s1, dismounting a thrust pad:
s1.1 top rotor preparation: withdrawing the air brake, erecting a dial indicator to monitor the jacking amount of the thrust head, the rotor braking ring and the water turbine shaft, connecting a top rotor oil pump pipeline, starting a top rotor oil pump, and maintaining the pressure of the top rotor oil pump to 2/3 of the rated pressure of the top rotor for 10 minutes without leakage and then releasing the pressure;
s1.2 jacking rotor: starting a high-pressure oil load reduction system, starting a top rotor oil pump, monitoring the jacking amount of a rotating part, and closing the high-pressure oil load reduction system when the jacking amount of a thrust head reaches 1 to 2mm; when the lifting amount of a water turbine shaft reaches 18-20mm, a top rotor oil pump is closed, a brake is put into the top rotor oil pump for locking, and top rotor operation is completed;
s1.3, oil discharge: connecting oil discharge equipment of a derivation oil tank, starting an oil discharge pump, discharging turbine oil in the oil tank, closely watching the oil level of the oil tank to descend in the oil discharge process, and closing the oil discharge pump when the oil level indicator is 0;
s1.4, dismounting a thrust pad: removing a side window of the thrust oil groove, removing parts which influence the extraction of the thrust bearing, such as a high-pressure oil load reduction system branch pipe, a thrust bearing cooling oil branch pipe, a thrust bearing circumferential limiting device and the like, and cleaning the thrust oil groove until no impurities such as turbine oil, slag and the like exist in a personnel operation area;
s1.5, jacking a thrust pad: installing a top tile bolt 9, installing a hydraulic jack at the lower part of the top tile block 91, slowly jacking the thrust tile 20, and stopping jacking the thrust tile 20 when the distance between the upper surface of the outer side of the thrust tile 20 and the mirror plate is 0.5-1.5 mm;
s1.6 assembling a track system: installing a positioning track 1 below the left side of a thrust pad 20, attaching a positioning step 15 of the positioning track 1 to a spring column, and placing a limiting track 2 below the right side of the thrust pad 20; placing the middle rail 3 at the rear part of the thrust pad 20, adjusting the position of the middle rail 3 to align the middle rail 3 with the positioning rail 1, and installing a connecting bolt between the positioning rail 1 and the middle rail 3; adjusting the limiting track 2 to align the limiting track 2 with the middle track 3, and installing a connecting bolt between the middle track 3 and the limiting track 2; adjusting the outer track 4 to align the outer track 4 with the middle track 3, and fixing the outer track 4 on the thrust oil window 10;
s1.7, mounting of a transfer trolley: installing a left supporting wheel 7 and a right supporting wheel 8 on two sides of the tail part of the thrust pad 20, respectively inserting first bolts 52 of a left fixed wheel carrier 5 and a right fixed wheel carrier 6 into pin holes on two sides of the thrust pad 20, aligning a first fixing hole 54 with a bolt hole on the thrust pad, and installing bolts for fixing;
s1.8, transferring the thrust pad to a designated position: dismantling a jack and a top tile bolt 9 on a thrust tile 20, installing 2 lifting lugs at the tail of the thrust tile, pulling out the thrust tile 20 to an external track 4, installing 1 lifting lug at the head of the thrust tile 20, hoisting the thrust tile 20 by using a gantry crane, dismantling a transfer trolley on the thrust tile 20, and transferring the thrust tile 20 to a specified position;
s1.9, removing the inner rail, the middle rail 3, the outer rail 4 and the spring columns;
s1.10, repeating the steps of 1-9, and removing all the thrust pads.
S2, mounting a thrust pad:
s2.1, assembling the inner rail, the middle rail 3 and the outer rail 4, and assembling a rail system according to the step S1.6;
s2.2, the thrust pad is lifted on the rail: hoisting the thrust pad 20 by using a gantry crane, cleaning the surface of the thrust pad 20, installing a thrust pad transfer trolley, hoisting the thrust pad 20 to the upper part of an external track 4, enabling rollers of a left fixed wheel frame 5, a right fixed wheel frame 6, a left supporting wheel 7 and a right supporting wheel 8 to fall into the track, removing a lifting lug at the head of the thrust pad 20, and smearing turbine oil on the surface of the thrust pad;
s2.3, mounting a thrust pad: pushing the thrust pad into the mounting position;
s2.4, dismantling the transfer trolley and the track system: installing a thrust tile jacking bolt 9 and a jack, jacking a thrust tile 20, stopping jacking the thrust tile 20 when the distance between the upper surface of the outer side of the thrust tile 20 and the mirror plate surface is 0.5-1.5 mm, dismantling a track system and a transfer trolley, dismantling the jack and the jacking tile bolt 9, and completing the installation of the thrust tile;
s2.5 repeating S2.1-S2.4, installing all thrust pads.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the thrust tile transfer trolley is positioned on the track, a gap of 5 to 7mm exists between the thrust tile 20 and the spring column, a gap of 3 to 4mm exists between the thrust tile 20 and the track, and the thrust tile can be freely pushed on the thrust tile transfer trolley. After the rotor is jacked, the distance between the thrust tile 20 and the mirror plate is about 17mm, and after the thrust tile is jacked by jacking the jacking tile bolt 9 through a jack, the positioning track 1 and the limiting track 2 can be easily installed.

