The second extension portion t2 includes: a second extension setting part body t21, the second extension setting part body t21 having a portion welded to the second binding sheet D in the cover body a and being provided with a pair of upper and lower binding leg passing holes ta through which the second binding legs H can pass; and a second bending portion t22, wherein the second bending portion t22 forms a second bending portion U that is provided at one side edge and connects the second extension portion main body t21 and the lower half 312 of the substrate main body 31.
The second extension t2 is configured to fold back the second extension body t21 toward the inner surface of the substrate body 31. The second extension portion main body t21 is provided continuously with the substrate main body 31 via the second bending portion U, and a portion other than the second bending portion U is not restrained with respect to the substrate main body 31.
When the holder J is in the covering position (B), the second extending portion t2 is bent by the second bending portion U, and the second extending portion main body t21 takes a folded-back posture toward the inner surface side of the substrate main body 31.
When the holder J is in the extended position (S), the second extended portion t2 is bent by the second bending portion U, and the second extended portion main body t21 takes a posture outside the substrate main body 31.
The second folded portion t22 includes fold lines t22s extending in the up-down direction and provided in pairs left and right. The second folded portion t22 extends in a direction intersecting the first folded portion M.
The first and second extension portions t1 and t2 described in detail above constitute a holder body support portion for supporting a holder body JH composed mainly of the base sheet 31 and the cover sheet 4.
A notch k2 is formed between the first extension portion t1 and the second extension portion t 2. That is, the substrate 3 having a substantially rectangular shape as a whole in the developed state is provided with the notch k2 so as to separate the first extension portion t1 from the second extension portion t 2.
[ cover sheet 4]
The cover sheet 4 and the front of the base sheet 3 overlap each other and have a second bending portion R extending in the left-right direction at an intermediate portion in the up-down direction corresponding to the first bending portion N.
The width dimension of the cover sheet 4 is set shorter than the width dimension of the substrate main body 31. The cover sheet 4 can cover a portion other than the left side portion of the substrate main body 31 from the front side. The right end portion and the lower end portion of the cover sheet 4 are integrally provided with the substrate body 31 or are continuously provided by welding.
The cover sheet 4 includes: an upper half 41 having a rectangular cross-section, a lower half 42 having a rectangular cross-section, a second bent portion R disposed between the upper half 41 and the lower half 42, and a continuous notch 43 for avoiding a gap between the right edge of the second bent portion R and the substrate main body 31.
The second bending portion R is provided at the center portion in the up-down direction of the cover sheet 4 in the expanded posture (T). The second bending portion R includes: a central folding line r1, wherein the central folding line r1 extends along the left-right direction and is in a straight line shape; and an upper and lower folding line r2, wherein the upper and lower folding line r2 is arranged above and below the central folding line r1, extends along the left and right direction, and is in a straight line shape.
The second bending portion R is configured to bend in a direction away from the first bending portion N in the folded posture (F). More specifically, the second bending portion R is formed in a mountain-fold shape in which the central folding line R1 is located inside the left and right folding lines R2 in the folded posture (F).
The holder main body JH of the holder J having the above-described configuration is folded by the first folded portion t12 and the second folded portion t22 as the second folded portion U only when the holder main body takes the unfolded posture, and is operable to be unfolded from the covering position (B) to the unfolded position (S). The second bending portion U and the third bending portion V are bent to be able to be positioned at the outer position (P).
The base sheet 3 and the cover sheet 4 of the holder J can take a folded posture (F) and an unfolded posture (T) with the first and second bending portions N, R as rotation centers. That is, the holder J can change its posture in accordance with the posture change of the cover body a. In other words, the holder J is configured to be folded in half so as to follow the cover body a after the cover body a is folded in half, and is folded in half by being folded at the first and second folding portions N, R provided at the central portion in the up-down direction.
Next, with reference to fig. 13 and 14, the operation of the first fold portion M when the folder is shifted from the folded posture (F) to the unfolded posture (T) will be described.
As shown in fig. 13, when the folder is in the folded posture (F), the inner surfaces of the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 face each other with the transparent pocket E and the holder J folded in half therebetween. At this time, regarding the first bending portion M, the center plate-like portion M3 located between the pair of inner folding lines M2 assumes a posture intersecting the front cover 1 and the back cover 2, and the upper plate-like portion M4 and the lower plate-like portion M5 located between the outer folding line M1 and the inner folding line M2 assume a posture extending coplanar with the front cover 1 and the back cover 2.
