The working principle is that when gluing is carried out, the electric lifting rod 4 pushes the push plate 5 and the side plate 6 to descend, because the fixing plate 88 is lower than the bottom end of the discharging rotary drum 71, the horizontal position of the fixing plate 88 is lower, the fixing plate 88 can be contacted with the packing box before the discharging rotary drum 71, the fixing plate 88 presses on the packing box, along with the continuous descending of the push plate 5, the top plate 84 rises relative to the supporting plate 85, the contraction spring 86 is lengthened, the fixing plate 88 is pressed on the surface of the packing box by the contraction force of the contraction spring 86, and the packing box is prevented from sliding;
with the continuous descending of the pushing plate 5, the discharging drum 71 drives the roller shaft 74 to descend, the roller shaft 74 is attached to the surface of the packaging box, due to the existence of the squeezing plate 87, the bottom end of the discharging drum 71 is in an open state, with the continuous descending of the pushing plate 5, the bottom ends of the discharging drum 71 are far away from each other, the roller shaft 74 starts to roll along the surface of the packaging box, the roller shaft 74 drives the inner shaft 75 to rotate, as the inner shaft 75 drives the friction ring 76 to rotate through friction force, the friction ring 76 drives the ram 77 to rotate, thereby driving the guide plate 78 to rotate, and the bottom end of the guide plate 78 moves towards the advancing direction of the roller shaft 74, as the length of the upper half part of the guide plate 78 is larger than that of the lower half part, the bottom end of the guide plate 78 will contact the inner wall surface of the discharging drum 71 first, the guide plate 78 is fixed and can not rotate, the striker 77 and the friction ring 76 can not rotate any more, the friction ring 76 is connected with the inner shaft 75 through friction force, the fixing of the friction ring 76 does not influence the continuous rotation of the roller shaft 74 and the inner shaft 75, and the top end of the guide plate 78 is attached to the inner wall of the discharging rotary drum 71 at the moment, so that the glue in the discharging rotary drum 71 can be guided to move towards the rolling-out direction of the roller shaft 74 from the discharging rotary drum 71, the problems that the glue is extruded from the rolling-in direction of the roller shaft 74, the waste of the glue is caused and the like are avoided, the glue extruded out of the discharging rotary drum 71 is attached to the surface of the roller shaft 74, and is driven by the roller shaft 74 to be coated on the surface of the packaging box, and the gluing effect is achieved;
when the push plate 5 starts to ascend, the contraction spring 712 pulls the discharging rotary drums 71 on the two sides to close up, the roller shaft 74 rotates reversely, the guide plate 78 rotates reversely, the glue is taken out by the roller shaft 74 and is coated on the surface of the packaging box again, and a better gluing effect is achieved.