The device for dismounting and mounting thrust pads of a spring-loaded column type thrust bearing according to claim 1, wherein: the positioning track (1) comprises a first track supporting plate (11), a limiting strip (12) is arranged on one side of the upper portion of the first track supporting plate (11), one end of the first track supporting plate (11) is vertically connected with a first connecting plate (13), a first connecting hole (14) is formed in the first connecting plate (13), and the positioning track (1) is connected with the middle track (3) through the first connecting plate (13); the bottom of the first track supporting plate (11) is provided with a positioning step (15) and a first supporting body (16) for supporting the first track supporting plate (11).

The device for dismounting and mounting thrust pads of a spring-loaded column type thrust bearing according to claim 1, wherein: the middle rail (3) comprises a plurality of middle rail seats (31), middle positioning rails (33) and middle limiting rails (34) which are arranged at two ends of each middle rail seat (31); first adjusting threaded holes (32) are formed in the middle rail seat (31) and located on two sides of the middle positioning rail (33) and the middle limiting rail (34); and one ends of the middle positioning track (33) and the middle limiting track (34) are respectively provided with a third connecting plate (35), a third connecting hole (36) is formed in the third connecting plate (35), and the middle track (3) is respectively connected and fixed with the positioning track (1) and the limiting track (2) through the third connecting plate (35).

The device for dismounting and mounting thrust pads of a spring-loaded column type thrust bearing according to claim 1, wherein: the external rail (4) comprises a plurality of external rail seats (41), external positioning rails (43) and external limiting rails (44) which are arranged at two ends of each external rail seat (41); second adjusting threaded holes (42) are formed in the outer rail seat (41) and located on two sides of the outer positioning rail (43) and the outer limiting rail (44); one end of the external positioning track (43) and one end of the external limiting track (44) are respectively provided with a fourth connecting plate (46), and a fourth connecting hole (47) is formed in the fourth connecting plate (46); one ends of the external positioning track (43) and the external limiting track (44) close to the middle track (3) are respectively provided with an extension section (48); in a use state, the outer rail (4) is connected with the thrust oil window (10) through the fourth connecting plate (46), and the extension section (48) extends through the thrust oil window (10) and is in butt joint with the middle rail (3).

The device for dismounting and mounting thrust pads of a spring-loaded column type thrust bearing according to claim 1, wherein: the left supporting wheel (7) and the right supporting wheel (8) are of symmetrical structures; the left supporting wheel (7) comprises an L-shaped support (71), a second fixing hole (72) is formed in one side of the support (71), a waist round hole (73) is formed in the other side of the support (71), an adjusting bolt is arranged at the upper end of a second roller (74), and the adjusting screw penetrates through the waist round hole (73) and is connected and fixed with the support (71) through a nut.

