In this embodiment, when the communication connection between the control device 110 and the cloud server of the vehicle charging system 100 is interrupted, the control device 110 cannot upload data information to the cloud server, for example, data information of a vehicle, including a license plate number, a vehicle entrance time, a vehicle exit time, lane information where the vehicle passes, parking lot information, and the like; and data information sent by the cloud server, such as the amount of money to be paid by the vehicle, a confirmation message of the completion of the vehicle payment, and a command signal for controlling the lifting of the barrier gate rod, cannot be received. In this case, the control device 110 generates a payment code based on the data information of the vehicle recorded by the vehicle toll system 100, and transmits the payment code to the display device 120. Specifically, the control device 110 searches for data information (parking duration) related to the vehicle and calculates the fee to be paid based on the license plate number of the vehicle to be paid, and generates a payment code, which may be a two-dimensional code or a barcode. The control device 110 sends the payment code to the display device 120, the display device 120 displays the payment code, and the mobile terminal can perform the payment operation of the to-be-paid fee by scanning the payment code. After the payment of the mobile terminal of the vehicle to be paid is completed, the control device 110 receives payment confirmation information sent by the mobile terminal, determines whether the payment operation of the mobile terminal is successful, and confirms that the payment operation of the mobile terminal is successful when the payment confirmation information meets the confirmation condition of the control device 110.
Optionally, the display device 120 may further have a voice broadcast function, and may broadcast the license plate number and the fee to be paid while displaying the payment code.
It should be noted that the control device 110 may be a local computer device, such as a computer or a server, or an electronic device integrated with a controller, such as a camera, or other devices integrated with a controller.

Specifically, in a case where the communication connection between the control device 110 and the cloud server is interrupted, and the control device 110 cannot acquire the parking information of the vehicle to be paid, for example, a local area network of a vehicle charging system is interrupted, the control device cannot acquire the parking time of the vehicle to be paid, and thus cannot calculate the amount of money to be paid. The control device 110 may send a predetermined payment code to the display device 120, and the mobile terminal may scan the predetermined payment code to pay the parking fee. The preset payment code is a two-dimensional code comprising a fixed payment amount, and the payment amount to be paid of each vehicle to be paid is consistent without calculation based on the parking time of the vehicle to be paid. For example, the amount to be paid set by the preset payment code may be 2 yuan, 5 yuan, 10 yuan, etc., which is not specifically limited in this application.
After the vehicle completes payment operation based on the preset payment code, the cloud server sends payment confirmation information to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal sends the payment confirmation information to the control device 110, and the control device 110 controls the barrier gate rod to lift up after confirming the payment confirmation information. The control device 110 and the barrier rod may be connected point-to-point through a signal, and when the control device 110 detects that the connection to the network is impossible, a preset payment code is transmitted to the display device 120, and after the payment is confirmed to be successful, a control signal is transmitted to the barrier rod point-to-point to control the barrier rod to lift up and fall down.
According to the method provided by this embodiment, when the control device 110 cannot acquire the parking information of the vehicle to be paid and cannot calculate the parking fee based on the actual parking duration, the display device 120 is controlled to display the preset payment code, and the preset payment code is set to be a fixed amount, so that the user can control the barrier gate bar to be lifted up after successful payment, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the vehicle charging system and avoiding the vehicle congestion.
Optionally, the amount of money to be paid of the preset payment code may be determined based on parking data of the parking lot, where the parking data may include an average parking duration of a plurality of vehicles within a certain period, so as to provide a reasonable payment amount for the vehicle to be paid, and ensure normal operation of the parking lot.
According to an embodiment of the application, the data information carried by the payment code includes at least one of parking lot information, vehicle identity information, payment amount and a random number, and the payment confirmation information includes the data information carried by the payment code.
In this embodiment, the parking lot information may be a parking lot number, a lane number of the parking lot, the vehicle identification information may be a license plate number, and the random number may be a number combination composed of 8 digits. In one embodiment, the random number may be a combination of 11 digits, and the generation of the 11-digit random number may be combined with a time stamping technique to generate a combination of 11 digits, for example, a number of milliseconds representing time is added to the 8-digit random number to generate an 11-digit random number.
In an embodiment, the data information carried by the payment code generated by the control device 110 includes a parking lot number, a license plate number, a payment amount, and a random number, and the payment confirmation information received by the control device 110 includes the parking lot number, the license plate number, the payment amount, and the random number. The NFC reading device is configured to receive payment confirmation information transmitted by the mobile terminal, and send the information to the control device 110. It should be noted that the NFC reading device may be a part of the control device 110 or may be a separate device. In this embodiment, since the mobile terminal can directly place the device with the NFC function in the readable position of the NFC reading device, the payment confirmation information can be sent to the control device 110 without any other steps, thereby simplifying the operation procedure of sending and receiving the payment confirmation information, shortening the time required for the payment process, and the method has a simple, fast and safe operation process and can improve efficiency.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the system includes a plurality of vehicle information collecting devices, the control device 110 is one of the plurality of vehicle information collecting devices, and the plurality of vehicle information collecting devices are connected to each other through a local area network, so as to enable the plurality of vehicle information collecting devices to share vehicle data information, so that any one of the plurality of vehicle information collecting devices generates a payment code based on the shared vehicle data information, wherein the vehicle data information includes at least one of vehicle identity information and vehicle residence time information.
In this embodiment, the plurality of vehicle information collection devices may be a plurality of cameras, or ground coils, and the plurality of vehicle information collection devices are connected to each other through a local area network to share the collected vehicle data information among the plurality of vehicle information collection devices, wherein one or more of the vehicle information collection devices are connected to the cloud server to transmit the vehicle data information. Specifically, when the communication connection between the vehicle information collection device and the cloud server is interrupted, the vehicle information collection device at the exit generates a payment code based on the shared vehicle data information, and sends the payment code to the display device 120, for example, after the exit camera scans the license plate and the exit time, the exit camera obtains the entry time of the license plate by sharing the entry time of the entrance camera, and calculates the retention time and the amount of money to be paid. The method can realize that when the communication between the vehicle charging system and the cloud server is interrupted, the camera at the outlet generates the payment code based on the shared information, and the payment code is used for the vehicle to be paid to carry out the payment operation.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the system further comprises a barrier bar, and the control device 110 is further configured to control the lifting or lowering of the barrier bar after confirming that the payment operation is successful.
In this embodiment, the control device 110 confirms that the payment operation of the mobile terminal is successful, and sends a signal command to the barrier rod, so that the barrier rod is lifted to enable the vehicle to exit through the barrier gate, and after the vehicle exits, the barrier rod is lowered, thereby effectively ensuring the normal order of vehicle passing.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a vehicle charging method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method shown in fig. 2 is applied to a vehicle toll collection system, and is executed by a local server (specifically, by a controller of the server), or an electronic device integrated with the controller, such as a camera or a camera.
