FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for maintaining a shared product according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method may be performed by the server 301 in the shared product maintenance system 300 shown in FIG. 1. The method comprises the following steps:
step 101, receiving a settlement request sent by a terminal, where the settlement request includes an identifier of a product sharing device, the terminal is a device used by a user maintaining a shared product, and the product sharing device is a device for storing and sharing the shared product.
The server receives a settlement request sent by the terminal.
Illustratively, the terminal is the terminal 302 in the shared product maintenance system 300 shown in FIG. 1. Illustratively, the terminal is a terminal used by a merchant, or the terminal is a terminal used by a maintainer of the shared device. Illustratively, the manner in which the terminal obtains the identifier of the product sharing device includes: the terminal obtains the identification of the product sharing equipment by scanning the two-dimensional code on the product sharing equipment and sends a settlement request; or the terminal acquires the identifier of the product sharing equipment after accessing WiFi and Bluetooth of the product sharing equipment or connecting the terminal with the product sharing equipment through a data line; or, the user manually inputs the identifier of the sharing device on the terminal; any one of them. Illustratively, when a user clicks a settlement control in a client, a terminal sends a settlement request to a server; or when the user scans the two-dimensional code on the product sharing equipment by using the code scanning function of the client, the terminal sends a settlement request to the server.
A product sharing device is a device for depositing, sharing, borrowing, or returning a shared product. Illustratively, the product sharing device may receive control of the server, controlling the lending and returning of the shared product. Illustratively, the placement of the product sharing device is relatively fixed and rarely mobile.
The identification of the product sharing device is the code and code number of the product sharing device. Illustratively, the product sharing devices are configured to identify the product sharing devices, each having its corresponding unique identifier.
And 102, sending a state detection instruction to the product sharing equipment according to the identifier, wherein the state detection instruction is used for indicating the product sharing equipment to carry out state detection on the shared product.
And the server sends a state detection instruction to the product sharing equipment according to the identifier.
Illustratively, the server instructs the product sharing device to detect the status of the shared product after receiving a settlement request sent by the terminal. And if the product sharing equipment detects that the shared product state is normal, performing a settlement process to settle and propose the account number of the terminal user. And if the product sharing equipment detects that the shared product state is abnormal, not performing a settlement process, reminding the terminal of abnormal shared product, and performing settlement after eliminating the abnormal shared product state.
The state detection instruction is an instruction sent by the server to the product sharing device and used for instructing the product sharing device to detect the program by itself. For example, the product sharing device may detect an operation status of the product sharing device, including a connection status of the shared product, a location placement status of the shared product, a number of the shared product, a shared order status of the shared product, and the like.
And 103, responding to the settlement request when receiving the normal state signal sent by the product sharing equipment, wherein the normal state signal is generated when the shared products are in the normal state.
And when the server receives the normal state signal sent by the product sharing equipment, responding to the settlement request.
Illustratively, when the state detection result of the product sharing device is normal, it indicates that the operation states of the product sharing device and the shared product are normal, and no maintenance is needed, the server responds to the settlement request sent by the terminal to perform settlement.
Illustratively, the way the server responds to the settlement request is: and the server acquires the promotion amount stored in the product sharing equipment and transfers the corresponding electronic resource to the user account of the terminal according to the promotion amount. For example, each sharing order of the shared product is stored in the product sharing device, and for example, the server may calculate the credit amount according to the sharing order stored in the product sharing device, or the product sharing device may calculate the credit amount after each sharing order is finished, and store the credit amount in an accumulation manner with the historical non-settled credit amount.
In summary, the method provided in this embodiment detects the status of the shared product by sending a status detection instruction to the product sharing device before responding to the settlement request, and when the status of the shared product is normal, responds to the settlement request sent by the terminal to provide settlement for the user of the terminal. The state of the shared product is normal as the premise of extraction and extraction by the merchant, and the merchant can extract the shared product only if the state of the shared product is normal, so that the merchant is prompted to maintain the shared product nearby, no special person needs to be dispatched to maintain the shared product, and the investment of manpower and material resources in the maintenance process of the shared product is reduced.
For example, before sending the status detection instruction to the product sharing device, the server may confirm whether the terminal is near the product sharing device. For example, only when the terminal is near the product sharing device, the user using the terminal may check the abnormality of the product sharing device or the shared product in time, and take corresponding measures to maintain the abnormal condition.
