Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
Embodiments of a cleaning robot according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In one embodiment of the cleaning robot of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 7, 8, the cleaning robot has a main machine 10 and a base station 20. The base station 20 is provided with a host accommodating space S for accommodating the host 10, and when the host 10 does not work, needs to be charged, needs to be supplemented with cleaning liquid, and needs to recover and collect sewage, the host 10 resides in the host accommodating space S; when the floor is required to be cleaned, the main unit 10 enters the floor to be cleaned from the main unit accommodating space S, and moves along the floor while performing a cleaning work on the floor.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination with fig. 7 and 8, the main body 10 includes a main body 11, and a traveling mechanism 12, a cleaning assembly 13, a first container 14, a first pumping mechanism, a suction device, a dust box 16, a third pumping mechanism 17, and a second container 18 are disposed on the main body 11. The traveling mechanism 12 is used for driving the machine body 11 to move. The cleaning assembly 13 includes a drum brush 130 and a motor connected to the drum brush 130 to drive the drum brush 130 to rotate, and the drum brush 130 can contact the floor surface during rotation to clean the floor surface. The first container 14 is used for storing the cleaning liquid, the machine body 11 has a first connecting channel between the first container 14 and the cleaning assembly 13, and the first pumping mechanism is used for inputting the cleaning liquid in the first container 14 to the roller brush 130 of the cleaning assembly 13 through the first connecting channel, so that the cleaning liquid is attached to the surface of the roller brush 130. The body 11 forms a second connecting passage between the dust box 16 and the cleaning assembly 13; the suction device is used to suck the dirt entrained by the cleaning assembly 13 into the dust bin 16 via the second connecting channel. The second container 18 is used for storing sewage and dirt, and the machine body 11 is provided with a third connecting channel between the second container 18 and the dust box 16; the third pumping mechanism 17 is used to pump dirt in the dirt bin 16 into the second container 18.
In this embodiment, the traveling mechanism 12 can drive the machine body 11 to move on the floor, so that the cleaning assembly 13 of the main machine 10 can clean dirt on different areas on the floor, for example, the traveling mechanism 12 drives the machine body 11 to move along a specified path in an indoor space, so as to complete the complete coverage of the indoor space, and in this process, the cleaning assembly 13 can clean all areas on the floor of the indoor space.
The specific principle and mode of cleaning the floor by the cleaning assembly 13 are as follows: the drum brush 130 can be rotated by the motor, and during the rotation, the tip of the drum brush 130 can contact the ground, and through the contact, the impact and the collision with the ground, the drum brush 130 can remove and separate dirt on the ground from the ground without the dirt adhering or otherwise adhering to the ground. Also, in this embodiment, during the process that the roller brush 130 of the cleaning assembly 13 rotates to clean the dirt, the first pumping mechanism also inputs the cleaning liquid stored in the first container 14 to the roller brush 130 through the first connecting channel, so that the cleaning liquid is attached to the surface of the roller brush 130, and thus the dirt on the floor can be more easily cleaned and separated when the end of the roller brush 130 collides with the floor, and the dirt on the floor can also be cleaned and separated more completely.
After the dirt on the ground is separated and removed from the ground, under the action of the centrifugal force of the roller brush 130, because the centrifugal force of the roller brush 130 is directed toward the opening of the second connecting channel, a part of the dirt is rolled up from the ground and is projected to the second connecting channel, and a part of the dirt still remains on the ground. In this case, the suction device sucks the contaminants into the dust box 16 by suction, so that the contaminants are transferred from the floor surface to the dust box 16 for storage, and the floor surface is free of contaminants, thereby completing the cleaning of the floor surface.
In this embodiment, by providing the third pumping mechanism 17 and the second container 18, the dirt in the dust box 16 can be transferred into the second container 18 in time to prevent the dust box 16 from storing more dirt. Generally, if more dirt is stored in the dirt tray 16, the suction device will be affected to draw dirt from the floor into the dirt tray 16. In this embodiment, by transferring the dirt in the dirt box 16 into the second receptacle 18 in a timely manner, the dirt in the dirt box 16 can be constantly and continuously kept low, and the suction device can be prevented from inputting the dirt on the floor into the dirt box 16. In particular, the third pumping mechanism 17 may be a peristaltic pump. The second container 18 and the dust box 16 may be of an integral structure, and the integrally formed dust box 16 and second container 18 may be integrally separated from the machine body 11; with the arrangement, when the dirt in the second container 18 needs to be cleaned, the second container 18 can be taken out in a mode of separating the second container 18 from the machine body 11, and the dust box 16 can be cleaned together when the second container 18 is cleaned; moreover, a better seal can be achieved between the dirt bin 16 and the second container 18, which reduces the likelihood of dirt within the dirt bin 16 leaking into other areas as it is transferred to the second container 18.
