Abstract
本发明涉及A01N,更具体地,本发明涉及一种一元过氧化物杀菌剂及其制备方法。所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水51~60wt%、冰醋酸41~50wt%、螯合剂2~5wt%、缓蚀剂0.5~3wt%。当使用高浓度的双氧水和冰醋酸反应,并添加少量的缓蚀剂、螯合剂,最终平衡后可得到高浓度的过氧乙酸,可在高稀释倍率下达到高的杀菌效果,且本发明提供的杀菌剂可用于多种金属或非金属中,可避免对金属、非金属材料的腐蚀或损坏,且保质期可达到12月及以上,具有好的存储和使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及A01N,更具体地,本发明涉及一种一元过氧化物杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
过氧乙酸作为常用的杀菌成分,可用在多种金属或非金属的杀菌,但是因为过氧乙酸的不稳定性,目前消毒液中过氧乙酸含量往往较低,如CN111296443A提供的消毒液中过氧乙酸含量为7~15%。
此外,目前为了提高过氧乙酸的稳定性,常使用的螯合剂,如8-羟基奎宁等具有一定毒性,可能存在安全性问题,且通常杀菌剂随着稀释倍率的增加,难以达到好的杀菌效果。
故需提供一种高过氧乙酸含量、杀菌好的杀菌剂,且在使用过程中,杀菌剂中乙酸等成分会对金属,尤其是铜、铝等较活泼金属造成腐蚀,也限定了过氧乙酸类杀菌剂的使用范围。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一个方面提供了一种一元过氧化物杀菌剂,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水51~60wt%、冰醋酸41~50wt%、螯合剂2~5wt%、缓蚀剂0.5~3wt%。
本发明制备原料中双氧水的质量浓度为40~60wt%。双氧水为过氧化氢的水溶液,双氧水的质量浓度为双氧水中过氧化氢占双氧水的重量百分数。
本发明制备原料中,冰醋酸的纯度大于99.5wt%,冰醋酸的主要成分为乙酸,冰醋酸的纯度为冰醋酸中乙酸占冰醋酸的重量百分数。
在一种实施方式中,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,还包括表面活性剂1~5wt%。
本发明通过使用高浓度的双氧水和过氧乙酸,利用其相互反应,使得反应平衡时,杀菌剂中过氧乙酸的成分在20wt%及以上,得到高浓度过氧乙酸的杀菌剂,但是发明人也发现,过氧乙酸差的稳定剂,以及杀菌中微量金属离子,如铁离子、铜离子等的催化作用下,会造成过氧乙酸分解,且本发明反应过程中,高的过氧乙酸浓度,尤其是过氧乙酸含量大于乙酸含量,也会不利于平衡向正向推进,使得过氧乙酸含量会明显下降。
而发明人发现,通过添加羟基酸,尤其是多羧基的酸作为螯合剂,利用其对金属的螯合作用,减少了微量金属催化的同时,多羧基的结构,也促进了过氧乙酸的正向反应,促进存储过程中过氧乙酸含量的保持。在一种实施方式中,所述螯合剂包括羟基酸,所述羟基酸可为羟基羧酸或羟基磷酸,可列举的有,柠檬酸、12-羟基硬脂酸、9-羟基硬脂酸、水杨酸、10-羟基硬脂酸、14-羟基二十烷酸、酒石酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸。优选为羧基数大于等于2的羟基酸,更优选为羧基数为2~3的羟基酸。
且为了进一步促进稳定性,发明人发现,通过添加含氮杂环,尤其是硫、氮的杂环,可以和羟基酸共同促进过氧乙酸的存储稳定,这主要是通过一方面利用含氮杂环和羟基酸的共同螯合,另一方面,含氮杂环在高乙酸环境下,也可能和过氧乙酸等羧酸形成配位结构,进一步促进过氧乙酸稳定,且发明人发现,通过使用含氮杂环和羟基酸作用,稳定了杀菌剂中活性氧,进一步促进了使用过程中高稀释倍率下杀菌剂的杀菌性能,在一种实施方式中,所述缓蚀剂包括含氮杂环化合物,可列举的有,琉基苯并噻唑、咪唑啉酰胺、羧基吡啶、羧基吡嗪、1,3,5-三嗪。优选为含硫含氮杂环化合物。
发明人发现,当单独使用双氧水和乙酸作为原料,得到杀菌剂当用于金属,如碳钢、铝或铜等金属材料时,具有高的腐蚀性,影响杀菌剂的使用,本发明通过添加聚氨基酸和含氮杂环等作为缓蚀剂,可促进缓蚀性能的提高,通过和金属表面附着,可减少金属腐蚀。在一种实施方式中,所述缓蚀剂还包括聚氨基酸,可列举的有,聚天冬氨酸、聚谷氨酸。
在一种实施方式中,所述聚氨基酸和含氮杂环化合物的重量比为1:(0.5~1.5)。
但是发明人也发现,聚氨基酸,如聚天冬氨酸和含氮杂环化合物在本发明高乙酸的质子环境中的抗蚀性相对于碱性环境较小,影响了缓蚀性的发挥,而发明人发现,当添加表面活性剂,如异构烷基醇聚醚等,在促进杀菌剂对物质表面的浸润的同时,还有利于减少对金属的腐蚀。在一种实施方式中,过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,还包括表面活性剂1~5wt%。
这可能是因为在乙酸环境,以及羟基羧酸多羧基的环境中,利用异构烷基醇聚醚中异构烷基对聚天冬氨酸的渗透性,以及其聚醚的亲水性,促进了和聚天冬氨酸链侧面的羟基作用,分散了聚天冬氨酸电荷结构,从而在用于金属杀菌时,促进了聚天冬氨酸-异构烷醇聚醚附着在金属表面的速度,降低对金属,尤其是碳钢、铜和铝等的腐蚀性能。在一种实施方式中,所述表面活性剂包括异构烷基醇聚醚、氧化胺聚醚、烷基硫酸盐中的一种或多种。优选为异构烷基醇聚醚。