For example, the step of confirming whether the terminal is near the product sharing device may be performed after the server sends the status detection instruction to the product sharing device, or performed after the product sharing device completes status detection.
Illustratively, whether the terminal is near the product sharing device may be confirmed through three methods. Firstly, the position reported by the terminal is compared with the position of the product sharing equipment for confirmation; secondly, comparing the position reported by the terminal with the position of the product sharing equipment, and confirming whether the terminal is connected with the product sharing equipment in a near field communication mode or not after confirming that the position is close; and thirdly, directly confirming whether the terminal is connected with the product sharing equipment in a near field communication mode.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a maintenance method for a shared product according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 4, one of three methods for confirming that a terminal is near a product sharing device may be selected. The method may be performed by the server 301 in the shared product maintenance system 300 shown in FIG. 1. In contrast to the exemplary embodiment provided in fig. 2, step 102 is replaced by the following steps:
the first method includes step 1021, step 1022, step 1023, step 1024, step 1213, step 1025, and step 1026.
Step 1021, determining the first position of the terminal according to the first position information.
The server determines a first position of the terminal according to the first position information.
Illustratively, the settlement request sent by the terminal to the server includes first position information of the terminal. Illustratively, the first location information of the terminal is information including a first location where the terminal is located. Illustratively, the first location is a location where the terminal is located. The first location information is location information obtained by the terminal through one of GPS positioning, base station positioning, WiFi positioning, AGPS (Assisted Global positioning System) positioning, Global navigation satellite System (Global navigation System) positioning, and beidou positioning.
Step 1022, obtain the second location where the product sharing device is located.
The server obtains a second position where the product sharing device is located.
The second location is where the product sharing device is located. Illustratively, the second location is stored in a server. For example, the geographical locations of all product sharing devices are stored in the server, and the server may obtain the second location of the product sharing device according to the identifier of the product sharing device. For example, the second location may also be obtained by the server sending a second location obtaining instruction to the product sharing device, so that the product sharing device reports its location.
In step 1023, it is determined whether the distance difference between the first position and the second position is smaller than a distance threshold.
The server judges whether the distance difference between the first position and the second position is smaller than a distance threshold value. In the first method, step 1024 is performed if the distance difference is smaller than the threshold, otherwise step 1025 is performed. In the second method, if the distance difference is less than the threshold, then step 1027 is performed, otherwise step 1025 is performed.
The distance difference is a difference in distance between the first location and the second location.
The distance threshold is a judgment criterion used by the server to judge whether the distance between the terminal and the product sharing device is close. Illustratively, the distance threshold may be a distance of any length. For example, the distance threshold may be that the difference between the first location and the second location is less than one meter. For example, the distance threshold may be a range of positions, for example, the distance threshold may be that the first position and the second position are located in the same block region. For example, the server may further determine whether the distance between the terminal and the product sharing device is close by determining whether the MAC (Media Access Control Address) addresses of the first location and the second location are the same.
And step 1024, when the distance difference between the first position and the second position is smaller than the distance threshold.
Illustratively, when the distance difference between the first location and the second location is smaller than the distance threshold, the server proceeds to step 1213 to send a status detection instruction to the product sharing device.
Step 1025, when the distance difference between the first position and the second position is greater than the distance threshold.
Illustratively, when the difference between the first location and the second location is greater than the distance threshold, the terminal is too far from the product sharing device, and the server proceeds to step 1026 and does not respond to the settlement request.
For example, step 1213 may be performed when the distance difference between the first location and the second location is equal to the distance threshold, and step 1026 may also be performed.
At step 1026, the settlement request is not responded to.
The server does not respond to the settlement request.
Illustratively, the server determines that the settlement step cannot be performed. Illustratively, the server sends a settlement non-executable signal to the terminal. Illustratively, a "too far distance to settle" or other prompt message is displayed on the terminal, or a "too far distance to get close to the product sharing device" or other prompt tone is played.
In the second or third method, the way in which the server does not respond to the settlement request may also be: and sending a connection timeout signal to the terminal. After the terminal receives the connection overtime information number, the terminal displays connection overtime, please initiate settlement again or other prompt information, or plays connection overtime waiting or other prompt tones.
