Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of functional foods, and particularly relates to a tea drink composition based on medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicinal materials and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, a wide range of viral infectious respiratory diseases, particularly novel coronavirus pneumonia (hereinafter referred to as new coronavirus pneumonia) occur worldwide, the novel coronavirus has many variations, strong infectivity and quick transmission, and the public health is seriously threatened, so that the social burden is greatly increased. Because the new coronary pneumonia does not have a specific medicine at present, prevention and prevention of epidemic spread are key points of epidemic prevention work. At present, the prevention measure of the western medicine aiming at the viral pneumonia such as the new coronary pneumonia is the injection vaccine. However, the novel coronavirus has high mutation speed, the novel variant strain can become a main global epidemic strain from an early alpha and delta strain to a newly-appeared Oncken strain within about 3-6 months, a preventive specific immune vaccine always tracks the development of the variant virus, and the novel coronavirus is passive and has unsatisfactory effect, so that the epidemic situation is difficult to prevent from spreading fundamentally.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that: respiratory viral infectious diseases such as new coronary pneumonia, influenza and the like belong to the category of epidemic diseases and pestilence of the traditional Chinese medicine. The idea of epidemic disease prevention and treatment from Huangdi's Canon of medicine includes the disease prevention concept of ' healthy qi exists in the interior and the pathogens cannot be dried ' and ' the disease is not treated but is not treated yet ', then the theory of typhoid fever and the theory of epidemic disease gradually form the pestilence system of infectious disease prevention and treatment, and the concept of epidemic disease prevention is deep into civilian mind and traditional Chinese medicine theory.
In order to fully exert the function of traditional Chinese medicines in prevention and control of epidemic diseases such as new coronary pneumonia, a traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment scheme for new coronary pneumonia is published in a plurality of provinces and cities in China, however, the traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment scheme for susceptible people not infected with new coronary pneumonia viruses disclosed in the prior new coronary pneumonia all contains one or more traditional Chinese medicines which do not belong to medicinal materials in a list of articles which are foods and medicines (or a list of substances which are foods and traditional Chinese medicines according to the tradition (food and medicine substance), or a list of articles which can be used for health foods (or a list of health food raw materials), and the traditional Chinese medicine prevention prescription belongs to a prescription (namely a traditional Chinese medicine prescription containing non-edible traditional Chinese medicines except the two lists). As a measure in the prevention stage, the popularization of adopting a medicinal prescription as a prevention means aiming at susceptible people (including normal people in a non-disease state or people suffering from other diseases) not infected with the current infectious diseases does not meet the safety or medicine supervision requirements of medical ethics, and has certain potential safety hazard, so that a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine prevention prescriptions are not suitable for being taken by the susceptible people at present. In addition, the drug prescription needs to be strictly subjected to drug registration management before the product is marketed, the marketing period is long, and quick emergency response cannot be performed when the related epidemic situation comes, so that the range and the effect of epidemic situation prevention and control can be influenced to a certain extent.
Because the prevention scheme of the new coronary pneumonia is usually formulated together with the prevention and treatment scheme, the formulators mostly adopt clinical medical experts which generally think that the related traditional Chinese medicinal materials have small side effect and are commonly used in clinic, and therefore, the change of the drug administration objects in the prevention stage is not concerned. In fact, the susceptible population is significantly different from the clinically diagnosed patient, and the related regulatory requirements and measures of the drugs used by the susceptible population are completely different. Therefore, there is a need to develop a non-medicinal prescription for effectively preventing the occurrence of epidemic diseases such as new coronary pneumonia, etc., so as to satisfy the epidemic prevention requirements of a large number of susceptible people (including normal people in non-disease state or people suffering from other diseases) not infected with the current infectious diseases.

It should be noted that when the tea composition of the present invention is decocted, the mint needs to be treated according to the principle of "back-to-back", i.e. the raw materials except the mint are decocted first, and the mint is added about five minutes before the decoction is completed, so as to prevent the active substances in the mint from being excessively volatilized.
The tea composition of the invention can be prepared by boiling ginger and fistular onion stalk in water or taken together in cold seasons or under cold conditions for a long time.
According to the second purpose of the invention, the application of the tea beverage composition based on medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicinal materials in preparing health-care food for preventing respiratory tract exogenous diseases is provided.
Exogenous disease refers to the disease of the body caused by invasion of exogenous pathogenic factors. The respiratory tract exogenous disease is particularly the respiratory tract exogenous disease called as 'wind pathogen is suffered and first invades lung' in traditional Chinese medicine, and belongs to the category of 'epidemic disease' and 'pestilence' in traditional Chinese medicine. The Chinese medicine considers that the basic characteristics of wind evil are as follows: the Chinese medicinal composition is easy to spread and popular, has uncertainty of multiple change ends and no pore and no input; and its manifestations are also varied after feeling wind evil. Wind pathogen belongs to yang pathogen, and according to the principle of competing with qi, it firstly invades the upper jiao, and then it invades the heart and lung, and the lung is the delicate organ, and it is most vulnerable to pathogenic factors, so the first manifestation of lung qi damage occurs. The epidemic and/or non-epidemic respiratory tract (upper respiratory tract and lower respiratory tract) infectious diseases in modern medicine belong to the category of respiratory tract external infection diseases, wherein the respiratory tract infectious diseases comprise viral cold and viral pneumonia, the viral cold comprises influenza A, and the viral pneumonia comprises novel coronary viral pneumonia.
