Abstract
本发明公开了一种复合消毒剂及其制备方法。所述复合消毒剂的活性成分为过氧化氢和季铵盐;具体由过氧化氢、季铵盐、增效剂、表面活性剂、助溶剂和水组成,质量百分含量组成如下:过氧化氢0.5~3.0%;季铵盐0.05~0.2%;增效剂0.01~0.4%;表面活性剂0.1~2%;助溶剂1.0~10.0%;余量的水。本发明复合消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60min,杀灭率可达到90%以上,而单独的同浓度过氧化氢、季铵盐对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢基本无杀灭作用,以上结果表明本发明复合消毒剂具有高效的消毒作用。依据2002年版《消毒技术规范》进行稳定性测试和腐蚀性试验,本发明复合消毒剂稳定性可达1年,对不锈钢基本无腐蚀、铜和铝轻度腐蚀、碳钢中度腐蚀,结果表明该消毒剂具有较低腐蚀性。

本发明涉及一种复合消毒剂及其制备方法,属于消毒技术领域。
背景技术
用于环境和物表消毒的液体消毒剂主要包括过氧化物类、含氯类、季铵盐类等,其中过氧化物类和含氯类消毒剂属于高效消毒剂,能够有效杀灭各种病原微生物,且随浓度的升高,消毒效果增强,在达到一定的浓度下可有效杀灭抗力最强的芽孢,但腐蚀性和刺激性也随之增大,对人身安全、物品腐蚀和环境污染都有一定危害;其中高效消毒剂中的过氧化氢相比其它消毒剂,因最终分解为水和氧气,对环境无害,是比较理想的一类高水平消毒剂,但要使其达到杀芽孢的效果需使用较高浓度,而高浓度的过氧化氢对物品腐蚀性极强,尤其是金属类,可与金属表面的氧化层反应,产生较强的氧化还原反应,从而导致金属腐蚀。季铵盐类消毒剂具有刺激性小、腐蚀性低等优点,对细菌繁殖体具有较好的杀灭效果,但无法杀灭芽孢,属于中低效消毒剂。
综上分析,现有的化学消毒剂在具有高效消毒作用的同时也具有较强的腐蚀性,而具有低腐蚀性的消毒剂又不能有效杀灭抗力较强的病原微生物。而开发新种类消毒剂难度又较大,结合现有消毒剂种类,通过解决复配出现相拮抗的技术难题,研究新型复合消毒剂是一种相对快捷的途径。新型复合消毒剂具有高效消毒和低腐蚀性,可为日常环境和物表消毒提供更加环保、高效的新型复合消毒剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合消毒剂,结合了过氧化氢的高效性和季铵盐的低腐蚀性,通过复配,使两者达到协同增效的作用,再通过降低有效成分浓度,最终达到高效、低腐蚀的杀菌性能。
本发明提供的复合消毒剂,其活性成分为过氧化氢和季铵盐;
优选地,所述复合消毒剂由过氧化氢、季铵盐、增效剂、表面活性剂、助溶剂和水组成;
具体地,所述复合消毒剂的质量百分含量组成如下:
过氧化氢0.5~3.0%;季铵盐0.05~0.2%;增效剂0.01~0.4%;表面活性剂0.1~2%;助溶剂1.0~10.0%;余量的水。
其中,所述季铵盐可为十二烷基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基苄基溴化铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵、双癸基二甲基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和十六烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵中任一种或两种的组合,优选为两种的组合。
其中,所述增效剂可为柠檬酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾和氢氧化钠中至少一种。

本发明复合消毒剂能够用于日常环境、物表的消毒。
本发明复合消毒剂通过增效剂、表明活性剂和助溶剂提升过氧化氢和季铵盐产生协同增效作用,依据2002年版《消毒技术规范》进行杀菌试验,结果表明,该复合消毒剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌作用0.5min,可达到完全杀灭;对流感病毒作用4.5min,TCID50灭活对数值下降5.70;本发明复合消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60min,杀灭率可达到90%以上,而单独的同浓度过氧化氢、季铵盐对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢基本无杀灭作用,以上结果表明本发明复合消毒剂具有高效的消毒作用。依据2002年版《消毒技术规范》进行稳定性测试和腐蚀性试验,本发明复合消毒剂稳定性可达1年,对不锈钢基本无腐蚀、铜和铝轻度腐蚀、碳钢中度腐蚀,结果表明该消毒剂具有较低腐蚀性。