The second method comprises steps 1021, 1022, 1023, 1025, 1026, 1027, 1029, 1210, 1213.
And step 1027, when the distance difference between the first position and the second position is smaller than the distance threshold, sending a settlement signal to the product sharing device according to the identification.
The settlement signal is used for controlling the product sharing device to enter a connection waiting state, and the connection waiting state is a state in which the short-range communication mode of the product sharing device waits for the terminal to access. Illustratively, the close-range communication mode includes at least one of WiFi, bluetooth, data line and NFC.
Illustratively, after roughly estimating the position of the terminal and the position of the product sharing device according to the first position information uploaded by the terminal, the server further confirms the position of the terminal again by using the near field communication function of the product sharing device. Illustratively, the server confirms whether the terminal accesses the near field communication mode provided by the product sharing device.
The settlement signal is an instruction signal sent by the server to the product sharing device, and is used for controlling the product sharing device to enter a connection waiting state, namely, the product sharing device starts a short-distance communication mode to wait for the access of the terminal. If the terminal accesses the near field communication mode of the product sharing equipment, the product sharing equipment returns connection confirmation information to the server.
Illustratively, the product sharing device in the connection waiting state starts at least one near field communication mode of bluetooth, WiFi, NFC, RFID, and data lines, and the waiting terminal establishes connection with the product sharing device through at least one near field communication mode of bluetooth, WiFi, NFC, RFID, and data lines.
The third method includes step 1028, step 1029, step 1210, and step 1213.
And step 1028, sending a settlement signal to the product sharing device according to the identifier.
And the server sends a settlement signal to the product sharing equipment according to the identification.
Illustratively, reference is made to the step of the server sending a settlement signal to the product idea device in step 1027.
Step 1029, determine whether a connection confirmation message is received.
The server determines whether connection confirmation information is received.
The connection confirmation information is information for confirming connection sent by the product sharing device to the server after the product sharing device is connected with the terminal in the near field communication mode.
Illustratively, when the product sharing device receives the settlement signal, the close range communication mode of the product sharing device enters a connection waiting state. Illustratively, the connection waiting state has a time limit, for example, when the product sharing device enters the connection waiting state after receiving the settlement signal, waits for 3 minutes, and stops the connection waiting state if no terminal is accessed after 3 minutes; and if the terminal is accessed, sending connection confirmation information of the terminal access to the server. For example, the server determines whether the connection confirmation information transmitted from the product sharing device is received within a time limit of the connection waiting state.
Illustratively, the connection confirmation information includes at least one of an identifier of the product sharing device, an identifier of the terminal, and an access time of the near field communication mode in which the terminal accesses the product sharing device.
For example, since the near field communication method provided by the product sharing device limits the distance from the terminal to the product sharing device, for example, WiFi or bluetooth of the product sharing device may be accessed only when the terminal enters the signal radiation range of the product sharing device, or a data line of the product sharing device may be accessed only when the data line is plugged into a data line interface of the terminal, or NFC or RFID of the product sharing device may be accessed only when the terminal is close to the NFC or RFID module of the product sharing device. Therefore, when the server receives the connection confirmation information, the server can confirm that the terminal is located in the vicinity of the product sharing device.
Illustratively, if the server receives the connection confirmation information, step 1210 is performed, otherwise, step 1026 is performed.
And step 1210, when the connection confirmation information sent by the product sharing equipment is received.
Illustratively, when the server receives the connection confirmation information sent by the product sharing device, the server proceeds to step 1213 to send a status detection instruction to the product sharing device, and control the product sharing device to start self-detection.
Step 1213, sending a status detection instruction to the product sharing device according to the identifier.
And the server sends a state detection instruction to the product sharing equipment according to the identifier of the product sharing equipment.
Illustratively, step 1213 may be with reference to step 102.
In summary, the method provided in this embodiment provides three methods for confirming that the terminal is located near the product sharing device, which are respectively: receiving first position information reported by a terminal; receiving first position information reported by a terminal and connection confirmation information reported by product sharing equipment; and receiving the connection confirmation information reported by the product sharing equipment. The server confirms whether the positions of the terminal and the product sharing equipment are close or not by judging the first position information or the connection confirmation information, if so, a state detection instruction is sent to the product sharing equipment to control the product sharing equipment to carry out state detection, and if not, a settlement unexecutable signal is sent to the terminal to inform a user of approaching the product sharing equipment when the distance is too far. Only when the terminal is near the product sharing equipment, the user can process the abnormal condition of the product sharing equipment in time and maintain the product sharing equipment in time so as to ensure the normal operation of the product sharing equipment.
