背景技术
人的手部皮肤上有几十万个细菌,当接触伤口、用手进食以及揉搓眼睛时,这些细菌就会趁虚而入,引起疾病或者感染等问题。因此,洗手液已经成为了人们日常生活中不可或缺的日化用品。
专利号CN101966134B提供了一种杀菌护肤洗手液及其制备方法,将阴离子以及非离子表面活性剂作为活性成份,制备得到的洗手液不仅去污力强,而且对皮肤的刺激小。专利号CN108125857B提供了一种快速消泡抑菌洗手液及其制备方法,通过环脂肽类表面活性剂的加入,达到起泡快、消泡快的效果。
然而洗手液的稳定性均未被解决,其长期放置可能会产生沉淀分层等问题,并且还会使细菌滋生。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一个方面提供了一种杀菌组合物,所述杀菌组合物的原料包括抗菌剂、调理剂、胍类物质、植提物、消泡剂、表面活性剂、去离子水。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述抗菌剂选自邻苯基苯酚、对氯间二甲苯酚、醋酸氯已定的一种或多种。
优选的,所述抗菌剂为邻苯基苯酚。
进一步优选的,邻苯基苯酚的密度为1.05-1.2g/cm3。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述调理剂选自棕榈酰甘氨酸、肌醇六磷酸酯、聚季铵盐的一种或多种。
优选的,调理剂为棕榈酰甘氨酸,CAS号为2441-41-0。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述胍类物质选自壳聚糖胍盐酸盐、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐、壳聚糖双胍盐酸盐的一种或多种。

申请人经过大量的实验发现,在组合物中加入特定的植提物,不仅可以减小组合物对于人手部皮肤的刺激性,而且可以延长组合物的存放周期,使其不易发生沉淀、分层等问题。申请人猜测,这可能是由于,甘草提取物中的黄酮类物质具有的羰基、秦椒果提取物中的荚兰胺类物质具有的氨基与聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐的氨基发生分子间氢键作用,使分子结合的更加密切,从而使组合物体系更加稳定,此外,特定粒径的甘草化合物也可以合适的插入本体系的抗菌剂分子之间,进一步增强了体系的稳定性,从而使各物质不易析出,从而延长了组合物的存放周期。

S3.将抗菌剂、植提物、聚氧乙烯化合物、消泡剂依次加入到第二去离子水中,温度为41-45℃,搅拌,得混合物B;
S4.将混合物B加入到混合物A中,搅拌2-3h,即得。
本发明第二个方面提供了一种杀菌组合物的应用,所述杀菌组合物应用于洗手液。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
(1)在组合物中加入特定的植提物,不仅可以减小组合物对于人手部皮肤的刺激性,而且可以延长组合物的存放周期,使其不易发生沉淀、分层等问题。。
(2)特定粒径的甘草化合物也可以合适的插入本体系的抗菌剂分子之间,进一步增强了体系的稳定性,从而使各物质不易析出,从而延长了组合物的存放周期。
(3)消泡剂不仅在一定程度上减少了泡沫的产生,并且特定比例的聚醚多元醇的羟基能够进一步和体系其他物质相互作用,增加体系的高稳定性和低温稳定性。
(4)杀菌组合物的原料分子之间协同作用,进一步提高了聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐的杀菌作用。
(5)杀菌组合物的原料分子之间协同作用,不仅改善了储存稳定性,而且在用于洗手液的时候,对手部皮肤的刺激小,能够温和发挥杀菌作用。

实施例中组合物的制备原料均为市售,其中邻苯基苯酚购自登诺,CAS号为90-43-7,密度为1.111g/cm3,棕榈酰甘氨酸购自克拉玛尔,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐购自泉星,甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.)提取物购自陕西康骏生物科技有限公司,粒径为80目-100目,秦椒(Zanthoxylumbungeanum)果提取物购自陕西赛恩生物科技有限公司,聚醚多元醇购自蓝爵,聚氧乙烯化合物的商品名称为Solubilisant LRI,购自新日化贸易拓展(香港)有限公司。
实施例1
本例提供提供了一种杀菌组合物,按重量份计,所述杀菌组合物的原料包括0.22份抗菌剂、0.01份调理剂、0.4份胍类聚合物、0.3份植提物、0.003份消泡剂、0.35份聚氧乙烯化合物、0.8份表面活性剂、18份去离子水。
所述抗菌剂为邻苯基苯酚,调理剂为棕榈酰甘氨酸,CAS号为2441-41-0,胍类物质为聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐,CAS号为32289-58-0。
