Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a herbicide composition containing Cyclopyranil and diflufenican and application thereof.
Background
Cyclopyranil, a pyrazole herbicide developed by Kyoyu Agri, japan, has a CAS accession number of 1651191-47-7, and was first disclosed in patent WO2015020156A1, and is mainly used in paddy fields and upland fields, and has a herbicidal effect against gramineous and broadleaf weeds such as monochoria vaginalis, japanese iris, barnyard grass, large crabgrass, and chenopodium album.
Diflufenican belongs to substituted picolinamide herbicides with the English name bifenican and the CAS number of 83164-33-4. The herbicide is developed by Bayer company and is mainly used for preventing and killing annual gramineous weeds and part of broadleaf weeds in crop fields such as soybean, corn, wheat, rice and the like.
CN102326559A discloses a weeding composition containing diflufenican and triazines, wherein the weight percentage content of diflufenican in the composition is 1% -60%, and the weight percentage content of triazines is 1% -80%, and the diflufenican and the triazines are prepared into wettable powder, water dispersible granules, suspending agents, suspending emulsions, emulsions in water and microemulsions, and are used for controlling weeds in corn fields and wheat fields. CN105580810A discloses a herbicide composition suitable for wheat field. The weight ratio range of the active ingredients of the halauxifen-methyl and the diflufenican is 1:1.6 to 1:100, the herbicide composition can expand the weed control spectrum, enhance the control effect and avoid the development of weed resistance. WO2016121895A1 discloses compositions comprising a pyrazolyl pyrazole derivative and a substance selected from the group consisting of an ALS inhibitor, a photosynthetic inhibitor, a PPO inhibitor and the like.
At present, the risk of drug resistance of weeds is increased due to the use of a large amount of herbicides, and in order to delay the development of drug properties, the most effective means is to develop a new herbicidal active ingredient with a new action target, but the development period of new herbicide varieties is long and the investment is large. Therefore, in the aspect of responding to the resistance development of the weeds, one of the effective modes at the present stage is to compound a new herbicide variety which does not generate resistance or has insignificant resistance with the existing pesticide variety, so that the resistance risk of the new herbicide variety is greatly reduced while the weeds are effectively controlled. Reports related to the compounding of Cyclopyranil and diflufenican in the prior art are not found.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, unless otherwise specified, the percentages described in the following examples are all weight percentages.
1. Combined virulence test
The weeding activity of the weeding composition refers to the fourth part of herbicide according to' NY/T1155.4-2006 indoor bioassay test guidelines for pesticides: activity measurement test stem leaf spray method ".
Test targets: barnyard grass, monochoria vaginalis;
reagent to be tested: cyclopyranil, diflufenican, and mixtures thereof; in addition, pyraclonil was selected as a control drug for Cyclopyranil. The preparation is dissolved in DMF to prepare mother liquor, and then diluted with 0.5% Tween-80 water solution to prepare liquid medicine with various dosages required by the test, and the specific metering is shown in the following table 1-2.
The test method comprises the following steps: taking a plastic pot with the diameter of 22 cm, filling the composite nutrient soil to the height of 3/4, uniformly thinning the weed seeds in the pot, and placing the pot in a greenhouse for culturing. Thinning after the seeds emerge, reserving 25 plants with uniform growth vigor in each pot, and culturing to 2-3 leaf stage for testing.
The stem and leaf spraying treatment is carried out on the tested weeds by adopting a full-automatic spraying tower in each treatment, and the spraying amount of each pot is 10 mL. Each treatment was repeated 4 times, and a 0.5% Tween-80 aqueous solution was sprayed as a blank. After treatment, the cells were transferred to a greenhouse for conventional culture. Investigating fresh weight control effect of each treatment 25 days after the treatment:
e: fresh weight control effect;
c: control weed aerial fresh weight;
t: treating the fresh weight of the overground part of the weeds;
then, the theoretical control effect of the combination effect of the composition is calculated by a Colby formula:
x is the control effect when the active component a is applied at an application rate of m, expressed as a percentage of the untreated control group;
y is the control effect when active component B is applied at an application rate of n, expressed as a percentage of the untreated control group;
E 0 is the theoretical control effect when the active components a and B are applied at application rates of m and n, expressed as a percentage of the untreated control group.
If the observed value of the control effect (actual control effect) is higher than the theoretical value (theoretical control effect), the composition has a synergistic effect. The results of measurements of barnyard grass and monochoria vaginalis with the herbicidal composition of the present invention are shown in tables 1 to 2 below.
Table 1 Combined virulence assay results for barnyard grass
The results in table 1 show that Cyclopyranil in combination with diflufenican has a synergistic effect on barnyard grass in the range of 20. The combination of pyraclonil and diflufenican does not show synergistic effect.
Table 2 Combined toxicity test results for Ottelia vaginalis
Table 2 the results show that the combination of Cyclopyranil and diflufenican has a synergistic effect on monochoria vaginalis in the range of 20 to 1, especially in the ratio of 10 to 1. The combination of pyraclonil and diflufenican does not show synergistic effect.