Illustratively, in order to promote a merchant to maintain a product sharing device and a shared product, a server does not limit a user account number for extracting a withdrawal statement, a terminal logs in any user account number, scans a two-dimensional code on the product sharing device, and can extract the withdrawal statement to ensure that the product sharing device and the shared product operate normally. This may facilitate store personnel working in the vicinity of the product sharing device in the merchant to maintain the product sharing device and share the product.
Illustratively, to ensure that the user account number for extracting the offer is a merchant or clerk who performs routine maintenance on the product sharing device and the shared product, the server limits the settlement time for the offer. For example, the withdrawal settlement is performed only at the number 5 every month, or the withdrawal settlement is performed only at ten to eleven am every day, and the settlement request server transmitted from the terminal of the other time slot does not respond.
Illustratively, the server also verifies the password sent by the terminal when the amount of the settlement is large or the settlement requires a higher level of security.
Illustratively, when the status detection result of the product sharing device is abnormal, the server notifies the terminal to perform maintenance of the product sharing device or the shared product.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for maintaining a shared product according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
Step 1211, determine whether the settlement request transmission time is within the target time range.
The server judges whether the settlement request transmission time is within the target time range.
The settlement request also includes a settlement request transmission time. The settlement request transmission time is a time at which the terminal transmits the settlement request.
The target time range is a time range in which settlement can be performed. The server can perform the contribution settlement of the product sharing device within the target time range. For example, the target time range may be any time range, e.g., the target time range may be one to two points of the day, or the target time range may be ten minutes after the completion of the first shared order per day, or the target time range may be the third day of each month.
Illustratively, the server determines whether the settlement request transmission time is within the target time range, if so, the step 1212 is performed, otherwise, the step 1026 is performed.
And step 1212, when the settlement request transmission time is within the target time range.
Illustratively, when the settlement request transmission time is within the target time range, the server proceeds to step 1213.
At step 1026, the settlement request is not responded to.
The server does not respond to the settlement request.
Illustratively, the server sends a settlement time error signal to the terminal, and after the terminal receives the settlement time error signal, the terminal displays the 'time which can not be settled' or other prompting information, or the terminal plays the 'current time can not be settled' or other voice prompts.
Step 1213, sending a status detection instruction to the product sharing device according to the identifier, where the status detection instruction is used to instruct the product sharing device to perform status detection on the shared product.
And the server sends a state detection instruction to the product sharing equipment according to the identifier.
Step 1301, when a normal state signal sent by the product sharing device is received.
For example, after the server sends the status detection instruction to the product sharing device, the product sharing device starts a status detection program to start status detection. And after the state detection of the product sharing equipment is finished, the product sharing equipment sends a detection result of the state detection to the server.
And when all the detection results of the state detection are normal, the product sharing equipment sends a normal state signal to the server. When the server receives the status normal signal, it proceeds to step 1302.
At step 1302, it is determined whether the settlement information is the target settlement information.
The server judges whether the settlement information is the target settlement information.
Illustratively, the settlement request further includes settlement information, the settlement information including at least one of a settlement amount, a kind of the product sharing device, a settlement time, and a settlement place. The settlement amount is the sum of the withdrawal due by the user in the current settlement. The category of the product sharing device is an identification or classification of the product sharing device. The server may obtain the classification of the product sharing device directly or based on the identification. The settlement time is a time when the terminal transmits a settlement request to the server. The settlement place is a first place where the terminal is located or a second place where the product sharing device is located.
The target settlement information is settlement information having a security risk level greater than a threshold value. Illustratively, the target settlement information is settlement information requiring a higher security level. For example, the target settlement information is: the settlement amount is more than 100 yuan; the product sharing equipment belongs to product sharing equipment with high security level; the settlement time is twelve points to one point when the flow of people is more; the settlement place is a densely populated area or the like.
Illustratively, the server proceeds to step 1303 when the settlement information belongs to the target settlement information, otherwise proceeds to step 1036.