s1, dismounting a thrust pad:
s1.1 top rotor preparation: withdrawing the air brake, erecting a dial indicator to monitor the jacking amount of the thrust head, the rotor braking ring and the water turbine shaft, connecting a top rotor oil pump pipeline, starting a top rotor oil pump, and maintaining the pressure of the top rotor oil pump to 2/3 of the rated pressure of the top rotor for 10 minutes without leakage and then releasing the pressure;
s1.2 jacking rotor: starting a high-pressure oil load reduction system, starting a top rotor oil pump, monitoring the jacking amount of a rotating part, and closing the high-pressure oil load reduction system when the jacking amount of a thrust head reaches 1 to 2mm; when the lifting amount of a water turbine shaft reaches 18-20mm, a top rotor oil pump is closed, and a brake is put into the top rotor oil pump for locking;
s1.3, oil discharge: connecting oil discharge equipment of a derivation oil tank, starting an oil discharge pump, and discharging turbine oil in the oil tank;
s1.4, dismounting a thrust pad: removing a side window of the thrust oil groove, removing a branch pipe of the high-pressure oil load reduction system, a branch pipe of the thrust pad cooling oil and a circumferential limiting device of the thrust pad, and cleaning the thrust oil groove;
s1.5, jacking a thrust pad: installing a top tile bolt (9), installing a hydraulic jack at the lower part of a top tile block (91), slowly jacking the thrust tile (20), and stopping jacking the thrust tile (20) when the distance between the upper surface of the outer side of the thrust tile (20) and the mirror plate is 0.5-1.5 mm;
s1.6 assembling a track system: the positioning track (1) is arranged below the left side of the thrust pad (20), the positioning step (15) of the positioning track (1) is attached to the spring column, and the limiting track (2) is arranged below the right side of the thrust pad (20); placing the middle rail (3) on the outer side of the thrust tile (20), adjusting the position of the middle rail (3) to align the middle rail (3) with the positioning rail (1), and installing a connecting bolt of the positioning rail (1) and the middle rail (3); adjusting the limiting track (2) to align the limiting track (2) with the middle track (3), and installing a connecting bolt between the middle track (3) and the limiting track (2); adjusting the outer track (4) to align the outer track (4) with the middle track (3), and fixing the outer track (4) on the thrust oil window (10);
s1.7, mounting of a transfer trolley: installing a left supporting wheel (7) and a right supporting wheel (8) on two sides of the tail of the thrust tile (20), respectively inserting first bolts (52) of a left fixing wheel carrier (5) and a right fixing wheel carrier (6) into pin holes on two sides of the thrust tile (20), aligning a first fixing hole (54) with a bolt hole on the thrust tile, and fixing through a mounting bolt;
s1.8, transferring the thrust pad to a designated position: dismantling a jack and a top tile bolt (9) on a thrust tile (20), installing a lifting lug at the tail part of the thrust tile, pulling out the thrust tile (20) to an external track (4), installing the lifting lug at the head part of the thrust tile (20), hoisting the thrust tile (20) by using a gantry crane, dismantling a transfer trolley on the thrust tile (20), and transferring the thrust tile (20) to a specified position;
s1.9, dismantling the inner rail, the middle rail (3), the outer rail (4) and the spring column;
s1.10, repeating S1-S9, and removing all thrust pads;
s2, mounting a thrust pad:
s2.1, assembling the inner rail, the middle rail (3) and the outer rail (4) into a rail system according to S1.6;
s2.2, the thrust pad is lifted on the rail: hoisting a thrust pad (20) by using a gantry crane, cleaning the surface of the thrust pad (20), installing a thrust pad transfer trolley, hoisting the thrust pad (20) to the upper part of an external track (4), enabling rollers of a left fixed wheel carrier (5), a right fixed wheel carrier (6), a left supporting wheel (7) and a right supporting wheel (8) to fall into the track, removing a head lifting lug of the thrust pad (20), and smearing turbine oil on the surface of the thrust pad;
s2.3, mounting a thrust pad: pushing the thrust pad into the mounting position;
s2.4, dismantling the transfer trolley and the rail system: installing a thrust tile jacking pin (9) and a jack, jacking a thrust tile (20), stopping jacking the thrust tile (20) when the distance between the upper surface of the outer side of the thrust tile (20) and the mirror plate surface is 0.5-1.5 mm, dismantling a track system and a transfer trolley, dismantling the jack and the jacking tile pin (9), and completing thrust tile installation;
s2.5, repeating S2.1-S2.4 and installing all the thrust pads.
