Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medicinal drinks, in particular to a Qingye Yupingfeng powder medicinal drink and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The novel coronavirus pneumonia, called new coronavirus pneumonia for short, and called NCP for short, is infected by coronavirus COVID-19 to cause disease, and is an infectious disease which is the name of modern medicine. In Su Wen & Ci Fang Lun of Huang Di Nei, it is stated that all of the five epidemic diseases are easily infected, and have similar symptoms. "avoid poison gas and take the place of pregnancy. What are natural mares? It is the nose, and the epidemic febrile disease is explained specially in Wen Yi Lun (treatise on epidemic febrile diseases) of Wu Ke Ming Dynasty. He says that "pestilence qi is also involved in the heaven and" pestilence qi comes from the epidemic qi, and the disease is caused by the contact of the pestilence qi with the pestilence qi. Epidemic diseases is the qi of pestilential diseases in nature. The disease is known to be an epidemic disease, which is an infection, and the disease is the same disease state no matter men, women, old and young, and is called an epidemic disease. It is a turbid toxin of warm nature, and warm pathogen and epidemic pathogen are transmitted from mouth and nose, and its etiology is the toxic qi of pestilence. According to clinical cases of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical patients are seen in mild, medium, severe and critical cases. All share the common characteristic of fever, cough, critical period, high fever, asthma, nausea, vomiting and even loose stool, which is basically absent later, and is the manifestation of symptoms. The second symptom is that the symptoms are not obvious at first, the symptoms become severe when the symptoms suddenly change, the patient starts to suffer severe asthma when the patient stands for a hot horse without fever, and most of the patients have thin yellow fur or thin and greasy fur on the tongue. When the critical period is reached, the tongue is yellow and greasy, even yellow and thick greasy, and the true phase is exposed, namely accumulation of phlegm heat and obstruction of qi due to filthy. The affected part and nature of pathogenic factors of the disease can be determined by the contact of patients.
In order to prevent epidemic diseases, new coronary pneumonia and influenza, the application provides a Qingyeyupingfeng powder medicinal beverage which has the advantages of strict formula, golden drug index and mild drug property, can be used for preventing, treating and recovering, and is beneficial to reducing the damage of chemical substances to viscera and lightening sequelae.

The specific dosage is as follows: conventional convalescent oral dosage: once in the morning and once in the evening; general prophylactic oral dose: once a day; oral dose for infected persons: once in the morning, at noon and at night. Wherein the dosage of the people with the weight of over 75Kg is 1.5 times of the dosage; the dosage of the people with body weight below 50Kg is 0.5 times of the above dosage.
The medicinal beverage of the invention is prepared from ancient book classic formula of jade screen powder and a formula of leaf mumps. The theory of Huangdi's classic "the theory that the healthy qi exists in the interior, the pathogens cannot be dried" the pathogenic factors are mixed, the qi must be deficient "the pathogens are located, which are all deficient", is the guidance for the formulation of the medicinal beverage of the present invention. The medicinal beverage comprises the following components: the formula has the effects of strengthening healthy qi to prevent invasion of exogenous pathogenic factors, earthing up to generate metal to prevent transmission, strengthening defense, clearing away heat and toxic materials, treating the root cause and clearing the source. Thirteen medicines are ten Chinese published herbal medicines which can be used for homology of medicine and food and used as health care products, and the medicinal drink is safe and reliable to take and has definite efficacy.
The pharmaceutical beverage of the invention is reviewed: the healthy qi is strengthened to prevent invasion of exogenous pathogens, the Yupingfeng powder is used for tonifying qi of the spleen and the lung, the astragalus root is sweet, warm and tonifying qi is used for tonifying qi of the spleen and the lung, the bighead atractylodes rhizome is used for tonifying spleen and removing dampness, dirt is removed, the wind evil is prevented from being dissipated outside the wind, the internal qi is raised and the yang is cleared, the soil is filled and the metal is grown to prevent transmission and transformation, and the defense is strengthened.
The medicinal beverage has clear overall thought, comprehensive consideration, strict formula, golden drug use and mild drug property, and can be used for preventing, treating and recovering, reducing the damage of chemical articles to viscera and lightening sequelae. The medicine beverage of the invention is inspected: the indexes of the detection by the comprehensive detection center of Chinese inspection and quarantine academy of sciences all accord with the 'Chinese pharmacopoeia' 2015 edition.
The drug beverage of the invention is subjected to acute oral toxicity test, and the dosage is set as follows: by adopting a limiting method, the sample amount of the drug beverage of the invention is 1.5g per milliliter of the concentrated solution of the tested object, the concentrated solution of the tested object is used for testing, the intragastric administration volume is 20mL/Kg & BW, and the concentrated solution of the tested object is fully and uniformly mixed before being administered; the test substance is administrated by oral gavage once within 24 hours, and the poisoning expression, the time of appearance and disappearance of symptoms and the death time of animals are observed and recorded immediately after the gavage, and the reduced dose is 30.00g/Kg & BW.
The test method comprises the following steps: 20 healthy mice are selected, each group comprises 10 mice, each of the mice is half male and female, the weight of each mouse is 18-22g, the mice are fasted for 4 hours before the test without water prohibition, and the test objects are marked and weighed on the same day. Animals were observed and recorded immediately after gavage for signs of intoxication, time to appearance and disappearance of symptoms and time to death. The feed was given 2 hours after gavage, observed 0.5, 2, 4 hours after gavage, followed 1 time per day for 14 consecutive days, and the appearance and disappearance of toxic signs and the time of death of the animals were recorded. Gross anatomical examination was performed on all animals and gross pathological changes were recorded for each animal and histopathological observations should be made when gross anatomical pathological changes occurred.
As a result: the test substance was orally administered to female and male ICR mice by gavage at a dose of 30.00g/Kg & BW, and the animals were observed for 14 days after administration of the test substance, and no abnormality was observed in feces, body hair, activity, etc., and no significant abnormality was observed in the change of body weight (Table 1). No signs of toxicity and death associated with the test subjects were noted, and gross anatomy was not abnormal. The results show that the tolerance dose of the test substance to oral acute toxicity of female and male ICR mice is more than 30.00g/Kg & BW, which is practically nontoxic.