Referring to fig. 4 to 8, the base station 20 has a wash tank 21, a base station fresh water tank 22, a base station waste water tank 23, and a second pumping mechanism 24. Wherein the cleaning tub 21 serves to accommodate the drum brush 130 therein when the main body 10 is placed in the main body accommodating space S, and serves as a space for the drum brush 130 to self-clean and spin-dry. The base station clean water tank 22 is used to contain cleaning fluid that may be used for input to the first container 14 of the host 10; when the cleaning liquid in the first container 14 is completely consumed or the amount of the cleaning liquid is small, the main unit 10 may reside in the main unit accommodating space S, and at this time, a passage connection may be established between the first container 14 and the base station clean water tank 22, and the base station clean water tank 22 may input and replenish the cleaning liquid into the first container 14. The base station sewage tank 23 is used for containing sewage, and the sewage contained in the base station sewage tank 23 can come from the second container 18 of the host 10; the main unit 10 continuously cleans the floor, and when the main unit 10 cannot continuously clean the floor due to the accumulation of large dirt and sewage in the second container 18, the main unit 10 may move into the main unit accommodating space S and reside, and at this time, a channel connection may be established between the second container 18 and the base station sewage tank 23, so that sewage in the second container 18 may be transferred into the base station sewage tank 23, and the main unit 10 may continuously clean the floor. The sewage contained in the base station sewage tank 23 can also come from the wash bowl 21, and when the main unit 10 resides in the main unit accommodating space S, the rolling brush 130 is accommodated in the wash bowl 21, and at this time, the rolling brush 130 can perform self-washing and spin-drying in the wash bowl 21, and the sewage generated during the self-washing and spin-drying can be transferred into the base station sewage tank 23 to prevent the sewage from remaining in the wash bowl 21 to affect the washing and drying of the rolling brush 130. The second pumping mechanism 24 is used to pump the sewage in the wash tank 21 into the base station sewage tank 23 to prevent the sewage from remaining in the wash tank 21.
After the main body 10 cleans the floor, the rolling brush 130, the mop cloth, and the like of the main body 10 are contaminated, and various contaminants are adhered to the surfaces of the rolling brush 130 and the mop cloth, the inventors of the present invention have found that, when the existing sweeping robot or the like automatically cleans the floor, the cleaning and drying of the mop cloth are generally performed, but the contamination of the rolling brush 130 is not paid attention. However, in practice, the soiling of the roller brush 130, and various liquids, oils, food residues, and the like adhering thereto, may cause mold and odor, thereby polluting the environment; moreover, the next time the floor is cleaned, it may not be possible to clean the floor.
In this embodiment, after the main body 10 cleans the floor, the traveling mechanism 12 of the main body 10 is automatically returned into the main body accommodating space S under the control of the control system. When the main body 10 correctly moves to the main body accommodating space S and resides, the roller brush 130 of the main body 10 is located at a position corresponding to the cleaning tank 21, and the cleaning tank 21 is located at a position below the roller brush 130.
Then, under the action of the first pumping mechanism, the cleaning liquid stored in the first container 14 of the main body 10 is input to the roller brush 130 of the cleaning assembly 13. In one embodiment of the cleaning robot, the main machine 10 further includes a spraying mechanism provided at an end of the first connecting passage adjacent to the cleaning assembly 13, the spraying mechanism having a nozzle facing the roller brush 130, the spraying mechanism being configured to spray the cleaning liquid in the first container 14 onto the roller brush 130. In this embodiment, the cleaning liquid is supplied to the roller brush 130 by spraying the cleaning liquid in the first container 14 onto the roller brush 130 by the spray mechanism. While the washing liquid is sprayed to the drum brush 130, the drum brush 130 may rotate; through the rotation, on one hand, all directions of the rolling brush 130 can be sprayed with the cleaning liquid, and on the other hand, various dirt attached to the surface of the rolling brush 130 can be better removed by means of the rotation of the rolling brush 130 and the centrifugal force generated during the rotation, so that the rolling brush 130 is cleaned more cleanly.