The tea drink composition is used as a health food, is suitable for preventing respiratory tract exogenous diseases of wide susceptible people, and is mainly characterized in that:
the tea beverage composition provided by the invention is prepared according to the following three principles: (1) the composition is completely composed of medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicinal materials, (2) strengthening body resistance and (3) eliminating evil, so that the tea beverage composition has good edible safety, outstanding compatibility pertinence and feasible emergency practicability, and specifically:
(1) Good edible safety
The raw medicinal materials used in the invention belong to traditional Chinese medicinal materials in a list of articles which are both food and medicine (perilla leaf, mint, platycodon root, houttuynia cordata, lophatherum gracile and reed rhizome) and a list of articles which can be used for health food (astragalus mongholicus and bighead atractylodes rhizome), and the safety and effectiveness of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the two lists (or catalogues) are approved by the national food and drug administration, so that the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are allowed to be recorded and managed as health food without additional approval. Therefore, the raw materials used in the invention have the characteristics of homology of medicine and food and safe medication, the edible safety is fully guaranteed, the health food is convenient to be used by people without epidemic diseases in a prevention stage, the health food has obvious advantages in applicable people, and the prevention scheme can meet the application requirements in a large range.
(2) Outstanding compatibility pertinence
The invention considers that the prevention of epidemic diseases needs to play a role in strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil. The healthy qi is the adaptive capacity, defense capacity and health recovery capacity of the organism to the external environment, and is basically consistent with the immune function; pathogenic qi refers to pestilence (various toxins, pathogenic microorganisms, etc.). The dominant status of healthy qi and the external condition of pathogenic qi determine the development of disease.
Strengthening body resistance (improving immunity or resistance): the Qing Dynasty doctor who inherits the book of 'Ready to read' for the Jade Screen powder has an exquisitely reading: the middle warmer is established first for all cases with exterior deficiency failing to defend the body, so the spleen-tonifying middle warmer is the monarch drug for Atractylodis rhizoma, while the spleen-tonifying middle warmer is the dominant drug for the four zang organs, and the exterior is self-consolidating without pathogenic dryness; moreover, the astragalus root can strengthen the exterior and strengthen the defense, so that the people who walk well and get the wind-proof are afraid of each other, and the functions of the people are out of the middle, the astragalus root can not worry about the strengthening of the pathogens, and the wind-proof can not worry about the dispersing of the exterior, so that the dispersing can tonify the interior and dredge the interior.
However, the ledebouriella seseloides contained in the jade screen powder does not belong to the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the article list of food and medicine or the article list of health food, and has certain limitations in the aspects of edible safety and medication management, so that the jade screen powder or other traditional Chinese medicine compositions containing ledebouriella seseloides cannot be directly and completely popularized and used in susceptible people as a traditional Chinese medicine prevention prescription.
According to the clinical experience advocated by the inventor and named as Guangdong famous traditional Chinese medicine, the invention takes Yupingfengsan as a main prescription, adopts mint and perilla leaf to replace divaricate saposhnikovia root, has the effects of dispelling stasis and relieving stuffiness, disperses the lung and exterior syndrome, and promotes qi circulation to reduce phlegm, has the effects of opening and ventilating lung qi, facilitating movement, specially attacking exterior syndrome and dispelling evil (exogenous evil) and successfully replacing the divaricate saposhnikovia root, and is particularly suitable for the exogenous disease of the respiratory tract caused by wind evil.
Eliminating pathogenic factors: the invention aims at the characteristic that the upper-suffered evil is mostly warm evil or enters the interior to dissipate heat and the theory of traditional Chinese medicine warm disease, adopts heat-clearing and detoxifying medicine which is good at clearing lung heat and relieving sore throat, clearing heat and promoting fluid and diuresis and is suitable for warm disease treatment of traditional Chinese medicine according to the clinical experience of the inventor: the platycodon root, the heartleaf houttuynia herb, the lophatherum gracile and the reed rhizome are used together, and the monarch drug of the main formula is used together to play the aim of eliminating pathogenic factors.
Therefore, the invention takes 'strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil' as a principle, eliminates evil on the basis of strengthening body resistance, improves human immunity, simultaneously eliminates pestilence and toxicity evil, and accords with the compatibility principle of disease prevention and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.
The whole formula of the tea beverage composition has the effects of tonifying qi, strengthening the exterior, clearing heat and removing toxicity, strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors synchronously, and has the maximum prevention effect on viral pneumonia such as novel coronavirus and viral cold such as influenza A (the novel coronavirus pneumonia which is abused in recent years still belongs to the category of Chinese medical epidemic diseases or epidemic diseases).
(3) Feasible emergency practicability
The raw medicinal materials used in the tea beverage composition belong to traditional Chinese medicinal materials in a list of articles which are food and medicine and a list of articles which can be used for health-care food, so that the safety and effectiveness of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials in the two lists are approved by the national food and drug administration, and the traditional Chinese medicinal materials can be put into production for record management according to the requirements of the food safety law and the requirements of health-care food (functional food), and do not need to be registered and managed. Compared with the existing traditional Chinese medicine prevention prescription for respiratory tract exogenous diseases, the tea drink composition can avoid registration supervision on health-care food or medicines in the aspect of preventing and controlling sudden large-scale epidemic caused by the respiratory tract exogenous diseases and related diseases, so that quick emergency response can be carried out, and feasible emergency practicability of the tea drink composition is fully embodied.
In conclusion, the tea drink composition provided by the invention is used as a health food, has good edible safety, outstanding compatibility pertinence and feasible emergency practicability, is suitable for susceptible people to prevent respiratory tract external infection, particularly can avoid registration supervision on health food or medicines when large-scale epidemic situations caused by related diseases occur suddenly, and can be put into production quickly and respond to epidemic situation prevention and control needs quickly. Therefore, the method has obvious benefits or remarkable progress compared with the existing novel traditional Chinese medicine preventive prescription or preventive scheme for the coronary pneumonia.
