本发明涉及A01N,更具体地,本发明涉及一种一元过氧化物杀菌剂及其制备方法。所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水51~60wt%、冰醋酸41~50wt%、螯合剂2~5wt%、缓蚀剂0.5~3wt%。当使用高浓度的双氧水和冰醋酸反应,并添加少量的缓蚀剂、螯合剂,最终平衡后可得到高浓度的过氧乙酸,可在高稀释倍率下达到高的杀菌效果,且本发明提供的杀菌剂可用于多种金属或非金属中,可避免对金属、非金属材料的腐蚀或损坏,且保质期可达到12月及以上,具有好的存储和使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及A01N,更具体地,本发明涉及一种一元过氧化物杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
过氧乙酸作为常用的杀菌成分,可用在多种金属或非金属的杀菌,但是因为过氧乙酸的不稳定性,目前消毒液中过氧乙酸含量往往较低,如CN111296443A提供的消毒液中过氧乙酸含量为7~15%。
此外,目前为了提高过氧乙酸的稳定性,常使用的螯合剂,如8-羟基奎宁等具有一定毒性,可能存在安全性问题,且通常杀菌剂随着稀释倍率的增加,难以达到好的杀菌效果。
故需提供一种高过氧乙酸含量、杀菌好的杀菌剂,且在使用过程中,杀菌剂中乙酸等成分会对金属,尤其是铜、铝等较活泼金属造成腐蚀,也限定了过氧乙酸类杀菌剂的使用范围。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一个方面提供了一种一元过氧化物杀菌剂,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水51~60wt%、冰醋酸41~50wt%、螯合剂2~5wt%、缓蚀剂0.5~3wt%。
本发明制备原料中双氧水的质量浓度为40~60wt%。双氧水为过氧化氢的水溶液,双氧水的质量浓度为双氧水中过氧化氢占双氧水的重量百分数。
本发明制备原料中,冰醋酸的纯度大于99.5wt%,冰醋酸的主要成分为乙酸,冰醋酸的纯度为冰醋酸中乙酸占冰醋酸的重量百分数。
在一种实施方式中,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,还包括表面活性剂1~5wt%。
本发明通过使用高浓度的双氧水和过氧乙酸,利用其相互反应,使得反应平衡时,杀菌剂中过氧乙酸的成分在20wt%及以上,得到高浓度过氧乙酸的杀菌剂,但是发明人也发现,过氧乙酸差的稳定剂,以及杀菌中微量金属离子,如铁离子、铜离子等的催化作用下,会造成过氧乙酸分解,且本发明反应过程中,高的过氧乙酸浓度,尤其是过氧乙酸含量大于乙酸含量,也会不利于平衡向正向推进,使得过氧乙酸含量会明显下降。
而发明人发现,通过添加羟基酸,尤其是多羧基的酸作为螯合剂,利用其对金属的螯合作用,减少了微量金属催化的同时,多羧基的结构,也促进了过氧乙酸的正向反应,促进存储过程中过氧乙酸含量的保持。在一种实施方式中,所述螯合剂包括羟基酸,所述羟基酸可为羟基羧酸或羟基磷酸,可列举的有,柠檬酸、12-羟基硬脂酸、9-羟基硬脂酸、水杨酸、10-羟基硬脂酸、14-羟基二十烷酸、酒石酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸。优选为羧基数大于等于2的羟基酸,更优选为羧基数为2~3的羟基酸。