Next, when the folder is changed from the folded position (F) of fig. 13 to the unfolded position (T) of fig. 14, the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 are brought into a position that coincides with each other on the virtual same plane. Similarly, the transparent pocket E and the holder J are also changed from the folded state to be overlapped with each other in a state where the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 are spread on the inner surface side.
In the unfolded posture (T), the first folded portion M takes a shape of a letter コ protruding from the front cover 1 and the back cover 2.
That is, the center plate-like portion M3 of the first folded portion M is in a posture substantially parallel to the front cover 1 and the back cover 2. On the other hand, the upper plate-like portion M4 and the lower plate-like portion M5 in the first bending portion M are in a posture substantially orthogonal to the front cover 1, the back cover 2, and the central plate-like portion M3.
The first extending portion t1 provided continuously with the base sheet main body 31 is welded to the first binding sheet C provided continuously with the front cover 1, and the second extending portion t2 provided continuously with the base sheet main body 31 is welded to the second binding sheet D provided continuously with the back cover 2. Therefore, the distance of separation between the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 in the unfolded posture (T) is limited by the substrate main body 31 so as not to be separated.
As a result, the document holder can be changed in posture by the deformation of the first bending portion M protruding outward, that is, by the upper plate-like portion M4 and the lower plate-like portion M5 standing up with respect to the front cover 1 and the back cover 2, and the concentration of stress that may occur in the portion between the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 in the unfolded posture (T) can be appropriately released.
As described in detail above, the folder according to the present embodiment includes: a cover body a having a front cover 1 and a back cover 2 connected via a first fold portion M; a transparent pocket E as a bound body, the transparent pocket E being provided on the inner surface side of the cover body A; and a holder J as a cover body or sheet body, the holder J being disposed so as to span between the front cover 1 and the back cover 2, and being fusion-fixed to the first and second binding sheets C, D in the cover body a, and being capable of covering at least a part of the transparent pocket E in the covering position (B).
The folder is configured to be capable of taking a folded posture (F) in which the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 can be unfolded so as to be substantially coplanar, and a folded posture (T) in which the inner surfaces of the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 face each other as a closed posture.
The first folded portion M can be protruded outward in the unfolded posture (T).
Therefore, in the case of the folder according to the present embodiment, the first bending portion M is configured to be capable of protruding outward in the unfolded posture (T), and therefore, the first bending portion M in the form of protruding outward in the unfolded posture (T) can be made to function as a finger catching portion of the user during use, and the portability of the user can be facilitated.
In particular, since the folder of the present embodiment is a folder provided with the transparent pocket E, the user can appropriately perform the operation of taking out and putting in the document or the like with respect to the transparent pocket E while the finger is caught by the protruding first bent portion M.
The cover body a includes a first binding sheet C that is provided continuously with the front cover 1 via a first bending portion C2 and a second binding sheet D that is provided continuously with the back cover 2 via a second bending portion D2. The transparent pocket E as the object to be bound is supported by the first binding sheet C via the first binding leg G as the binding member and by the second binding sheet D via the second binding leg H as the binding member, and a notch k1 is formed between the first bending portion C2 and the second bending portion D2.
Therefore, the first bending portion M provided between the front cover 1 and the back cover 2 can smoothly operate without interfering with the first and second binding sheets C, D.
The first bending portion M includes: a pair of outer folding lines M1, wherein the outer folding lines M1 are formed at the boundary parts of the first bending part M, the front cover 1 and the back cover 2; and a pair of inner folding lines m2, the pair of inner folding lines m2 being parallel to the pair of outer folding lines m1 and formed inside the pair of outer folding lines m 1.
In the unfolded posture (T), the upper and lower plate-like portions m4 and m5, which are portions between the outer fold line m1 and the inner fold line m2, can take a posture of standing up with respect to the front and rear covers 1 and 2.
Accordingly, the document holder can be changed in posture in which the upper plate-like portion M4 and the lower plate-like portion M5 stand up with respect to the front cover 1 and the rear cover 2 by the deformation of the first fold portion M, so that the concentration of stress that may occur in the portion between the front cover 1 and the rear cover 2 in the unfolded posture (T) is appropriately released. That is, in the case of the folder according to the present embodiment, the first bending portion M is provided, so that the posture between the folded posture (F) and the unfolded posture (T) can be changed extremely smoothly.