上述制备方法的具体步骤为:量取一定量的过氧化氢加入盛有蒸馏水的烧杯中,搅拌均匀。量取一定量的表面活性剂,加入上述混合溶液中,搅拌均匀。称取一定量的增效剂加入上述混合溶液中,置搅拌器搅拌至完全溶解。量取一定量的季铵盐,搅拌均匀,静置,待季铵盐完全分散即可。
实施例5(一种季铵盐)与实施例1(两种季铵盐)进行杀菌试验对比,实施例1只需0.5min即可完全杀灭白色念珠菌,实施例5需5min才能完全杀灭白色念珠菌,结果如表1所示。表明相同含量的季铵盐两种比一种对白色念珠菌的杀菌效果要更快速。

实施例6、微生物杀灭试验
本发明中实施例制备所得复合消毒剂进行下列实验:
根据2002年版《消毒技术规范》,采用悬液定量杀灭试验方法,复合消毒剂分别对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌、流感病毒进行杀灭试验,结果如表2所示。
实验结果表明,实施例2的复合消毒剂分别对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌作用0.5min,杀灭率可达到100%;对流感病毒作用4.5min,灭活对数值下降5.70,TCID50>4.00,符合消毒技术规范要求,消毒合格。
将配方中的过氧化氢、季铵盐和复合消毒剂分别对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢进行杀灭试验,与复合消毒剂相同含量的过氧化氢、季铵盐不能杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽,而复合消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭率达到90%,结果如表3所示。

实施例7、模拟现场试验
将大肠杆菌菌悬液涂抹于塑料文件夹表面(文件夹表面在染菌前用5cm×5cm规格板打好格子),待菌液干燥后,用蘸有实施例2的复合消毒剂的一次性纱布擦拭,作用15min后,用无菌棉拭子涂抹采样。对比消毒前后大肠杆菌菌落数,消毒剂对污染大肠杆菌的塑料表面杀灭率为99.99%,符合《消毒技术规范》要求,消毒合格,结果如表4所示。

实施例8、稳定性试验
依据2002年版《消毒技术规范》2.2.3,将实施例2的复合消毒剂置于54℃存放14天,过氧化氢浓度下降率为5.56%(<10%),季铵盐浓度下降率为5.72%(<10%),储存有效期可达1年。
实施例9、腐蚀性试验
依据2002年版《消毒技术规范》2.2.4,将直径24.0mm,厚1.0mm的圆形金属片(碳钢、铜、铝、不锈钢)置于实施例2的复合消毒剂溶液中浸泡72h,经测试,该消毒剂对不锈钢基本无腐蚀,铜和铝轻度腐蚀,碳钢中度腐蚀(结果如表5所示)。与具有相同有效成分配方的澳大利亚进口消毒剂Evocide Extra/如辉消毒液进行腐蚀性对比(结果如表6所示),效果明显好于进口消毒剂。

Claims (7)
1.一种复合消毒剂,其活性成分为过氧化氢和季铵盐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合消毒剂,其特征在于:所述复合消毒剂由过氧化氢、季铵盐、增效剂、表面活性剂、助溶剂和水组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合消毒剂,其特征在于:所述复合消毒剂的质量百分含量组成如下:
过氧化氢0.5~3.0%;季铵盐0.05~0.2%;增效剂0.01~0.4%;表面活性剂0.1~2%;助溶剂1.0~10.0%;余量的水。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的复合消毒剂,其特征在于:所述季铵盐为十二烷基苄基氯化铵、十二烷基苄基溴化铵、双癸基二甲基溴化铵、双癸基二甲基氯化铵、十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和十六烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵中任一种或两种的组合。
5.根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的复合消毒剂,其特征在于:所述增效剂为柠檬酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾和氢氧化钠中至少一种,
所述表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙级氧化铵、月桂酰肌氨酸、辛癸醇聚氧乙烯醚和吐温中至少一种;
所述助溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇和丙二醇中至少一种。
6.权利要求1-5中任一项所述复合消毒剂在日常环境、物表消毒中的应用。
7.权利要求1-5中任一项所述复合消毒剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
将水与助剂混合,然后加入所述过氧化氢和所述季铵盐,混匀即得。
