Working principle:
according to the newspaper fixing device, the first pressing plate 12 and the second pressing plate 1 are used for fixing the newspaper and other raw materials, one end of the newspaper and other raw materials is required to be placed at the top of the second pressing plate before fixing, and then the second air cylinder 11 is started to drive the first pressing plate 12 to descend so as to be matched with the second pressing plate to fix the raw materials.
After the fixation is completed, the third motor is started, the second sliding rod is pulled to enable the raw materials to move through the second traction wire, after the first pressing plate 12 passes through the first flattening roller 7 close to the first sliding rod, the first air cylinder 8 drives the second motor 9 to descend so as to squeeze the raw materials, then the first motor 6 and the second motor 9 drive the first flattening roller 7 and the second flattening roller to rotate, the raw materials are rolled, after the first pressing plate 12 is close to the subsequent first flattening roller 7, the first air cylinder 8 drives the second motor 9 to ascend, and after the first pressing plate 12 passes through, the rolling step is continued.
After rolling, the second air cylinder 11 drives the first pressing plate 12 to ascend, so that raw materials fall into the top of the sliding plate 14, at the moment, the third air cylinder 18 drives the fifth connecting rod, the fourth connecting rod and the third connecting rod 17 to descend, and then drives the first cutting blade 16 and the second cutting blade to descend, so that the raw materials are cut, and when the first cutting blade 16 descends, the first cutting blade collides with the first rotating rod 23, so that the first rotating rod rotates, and heavy calcium is enabled to slide into the crushing box 4 through the fifth sliding groove.
When the cutting is completed, the raw material slides into the pulverizing box 4 along the slide plate 14 to be pulverized together with the heavy calcium carbonate, and at this time, the fourth motor 19 is started, which drives the pulverizing cutting blade 20 connected to the rotating shaft to pulverize the raw material.
The crushed raw materials and heavy calcium fall into the crushing bottom, then the fan 24 is started, the crushed raw materials are blown into the filtering and collecting box 5, the crushed raw materials and heavy calcium fall into the filtering and collecting box 5, then the fifth motor 25 drives the stirring rod and the stirring plate to stir, mixing of the raw materials is achieved, meanwhile, the dust generated during stirring is absorbed by the dust remover, and after finished product production is completed, the plugboard 27 is pulled to take out the finished product in the filtering and collecting box 5.
The raw materials which are not up to the standard and can not be filtered are blown by the fan 24 to move along the second arc baffle and the fourth arc baffle and then fall into the top of the feeding plate 30 to slide into the crushing box 4, and the steps are continued after crushing.