且发明人发现,当选择较长异构烷基醇链,并控制聚醚的聚合度较高时,在促进其亲水性以及和聚天冬氨酸的电荷分散性的同时,较长烷基链也减少了过氧乙酸对界面处的接触,进一步提高了缓蚀效果。在一种实施方式中,所述异构烷基醇聚醚为C10~C16异构烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚,可列举的有,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、异癸醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚。
在一种实施方式中,所述异构烷基醇聚醚中聚醚的聚合度为8~15,可列举的有,广州市君鑫化工科技有限公司的异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚系列,如1003、1005、1007、1008、1009,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚系列,如1303、1305、1307、1308、1310,其中异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚系列和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚系列的4位数牌号中,前两位代表异构烷基醇聚醚中异构烷基的碳原子数,后两位代表异构烷基醇聚醚中聚醚的聚合度,如1003为聚氧乙烯醚聚合度为3的异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚。
发明人发现,过氧乙酸对金属,尤其是铜等具有高的腐蚀性能,当添加异构烷基醇聚醚和缓蚀剂共同作用时,难以达到基本无腐蚀的效果,而发明人发现,当添加亲水高分子,如聚乙烯吡咯烷酮共同作用时,促进了金属,如铜、铝等的缓蚀,尤其是提高了对铜的缓蚀效果。在一种实施方式中,所述表面活性剂还包括亲水高分子,可列举的有,黄原胶、明胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
且发明人发现,当聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和聚氨基酸的分子量在合适的范围时,通过酸性环境下聚乙烯吡咯烷酮发生质子化的N和聚氨基酸作用,进一步促进电荷分布,促进聚氨基酸附着在金属上的同时,也促进了阳极反应,从而更有利于缓蚀效果的发挥,此外,发明人发现,添加合适分子量的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,其环状结构,和质子化N也促进了和聚氨基酸、乙酸等的羧基的吸附效果,促进了存储过程中反应平衡和过氧乙酸含量的稳定。一种实施方式中,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的K值为15~30,优选为20~30。
在一种实施方式中,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和异构烷基醇聚醚的重量比为1:(3~5)。
在一种实施方式中,所述聚氨基酸的重均分子量为1000~5000,固含量为35~50wt%。如山东豪顺化工有限公司的聚天冬氨酸(固含量为40wt%,重均分子量为1000~5000)。固含量为样品烘干后剩余部分占总量的重量百分数,本发明聚氨基酸为聚氨基酸水溶液。
发明人发现,当添加磷酸盐和羟基酸共同作用,也有利于和聚氨基酸作用,促进缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的发挥。在一种实施方式中,所述螯合剂还包括磷酸盐,可列举的有,三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠。在一种实施方式中,所述羟基酸和磷酸盐的重量比为1:(0.5~1)。
在一种实施方式中,过氧化物杀菌剂的成分按重量百分数计,包括:过氧乙酸20~23wt%、过氧化氢14~17wt%、乙酸14~16wt%、螯合剂2~5wt%、缓蚀剂0.5~3wt%,和余量的水。
在一种实施方式中,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的成分按重量百分数计,还包括表面活性剂1~5wt%。
本发明第二个方面提供了一种所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂的制备方法,包括:将双氧水和冰醋酸混合后,加入除双氧水和冰醋酸外的制备原料,混合,得到所述过氧化物杀菌剂。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:发明人发现,当使用高浓度的双氧水和冰醋酸反应,并添加少量的缓蚀剂、螯合剂,最终平衡后可得到高浓度的过氧乙酸,可在高稀释倍率下达到高的杀菌效果,且本发明提供的杀菌剂可用于多种金属或非金属中,可避免对金属、非金属材料的腐蚀或损坏,且保质期可达到12月及以上,具有好的存储和使用性能。