And step 1303, receiving the password sent by the terminal when the settlement information belongs to the target settlement information.
When the settlement information belongs to the target settlement information, the server receives the password transmitted by the terminal.
Illustratively, when the server judges that the settlement information belongs to the target settlement information, the server sends a password acquisition request to the terminal, the terminal displays a password required to be input for the settlement after receiving the password acquisition request, and the terminal sends the password to the server for password verification after acquiring the password input by the user.
The password is a password corresponding to the product sharing device. Illustratively, one product sharing device corresponds to one password. For example, the password may be a password corresponding to the merchant. I.e. one merchant corresponds to one password. For example, if a merchant has ten product sharing devices, the passwords for the ten product sharing devices are all the same.
In step 1304, it is determined whether the password is correct.
The server determines whether the password is correct, if so, proceeds to step 1035, otherwise, to step 1026.
Step 1305, when the password is verified to be correct.
Illustratively, when the password is verified to be correct, the server proceeds to step 1306 to respond to the settlement request.
Step 1306, responding to the settlement request.
And the server confirms that the settlement is legal and the state of the product sharing equipment is normal, responds to the settlement request and carries out settlement promotion for the user account number logged in by the terminal. Illustratively, the server transfers the electronic resource or the virtual resource corresponding to the settlement amount to the user account logged in the terminal according to the settlement information in the settlement request.
At step 1026, the settlement request is not responded to.
Illustratively, the server does not respond to settlement requests and does not perform contribution settlement. Illustratively, the server sends a password error signal to the terminal, and after the terminal receives the password error information number, the terminal displays a password error prompt or other prompts, or the terminal plays the password error prompt or other voice prompts.
And 104, when a state abnormity signal sent by the product sharing equipment is received, sending a state abnormity prompt to the terminal according to the state abnormity signal.
And when the state abnormity signal sent by the product sharing equipment is received, the server sends a state abnormity prompt to the terminal according to the state abnormity signal.
Illustratively, when the state detection result of the product sharing device is that the state of one or some shared products is abnormal, the product sharing device sends a state abnormal signal corresponding to the abnormal shared product to the server. The status exception signal is generated when the shared product is in an exception state. Illustratively, the status exception signal includes an identification of the abnormal shared product, and the server may identify which shared products are abnormal according to the status exception signal.
Illustratively, the server sends a state abnormity prompt to the terminal when receiving the state abnormity signal. Illustratively, after the terminal receives the state exception prompt, the terminal displays the "shared product state exception" or other prompts, or plays the "shared product exception" voice prompt. Illustratively, the status exception prompt includes an identification of the exception sharing product. And after receiving the state abnormity prompt, the terminal prompts that the first sharing product and the third sharing product are abnormal according to the identification of the abnormal sharing product.
And 105, opening the use permission of the abnormal shared product used by the terminal, wherein the use permission is used for allowing the user of the terminal to take out the abnormal shared product for maintenance.
The product sharing device includes at least one shared product, and the status exception signal includes an identification of an exception shared product.
And the server opens the use permission of the abnormal shared product used by the terminal, and the use permission is used for allowing the user of the terminal to take out the abnormal shared product for maintenance.
An exception shared product is a shared product with an exception status. Illustratively, the abnormal shared product exists at least one state abnormality of a position placement abnormality, a charging abnormality, a shared order abnormality, a contact abnormality, and the like.
Illustratively, the server will open the authority to temporarily take out and borrow the abnormal shared product for the terminal, and the user can temporarily take out the abnormal shared product to check and maintain so as to eliminate the abnormal state. For example, if the user cannot eliminate the abnormal state, the user may contact the operator of the shared product to perform recycling or maintenance.
Illustratively, when the server receives the state abnormal signal, the server generates a maintenance order of the abnormal shared product and sends the maintenance order to the terminal, and after the user takes out the abnormal shared product, the user returns the abnormal shared product to the factory for maintenance according to the maintenance order.
Illustratively, the status exception signal may also be a prompt for an insufficient number of shared products in the product sharing device. When the server receives the abnormal state signal, the server generates a replenishment order according to the abnormal state signal and sends the replenishment order to the terminal, the user fills in the delivery address after receiving the replenishment order, and after the operator of the shared product sends the shared product to the user according to the delivery address, the user puts the shared product into the product sharing equipment.
