since the separators 41 and 42 are provided in the pocket 3, that is, between the surface of the base 2 and the pocket 3, it is possible to store the sheets between the pocket 3 and the separator 41, between the plurality of separators 41 and 42, or between the separator 42 and the base 2.
Since the protruding pieces 411 and 421 protruding upward are formed on the upper end edges of the spacers 41 and 42 when the base 2 is set to the standing posture, the spacers 41 and 42 can be flipped over by placing fingers on the protruding pieces 411 and 421, and the sheets positioned in front of and behind the spacers 41 and 42 can be easily taken in and out.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in detail above. For example, the holding portion to be provided on the base 2 is not limited to the pocket 3 and the separators 41 and 42 as in the present embodiment, and may be any holding portion as long as the holding portion can hold the sheets (particularly, the holding portion can be held on the front surface side of the base 2) so as not to fall off from the base 2, and may be a binding implement among various kinds of folders, or a clip of a paper clip (japanese: ).
Further, a rib may be formed at the lower end of the pocket 3 when the base 2 is set in the standing posture.
The specific configuration of each part can be variously modified within a range not departing from the gist of the present invention.