本例提供一种杀菌剂,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水(质量浓度为50wt%)53wt%、冰醋酸(纯度为99.8wt%)42.5wt%、螯合剂2wt%、缓蚀剂1wt%、表面活性剂1.5wt%,所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二膦酸和三聚磷酸钠,重量比为1:0.6,所述缓蚀剂包括聚天冬氨酸和琉基苯并噻唑,重量比为1:1,所述表面活性剂包括聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,重量比为1:4。
所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚购自广州市君鑫化工科技有限公司的1310。
所述聚天冬氨酸购自山东豪顺化工有限公司。
所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮购自攻碧克新材料科技(上海)有限公司的PVPK25(K值为25)。
本例还提供如上所述的杀菌剂的制备方法,包括:将双氧水和冰醋酸混合后,加入除双氧水和冰醋酸外的制备原料,混合,得到所述过氧化物杀菌剂。

本例提供一种杀菌剂,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水(质量浓度为50wt%)53wt%、冰醋酸(纯度为99.8wt%)42.5wt%、螯合剂2wt%、缓蚀剂1wt%、表面活性剂1.5wt%,所述螯合剂包括羟基乙叉二膦酸和三聚磷酸钠,重量比为1:0.6,所述缓蚀剂包括琉基苯并噻唑,所述表面活性剂包括聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,重量比为1:4。
所述异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚购自广州市君鑫化工科技有限公司的1310。

对比例1
本例提供一种杀菌剂,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水(质量浓度为50wt%)54wt%、冰醋酸(纯度为99.8wt%)45wt%、螯合剂1wt%,所述螯合剂为羟基乙叉二膦酸。
本例还提供如上所述的杀菌剂的制备方法,包括:将双氧水和冰醋酸混合后,加入除双氧水和冰醋酸外的制备原料,混合,得到所述过氧化物杀菌剂。
性能评价
1、存储稳定性:将实施例和对比例提供的杀菌剂在54℃下放置14天,计算过氧乙酸下降率=(放置前过氧乙酸含量-放置后过氧乙酸含量)*100%,结果见表1。可发现实施例提供的杀菌剂的使用寿命在1年及以上。
2、缓蚀性:将实施例和对比例提供的杀菌剂和水按照重量比为1:200进行稀释后,分别根据GB/T 38498-2020消毒剂金属腐蚀性评价方法中全浸腐蚀性的方法测试,得到不锈钢、碳钢、铝片、铜片的腐蚀速率V,其中腐蚀速率<0.01mm/a基本无腐蚀,0.01~<0.10mm/a轻度腐蚀,0.10~<1.00mm/a中度腐蚀,≥1.00mm/a重度腐蚀,结果见表1。

3、杀菌性:将实施例1提供的杀菌剂根据GB 14930.2食品安全国家标准消毒剂、《消毒技术规范》2002版、GB 26371过氧化物消毒剂测试杀菌性能,结果见表2,其中表2中ppm表示杀菌剂加水稀释后的过氧乙酸的重量占总重量的比值。

由测试结果可知,本发明可得到高过氧乙酸含量、且存储稳定的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,当用于杀菌时,即便在低过氧乙酸含量下也具有好的杀菌效果。
Claims (10)
1.一种一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,包括:双氧水51~60wt%、冰醋酸41~50wt%、螯合剂2~5wt%、缓蚀剂0.5~3wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂包括羟基酸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述羟基酸为羧基数大于等于2的羟基酸。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂包括含氮杂环化合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂还包括聚氨基酸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述聚氨基酸的重均分子量为1000~5000。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述过氧化物杀菌剂的制备原料按重量百分数计,还包括表面活性剂1~5wt%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括异构烷基醇聚醚、氧化胺聚醚、烷基硫酸盐中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂还包括亲水高分子,所述亲水高分子选自黄原胶、明胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或多种。
10.一种根据权利要求1~9任意一项所述的一元过氧化物杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:将双氧水和冰醋酸混合后,加入除双氧水和冰醋酸外的制备原料,混合,得到所述过氧化物杀菌剂。