For example, after the abnormal state of the product sharing device or the shared product is eliminated, the terminal may reinitiate the settlement request and perform the settlement again.
In summary, the method provided in this embodiment limits the settlement time by setting the target time range, and the settlement can be performed only within the target time range. Setting the password improves the safety of settlement and prevents the withdrawal of the product sharing device from being settled arbitrarily. After the abnormal state signal is received, the terminal is prompted to maintain, repair or replenish the shared product, so that the normal running state of the shared product is ensured, a merchant can maintain the shared product nearby, a specially-assigned person is not required to be dispatched to maintain the shared product, and the investment of manpower and material resources in the maintenance process of the shared product is reduced.
Illustratively, the present application provides an exemplary embodiment of a method for implementing maintenance of a shared product on a product sharing device side.
FIG. 6 shows a flowchart of a method for maintaining a shared product according to an example embodiment of the present application. The method may be performed by the product sharing device 303 in the shared product maintenance system 300 shown in FIG. 1. The method comprises the following steps:
step 204, receiving a state detection instruction, wherein the state detection instruction is used for starting a state detection program of the product sharing equipment; the state detection instruction is sent to the product sharing equipment by the server after the terminal sends a settlement request to the server; the terminal is a device used by a user for maintaining a shared product, and the product sharing device is a device for storing and sharing the shared product; the state detection program is used for controlling the product sharing equipment to detect the working state of the shared product.
The product sharing device receives a status detection instruction.
For example, corresponding to step 102 or step 1213, after the server sends the status detection instruction to the product sharing device, the product sharing device receives the status detection instruction.
Step 205, starting a state detection program and obtaining a state detection result.
And starting a state detection program by the product sharing equipment to obtain a state detection result.
Illustratively, the state detection program is a self-test program of the product sharing device, which is used for detecting the current operating state and the historical operating state of the shared product and the product sharing device. Illustratively, the state detection result can be obtained after the product sharing device runs the state detection program.
Step 206, sending the status detection result to the server.
And the product sharing equipment sends the state detection result to the server.
In summary, in the method provided in this embodiment, after the terminal sends the settlement request, the product sharing device runs the state detection program to detect the states of the product sharing device and the shared product, and sends the state detection result to the server, and the server determines to continue the settlement or sends the state abnormality prompt to the terminal according to the state detection result. The state detection of the product sharing equipment is combined with the settlement and the promotion of the merchant, so that the detection result of the product sharing equipment can be timely and effectively received and maintained on site each time, the merchant can maintain the shared product nearby, a specially-assigned person is not required to be sent to maintain the shared product, and the investment of manpower and material resources in the maintenance process of the shared product is reduced.
For example, before the status detection, the product sharing device may detect whether the terminal is located near the product sharing device through a short-range communication method. For example, in order to prevent the theft of the status detection program of the product sharing device, the step of detecting the location of the terminal is generally performed before the step of status monitoring. Illustratively, the step of detecting the state may be preceded by the step of detecting the position of the terminal.
For example, the step of verifying the password may also be adjusted arbitrarily, that is, the password is verified before the position is verified, and then the state detection is performed, or the password is verified before the position is verified before the state detection is performed, and the front and back order of the three processes may be adjusted arbitrarily.
Illustratively, the application also provides a state detection program of the product sharing device, and an exemplary embodiment of detecting the state of the shared product.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a method for maintaining a shared product according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method may be performed by the product sharing device 303 in the shared product maintenance system 300 shown in FIG. 1. The method comprises the following steps:
step 201, receiving a settlement signal sent by the server, where the settlement signal is used to control the product sharing device to enter a connection waiting state, where the connection waiting state is a state in which a near field communication mode of the product sharing device waits for access of a terminal, and the near field communication mode includes at least one of WiFi, bluetooth, a data line, and NFC.
Step 202, when a connection signal of the terminal is obtained, sending connection confirmation information to the server, wherein the connection signal is a signal sent after the terminal is connected with the product sharing device in a near field communication mode.
And when the connection signal of the terminal is acquired, the product sharing equipment sends connection confirmation information to the server.
