Abstract
一种防水防污面料,由内层及外层组成,所述内层由里层与中层螺旋织造而成,以材料制成的纤维重量含量计,里层材料成分为:羊毛4~10%、氨纶11~15%、再生纤维27~33%、聚酯纤维43~22%、发热纤维15~20%,中层材料成分为:发热纤维14~16%、氨纶10~15%、聚酯纤维41~24%、涤纶35~45%;所述外层为防水膜,防水膜通过热压粘接在中层上,同时防水膜的表层设有识别纹路,设别纹路内侧倾斜设置有微孔,微孔孔径10~12µm;所述防水膜上喷淋有防污剂,喷淋速度10~11m/s。本发明制备的面料制成冲锋衣,防风、防污效果佳;且保暖效果明显,柔软度合适,弹性大,穿着时肘部、膝部不易磨损。

技术领域
本发明涉及服饰面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水防污面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,户外运动逐渐成为城市休闲一族或普通周末郊游爱好者喜爱的运动,无论是做长距离的远足和登山,还是专业的探险、攀冰,一件适合的全天候冲锋衣成为必备之选。但冲锋衣在日常使用过程,防水性能不太稳定,同时着装一段时间后,肘部、膝部处因多次弯折易磨损、失效,保暖效果不太理想;因在户外运动,衣服表层也易被污渍沾染,不容易清洗。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种防水防污面料,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种防水防污面料,由内层及外层组成,所述内层由里层与中层螺旋织造而成,以材料制成的纤维重量含量计,里层材料成分为:羊毛 4~10%、氨纶11~15%、再生纤维27~33%、聚酯纤维43~22%、发热纤维15~20%,中层材料成分为:发热纤维14~16%、氨纶10~15%、聚酯纤维41~24%、涤纶35~45%;所述外层为防水膜,防水膜通过热压粘接在中层上,同时防水膜的表层设有识别纹路,设别纹路内侧倾斜设置有用于透气的微孔,孔径10~14µm,通过识别纹路快速便捷对接面料裁剪方向;所述防水膜上喷淋有防污剂,喷淋速度为10~11m/s。
在本发明中,所述里层与中层的织造由含有对应纤维重量的纱线制成。
在本发明中,所述上述纱线通过整经、浆纱、织造、预缩、染色及定型的步骤制成内层,而后通过热压将防水膜粘接在中层上,再在防水膜上通过喷淋设备喷淋防污剂。
有益效果:本发明制备的面料制成冲锋衣,防风效果佳,通过在防水膜上喷淋防污剂,并在中层中增加涤纶比重,双重防污,以增强面料的抗污性,防污效果佳;且保暖效果明显,柔软度合适,弹性大,穿着时肘部、膝部不易磨损。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种防水防污面料,由内层及外层组成,所述内层由里层与中层螺旋织造而成,以材料制成的纤维重量含量计,里层材料成分为:羊毛 4%、氨纶11%、再生纤维27%、聚酯纤维43%、发热纤维15%,中层材料成分为:发热纤维14%、氨纶10%、聚酯纤维41%、涤纶35%;所述外层为防水膜,防水膜通过热压粘接在中层上,同时防水膜的表层设有识别纹路,设别纹路内侧倾斜设置有微孔,孔径10µm,用于透气,通过识别纹路快速便捷对接面料裁剪方向;所述防水膜上喷淋有防污剂,喷淋速度为10m/s。

对上述实施例1~实施例5制备的防水功能面料,制成同等规格的冲锋衣进行防水、防污功能检测,微孔的孔径大在透气的同时也易浸透液体,通过在中层中增加涤纶比重,以增强面料的抗污性,实施例3制备的冲锋衣防风、防污效果最佳,且保暖,柔软度合适。

1. 一种防水防污面料,其特征在于,由内层及外层组成,所述内层由里层与中层螺旋织造而成,以材料制成的纤维重量含量计,里层材料成分为:羊毛 4~10%、氨纶11~15%、再生纤维27~33%、聚酯纤维43~22%、发热纤维15~20%,中层材料成分为:发热纤维14~16%、氨纶10~15%、聚酯纤维41~24%、涤纶35~45%;所述外层为防水膜,防水膜通过热压粘接在中层上,同时防水膜的表层设有识别纹路,设别纹路内侧倾斜设置有用于透气的微孔,微孔孔径10~14µm;所述防水膜上喷淋有防污剂,喷淋速度为10~11m/s。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防污面料,其特征在于,里层材料成分为:羊毛 6%、氨纶13%、再生纤维32%、聚酯纤维31%、发热纤维18%,中层材料成分为:发热纤维16%、氨纶13%、聚酯纤维31%、涤纶40%;微孔孔径12µm。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防水防污面料,其特征在于,里层材料成分为:羊毛 8%、氨纶14%、再生纤维36%、聚酯纤维22%、发热纤维20%,中层材料成分为:发热纤维17%、氨纶14%、聚酯纤维27%、涤纶42%;微孔孔径12µm。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种防水防污面料,其特征在于,所述里层与中层的织造由含有对应纤维重量的纱线制成。
5.根据权利要求4述的一种防水防污面料,其特征在于,所述纱线通过整经、浆纱、织造、预缩、染色及定型的步骤制成内层,而后通过热压将防水膜粘接在中层上,再在防水膜上通过喷淋设备喷淋防污剂。