In practical implementation of the solution of this embodiment, the self-cleaning process may be performed in 15 to 30 seconds or other time length. The above-described washing action of spraying the washing liquid and rotating the drum brush 130 is continued during the self-cleaning process of each unit. After completing a unit self-cleaning process, if the cleaning effect of the rolling brush 130 is better, the cleaning of the rolling brush 130 can be finished; if the washing effect of the drum brush 130 is not good after one unit of the self-cleaning process is completed, one or more units of the self-cleaning process may be performed again until the drum brush 130 is cleaned to meet a predetermined cleaning standard.
In one embodiment of the cleaning robot, a protrusion 210 is provided in the cleaning tub 21, a tip of the protrusion 210 is located on a rotation path of the drum brush 130, and the protrusion 210 contacts the drum brush 130 when the drum brush 130 rotates. In this embodiment, the protrusions 210 may contact and collide with the roller brush 130 when the roller brush 130 rotates, and the dirt attached to the surface of the roller brush 130 may be more easily separated from the roller brush 130 during the process, so that a better cleaning effect of the dirt on the surface of the roller brush 130 may be achieved.
In one embodiment of the cleaning robot, the cleaning assembly 13 of the main body 10 includes comb teeth having tooth tips disposed on a rotation path of the drum brush 130, the comb teeth being used to remove contaminants attached to the drum brush 130 from the drum brush 130. In this embodiment, similar to the convex portion 210 in the above-described embodiment, the teeth of the comb teeth contact the roller brush 130 during the rotation of the roller brush 130, and various contaminants, especially, hairs, threads, etc. that are easily attached to the surface of the roller brush 130 can be hooked from the roller brush 130, and thus the surface of the roller brush 130 can be cleaned, which helps to clean the roller brush 130.
In the above process, the cleaning solution sprayed toward the roll brush 130 by the spray mechanism naturally flows to be obtained in the cleaning tank 21 corresponding to the roll brush 130 because the cleaning tank 21 is located below the roll brush 130. In one embodiment of the cleaning robot, the base station 20 further has a connection pipe connecting the washing tank 21 and the base station sump tank 23 of the base station 20, the base station sump tank 23 of the base station 20 being used for storing sewage. The base station 20 has a second pumping mechanism 24, the second pumping mechanism 24 acting to pump the liquid in the sink 21 into the base station sump tank 23. Thus, by means of a connecting pipe and the second pumping mechanism 24, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 21 can be conveyed into the base station sewage tank 23 after the self-cleaning process of the rolling brush 130, or the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 21 can be continuously conveyed into the base station sewage tank 23 during the self-cleaning process (better solution), so that the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank 21 is prevented from being excessive and even overflowing.
After the cleaning of the dirt adhered to the surface of the roller brush 130 is completed, since the cleaning liquid is used in the above cleaning process, the surface of the roller brush 130 is still wet; if the cleaning liquid and moisture remaining on the roller brush 130 are not cleaned in time, they are liable to mildew or generate an offensive odor before the moisture is volatilized and dried. In this regard, the drum brush 130 may reduce retention of moisture on the drum brush 130 by rotating for a predetermined time, for example, 30 seconds, to throw out moisture retained on the drum brush 130. It will be appreciated that this water that is thrown away will flow into the wash tank 21, and that part of the water in the wash tank 21 can likewise be transferred by the second pumping mechanism 24 via the third connecting pipe into the base station sump tank 23.
In one embodiment of the cleaning robot, the base station 20 further comprises a heating device 26 and a fan 27. A second connection pipe is formed between the heating device 26 and the main body accommodating space S and faces the drum brush 130. The fan 27 serves to generate an air flow from the heating device 26 to the drum brush 130 through the second connecting duct.
In this embodiment, for the main unit 10 which finishes cleaning the dirt attached to the surface of the rolling brush 130, the heating device 26 and the fan 27 arranged in the base station 20 are matched, the heating device 26 heats air, the fan 27 generates air flow, the air heated by the heating device 26 is blown to the rolling brush 130, and the moisture remaining on the rolling brush 130 can be dried as soon as possible, so as to prevent the moisture from mildewing and generating odor on the surface of the rolling brush 130.