Illustratively, when the terminal is connected to the product sharing device in a close-range connection manner, the product sharing device acquires the identifier of the terminal and sends connection confirmation information to the server according to the identifier of the terminal. The connection confirmation information comprises the identification of the terminal, and the server confirms that the terminal has accessed the product sharing equipment according to the terminal identification in the connection confirmation information.
In step 203, when the connection signal of the terminal is not acquired, the connection waiting state is terminated.
And when the connection signal of the terminal is not acquired, the product sharing equipment terminates the connection waiting state.
Illustratively, the connection waiting state of the product sharing device has the longest waiting time, and the product sharing device terminates the connection waiting state when the connection signal of the terminal is not received after the longest waiting time. At this time, the user needs to resend the settlement request or manually activate the connection waiting state of the product sharing device.
Step 204, receiving a state detection instruction, wherein the state detection instruction is used for starting a state detection program of the product sharing equipment;
the state detection instruction is sent to the product sharing device by the server after the terminal sends a settlement request to the server. The terminal is a device used by a user who maintains a shared product, and the product sharing device is a device for storing and sharing the shared product. The state detection program is used for controlling the product sharing equipment to detect the working state of the shared product.
Step 2051, detecting a connection state of a shared product stored in the product sharing device, where the connection state includes at least one of a voltage, a current, and a contact connection state of the shared product.
The product sharing device detects a connection state of a shared product stored in the product sharing device.
The connected state is a state in which the shared product accesses the product sharing device. For example, the shared product stored in the product sharing device needs to be electrically connected to the product sharing device. Illustratively, at least one interface or at least one contact on the shared product is connected to the product sharing device. Illustratively, the product sharing device may charge the shared product, or detect the charge status of the shared product.
For example, the product sharing device detects a charging state of the shared product, for example, detects whether there is an abnormality in parameters such as a charging current, a charging voltage, a charging time period, and the like, for example, when the charging current is greater than 10 amperes, the product sharing device determines that the shared product is connected abnormally.
Illustratively, the product sharing device detects whether the shared product is fully charged and whether the shared product with insufficient charge is in a charging state.
Illustratively, the contact is a spring plate that can sense pressure. Illustratively, when the contact is depressed, the product sharing device detects whether a shared product is accessed and whether a foreign object is pressing against the contact.
Step 2052, when the connection state is normal, determining the first state normal signal as a state detection result.
When the connection state is normal, the product sharing device determines the first state normal signal as a state detection result.
The first state normal signal is a signal generated after the product sharing device confirms that the connection states of all the shared products are normal.
Step 2053, when the connection state is abnormal, determines the first state abnormal signal as the state detection result.
When the connection state is abnormal, the product sharing device determines a first state abnormal signal as a state detection result.
The first state abnormality signal is a signal generated by the product sharing apparatus after confirming that there is an abnormality in the connection state of at least one shared product. Illustratively, the first status exception signal includes an identification of an exception sharing product.
Illustratively, the abnormal connection state includes that the voltage or the current is too large or too small, and the abnormal connection state of the contact and the shared product includes that the contact cannot acquire the connection information of the shared product, the contact acquires the access signal of the shared product but cannot charge the shared product, and the like.
Illustratively, the method for detecting the status of the shared product by the product sharing device further includes steps 2054 to 2056 as shown in fig. 8.
Step 2054, the number of shared products stored in the product sharing device is detected.
The product sharing device detects the number of shared products stored in the product sharing device.
For example, the number of shared products stored in the product sharing device may be the number of shared products stored in the current product sharing device, or the number of shared products stored in the historical product sharing device. Illustratively, when the number of shared products stored in the product sharing apparatus is the number of shared products stored in the historical product sharing apparatus, the number of shared products stored in the product sharing apparatus is an average of the number of shared products stored in the historical product sharing apparatus.
Illustratively, the product sharing device detects the number of shared products stored in the product sharing device. Illustratively, the product sharing device detects the number of shared products in the product sharing device within a historical period of time, for example, the number of shared products placed in the product sharing device three days before the product sharing device acquires the shared products, for example, 3 shared products are placed in the product sharing device on the first day, 5 shared products are placed on the second day, and 1 shared product is placed on the third day, so that the number of shared products placed in the product sharing device is 3.
Step 2055, when the number of the shared products is smaller than the first number threshold, determining the second state abnormal signal as a state detection result.