The transparent pocket E as the bound body can be moved relatively to the back cover 2. Therefore, the cover body a is not easily damaged by the presence of the transparent pocket E due to smooth posture change between the folded posture (F) and the unfolded posture (T).
The holder J includes a base sheet 3 having a continuous sheet shape and welded to the first binding sheet C and the second binding sheet D, respectively. When the folding posture (F) is changed to the unfolding posture (T), the base end of the front cover 1 and the base end of the back cover 2 are regulated by the base sheet 3 so as not to separate from each other.
Thus, the holder J is a member that reliably engages the base sheet 3 with the cover body a. Further, since the cover body a and the base sheet 3 are fixed by welding, a configuration can be suitably realized in which the base end portion of the front cover 1 and the base end portion of the back cover 2 do not separate from each other when the folding posture (F) is shifted to the unfolding posture (T). In other words, according to this configuration, the first folded portion M can appropriately take an outward protruding form in the unfolded posture (T).
Furthermore, the present utility model is not limited to the embodiments described in detail above.
The shape of the first bending portion may take an appropriate shape within a range not departing from the gist of the present utility model. That is, the first bending portion may be configured to protrude outward in the unfolded posture, and the specific protruding shape may be configured in various ways.
The bookbinding object may be any structure as long as it is provided on the inner surface side of the cover body, and is not limited to the transparent pocket as in the above embodiment. Examples of the other binding object include paper. The bound body is not limited to being supported by the cover body via the binding member, and may be fixed by welding or the like.
The bound body may be configured to be movable relative to the front cover instead of the back cover. The front cover and the back cover may be configured to be movable relative to each other.
The cover body is not limited to the holder shown in the above embodiment, as long as the cover body is disposed so as to span between the front cover and the back cover, is fixed to the cover body, and can cover at least a part of the bound body. That is, the cover may be configured to facilitate the first bending portion provided in the cover to protrude outward in the unfolded state and to cover the bound object at least partially.
In the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the holder as the cover is disposed so as to extend between the front cover and the back cover via the first binding sheet and the second binding sheet has been described, but the configuration is not limited to this. For example, the cover may be directly fixed to the front cover and the back cover without the first and second binding sheets, and may be disposed so as to extend between the front cover and the back cover.
The cover is not limited to the binding base side of the cover, and may be fixed to the side opposite to the binding base side.
The cover may not be provided with a storage space in which paper sheets and the like can be stored.
The cover may be configured as follows, for example.
The structure shown in fig. 15 is a structure showing an example of another embodiment of the holder J as a cover or a sheet body fixed to a folder.
With the holder J shown in fig. 15, the lower half 312 in the substrate main body 31 is fixed to the left side end edge of the lower half 42 in the cover sheet 4 by welding and is provided integrally and continuously with the lower end edge of the lower half 42 in the cover sheet 4.
The right edge of the base sheet body 31 and the right edge of the cover sheet 4 are not continuously provided and can be separated from each other when taking out and putting in a document or the like.
The upper half 311 of the substrate main body 31 and the upper half 41 of the cover sheet 4 are configured to be relatively movable in the up-down direction.
More specifically, a guide mechanism GY is provided between the upper half 311 of the substrate main body 31 and the upper half 41 of the cover sheet 4. The guide mechanism GY can guide the upper half 311 of the base sheet main body 31 and the upper half 41 of the cover sheet 4 so as to be movable in the up-down direction in conjunction with the opening/closing operation between the folded posture (F) and the unfolded posture (T) in the cover body a.
The guide mechanism GY includes: a guide rail portion gy1 provided on one side portion (in the example of fig. 15, the left side portion of the upper half 41 of the cover sheet 4) of either the upper half 311 of the base sheet body 31 or the upper half 41 of the cover sheet 4, and extending in the up-down direction; and a rail holding portion gy2 provided on the other side (in the example of fig. 15, the left side portion of the upper half portion 311 of the substrate main body 31) and holding the rail portion gy1 so as to be relatively movable in the up-down direction. With such a configuration, the upper half 41 of the cover sheet 4 can be moved relative to the upper half 311 of the substrate body 31 when the holder J is in the folded-in-half posture, and therefore the cover sheet 4 can be folded smoothly.
The specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present utility model.
