26 volunteers with oily skin and blackheads on the nose are selected, the age is 20-36 years, and the male and female are half-old. The volunteers could not use any blackhead removing product such as cosmetics, external medicines or health products for oral administration 30 days before the start of the test. Before the test, the nose is placed in a constant temperature and humidity room with the temperature of 22 +/-2 ℃ and the humidity of 45 +/-5% for standing for 30min, and then the nose part of the volunteer is photographed on the first day (D1). Randomly selecting the left and right noses of a volunteer, requiring the test subject to randomly use samples on one side of the left and right noses respectively, wherein one side is an embodiment and the other side is a comparative example, cleaning after applying for 15min, lightly scraping for a plurality of times by using a cotton swab, taking a picture on the same part of the volunteer again, and then performing labeling comparison by using pictures taken twice. The product was subsequently used 1 time per week and the test was asked to be carried out on day 7 (D7) and day 12 (D12) of the test.
And recording the number of the black heads and calculating the change rate.

age: between 25 and 48 years old;
health conditions are as follows: the skin of the subject is healthy, has no allergic history of skin diseases, and meets the volunteer selection standard of the subject;
grouping: 5 groups of 5 people each, mean age 33 years.
The spot pasting method comprises the following steps: a qualified spot tester is selected, about 1mL of a tested object is dripped into the spot tester in a closed spot patch test mode, a special adhesive tape is externally applied to the back of a tested object, the tested object is removed after 24 hours, skin reactions are observed for 0.5 hour, 6 hour, 12 hour, 24 hour and 48 hour after the tested object is removed respectively, and the results are recorded according to the skin reaction grading standard in the cosmetic sanitation Specification.
The experimental results are as follows: the result of the human body skin patch test shows that: each group of subjects can observe skin reactions at 0.5, 6, 12, 24 and 48h through the spot sticking test of the blackhead removing traditional Chinese medicine composition in the embodiment 1 to 3, wherein 0 case has adverse skin reactions, which indicates that the blackhead removing traditional Chinese medicine composition is safe to use.
The consumer questionnaire is specific for the product of the invention as follows:
the questionnaire survey of 35 subjects is selected, wherein the effective subjects are 33 subjects, the age range is 18-60 years, and the average age is 25 years; the 33 subjects used the product as required at the specified time without any adverse reaction.
Evaluation was performed using 7 days:
TABLE 5 questionnaire survey of Subjects