When the number of the shared products is smaller than the first number threshold, the product sharing device determines the second state abnormal signal as a state detection result.
The first quantity threshold is a judgment criterion for judging whether the quantity of the shared products in the product sharing equipment is too low. If the number of the shared products stored in the product sharing equipment is lower than the first threshold value, the number of the shared products in the product sharing equipment is too small, and replenishment is needed.
For example, the reason why the number of the shared products in the product sharing device is too small may be that the user returns the shared products in other product sharing devices after borrowing the shared products, or does not return the shared products, or the shared products are damaged.
The second status abnormality signal is a signal generated when the product sharing apparatus confirms that the number of stored shared products is too small.
And step 2056, when the number of the shared products is greater than the first number threshold, determining the second state normal signal as a state detection result.
When the number of the shared products is larger than the first number threshold, the product sharing device determines the second state normal signal as a state detection result.
For example, if the number of the shared products stored in the product sharing device is greater than or equal to or greater than the first number threshold, the product sharing device confirms that the number of the shared products is sufficient and does not need to be supplemented with additional shared products.
Illustratively, when the number of shared products is equal to the first number threshold, step 2055 may be performed, and step 2056 may also be performed.
Illustratively, the method for the product sharing device to detect the status of the shared product further comprises steps 2057 to 2510 as shown in fig. 9.
At step 2057, at least one share order for the shared product stored in the product sharing device is obtained, the share order including a time of use of the shared product, the time of use being a time taken by the shared product from being lent to being returned.
The product sharing device obtains at least one sharing order of a shared product stored in the product sharing device.
Illustratively, the product sharing device may also detect whether a shared order status of the shared product is abnormal. For example, the product sharing device detects whether the use time of the shared product in the shared order is too short, and when the shared product fails, the user may find that the shared product is in a problem just before the shared product is taken, and cannot continue to use the shared product, so that the time interval between the borrowing time and the returning time of the shared product is short, and the user does not really use the shared product.
In step 2058, the historical order with the usage time less than or equal to the time threshold is determined to be an abnormal order.
The product sharing device determines the historical order with the use time less than or equal to the time threshold value as the abnormal order.
An exception order refers to a shared order that has too little time to use the shared product. Illustratively, the failure rate of the shared product corresponding to the abnormal order is high. If one shared product has a plurality of abnormal orders, the shared product has a high possibility of failure and needs to be maintained.
And step 2059, when the quantity of the abnormal orders corresponding to at least one shared product is larger than the second quantity threshold, determining a third state abnormal signal as a state detection result.
And when the quantity of the abnormal orders corresponding to at least one shared product is larger than the second quantity threshold value, the product sharing equipment determines a third state abnormal signal as a state detection result.
The second quantity threshold is a judgment standard for judging whether the shared product has excessive abnormal orders. For example, when the number of abnormal orders of the shared product is too large, the shared product has a high possibility of failure, and needs to be taken out and checked and confirmed.
The third status exception signal is a signal generated by the product sharing device when multiple exception orders exist for the shared product.
In step 2510, when the number of abnormal orders corresponding to at least one shared product is less than the second number threshold, the third status normal signal is determined as the status detection result.
And when the quantity of the abnormal orders corresponding to at least one shared product is smaller than the second quantity threshold value, the product sharing equipment determines the third state normal signal as a state detection result.
The third status normal signal is a signal generated when the product sharing device confirms that the historical order status of the shared product is normal.
Illustratively, when there is at least one abnormal order quantity corresponding to the shared product equal to the second quantity threshold, the product sharing device may perform step 2059 and may also perform step 2510.
Step 206, sending the status detection result to the server.
Illustratively, the product sharing device sends the status detection results determined in the above steps 2051 to 2510 to the server.
In summary, in the method provided in this embodiment, whether the state of the shared product is normal is determined by detecting the number, the connection state, the shared order state, and the like of the shared product, and when there is an abnormality, which kind of abnormality is determined, and a corresponding abnormality signal is sent to the server, and the server sends an abnormality prompt to the terminal according to the abnormality signal, so that the merchant maintains the shared product nearby, and does not need to send a specially-assigned person to maintain the shared product, thereby reducing the investment of manpower and material resources in the shared product maintenance process.
The application further provides an exemplary embodiment of using the maintenance method of the shared product provided by the application to the shared power bank.
