本发明属于抗菌防霉技术领域,公开了一种长效缓释抗菌防霉剂的组成成分。
背景技术
在生活中,各式各样的产品,都需要用到包装纸对其进行包装。这些产品如皮革制品,纺织品,成衣,玩具,运动器材,电子类产品在贮存,运输中,由于温度和湿度的关系,空气中散布的细菌繁殖,生长引起产品发霉,产生异味,影响产品外观甚至危害人体健康。因此包装纸的抗菌防霉性能逐渐被重视起来。
中国发明专利CN201910319665.1公开了一种用于集装箱的防霉杀菌剂,其包括防霉剂和缓释剂,所述防霉剂为水杨酰苯胺和双乙酸钠,水杨酰苯胺和双乙酸钠的重量比为(3-12):(1-15),所述缓释剂为环糊精或壳聚糖。
一般情况下,产品在包装时,会放入一定量的干燥剂,以防受潮;并且会采取各种消毒手段进行消毒。但是,干燥剂在吸收水分达到饱和时,便会失效。而在进行消毒后,在贮存时间较长或者运输过程中,由于时间过长,细菌产生抗药性,导致产品即使已经采取消毒手段进行消毒,仍然无法很好地起到作用。因此,包装纸本身的抗菌防霉性能及其作用时间需要得到解决。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术存在的缺点和不足之处,本发明目的是提供一种可用于防霉包装纸的长效缓释抗菌防霉剂。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明通过整合多种具有抗菌成分的试剂,根据不同组分的抗菌机理,双十烷基二甲基氯化铵,双十烷基二甲基氯化铵具有广谱抗菌性,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐能水溶液中能产生电离,亲水基部分含有强烈的正电性,吸附通常呈负电性的各类细菌,病毒,进入细胞膜,抑制膜内脂质体合成,造成菌体凋亡,达到最佳的杀菌效果;5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-酮都含有活性的N-S键,能与细胞膜中含有-SH基的蛋白质,酶或氨基酸反应开环,进而与细胞膜或细胞内所含有的氨基,巯基及氨基酸和蛋白质中的氨基化合物起加成或取代反应,从而破坏细胞的正常代谢,抑制或杀死细胞;与于十八烷基三甲基氯化铵,2-氨基丁烷产生显著的协同增效性能,进一步增加抗菌性能,并且有效地避免抗药性问题,同时该长效缓释抗菌防霉剂具备广谱性和长效性,兼具被动及主动抗菌防霉的性能。
(2)本发明所采用的试剂具有对物体腐蚀性小,毒性较小的优点,适用于防霉包装纸的加工生产。

采用湿式法(平皿培养法),将未经防霉处理包装纸作为空白,将用实施例1-5处理过的包装纸分别作为样品1-5,对比例1-3提供的样品作为对比样品1-3,将空白和样品1-5放在MSA培养基上,在空白表面,样品表面,培养基表面均匀喷上孢子悬液,控制培养温度为26-30℃,接种菌种为出芽短梗(ATCC15233),帚霉(ATCC9645),嗜松青霉(ATCC11797),球毛壳(GIM3.52),黑曲霉(GIM3.411),培养时间为7天,观测长霉情况。长霉情况对应防霉等级如表1所示:

由表2与图1,图2可以看出,作为空白的包装纸霉菌覆盖面积超过60%,防霉等级为4级;作为样品的包装纸无明显霉菌,防霉等级为0级,而对比例虽然有一定的防霉效果,但是防霉效果不是很理想,为2-3级。
Claims (9)
1.一种长效缓释抗菌防霉剂的组成成分,其特征在于,按重量百分比,包括如下原料:十八烷基三甲基氯化铵0.2%~3%,双十烷基二甲基氯化铵0.3%~2%,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐0.2%~3.5%,5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.3%~1.15%,2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-酮0.1%~0.35%,2-氨基丁烷0.3%-5%,乙醇15%-35%,水50%-70%,消泡剂0.01%~0.05%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效缓释抗菌防霉剂的组成成分,其特征在于,所述的十八烷基三甲基氯化铵在所述长效缓释抗菌防霉剂中的重量百分比为0.5%~2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效缓释抗菌防霉剂的组成成分,其特征在于,所述的双十烷基二甲基氯化铵在所述长效缓释抗菌防霉剂中的重量百分比为0.5%~2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效缓释抗菌防霉剂的组成成分,其特征在于,所述的聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐在所述长效缓释抗菌防霉剂中的重量百分比为0.5%~2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效缓释抗菌防霉剂的组成成分,其特征在于,5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮在所述长效缓释抗菌防霉剂中的重量百分比为0.5%~1%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效缓释抗菌防霉剂的组成成分,其特征在于,所述的2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-酮在所述长效缓释抗菌防霉剂中的重量百分比为0.15%~0.25%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效缓释抗菌防霉剂的组成成分,其特征在于,所述的2-氨基丁烷在所述长效缓释抗菌防霉剂中的重量百分比为0.5%~2%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效缓释抗菌防霉剂的组成成分,其特征在于,所述的乙醇在所述长效缓释抗菌防霉剂中的重量百分比为20%~30%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效缓释抗菌防霉剂的组成成分,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚。
