The working principle is that when gluing is carried out, the electric lifting rod 4 pushes the push plate 5 and the side plate 6 to descend, the horizontal position of the fixed plate 88 is lower than that of the bottom end of the discharging rotary drum 71, the fixed plate 88 is contacted with a packing box before the discharging rotary drum 71, the fixed plate 88 is pressed on the packing box, the top plate 84 ascends relative to the supporting plate 85 along with the continuous descending of the push plate 5, the compression spring 86 is lengthened, and the fixed plate 88 is pressed on the surface of the packing box by the contraction force of the compression spring 86 so as to prevent the packing box from sliding;

when the push plate 5 starts to rise, the contraction springs 712 pull the discharging drums 71 on the two sides to be close to each other, at this time, the roller shaft 74 reversely rotates the guide plate 78 reversely, the glue is carried out by the roller shaft 74 and is smeared on the surface of the packaging box again, and a better gluing effect is achieved.