本例提供一种杀菌剂,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水(质量浓度为50wt%)53wt%、冰醋酸(纯度为99.8wt%)42.5wt%、螯合剂2wt%、缓蚀剂1wt%、表面活性剂1.5wt%,所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二膦酸和三聚磷酸钠,重量比为1:0.6,所述缓蚀剂包括聚天冬氨酸和琉基苯并噻唑,重量比为1:1,所述表面活性剂包括聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,重量比为1:4。
所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚购自广州市君鑫化工科技有限公司的1310。
所述聚天冬氨酸购自山东豪顺化工有限公司。
所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮购自攻碧克新材料科技(上海)有限公司的PVPK25(K值为25)。
本例还提供如上所述的杀菌剂的制备方法,包括:将双氧水和冰醋酸混合后,加入除双氧水和冰醋酸外的制备原料,混合,得到所述过氧化物杀菌剂。
实施例2
本例提供一种杀菌剂,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水(质量浓度为50wt%)53wt%、冰醋酸(纯度为99.8wt%)42.5wt%、螯合剂2wt%、缓蚀剂1wt%、表面活性剂1.5wt%,所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二膦酸和三聚磷酸钠,重量比为1:0.6,所述缓蚀剂包括琉基苯并噻唑,所述表面活性剂包括聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,重量比为1:4。
所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚购自广州市君鑫化工科技有限公司的1310。
所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮购自攻碧克新材料科技(上海)有限公司的PVPK25(K值为25)。

实施例4
本例提供一种杀菌剂,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水(质量浓度为50wt%)53wt%、冰醋酸(纯度为99.8wt%)42.5wt%、螯合剂2wt%、缓蚀剂1wt%、表面活性剂1.5wt%,所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二膦酸和三聚磷酸钠,重量比为1:0.6,所述缓蚀剂包括聚天冬氨酸和琉基苯并噻唑,重量比为1:1,所述表面活性剂包括异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚。
所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚购自广州市君鑫化工科技有限公司的1310。
所述聚天冬氨酸购自山东豪顺化工有限公司。
本例还提供如上所述的杀菌剂的制备方法,包括:将双氧水和冰醋酸混合后,加入除双氧水和冰醋酸外的制备原料,混合,得到所述过氧化物杀菌剂。
对比例1
本例提供一种杀菌剂,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水(质量浓度为50wt%)54wt%、冰醋酸(纯度为99.8wt%)45wt%、螯合剂1wt%,所述螯合剂为羟基乙叉二膦酸。
本例还提供如上所述的杀菌剂的制备方法,包括:将双氧水和冰醋酸混合后,加入除双氧水和冰醋酸外的制备原料,混合,得到所述过氧化物杀菌剂。
性能评价
1、存储稳定性:将实施例和对比例提供的杀菌剂在54℃下放置14天,计算过氧乙酸下降率=(放置前过氧乙酸含量-放置后过氧乙酸含量)*100%,结果见表1。可发现实施例提供的杀菌剂的使用寿命在1年及以上。
2、缓蚀性:将实施例和对比例提供的杀菌剂和水按照重量比为1:200进行稀释后,分别根据GB/T 38498-2020消毒剂金属腐蚀性评价方法中全浸腐蚀性的方法测试,得到不锈钢、碳钢、铝片、铜片的腐蚀速率V,其中腐蚀速率<0.01mm/a基本无腐蚀,0.01~<0.10mm/a轻度腐蚀,0.10~<1.00mm/a中度腐蚀,≥1.00mm/a重度腐蚀,结果见表1。

3、杀菌性:将实施例1提供的杀菌剂根据GB 14930.2食品安全国家标准消毒剂、《消毒技术规范》2002版、GB 26371过氧化物消毒剂测试杀菌性能,结果见表2,其中表2中ppm表示杀菌剂加水稀释后的过氧乙酸的重量占总重量的比值。

由测试结果可知,本发明可得到高过氧乙酸含量、且存储稳定的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,当用于杀菌时,即便在低过氧乙酸含量下也具有好的杀菌效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水51~60wt%、冰醋酸41~50wt%、螯合剂2~5wt%、缓蚀剂0.5~3wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂包括羟基酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述羟基酸为羧基数大于等于2的羟基酸。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂包括含氮杂环化合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂还包括聚氨基酸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述聚氨基酸的重均分子量为1000~5000。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,还包括表面活性剂1~5wt%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括异构烷基醇聚醚、氧化胺聚醚、烷基硫酸盐中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂还包括亲水高分子,所述亲水高分子选自黄原胶、明胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或多种。
10.一种根据权利要求1~9任意一项所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:将双氧水和冰醋酸混合后,加入除双氧水和冰醋酸外的制备原料,混合,得到所述过氧化物杀菌剂。
